The government has defined domestic violence as one of the four major social evils and tried to prepare laws and systems to prevent it. Nevertheless, domestic violence has emerged as a serious social issue, and compare to the number of domestic violence cases that are constantly increasing, the report rate of domestic violence is significantly lower. This suggests the need to improve citizens' perception of domestic violence as the issue to solve it together in society, not as a private matter at home. Most of existing contents for preventing domestic violence and improving awareness are simple viewing forms of video contents, which have little effect on recognition. We aim to confirm the possibility of improving social awareness about domestic violence by producing Virtual Reality (VR) contents that have great features of user's immersion and empathy. In this VR content, the user can interact with various objects in the virtual reality of domestic violence and directly or indirectly experience the victim's position. Users who view the violent environment from the victim's point of view can have a subjective empathy for the problem, which is expected to induce more active awareness about domestic violence.

The fire safety of social welfare facilities increasing at high speed with coming-up of an aging society have been on the rise as a very important social problems. This research paper has analyzed the fire safety laws and standards about the social welfare facilities as a lesson elderly nursing home's fire that occurred in recent years. This research worker have conducted the questionnaire survey including research of the true actual through the fire protection engineers, the professors, the fire facilities managers and the users. This study has proposed the installing of suitable fire protection systems through the law revision, normal maintenance of the facilities, the safety management plan through evaluation about fire protective management and related facilities by the methods of the fire safety management.

In a study of a peculiarity of the Korean residence construction as the central Jeong Yeo Chang's Residence, we proposed varieties service models for an anthropocentric U-Korean style with "a convenience, a security, an economical, a pleasure". It was to assume for this research that was established in case of all necessity IT infrastructures, and was structural alterations to a Korean residence sectional. It was used for Wall-Pad(Home Gateway) for controlling services, gas valves, remote inspection of a meter, curtains, doorlocks, boilers, temperature controllers, indoor ventilation systems, breakers, and expansion of crime prevention, energy. With introducing various service models on U-Korean style house, removing a negative view about Korean residence, we drew the best suited residence condition combining with a merit of the Korean residence and the Ubiquitous Intelligent Home Service. In order to realize U-Korean style house at the right time at the right place, a maintenance was required to be ensured based on social infrastructures and institutions and laws.

As bridges have been longer and bigger recently, lots of bridge management systems (BMS) have been developed for each bridge. However, the differences among the data models developed by different system developers give a serious problem in integrated information management for national security. The aim of this study is to develop a common data model which can be referred in development of the BMS. The existing BMS and work process by laws are carefully analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the bridge management and maintenance process is categorized into the four basic activity types. In addition, common data models for each the unit activity type are defined.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify differences in physical working environments, psychosocial working environments, and health outcomes according to the employment type of delivery workers. Methods: This study was a secondary analysis of data collected from the Fifth Korean Working Conditions Survey (KWCS). Participants were 84 Korean delivery workers. Data were analyzed using the SAS 9.4 Version, χ² test and Fisher's exact test. Results: Statistically significant differences were found according to the employment type of delivery workers (special types, wage) including "noise", "vibrations", "repetitive movements", "supervisor support", "colleague support", "manuals on emotional expression", "existence of trade union, works council or similar body". Conclusion: This study suggests the necessity of improving the working environment and health outcomes of delivery workers belonging to special employment types. In developing these, the laws and systems must be reorganized to enable the recognition of delivery workers as wage workers. In addition, delivery companies should be held responsible for managing delivery workers.

The international government committee is progressing their agreements about intellectual property protection of traditional knowledge(TK), gene resource(GR), folklore(FL) in WIPO. It is in the course of selection with precedence of TK, GR, FL in WIPO, focused on discussions about listing of TK documents, standardization of DB construction, sharing and profit distribution of GR. We made some plans to deal with agreements in WIPO. These plans consist of 5 subjects which are investigation about intellectual property related laws and systems, study of examination and finding, construction of DB information, development of value evaluation system, development of industrialization system with TK, GR, We suggest preceding details about 5 subjects respectively. It is the character of this plan that patent information DB system of TK, GR is the axis. It is the most important thing in these plans to succeed that we have to have connections with expert groups in order parts and government officials, taking whole supports of government because our traditional medical related study basis is weak.

Low explosion limits of flammable liquid mixtures can be calculated with the appropriate use of the fundamental laws of Raoult, Dalton, Le Chatelier and activity coefficient models. In this paper, Raoult's law, van Laar equation and Wilson equation are shown to be applicable for the prediction of the lower explosion limits for ethylacetate+ethanol and ethanol+toluene systems. The calculated values based on Raoult's law were found to be better than those based on van Laar and Wilson equations.

The present paper deals with delamination fracture analyses of the multilayered functionally graded non-linear elastic Symmetric Split Beam (SSB) configurations. The material is functionally graded in both width and height directions in each layer. It is assumed that the material properties are distributed non-symmetrically with respect to the centroidal axes of the beam cross-section. Sine laws are used to describe the continuous variation of the material properties in the cross-sections of the layers. The delamination fracture is analyzed in terms of the strain energy release rate by considering the balance of the energy. A comparison with the J-integral is performed for verification. The solution derived is used for parametric analyses of the delamination fracture behavior of the multilayered functionally graded SSB in order to evaluate the effects of the sine gradients of the three material properties in the width and height directions of the layers and the location of the crack along the beam width on the strain energy release rate. The solution obtained is valid for two-dimensional functionally graded non-linear elastic SSB configurations which are made of an arbitrary number of lengthwise vertical layers. A delamination crack is located arbitrary between layers. Thus, the two crack arms have different widths. Besides, the layers have individual widths and material properties.

Internet ethics has been simply recognized as moral understanding, knowledge of etiquette or a kind of common sense. Recently, however, rapid growth of internet dysfunction such as the inadvertent disclosure of personal information, infringement of copyright and malicious code with hacking, has unavoidably broadened the territory of internet ethics. In this light, education contents of internet ethics must include not only laws and systems but specialized knowledge on prevention and action of internet dysfunction. In this paper, we analyze the variables affecting the educational achievement on diverse domains of internet ethics by investigating internet ethics qualifying examination and afterward we suggest some application methods to strengthen the internet ethics.
