The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the first experience of the clinical experience for psychiatric nursing on the urinary 17-ketosteroid (KS) and 17-hydroxycorticosteroid (OHCS) of the nursing students. We analyzed the urine of fifteen students on curriculum who were students of D college in K city, compared with the control. In terms of 17-KS, at the end (4 PM) of the first day (p=0.001) and the last day (p=0.003), there was statistically significant difference between the control and the experimental group. In terms of 17-OHCS, at the end of the first day, there was statistically significant difference between the control and the experimental group (p=0.005), and between at the beginning (8 AM) and at the end during the clinical experience (p=0.035). At the last day, also, there was significant difference on the statistics between at the beginning and at the end in both the control (p=0.018) and the experimental group (p=0.004). In conclusion, 17-KS and 17-OHCS may be used as a indicator of the amount of stress to improve the educational environment for the students.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic information requisite in the new sizing system for gloves. KS glove standards' size dimensions, size designation and labeling systems were analyzed. Also, KS glove standards' control sizes were compared to the anthropometric data of 824 Korean adults taken in the previous study. As well, the ISO hand size system was also compared to the anthropometric data of the previous study according to frequency tables of hand length and hand circumference. The size dimensions showed differences among KS standards and there was no size designation and labeling systems existed in KS standards. Among KS glove size systems, protective rubber gloves for radioactive contamination and surgical rubber gloves' size which followed ISO system were accurately indicate the hand size of the person a glove is intended to fit. ISO glove sizing system comprised the control dimensions of hand length and hand circumference. The coverage of ISO size A was 84.8% which was highest among ISO size A. B, C. And in hand circumference 178, 191, 203, 216mm showed the frequencies above 3% and in hand length 167, 175. 183, 191, 199mm showed the frequencies above 3%.

This study is to investigate the KS size recognition and mother's preference of female children's apparel. The practical research is performed for 150 mothers lived in Seoul and are randomly selected to their age, female children's number, education and income level. For statistical analysis and evaluation of survey data, frequency and percentage use contingency table. Findings in this study as follow: 1. Mother's preference for purchasing the girl's garments shows the significant differences of their subject characteristics such as age, girl's number, education and income level. 2. Mother's recognition about KSK 9403: 2004 sizing system for girl's garments does not show the significant differences of their subject properties. Most mothers only know the part of the KS size specifications because KS sizing systems are complex. So KS sizing systems must be simplified and respecified to understand the KS for mothers easily when purchasing their girl's garments. In summary this paper investigates mother's preference and recognition about KS sizing system for the girl's garments.

Klinefelter's syndrome (KS) is a syndrome with extra X chromosome(s), in XY individuals, characterized by gynecomastia, small testes, and infertility. Additional X chromosomes can be present as variable karyotypic forms, including mosaicism (47,XXY/46,XY). The reported prevalence of KS ranges from one in 500 to one in 1,000 live males, but is probably underestimated. The classic phenotype is small, firm testes and infertility resulting from seminiferous tubule dysgenesis and androgen deficiency. The spectrum of KS includes tall stature with relatively long legs and arm span, decreased body hair, learning disabilities, behavioral problems, poor motor skills, and other important medical issues, such as metabolic syndrome, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular disease, certain neoplasia. The increased risk of certain medical problems in KS can be attributed to a direct effect of the extra X chromosome, the combined action of multiple genomic and epigenetic factors, or the hormonal imbalances. Typically, chromosome analysis is not ordered for adult patients with general medical conditions, except for suspected cases of hematologic and lymphoid disorders. Even though it was found during work-up for certain disorders in adult patient, most physicians do not suspect KS or consider its impact. Therefore, understanding the pathophysiology and variable manifestation in KS is necessary, and discussions with multidisciplinary teams will help to diagnose and treat males with KS.

피동원자로건물냉각계통(PCCS)은 사고 발생 시 원자로건물로 방출된 열을 제거하여 원전의 건전성을 보장하기 위해 설계되었다. PCCS의 열제거 성능은 증기-공기 혼합물의 응축열전달에 의해 결정된다. 본 연구에서는 응축열전달계수의 예측 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 새로운 상관식을 이식한 MARS-KS 코드를 사용하여 PCCS의 열제거 성능을 평가하였다. MARS-KS 코드에 사용된 새로운 상관식은 압력, 벽면과냉도, 비응축성 기체 질량분율 및 응축튜브의 종횡비와 같은 열전달계수에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 이용하여 개발하였고, 이는 MARS-KS코드의 기본 응축 모델인 Colburn-Hougen 모델을 대체하여 적용되었다. 대형파단 냉각재상실사고 발생 시 PCCS의 운전에 따른 다양한 열수력학적 변수들을 분석하였고, 열제거 성능 평가를 위해 새로운 상관식이 적용된 MARS-KS 코드의 원자로건물 압력거동 계산결과와 기존의 응축모델을 이용한 해석결과를 비교하였다.

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 CCFL유도등의 동작원리가 일반 조명기기와 동일하여 일반 조명기기의 램프 안정기 성능인증 기준인 KS기준에서 광원의 특성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 시험항목을 도출하여 CCFL유도등의 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 CCFL광원의 전기적 특성과 온도 특성의 연관성을 분석하여 광원 수명에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 연구방법: 실험에 사용된 시료는 대형, 중형, 소형 등 각 크기별 2개 제조사의 제품을 대상으로 수행하였으며, 시험 항목은 역률, 파고율, 전류 고조파함유율이다. 연구결과: 역률은 모든 시료가 0.4~0.6사이의 값을 나타내어 KS기준에서 정한 0.9이상 보다 작은 값을 보였다. 파고율은 대형의 경우 3.6~3.7 정도의 값을 나타냈으며, 중형은 4.4~4.7, 소형은 3.5~3.7사이의 값을 나타내었다. KS기준인 1.7이하보다는 2배 이상의 높은 값을 나타냈다. 전류 고조파함유율은 81%~110%의 값을 나타냈으며, KS기준이 20% 이하임을 감안할 때 모든 시료가 KS기준을 상당히 넘어서는 값을 가짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론: 파고율과 전류 고조파함유율은 광원의 온도상승과 기기의 소손 등에 영향을 미칠 가능성이 있는 성분이므로 이런 전기적 특성을 KS기준의 범위 안에서 유도등을 개발한다면 유도등의 품질개선과 유지관리에 큰 도움이 되리라 생각된다.

지식경제부 기술표준원은 최근 책의 명칭 및 편집 일반용어의 KS(KS X 0003)표준을 제정, 발표했다. 동 표준의 연구는 상록문화정보연구소(이사장 전영표)가 맡았다. 이 표준은 책의 외부 명칭 26종, 내부 명칭 21종, 본문 편집 판면 명칭 27종, 출판 편집 일반용어 100종을 선정하여 표준화하였다. 기술표준원은 "이 표준은 컴퓨터 활용 시 가장 많이 쓰이는 용어들을 먼저 대상으로 삼았으며, 출판 인쇄 분야에서 활용 빈도가 높은 용어를 우선 선정하였고, 용어의 명칭과 정의를 명확하게 하였을 뿐만 아니라 외래어의 영향을 많이 받고 있는 용어를 주대상으로 삼았으며, 단체나 개인에 따라 달리 쓰이는 용어를 선정하여 명칭을 표준화했다"고 밝혔다. 다음은 기술표준원이 제정한 책의 명칭이다.

The research presents the implementation and improvement strategies of scientific methodologies and techniques in the audit criteria of KS certification. The paper discusses the establishment of management strategy and quality policy by the alignment of BSC or policy deployment, the effective handling methodologies of control plan based on SPC, and the traceability of calibration uncertainty and MSA, etc.
