Sulfate reduction and the precipitation of metal sulfides may have great potential to improve water quality of mine effluents in wetland treatment systems. Laboratory experiments using sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) and limestone to treat effluents from the abandoned Dalsung tungsten-copper mine show that encouraging results, that have been attributed to sulfate reduction. Fe, Al, Cd, Cu and Zn are reduced to below detection limits with $99{\sim}100%$ metal removal rates, Mn is reduced by at least 90% to below 8.0 mg/l, and the pH is raised from 5.12 to 7.60 after 53 days of experiments. In the staged design, laboratory experiments are initiated to determine what would be reasonable substrate materials for remediation of the mine effluents. A substrate mixture containing 70% oak compost and 30% mushroom compost maintains $0.03{\sim}0.04mM$ of lactate, which provides good condition for the SRB granule. A downflow SRB wetland system is proposed as follows : 1) The lower part of the treatment system consists with a 25 cm thick layer of high quality (above 95% of $CaCO_3$) of limestone; 2) The geotextile (geonet) is recommended to be spread on the limestone bed to prevent clogging the limestones with the substrates; 3) The mixture of substrates with 70% oak and 30% spent mushroom composts, and SRB granules overlain on top of the geonet with 25 cm height. The sizes of the passive treatment systems are calculated according to metal loading and permeability criteria : 1) $220m^3$ ($15{\times}15{\times}1m$) for -1 level effluents; 2) $28m^3$ ($5.3{\times}5.3{\times}1m$) for -2 level; and 3) $2700m^3$ ($52{\times}52{\times}1m$) for the -3 level. The -3 level system needs to be broken down into 5 to 15 cells.

This paper describes the swimming and escaping behavior of amber fish, Seriola aureovittata released in the first bag net of the setnet and observed with telemetry techniques. The setnet used in experiment is composed of a leader, a fish court with a flying net and two bag nets having ramp net. The behavior of the fish attached an ultrasonic depth pinger of 50 KHz is observed using a prototype LBL fish tracking system. The 3-D underwater position ofthe fish is calculated by hyperbolic method with three channels of receiver and the depth of pinger. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The fish released on the sea surface was escaped down to 15 m depth and rised up to near the sea surface during 5 minutes after release. The average swimming speed of the fish during this time was 0.87 m/sec. 2. The swimming speed of the fish is decreased slowly in relation to the time elapsed and the fish showed some escaping behavior forward to the fish court staying 1 to 7 m depth layer near the ramp net. The average speed of the fish during this time was 0.52 m/sec. 3. During 25 minutes after beginning of hauling net, the fish showed a faster swimming speed than before hauling and an escaping behavior repeatedly from the first ramp net to the second one in horizontal. In vertical, the fish moved up and down between the sea surface and 20 m depth. After this time, the fish showed the escaping behavior forward to fish court after come back to the first ramp net in spite of the hauling was continued. It is found that the fish was escaped from the first ramp net to the fish court while the hauling was carried out. The average speed of the fish after beginning of hauling was 0.72 m/sec which increased 38.5 % than right before the hauling and showed 0.44 to 0.82 m/see of speed till escaping the first bag net. The average swimming speed during observation was 0.67 m/sec (2.2 times of body length).

In order to investigate the oceanic condition of fishing ground in the adjacent sea of Naro Island, the oceanographic observation were carried out by the training vessel of Yosu National University on winter, spring, summer, and autumn in 2000. Main features in the observation are as follows; 1) the ranges of temperature, salinity, and chlorophyll-a were from 4.$3\circ_C$ to 10.$1\circ_C$, from 33.1 psu to 34.9 psu, and from 0.1 $ug$/$\Omega$ to 26.2 $ug$/$\Omega$ in winter, from 8.$1\circ_C$ to 13.$7\circ_C$, from 33.1 psu to 34.3 psu, and from 0.1 $ug$/$\Omega$ to 24.4 $ug$/$\Omega$ in spring, from 14.$5\circ_C$ to 24.$2\circ_C$, from 30.5 psu to 34.1 psu, and from 0.1 $ug$/$\Omega$ to 30.0 $ug$/$\Omega$ in summer, and from 14.$8\circ_C$ to 18.$6\circ_C$, from 30.1 psu to 34.0 psu, and from 0.1 $ug$/$\Omega$ to 19.1 $ug$/$\Omega$ in autumn, respectively, 2) the temperature in the coastal region was higher than that in the open ocean while salinity was lower, and the convection was identified between the surface and the bottom during in winter and autumn, and the thermocline were made between surface and 20m layer with vertical gradients of 4.$0\circ_C$/7m in summer, 3) the chlorophyll-a in the this region was varied in each season, being highly distributed in spring, on bottom and coastal region, and 4) an evidence of sea water intrusion toward Sori Island was observed, and of inner water intrusion from Yeoja Bay was observed.
Calcium and phosphorus are not only indispensable for the bone formation and body fluids equilibrium but also are major components of egg shell. It is nutritionally important, therefore, to investigate the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus and to search for optimum requirement of calcium and phosphorus and the availability of various sources of calcium an4 phosphorus by poultry. An attempt was made to review the nutrition of calcium and phosphorus in poultry diets. 1, Calcium and phosphorus have great interrelationship with vitamin D in their metabolisms. 2. Most of the plant-origin phosphorus are existing in phytic form and it leads to low availability when used in poultry rations, although calcium and phosphorus present in animal-origin or mineral supplements are highly available in general. 3. Calcium and phosphorus requirement from existing information indicated that 1.0% calcium and 0.7% phosphorus for broiler and egg-type chicks, and 3.5% calcium and 0.4% phosphorus for laying hen. 4. It has been recommended that calcium and phosphorus level should be increased when the feed intake was decreased or when the egg Production rate was higher or when the hens are old. 5. Mono-, ci-, tri-, calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, bone meal, limestone and oyster shell u the most readily available among various sources of calcium phosphorus supplements. Soft rock phosphate, deflourinated phosphate and gypsum are somewhat inferior to the previous ones in bioavailability. 6. The effect of particle size of calcium supplements on egg shell quality and egg production rate is not yet clearly defined but recent works showed that oyster shell is more available when it was coarse and limestone is more available when it was fine in panicle. size. 7. Present data indicated that mixed feeding of oyster shell and limestone is superior to the single feeding of each on laying performance. 8. Significant interaction between phosphorus and sodium was observed, that is, excessive sodium decreased egg production in layer and body weight growth in broiler in the low phosphorus diets but increased them in the high phosphorus diets.
The effect of particle size of silicate fertilizer, crushed slag from the steel industry, on the behavior of silicate in soil was investigated through laboratory experiments. The silicate fertilizer was sieved to obtain three fractions of particles, coarser than 10 mesh 20-35 mesh, and finer than 100 mesh. Silicate concentration of the extract obtained by shaking 20 mg of particles, coarser than 10 mesh, 20-35 mesh, and finer than 100 mesh, in 50 ml of distilled water for 4 hours was 0.3, 1.0, and 3.2 ppm respectively. As shaking the mixture of the silicate fertilizer and soil proceeded, silicate concentration of the extract increased, and this increase after 4 hour shaking was attributed mainly to dissolution of soil silicate. When the mixture of soil and the silicate fertilizer was incubated under submerged condition, silicate concentration of the solution decreased for the first 2-4 weeks, thereafter increased with incubation time. During this incubation period, silicate concentration of the solution changed inversely with pH of the solution. After 6-10 weeks, however, both silicate concentration and pH of the solution increased with incubation time. Silicate concentration of the effluent from the 14.5 cm soil column of which top 4.5 cm was packed with the mixture of 30 g of soil and 30 mg of the silicate fertilizer reached maximum at 0.94 pore volumes for the particles of 20-35 mesh and 1.03 pore volumes for the particles finer than 100 mesh, whereas the effluent concentration reached maximum at 0.88 pore volumes for the soil column without the silicate fertilizer treatment. Soil analysis made after water percolation revealed that 1.5 pore volumes of water could leach down large amount of the water soluble silicate but not the sodium acetate extractable silicate, from top 3-6 cm soil layer.

Electroless plating technique was utilized to flip chip bonding to improve surface mount characteristics. Each step of plating procedure was studied in terms pf pH, plating temperature and plating time. Al patterned 4 inch Si wafers were used as substrstes and zincate was used as an activation solution. Heat treatment was carried out for all the specimens in the temperature range from room temperature to $400^{\circ}C$ for $30^{\circ}C$ minutes in a vacuum furnace. Homogeneous distribution of Zn particles of size was obtained by the zincate treatment with pH 13 ~ 13.5, solution concentration of 15 ~ 25% at room temperature. The plating rates for both Ni-P and Au electroless plating steps increased with increasing the plating temperature and pH. The main crystallization planes of the plated Au were found to be (111) a pH 7 and (200) and (111) at pH 9 independent of the annealing temperature.
Methyl Bromide that was used as fumigation gas turned out to be the substance of destroying the ozone layer. For that reason, at the Montreal Protocol in 1987 the use of methyl bromide was forbidden starting 2005 in the advanced country. Also according to the 2007 Bali Protocolly methyl bromide is expected to be forbidden and therefore the purpose of this study is to find out the effects of substitution fumigation gas (Ethylene Oxide+HFC 134a, Methyl Iodide, Cyanogen and Argon) on the metal(silver, copper and iron), wood(oregon pine), pigment(yellow, red, blue, white and black), textile(hemp, ramie, jute, silk1 and silk2 / indigo, safflower and cork) and paper. After the fumigation test, ethylene oxide+HFC 134a did not have changes in the weight and color of the material itself before and after the experiment. On exterior alteration, color change occurred partly on paper and metal. Also, in most materials color change extent was 0.5 to 1.5 on the average and showed scanty difference. The materials after the fumigation test with methyl iodide did not show weight changes after the test. However, color changes more than 1.0 was shown in most of the materials especially in dyed textile material. In blue pigment, the discoloration on the surface could be seen by naked eyes. Fumigation test with cyanogen gas did not show weight changes and discoloration is more than 1.5 before and after the test. The weight changes of test materials with the argon gas was decreased about 3 to 6%. It can be observed that discoloration on paper was generated. Color changes can be seen on jute dyed with safflower and cork for two weeks with argon gas and the extent was 6.3 and 6.0.
Unsaponifiables in the kernel and the cob of 7 maize varieties were analyzed by using thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and gas chromatography (GC) for the identification of phytosterols and their concentrations. The unsaponifiables of the kernel were clearly separated into band I (campesterol, stigmasterol, and ${\beta}$-sitosterol), band II (${\Delta}^5$-avenasterol), band III (${\Delta}^7$- stigmastenol), and band IV (${\Delta}^7$-avenasterol). In the cob, on the other hand, three or more bands were separated in addition to bands. The GC analysis of unsaponifiables showed good separation of campesterol, stigmasterol and ${\beta}$-sitosterol, but the mixture of ${\Delta}^7$-avenasterol (retention time[RT] 22.846), ${\Delta}^7$-stigmastenol (RT 22.852), and ${\Delta}^5$-avenasterol (RT 22.862) showed poor separation. Phytosterol content of the maize kernel was 635.9 mg/100 g, and that of the cob was 273.0 mg/100 g, respectively. The phytosterol content of the kernel was 2.4-fold higher than that of the cob. The phytosterol content of the kernel was higher in the order ${\beta}$sitosterol 80.05% > campesterol 10.5% > stigmasterol 9.46%, but that of the cob was higher in the order ${\beta}$-sitosterol 59.43% > stigmasterol 31.72% > campesterol 10.98%. Based on these results, it appears that the phytosterols of the maize kernel are synthesized in the maize cob and are transferred to the kernel, because the precursors (${\Delta}^7$-avenasterol, ${\Delta}^7$-stigmastenol, and ${\Delta}^5$-avenasterol) of major phytosterols were detected in maize cobs.

Numerous anisakids were parasitic near the digestive tract of the black rockfish, Sebastes schlegeli and some anisakids observed on the liver of the host. Anisakids in the host were identified three species (Hysterothylacium sp., Anisakis simplex, A. pegreffii) and Hysterothylacium sp. was the high occurrence of anisakid worms in the host. Hysterothylacium sp. was shorter and thinner than A. simplex. Both of anisakids observed lip, mouth, nerve ring, excretory pore and excretory duct in the anterior portion. In the mid portion, anisakids had esophagus, ventriculus and intestine and especially, Hysterothylacium sp. had intestinal ceacum and ventricular appendage. There was conical nodulose apex at the end of the posterior portion in Hysterothylacium sp. and spine in A. simplex. SEM examination revealed that there was three lip near the mouth of Hysterothylacium sp. Dorsal lip was approximately 65 ${\mu}m$ and paried lateroventral lip were approximately 60 ${\mu}m$ in the width. All lips were found double papilla (approximately 8 ${\mu}m$ in the width). The body width of the Hysterothylacium sp. and A. simplex was approximately 480 ${\mu}m$ and 900 ${\mu}m$ respectively. The hight of the lateral alae was about 7 ${\mu}m$ and width of papilla on the cornical nodulose apex was about 3.3 ${\mu}m$ in Hysterothylacium sp. The hight of spine was approximately 20 ${\mu}m$ in A. simplex. There was mainly Hysterothylacium sp. in the intestinal lumen of the host. The nematod worms were parasitic near the mucosal fold and in the submucosal. In the mucosal epidermal layer, it was increased mucous cells by the infection of the parasites.
To study lipid components of Panax ginseng produced in Korea, the lipids of fresh ginsengs were extracted with the mixture of chloroform-methanol (2:1, v/v) and those of dried ginsengs were extracted with diethyl ether respectively. The lipid components extracted were separated and quantitated by column, thin layer and gas-liquid chromatographies. The results were summarized as follows : 1. Fresh ginseng contained 0.62% total lipid of which 45.28% were neutral lipids, 18.12% glycolipids, and 36.60% phospholipids. But dried ginseng contained 0.89% total lipids of which 86.48% were neutral lipids, 9.20% glycolipids, and 4.32% phospholipids. 2. Triglycerides (37.6 to 42.5% of the total neutral lipids) and sterol esters (16.5 to 19.6%) in all the fresh and dried ginseng were the major components among the neutral lipids. Monoglycerides, diglycerides, free fatty acids and free sterols were minor components. 3. Digalactosyl diglycerides (23.5% of the total glycolipids) in the fresh ginseng and steryl liglycosides (28.9%) in the dried ginseng were predominant components among the glycopids, respectively, Esterified steryl glycosides and monogalactosyl diglycerides were also identified, and four unknown spots in the fresh ginseng and two unknown spots in the dried ginseng were present. 4. Phosphatidyl cholines (31.3 to 31.9% of the total phospholipids) and phosphatidyl glycerols (34.8 to 36.7%) in all the fresh and dried ginseng were the major components among the phospholipids. Phosphatidyl inositols and phosphatidyl ethanolamines were also identified. 5. The major fatty acids in the fresh and dried ginseng were linoleic $(62.29{\sim}64.32%)$, palmitic $(13.16{\sim}15.63%)$, oleic $(5.73{sim}7.23%)$ and linolenic $(5.73{sim}7.23%)$. The fatty acid compositions in neutral lipid fraction was similar to the pattern in those of the total lipids. But glycolipid and phospholipid fractions contained a lower percent of linoleic acid and a higher percent of palmitic acid than the neutral lipid fraction.

제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
