군용항공기 연구개발 사업의 리스크 관리 (Risk Management for R&D Projects in the Military Aircraft Systems)

  • Military aircraft R&D projects require large-scale investment in cost and time, and involve a complex coordination process in decision-making. The R&D project manager should determine the development management priorities as accurately as possible and focus on R&D capabilities, thereby reducing the risks of the aircraft R&D project. To this end, this study aims to reduce R&D risk by prioritizing cost, schedule, and performance, which are basic management factors used in R&D project management in defense project management regulations. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied using a questionnaire for managers in charge of aviation R&D under the Defense Acquisition Program Administration. As a primary result, the importance of the factors that the aircraft R&D project manager should consider was derived in the order of performance, cost, and schedule, and the priorities of performance and cost in the lower layer were also identified. In addition, in order to provide practical risk management measures to aircraft R&D project managers, the results of analyzing 28 cases of US National Transportation Safety Board accidents were compared and analyzed with the AHP analysis results, and management measures suitable for the situation were specified.

  • We are at the onset of a major revolution in education, a revolution unparalleled since the invention of the printing press. The computer will be the instrument of this revolution. Computers and computer application are everywhere these days. Everyone can't avoid the influence of the computer in today's world. The computer is no longer a magical, unfamiliar tool that is used only by researchers or scholars or scientists. The computer helps us do our jobs and even routine tasks more effectively and efficiently. More importantly, it gives us power never before available to solve complex problems. Mathematics instruction in secondary schools is frequently perceived to be more a amendable to the use of computers than are other areas of the school curriculum. This is based on the perception of mathematics as a subject with clearly defined objectives and outcomes that can be reliably measured by devices readily at hand or easily constructed by teachers or researchers. Because of this reason, the first large-scale computerized curriculum projects were in mathematics, and the first educational computer games were mathematics games. And now, the entire mathematics curriculum appears to be the first of the traditional school curriculum areas to be undergoing substantial trasformation because of computers. Recently, many research-Institutes of our country are going to study on computers in orders to use it in mathematics education, but the study is still start ing-step. In order to keep abreast of this trend necessity, and to enhance mathematics teaching/learning which is instructed lecture-based teaching/learning at the present time, this study aims to develop/present practical method of computer-using. This is devided into three methods. 1. Programming teaching/learning method This part is presented the following five types which can teach/learn the mathematical concepts and principle through concise program. (Type 1) Complete a program. (Type 2) Know the given program's content and predict the output. (Type 3) Write a program of the given flow-chart and solve the problem. (Type 4) Make an inference from an error message, find errors and correct them. (Type 5) Investigate complex mathematical fact through program and annotate a program. 2. Problem-solving teaching/learning method solving This part is illustrated how a computer can be used as a tool to help students solve realistic mathematical problems while simultaneously reinforcing their understanding of problem-solving processes. Here, four different problems are presented. For each problem, a four-stage problem-solving model of polya is given: Problem statement, Problem analysis, Computer program, and Looking back/Looking ahead. 3. CAI program teaching/learning method This part is developed/presented courseware of sine theorem section (Mathematics I for high school) in order to avail individualized learning or interactive learning with teacher.   • To identify the dynamic characteristics of the Auto-leveling system applied to the Tractor-Trailer type Transporter for mounting a large scale precision equipment, Dynamics Modeling & Simulation were performed using general Dynamics Analysis Program - RecurDyn(V9R2). The axial load data, transverse load data and pad trace data of leveling actuators were obtained from M&S. And they were analyzed and compared with each other by parameters, i.e. friction coefficients on the ground, landing ram speed of actuators, and direction & quantity of ground slope. It was observed that ground contact friction coefficients affected to transverse load and pad trace; the landing ram speed of actuators to both amplitude of axial & transverse load, and this phenomena was able to explain from the frequency analysis of the axial load data; the direction of ground slope to driving sequence of landing ram of actuators. But the dynamic behaviors on the two-directional slope were very different from them on the one-directional slope and more complex.

불임여성의 고독감 수준에 관한 연구 (The Study of Loneliness in Infertile Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate loneliness in infertile women and determine how loneliness related to personal characteristics, cause of infertility, family composition, and family conflicts. It also provides basic data for nursing strategies concerning infertile women.A total of 182 subjects were selected at an infertile clinic in Seoul, Korea. Data were collected from May 2 to June 21, 1997 by questionaire. It consisted of questions concerning general characteristics, items relating to infertility, and the Loneliness Scale. The UCLA Loneliness scale was used(more specifically, the Korean version of the Revised UCLA Scale by Kim Ok Soo.) The data were analyzed by using SPSS/PC computer program. The result are as follows : 1. The mean age of infertile women was 32.4 years old, and the mean age of souses was 34.8 yerars old. 30.2% of women had a marital duration of 3-5 years, and 25.8% had a marital duration of 5-10 years. 23.1% reported the main etiology of infertility as unexplained, 18.1% reported ovulation disturbances, and 26.4% reported complex causes. 3.8% of the couples had sexual relationship difficulty 83% lived in nuclear families, while 17% lived in large families. 2. The mean loneliness scores of infertile women was 35.53(SD=8.66). The total loneliness score of this study was 80. 3. There were significant differences in loneliness scores according to ages(F=6.893, p=.001), education background(t=4.418, p=.000), and the educational background of husband(t=2.339, p=.020). 4. Loneliness scores related to family situations were significantly different according to several male nephews in husbands' family(F=2.822, p=.027). 5. Loneliness scores related to conflicts were significantly different according to husbands and their family(F=11.465, p=.000). Nurses should acknowlege the fact that some infertile women may experience loneliness. In conclusion, nurses can provide infertile women with information about ways to decrease loneliness and create support groups for themselves, assisting infertile women to adjust to the experience of infertility through positive methods.

이태리 식당, 뷔페 식당과 전통음식점 이용 고객의 입지 요인 선호 경향 분석 (An Analysis on the Preference Tendency of Customer of Italian Restaurants, Buffet Restaurants and Traditional Restaurants for Locational Factors)

  • This examination was conducted as follows; 189 copies were coated in total, and demonstratively analyzed by SPSS WIN 15.0 program. The methods used in data for this analysis are as follows; Sensitivity, Reliability, Frequency, Internal consistency, One way ANOVA(Scheffe's examination) Analysis, T-test, etc. The findings of this study are as follows; firstly, it was revealed that respondents who were regular customers of Italian restaurants regarded convenient transportation, property of space, property of pastoral, visibility, and accessibility as importance. This means that Italian restaurant marketers should consider some of factors of location for business with a good view, good parking lot, location at main street, smooth flow of traffic, luxury, atmosphere of freedom, clean area around restaurants, elegant interior of the building, comfortable, luxurious, and deluxe atmosphere, and so on. Secondly, it was revealed that respondents who were regular customers of buffet restaurant either considered the same factors as the Italian restaurants above or regarded those factors less important. This suggests that restaurants should be located on main streets, on trunk roads, and in large-scale residential districts of apartment complex. Thirdly, it was revealed that respondents who were regular customers of traditional restaurants did not consider the locational factors above. This shows that traditional restaurants should be located in nearby customers' houses or their working places, and that marketers should consider focusing on their restaurants' homelike atmosphere, cleanliness, food flavors, and so on.

공공 건설 프로그램의 기획단계 VE를 위한 다차원 품질모델 (Multi-dimensional Quality Model for Value Engineering in Planning Phase of Public Construction Program)

  • 건설 프로그램 수준의 복합용도개발사업은 다양한 참여주체들에 의해 장기간에 걸쳐 대규모로 추진되는 사업특성으로 인하여, 사업기간동안 여러가지 갈등이 발생하게 된다. 특히 다양한 프로젝트가 복합된 프로그램 사업의 특성상 참여주체별 요구사항이 상이하여 시설종류 및 규모를 적정하게 계획하는 것이 매우 중요하며, 이를 위해서는 사업의 기획단계에서부터 VE를 실시하여 고객의 요구에 적합한 해결책을 도출할 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설 프로그램 사업의 기획단계 VE 수행에 있어서 발주자의 요구사항을 명확하게 파악하여, 해당 프로그램에 요구되는 적정시설을 제시하기 위한 다차원 품질모델을 개발하였다. 다차원 품질모델 개발을 통해 복합용도개발사업의 12개 성능지표별 15개 주요시설의 특성분포를 제시하였으며, 참여자 요구사항에 따른 적정시설 도출 및 검토, 성능지표간 다차원 합성방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 건설프로그램 사업에 기획단계 VE를 적용하기 위한 기본연구로서 의의가 있으며, 본 연구에서 제시한 다차원 품질모델을 통하여 사업초기단계에서 다양한 참여주체들의 요구사항을 기반으로 적정시설을 제시 또는 검토하는 것이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

  • 최근 낙후된 도심 재개발을 목적으로 신도시 및 신시가지 위주의 도시재생을 위한 프로젝트가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 도시재생 프로젝트들은 매우 다양한 기능을 요구하므로, 현존하는 단일 프로젝트 단계의 프로젝트 관리 시스템을 적용하기에는 한계점을 갖는다. 특히, 도심이라는 한정된 공간에서 다양한 도시기반시설을 입체화하고 다양한 용도를 복합화하는 복잡한 배경과 함께, 참여 주체들 간의 복잡한 이해관계, 민간 및 공공 개발영역의 혼재, 운영유지 및 자산관리의 어려움 등의 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 그러므로, 본 연구에서는 다음의 두 가지 목적을 달성하고자 한다. 1) 수평, 수직적인 공간내 다양한 시설이 입체적으로 배치되는 메가프로젝트에 적합한 새로운 프로그램 관리 시스템 Prototype Ver 1.0의 개발, 2) 동시다발적으로 진행되는 다양한 프로젝트의 종합적인 관리가 가능한 프로그램 수준의 관리 체계 Prototype Ver 1.0의 수립. 효율적인 연구수행을 위해 지능형 종합 사업관리시스템 개발, 생애주기단계별 업무 프로세스 최적화 및 표준화 개발, 사업 전(全)단계를 고려한 종합사업비 및 공정관리 기술개발, 종합사업관리 효율화 및 최적화 기술개발 등의 세부 과제로 이루어져 있으며, 메가프로젝트 생애주기의 최적화, 다양한 위험요소에 대한 대응 및 예측방안, 비용/공정/프로세스의 관리 및 예측방안, 웹기반의 새로운 iPMIS를 제시하고자 한다.

  • Recently as return farmers has been increased rapidly, the introduction of a system of rental housing is being considerated in order to induce regional fixation. It was examined organizational management, business scope of rural type rental housing, management role, through the analysis about the management realities of the business of similar form Rural-Fishing New Town project. Jangseonggun and Hwasungun have maneged rental housing 280ho in Rural-Fishing New Town project. It is large village among Rural Rental Housing. And these counties have organized the complex on a large scale among the rental housing. Local governments have managed and operated directly, also these governments have two different methods for the co-management, and the way of making payment. Rental housing management services are divided into rental management, housing management, tenant management. Rental management services such as residents of recruitment, tenants and retreat, rent collection and the storage, management and leasing promotion of the cantilever, surveys of residents. Housing management services such as check of various facilities, maintenance and maintenance work, security and cleaning and daily facility management. Tenant management is life management in connection with housing welfare. In the rural type of rental housing, there are few cases to operate a management office. It is often supplied by rental housing to buy a house or vacant land within the existing village. In this case, by utilizing community facilities within the existing village instead of establishment of extra facilities,It doesn't need to make payment for maintenance fee. In the smaller complex than No. 20, it is self-managed by the tenants in order to reduce the administrative costs and specify the necessary municipal manager. Organization form can be maneged directly from local governments and part of for the management of the building can be employed a mixed management system to delegate management to private organizations such as non-profit organizations or neighborhood association. Tenant management helps people who move in a rental house live on stable circumstance in there area by connection with the program of life support.

충북-충남-대전지역 구성암류의 지질시대별 및 암종별 분포율 (Areal Distribution Ratios of the Constituent Rocks with the Geologic Ages and Rock Types in the Chungbug-Chungnam-Daejeon Areas)

  • 암석자원의 산업화, 각종 부지확장과 개발 계획 시에 지질정보 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 충북, 충남과 대전지역에서 구성암류의 지질시대별 분포율을 ArcGIS 9.2, 1 대 250,000 수치지질도 및 수치지형도를 사용하여 추출하였다. 충북지역은 모두 64개의 구성암류가 발달하며 8개의 지질시대로 대분될 수 있다. 시대별로는 쥬라기, 선캠브리아기, 시대미상, 백악기, 제4기, 캠브로-오도비스기, 석탄기-삼첩기 등의 순으로 분포율이 감소하며, 이들이 도합 98.48%를 가져 거의 대부분을 차지한다. 구성암류는 대보화강암, 경기편마암복합체내 호상편마암, 백악기의 흑운모화강암, 충적층, 대석회암층군, 옥천층군내 하부 천매암대와 변성사질암대 청산화강암, 경기편마암복합체내 화강암질 편마암, 옥천층군내 함력 천매암대 그리 소백산편마암복합체내 흑운모편마암의 순으로 그 분포율이 감소한다. 이들 암류는 도합 84.27%의 우세한 분포율을 차지한다. 충남지역은 모두 35개의 구성암류가 발달하며 6개의 지질시대로 대분될 수 있다. 시대별로는 선캠브리아기, 쥬라기와 제4기 등의 순으로 그 분포율이 감소하며, 이들이 도합 87.55%의 우세한 값을 차지한다. 구성암류는 대보화강암, 경기편마암복합체내 호상편마암, 충적층, 경기편마암복합체내 화강편마암과 화강암질 편마암, 산성암맥류, 옥천층군의 하부천매암대 그리고 매립지의 순으로 그 분포율이 감소하며, 이들이 도합 74.28%를 차지한다. 대전지역은 모두 11개의 구성암류가 발달하며 5개의 지질시대로 대분될 수 있다. 시대별로는 쥬라기, 시대미상, 제4기 등의 순으로 그 분포율이 감소하며, 이들은 도합 93.40%를 이루어 대부분을 차지한다. 구성암류는 대보화강암, 충적층, 옥천층군의 하부천매암대와 함력친매암대, 산성암맥류의 순으로 감소하며, 이들이 도합 91.09%에 해당하여 그 대부분을 차지한다.

Estimating Worst Case Flood and Inundation Damages under Climate Change

  • To generate information that contributes to climate change risk management, it is important to perform a precise assessment on the impact in diverse aspects. Considering this academic necessity, Japanese government launched continuous research project for the climate change impact assessment, and one of the representative project is Program for Risk Information on Climate Change (Sousei Program), Theme D; Precise Impact Assessment on Climate Change (FY2012 ~ FY2016). In this research program, quantitative impact assessments have been doing from a variety of perspectives including natural hazards, water resources, and ecosystems and biodiversity. Especially for the natural hazards aspect, a comprehensive impact assessment has been carried out with the worst-case scenario of typhoons, which cause the most serious weather-related damage in Japan, concerning the frequency and scale of the typhoons as well as accompanying disasters by heavy rainfall, strong winds, high tides, high waves, and landslides. In this presentation, a framework of comprehensive impact assessment with the worst-case scenario under the climate change condition is introduced based on a case study of Theme D in Sousei program There are approx. 25 typhoons annually and around 10 of those approach or make landfall in Japan. The number of typhoons may not change increase in the future, but it is known that a small alteration in the path of a typhoon can have an extremely large impact on the amount of rain and wind Japan receives, and as a result, cause immense damage. Specifically, it is important to assess the impact of a complex disaster including precipitation, strong winds, river overflows, and high tide inundation, simulating how different the damage of Isewan Typhoon (T5915) in 1959 would have been if the typhoon had taken a different path, or how powerful or how much damage it would cause if Isewan Typhoon occurs again in the future when the sea surface water temperature has risen due to climate changes (Pseudo global warming experiment). The research group also predict and assess how the frequency of "100-years return period" disasters and worst-case damage will change in the coming century. As a final goal in this research activity, the natural disaster impact assessment will extend not only Japan but also major rivers in Southeast Asia, with a special focus on floods and inundations.
