도시주변 산의 경관보전 및 관리를 위한 GIS의 이용 (The Use of Geographic Information System for Conservation and Management of Mountain Landscape around City)

  • 본 연구에서는 도시주변 산의 자연 및 경관을 보전하고, 개발에 따른 재해를 사전에 예방하기 위한 토지이용 정책결정에 GIS를 활용하는 기법을 연구하였다. 사례연구 대상지는 서울 불한산의 구기동, 평창동 지역이었으며, 이 지역의 경관보전을 위해 경관요소를 자연경관요소를 자연경관요소의 보존, 시각적 경관구조의 보전, 사면 안정성 재해의 예방으로 나누었다. 이들 각 구분에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 입력, GIS TIN및 OVERLAY모듈에 의해 종합분석하여 경관관리를 위한 등급도면을 만들고, 이에 따른 토지이용계획안을 제시하였다.

조경 BIM 라이브러리 표준화를 위한 조경객체 및 속성정보 분류체계 (Landscape Object Classification and Attribute Information System for Standardizing Landscape BIM Library)

  • BIM(건설정보모델링)을 건설사업 전반에 적용하려는 정부정책 이후 업계는 이를 적극적으로 도입, 활용하려는 동향을 보이고 있다. BIM 도입은 모델 객체들을 표준에 맞춰 라이브러리로 구축하여 반복 사용함으로써 업무량을 줄이고 데이터의 정합성과 호환성, 일관된 품질을 확보함으로써 촉진될 수 있다. 이에 국내 건축과 토목분야, 해외 조경분야에서는 이미 상당수의 BIM 라이브러리 표준화 연구를 수행하고 이를 토대로 지침을 마련하였다. 현재 국내 조경분야에서도 BIM에 관한 기초연구 및 도입을 시도하고 있으나 산업현장 적용에 어려움이 많아 확산이 지연되고 있다. 이는 표준화된 라이브러리 사용으로 BIM 설계업무의 효율성을 향상시킴으로써 개선될 수 있으므로 본 연구는 이에 대한 논의의 시발점을 마련함과 동시에 조경실무에서 라이브러리를 제작할 때 참고할 수 있는 객체의 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 조경 BIM 라이브러리 표준화는 객체분류와 속성정보 도출이라는 두 가지 측면에서 모색되었다. 먼저 국내 건설정보분류체계, 물품분류체계, 조경설계기준, 조경공사표준시방서, 그리고 노르웨이 조경가협회의 BIM 객체분류체계를 참고로 객체분류를 시도하였다. 그 결과 조경객체는 조경식재, 조경시설물, 조경구조물, 조경포장재, 관수 및 배수시설의 5개 대분류하에 교목, 관목, 지피초화류, 옥외시설물, 옥외조명시설, 계단 및 경사로, 옥외벽체, 옥외구조물, 포장재, 경계석, 관수시설, 그리고 급배수시설을 포함하는 12개의 중분류로 나뉘었다. 다음으로 조경객체에 탑재될 속성정보를 도출하고 구조화하였다. 이를 위해 KBIMS(한국 BIM 표준)의 공통 속성정보를 항목에 포함하였고 객체의 종류에 따라 달라지는 객체 속성정보를 영국 조경협회의 PDT(제품정보 템플릿)를 참고하여 추가하였다. 이로써 공통 속성정보에 식별, 보급, 분류체계, 공급정보가 포함되었고, 객체 속성정보에 명명, 규격, 설치 또는 시공, 성능, 지속가능성, 유지관리에 관련된 정보들이 포함되었다. 본 연구는 조경객체의 라이브러리 표준화 방안을 제시함으로써 모델링의 업무 효율성 및 분야 간 BIM 모델의 데이터 정합성을 향상시킴으로써 조경 BIM 도입의 토대를 마련했다는 데에 의의가 있다.

지속가능한 토지이용을 위한 경관규모 생태계평가기법 연구 (Landscape Scale Ecosystem Evaluation for Sustainable Landuse Planning)

  • 본 연구에서는 경북 봉화군을 대상으로 하여 지속가능한 토지이용을 위한 생태계정보를 추출하기 위하여 경관생태학적 방법에 의한 생태계의 종합적 건강성을 평가하였다. Landsat TM 위성영상을 가지고 봉화군에 대한 토지피복분류를 실시한 후, 산림지역에 대하여 경관지수를 적용하여 생태계 건강성에 대한 면별 비교평가를 실시하였으며, 그 결과를 정규식생지수(NDVI)와 비교하였다. 경관지수를 이용한 생태계 건강성 종합평가에서는 석포면, 재산면, 소천면이 가장 양호한 것으로 평가되어 지역의 생물종의 풍부도와 다양성이 높을 것으로 보여진다. 봉화읍은 10개 면 중에서 생태계 건강성이 가장 낮은 상태로 나타났다. 정규식생지수(NDVI)와 비교하였을 때, 재산면, 춘양면, 소천면의 수치가 가장 높고, 봉화읍의 수치가 가장 낮은 것으로 나와 춘양면을 제외한 결과는 생태계 건강성 종합평가와 비슷한 결과를 보여주었다. 앞으로 보다 많은 보완적인 연구가 필요하지만, 경관지수를 이용한 경관규모 생태계 평가기법은 지속가능한 토이지용과 관련한 생태계 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

경관선호도의 인지인자에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cognitive Factors for the Landscape Preference)

  • The objective of this study is to test the applicability of the Information processing model suggested by Kaplan to the preferences of Korean people as well as to investigate the preference patterns of Korean people and the influencing factors on Korean preferences for the landscape. Photo - questionnaire survey was conducted twice to collect the data concerning the landscape preferences. The samples of the first survey were selected from the citizens of Seoul and the students of Seoul National University. The first survey focused on the preference patterns of Korean people while the emphasis of the second survey was given to the test of information processing model and the influencing factors on the preferences of Korean people. The samples of second survey were also selected from the students of Seoul National University. The photos in the photo - questionnaire for the first survey included the scenes representing both three landscape styles(Korean, Japanese and Western styles)and three landscape qualities such as the layout of space, the use of landscape plants and the use of stones and rocks. For the second survey, four informational factors such as complexity, coherence, legibility and mystery were selected for inclusion in the photos of photo - questionnaire. Respondents for both survey were asked to respond their preferences on the five - point Likers scale. The results of the study suggested that four informational factors influence significantly the preferences of Korean students. The study indicated that both the citizens of Seoul and the students of Seoul National University prefer water and vegetation to rock among the contents of landscape. Among the landscape styles, Japanese landscape style was most preferred and Western landscape style was more preferred than Korean traditional landscape style. In addition to informational factors, it was found that the contents of landscape and landscape style were also major influencing factors on the landscape preferences. The socio - economic backgrounds of respondents such as age, foreign travel experience, income, residency before the age 14, familiarity and respondent's experties in landscape architecture seemed to Influence the landscape preferences.

도시하천의 시각적 특성 및 선호요인 분석 -대전광역시 갑천을 중심으로- (An Analysis of the Visual Characteristics and Preference Factors of an Urban River - With a case of Gapcheon in Daejeon Metropolitan City -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how the landscape characteristics and the physical factors of landscape would affect the preference for the Gapcheon in Daejeon Metropolitan City. The Gapcheon was divided in three sections of the outskirts, Expopark areas, and residential complexes. After selecting seven landscape points where the sections could be expressed best, photographs were taken both in the upstream and downstream direction. The questionnaire used to evaluate the river's landscape included 20 items of adverbs that described the form of the river and one item to rate the overall preference. By analyzing the 14 pictures taken, the occupancy rates of the landscape elements in terms of the sky, river, vegetation of the river, mountain, and artificial structures. Image factor analysis was conducted for each of the sections in order to analyze the landscape characteristics of the Gapcheon, and then regression analysis was conducted in order to analyze the relationships among the physical factors influencing the preference of the landscapes. The results were as follows : Factors that compose the visual characters of urban river were classified be the aesthetic factor, the emotional factor and the situation factor. These 3 factors showed a 65.8% total variance. The river landscape with the biggest preference was the one from the Daedeok Grand Bridge as the occupancy area of the mountain, sky, and river was large and distributed evenly and the vegetation of the river was in a good harmony with the surroundings. After carrying out regression analysis to examine the relationships between the visual preference of Gapcheon and the physical factors of landscape(the sky, river, vegetation of the river, mountain, and artificial structure), the following regressions model was made : PRE=5.906+0.017(river)-0.053(artificial structure)-0.060(vegetation of the river) (R-square=0.48).

BIM에 관한 조경분야의 동향 및 LIM 활성화 방안 (The Current Status of BIM in the Field of Landscape Architecture and the Issues on the Adoption of LIM)

  • 2000년대 초 건설분야에서 BIM은 생산성 향상을 목적으로 도입되어 각국 정부정책의 지원에 힘입어 세계적으로 사용이 급증하고 있다. 조경분야에서는 미국 ASLA에서 BIM 도입에 관한 논의가 처음 진행된 이후, 유럽을 중심으로 연구가 확산되고 있고, 영국, 노르웨이 등은 이미 조직적인 활동을 수행하고 있다. 반면, 국내 조경분야에서 관련 연구는 매우 드물며, 현업의 BIM 적용에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해외 조경분야의 BIM 도입 동향을 파악하고, 국내 조경분야의 활성화 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 건축정보모델링을 의미하는 BIM이 조경분야에서 새로이 조경정보모델링을 의미하는 LIM(Landscape Information Modeling)이라는 용어로 통용되는 추세임을 확인했다. 또한 LIM의 활성화를 위해 조경정보의 통합과 재활용을 위한 정보 표준화와 호환성 확보 문제를 해결해야 하는데, 이를 위해 BIM의 정보표준인 IFC를 조경업에 맞추어 확대하려는 활동이 이루어지고 있고, BIM과 GIS 연계를 통한 통합정보를 구축하는 연구도 이루어지고 있음을 확인했다. 특히 영국과 노르웨이 조경협회는 working group들을 조직하여 조경분야에서의 BIM 도입을 선도하고 있는데, 이는 국내 조경분야의 LIM 활성화 방안을 수립하는데 유용한 참고사례가 된다. 따라서 연구의 고찰로서 이들 국가의 조경협회에서 수행하는 사업을 정리하여 국내 조경분야의 LIM 활성화에 필요한 4가지 방안을 제시하였다.

경관심의를 위한 경관시뮬레이션 모형 작성 기법에 관한 연구 (The Study for Making of Landscape Simulation Model for Landscape Design Review)

  • After Landscape Act was enacted, as awareness of landscape has increased and the need of expanding targets of landscape design review and improving landscape examination in terms of quality, this study aims to describe a technique of creating three dimensional landscape simulation model which is used for landscape design review. For this, the author of this study conducted analysis in terms of function and use of programs and compatibility with programs to find a way of creating models with the most efficient and optimum process. For creation of landscape simulation models, initial creation is important but in case that changes occur by operator changing or discussing development plans, rapid correction and change are needed. Therefore, this study described how to build more accrurate and efficient simulation at initial review and how to create a landscape simulation model for rapid response to changed plans during reconsideration.

도시주변 녹지경관의 보전.관리에 있어 경관잠재력 지표의 경관정보화와 가시화 연구 (Landscape Information Visualization of Landscape Potential Index in Hilly Openspace Conservation of Urban Fringe Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the landscape potential index for visualizing landscape information in the conservation of hilly landscape in urban fringe. For the visual and quantitative approach to topological landscape assessment, numerical entity data of DEM(digital elevation model) were processed with CAD-based utilities that we developed and were mainly focused on analysis of visibility and visual sensitivity. Some results, with reference in assessing greenbelt area of Eodeung Mt. in Gwangju, proved to be considerable in the landscape assessment of suburban hilly landscapes. 1) Since the viewpoints and viewpoint fields were critical to landscape structure, randomized 194 points(spatially 500m interval) were applied to assessing the generalized visual sensitivity, we called. Because there were similar patterns of distribution comparing to those by 56 points and 18 Points given appropriately, it could be more efficient by a few viewpoints which located widely. 2) Regressional function was derived to represent the relationships between probabilities of visibility frequency and the topological factors(topological dominance, landform complexity and relational aspect) of target field. 3) Visibility scores of each viewpoint were be calculated by summing the visual sensitivity indices within a scene. The scores to the upper part including ridge line have been more representative to overall distributions of visual sensitivities. Also, with sum of deviations of sensitivity indices from each single point's specific index to the weighting values of view points could be estimated rotationally. 4) The deviational distributions of visual sensitivity classes in the topological unit of target field were proved to represent the visual vulnerability of the landform. 5) Landscape potential indices combined with the visual sensitivity and the DGN(degree of green naturality) were proposed as visualized landscape information distributed by topological unit.

경관 특성 파악에 있어서의 시퀀스적 시점장 선정과 전방위 화상정보의 유효성 검증에 관한 연구 (A Study of Selecting Sequential Viewpoint and Examining the Effectiveness of Omni-directional Angle Image Information in Grasping the Characteristics of Landscape)

  • Relating to grasping sequential landscape characteristics in consideration of the behavioral characteristics of the subject experiencing visual perception, this study was made on the subject of main walking line section for visitors of three treasures of Buddhist temples. Especially, as a method of obtaining data for grasping sequential visual perception landscape, the researcher employed [momentum sequential viewpoint setup] according to [the interval of pointers arbitrarily] and fisheye-lens-camera photography using the obtained omni-directional angle visual perception information. As a result, in terms of viewpoint selection, factors like approach road form, change in circulation axis, change in the ground surface level, appearance of objects, etc. were verified to make effect, and among these, approach road form and circulation axis change turned out to be the greatest influences. In addition, as a result of reviewing the effectiveness via the subjects, for the sake of qualitative evaluation of landscape components using the VR picture image obtained in the process of acquiring omni-directional angle visual perception information, a positive result over certain values was earned in terms of panoramic vision, scene reproduction, three-dimensional perspective, etc. This convinces us of the possibility to activate the qualitative evaluation of omni-directional angle picture information and the study of landscape through it henceforth.

농촌경관지역의 산림변화 특성 (Characteristics of woodland changes in an agricultural landscape - The case of Gwangju)

  • Recent landscape changes from human activities, such as agricultural development and urbanisation frequently result in the loss of habitats, the reduction in habitat patch size and an increasing isolation of habitat patches. However, there is little information on woodland changes in agricultural landscapes. Therefore, the aim of this research was to assess spatial characteristics and changes of woodland in an agricultural landscape and how these may have had an impact on ecological process for 33 years. One of the agricultural landscape character units was analysed based on aerial photographs from 1976, 1983, 1994, 2002 and 2009 in Gwangju city. The results indicated that landscape ecological metrics clearly showed that they could be used to monitor changes of woodland ecological conditions during the past 33 years. The results imply that particularly human activities have been leading to the decrease of the mean size of woodland patches and finally result in woodland isolation. These changes may have a negative impact on woodland bird species in the study area. This woodland information can be used to identify the potential and specific needs for setting priorities for conservation planning.
