다차량 추종 적응순항제어 (Multi-Vehicle Tracking Adaptive Cruise Control)

  • A vehicle cruise control algorithm using an Interacting Multiple Model (IMM)-based Multi-Target Tracking (MTT) method has been presented in this paper. The vehicle cruise control algorithm consists of three parts; track estimator using IMM-Probabilistic Data Association Filter (PDAF), a primary target vehicle determination algorithm and a single-target adaptive cruise control algorithm. Three motion models; uniform motion, lane-change motion and acceleration motion. have been adopted to distinguish large lateral motions from longitudinal motions. The models have been validated using simulated and experimental data. The improvement in the state estimation performance when using three models is verified in target tracking simulations. The performance and safety benefits of a multi-model-based MTT-ACC system is investigated via simulations using real driving radar sensor data. These simulations show system response that is more realistic and reflective of actual human driving behavior.

수지 첨부 및 수장부 연부 조직 결손에서 시행한 외측 중위 수지 피판술 (The Lateral Middle Phalangeal Finger Flap for Pulp and Palmar Defects of the Finger)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of lateral middle phalangeal finger flap for pulp and palmar defect of the finger. Materials and methods: We performed the lateral middle phalangeal finger flap in thumb pulp defect 4 cases and the palmar defect of other finger 3 cases. Mean age was 38(25-53) years old and there were male 6 cases and female 1 case. Sensate flap was performed in 4 cases of thumb pulp defects. Mean follow-up period was 14(7-22) months. Results: All flaps were survived. Mean static two-pint discrimination of sensate flap 4 cases was 8(6-10) mm. The sensation of donor finger tip was normal in all cases. Limitation of range of motion of the donor fingers was absent. Patients complained of transient cold intolerance 1 month after surgery but didn't complain of that in all cases at last follow-up. Conclusions: The advantages of the lateral middle phalangeal finger flap are the preservation of the ipsilateral palmar digital nerve, good sensory reconstruction of the fingertip, well maintained donor finger mobility with minimal exposure of the extensor tendon, cosmetically good appearances of donor finger, and easy raising as a large flap. So we suggest that this flap is versatile for reconstructing of relatively large pulp defect of the thumb and the palmar defects involving the joint of finger.

  • 운동 중에 있는 인체 무릎관절의 기능을 이해하기 위한 기구학적(Kinematic) 분석 과 동역학적(Kinetic) 분석을 행하는데 있어서 관절 표면의 기하학이 주요한 역할을 한다는 것은 잘 알려져 있다. 슬관절은 미끄러짐 (sliding)과 구름 (rolling) 운동을 고려하지 않고는 정확하게 모델 될 수 없다 본 연구에서는 미끄러짐 과 회전 운동 그리고 주요 인대 (ligament)를 고려한 3타원 인체 슬관절 모델을 제시한다 본 연구는. 슬관절의 전형적인측 평면 CT 영상의 확장으로부터 얻어진 두개의 캠 측면도를 이용하여 보다 실제에 가까운 관절의 기하학을 이용한 모델을 제시한다 개발된 모델은 보행 중 인체 슬관절을 통한 힘의 전달경로를 예측하는데 있어서 실험을 기초로 한 이전의 결과보고와 비교하여 볼 때 매우 잘 일치한다 대퇴골와 경골 사이의 접촉 점은 무릎의 굽힘이 진행되는 동안 전방에서 후방으로 이동하는데 이것은 무릎의 굽힘과 폄의 운동에 대한 전방/후방 운동의 커플링을 반영한 것이다. 본 연구에서 개발된 모델에 의하면 일회의 보행 사이클동안 경골 표면에 접촉 점의 전방/후방 이동변위는 바깥쪽 관절구 쪽이 약 16 mm 이고. 안쪽 관절구 쪽이 약 25 mm 이다 또한, 일회의 보행 사이클 동안 대퇴골 의 이동변위는 바깥쪽이 약 7 mm 그리고 안쪽이 약 10 mm 이다. 개발된 모델은, 관절의 퇴화를 진단 하는데 이용할 수 있는 가능성이 기대된다

자기공명검사에서 통증제어가 불가능한 급성 요통 환자의 옆으로 누운 자세에 대한 영상평가 (Evaluated the L-spine Magnetic Resonance Imaging for the Scanning Method of the Lateral Recumbent Position with to the Embarrassed Control of the Acute Low Back Pain)

  • 본 연구에서는 통증제어가 거의 불가능한 급성요통 환자를 대상으로 바로 누운 자세를 할 수 없는 환자에게 불가피하게 자기공명검사를 받아야할 환자를 위해 기존촬영방법인 정상 체위 바로 누운 자세 대신 변형된 옆으로 누운 자세를 취하게 하여 기존 척추 전용 코일과 복부 전용 코일을 이용하여 요통을 경감시키고 불안정한 자세 보정과 움직임에 의한 인공물을 줄여 장시간 검사를 받는 환자에게 피로감을 감소시켜 자기공명검사의 성공률을 높이고자 한다. 평가방법으로는 영상의 질을 정성적 평가로 하였으며 결과로는 정상인 연구대상자 기존촬영방법인 바로 누운 자세의 평균 점수는 4.64점, 정상인 연구대상자 옆으로 누운 자세(A군)는 3.44점, 극심한 요통을 호소하는 비정상인 연구대상자 옆으로 누운 자세(B군)는 3.40점으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 정상인 연구대상자의 기존촬영방법인 바로 누운 자세에서 검사한 정성적인 평가는 예상대로 높게 나타났으나 정상인 연구대상자 옆으로 누운 자세와 극심한 요통을 호소하는 비정상인 연구대상자 옆으로 누운 자세로 검사한 영상의 정성적 평가는 거의 비슷하게 나타났다. 또한 극심한 요통을 호소하는 비정상인 연구대상자 옆으로 누운 자세(B군)의 영상평가에서 영상의학과 전문의의 영상판독에도 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 바로 누운 자세에서 검사를 진행함에 불편을 겪는 환자에게 이러한 기법이 보편화 된다면 임상에서 많이 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

저속 횡 이동하는 선박의 선체에 작용하는 유체력에 관한 연구 (A Study of Hydrodynamic Forces Acting on a Ship Hull Under Lateral Low Speed Motion)

  • An accurate method of estimating ship maneuverability needs to be developed to evaluate precisely and improve the maneuverability of ships according to the water depth. In order to estimate maneuverability by a mathematical model. The hydrodynamic forces acting on a ship hull and the flow field around the ship in maneuvering motion need to be estimated. The ship speed new the berth is very low and the fluid flow around a ship hull is unsteady. So, the transient fluid motion should be considered to estimate the drag force acting on the ship hull. In the low speed and short time lateral motion, the vorticity is created by the body and grow up in the acceleration stage and the velocity induced by the vorticity affect to the body in deceleration stage. For this kind of problem, CFD is considered as a goof tool to understand the phenomena. In this paper, the 2D CFD code is used for basic consideration of the phenomena to solve the flow in the cross section of the ship considering the ship is slender and the water depth is large enough. The flow fields Added and hydrodynamic forces for the some prescribed motions are computed and compared with the preliminary experiment results. The comparison of the force with measurement is shown a fairly good agreement in tendency. The 3D Potential Calculation based on the Hess & Smith Theory is employed to predict the surge, sway added mass and yaw added moment of inertia of hydrodynamic coefficients for M/V ESSO OSAKA according to the water depth. The results are also compared with experimental data. Finally, the sway added mass of hydrodynamic coefficients for T/S HANNARA is suggested in each water depth.

슬랙스 맞음새 평가 도구 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Establishing of Fit Test Conditions for Slacks)

  • In this study, fitness tests for slacks were divided into shape fitness test and motion fitness test, and the fitness test conditions for slacks were designed as the first step for standardization of measuring scales. Shape fitness test consisted of analyzing the parameters of appearance sensory tests as described in preceding studies, performing a simulated appearance sensory test, collecting and considering apparel experts' opinions about the test parameters, and establishing test conditions in terms of test regions, descriptions and faces. For the regions of the abdomen, hip, crotch, thighs, and knees, the parameter of unnecessary wrinkle/stretch was observed from the anterior and posterior body, and then evaluated; for waist, hip, crotch, knee and hem circumference, the parameters of ease and horizontality were observed from the anterior body and posterior body followed by evaluation; and, at the levels of waist, hip, crotch, knee and hem circumference, the division of the lateral line were observed from the lateral body followed by evaluation. Motion fitness test was composed of reviewing and analyzing comparatively the methods of motion fitness tests as mentioned in preceding studies, and establishing test conditions in terms of test motions and test regions. For each of the waist, abdomen, hip, crotch, and knees, wear sensation was tested in the positions as follows: upright standing, moderate walking, chairsitting, bending forward to the maximum, and kneeling down, provided that as the measured points of garment pressure, anterior waist, abdominal protrusion, buttock protrusion, crotch, and midpatella were set and tested.

파랑 및 부유체 운동을 고려한 세장해양구조물의 동적 거동 해석 (Dynamic Response Analysis of Slender Marine Structures under Vessel Motion and Regular Waves)

  • 해저자원개발에 사용되는 riser나 TLP의 인장각과 같은 세장해양구조물의 파랑 및 상단부유체의 운동에 대한 동적거동해석을 수행하였다. 구조부재의 유한요소모델을 사용한 수치해석기법을 개발하고 규칙파에 대한 시간영역해석을 수행하였다. 본 연구는 상단부유체의 수평 및 수직운동이 구조물의 횡방향거동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 특히 부유체 수직운동의 영향을 주로하여 패러미터연구를 수행하였다. 수심, 파랑조건 그리고 부유체운동 등 여러경우에 대한 구조물의 변의, 휨응력을 비교검토하였고, 이 해석을 통하여 부유체의 수직운동에 의한 시간변화 인장력으로 야기되는 불안정조건을 검토하였다. 예제해석결과, 부유체의 수평 및 수직운동의 상호작용으로 riser의 동적응답이 증폭되었다. TLP 인장각의 경우 부유체의 수직운동효과가 구조물의 거동에 상당히 크게 작용하는 것으로 나타났다.

뒤통수밑근 억제기법과 목 안정화 운동이 만성 비특이적 목 통증 환자의 통증과 관절가동범위에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Suboccipital Muscle Inhibition and Neck Muscle Stabilization Exercise on Pain and Range of Motion in Patients with Chronic Non-Specific Neck Pain)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to apply suboccipital muscle inhibition combined with neck muscle stabilization exercise to 20~30s IT industry employees who suffer from chronic non-specific neck pain. Methods: This study was designed as single-blind and randomized controlled trial. The study participants were 20~30s IT industry employees with chonic non-specific neck pain (VAS 3/10) who were divided into an experimental group (n= 20) subjected to suboccipital muscle inhibition with neck muscle stabilization exercise, and control group (n= 20); suboccipital muscle inhibition only. The intervention was applied three times per week for eight weeks. The neck pain·pressure pain threshold·range of motion, and disability index were measured at the 1st, 8th, and 10th week at follow up, then analyzed with an analysis of variance(ANOVA) using the SPSS program. Results: The total number of study participants was 37 (experimental group 19, mean age 34.6±5.3, control group 18, mean age 35.7±4.9). The comparison and analysis of change in VAS, the pressure pain threshold, and the range of motion except the extension (p>.05) revealed a statistically significant decrease between groups over eight weeks and follow up measurement (p<.01). Regarding the within the group differences, the right side of the neck pressure pain threshold showed a statistically significant decrease over eight weeks in the control group (p<.01). The right and left lateral flexion, and the right and left rotation were statistically significant for the experimental group over eight weeks and follow up measurement, but only the left lateral flexion (p<.05) for the control group over eight weeks. The neck disability index showed a slight decrease but this was not satistically significant for the between-grop or the within-group differences (p>.05). Conclusion: The intervention of suboccipital muscle inhibition and a neck muscle stabilization exercise are more beneficial for neck pain and the range of motion than the application of suboccipital muscle inhibition alone.

Multiple Pivot loading 방법을 이용한 액체 환경에서의 수평방향 힘 교정 (Lateral Force Calibration in Liquid Environment using Multiple Pivot Loading)

  • Quantifying the nanoscale force between the atomic force microscopy (AFM) probe of a force-sensing cantilever and the sample is one of the challenges faced by AFM researchers. The normal force calibration is straightforward; however, the lateral force is complicated due to the twisting motion of the cantilever. Force measurement in a liquid environment is often needed for biological applications; however, calibrating the force of the AFM probes for those applications is more difficult owing to the limitations of conventional calibration methods. In this work, an accurate nondestructive lateral force calibration method using multiple pivot loading was proposed for liquid environment. The torque sensitivity at the location of the integrated probe was extrapolated based on accurately measured torque sensitivities across the cantilever width along a few cantilever lengths. The uncertainty of the torque sensitivity at the location of the integrated tip was about 13%, which is significantly smaller than those for other calibration methods in a liquid environment.

비틀림 거동을 하는 구조물의 설계 편심 (The Design Eccentricity for Torsionally Unbalanced Structure)

  • 본 논문에서는 구조물의 안전성과 경제성을 함께 도모하도록 하기 위하여 모드 해석법을 이용하여 비틀림 거동을 하는 구조물의 동적 거동을 정적 하중으로 치환할 경우에 대한 횡하중 중심점을 가정하고, 횡하중 중심점과 구조물의 강도 중심을 일치시키도록 구조물의 설계 편심을 조절하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 방법에 의해 구조물을 설계하였을 경우, 다른 내진 기준에 의해 설계된 구조물과 비교하여 지나친 추가 연성도를 요구하지 않는다는 것을 보여준다.
