조선 후기 궁궐 정전과 편전 지의(地衣)의 구조와 배치 방식 (The Structure and the Layout of Ji-ui on the Main and the Subsidiary Hall of the Royal Palace in the Late Joseon Dynasty)

  • In the late Joseon Dynasty, the floor of the royal palace was covered with grass mat called ji-ui. Ji-ui was produced by connecting several mats named seokja(席子) and trimming the edge with narrow fabric named seon(縇). The standard manufacturing technique was to connect the shorter sides of the seokjas by overstitching them. A room was covered with either single or multiple ji-uis, depending on the case. In the case of the main and the subsidiary halls (jeong-jeon and pyeon-jeon, respectively) where the king conducted official meetings with the civil servants, multiple ji-uis were laid out to signify the division of space, which reflected the ceremonial aspects of the governing acts. The most essential division was the distinction of yeong-wae(楹外) and yeong-nae(楹內), with the jeon-goju (a tall frontal pillar inside the hall) functioning as the breakpoint. Jeong-jeon was divided into four spaces each covered with one ji-ui: yeong-nae, yeong-wae, and the left and the right sides of the royal seat named jwa-tap(座榻). Pyeon-jeon was covered with three ji-uis that divided the hall into three spaces: yeong-nae, yeong-wae, and hu-twae(後退) (the hind section) where the royal seat was placed on.

민간경비원의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도의 관계 (Correlation between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Private Security Guard)

  • 본 연구는 민간경비원의 직무스트레스 및 직무만족의 관계를 규명하여 민간경비산업에서 일선에서 중요한 역할을 담당하는 민간경비원의 문제점을 효과적으로 파악하여 민간경비업의 효과적인 조직운영 안을 제시하고자 하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 서울 및 충청남도의 민간경비업체의 직원을 대상으로 편의표집을 이용하여 총 351명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 조사도구는 설문지로서 국내 외 선행연구를 기초로 하여 재구성하여 사용하였으며, 자료 처리는 SPSS version 18.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차에 따른 자료분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 민간경비원의 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 하위요인 중 업무만족의 관계를 분석한 결과 역할갈등, 임금체계스트레스가 낮을수록 업무만족이 높다. 둘째, 민간경비원의 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 하위요인 중 상사만족의 관계를 분석한 결과 임금체계, 책임감, 역할갈등스트레스가 낮을수록 상사만족이 높다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 하위요인 중 기회균등만족의 관계를 분석한 결과 직무스트레스 하위 요인 중 임금체계, 역할갈등, 책임감스트레스가 낮을수록 기회균등만족이 높다. 넷째, 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 하위요인 중 복리후생의 관계를 분석한 결과 직무스트레스 하위 요인 중 임금체계, 역할갈등스트레스가 낮을수록 복리후생만족이 높다. 다섯째, 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 하위요인 중 임금만족의 관계를 분석한 결과 직무스트레스 하위 요인 중 임금체계, 역할갈등스트레스가 낮을수록 임금만족이 높다. 여섯째, 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 하위요인 중 직장의 자긍심의 관계를 분석한 결과 직무스트레스 하위 요인 중 임금체계, 역할갈등스트레스가 낮을수록 직장의 자긍심이 높다. 일곱째, 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 하위요인 중 동료만족의 관계를 분석한 결과 직무스트레스 하위 요인 중 역할갈등, 임금체계스트레스가 낮을수록 동료만족이 높다.

  • 국내에서 이동통신사업자의 겸업을 금지해 온 배경은 시장지배적 사업자가 수직적 결합 등을 통해 시장의 공정 경쟁을 저해할 수 있다는 우려에서 비롯된 것이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 이는 근래의 시장의 고도화 및 융합화 추세를 반영하지 못하는 것이어서, 공정경쟁을 보장하고 이용자 편익을 증진하기 위해서는 규제사무를 정비할 필요성이 있다는 의견이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 통신서비스 및 장비시장의 현황을 분석하고 겸업승인 규제 정책의 개선 방향을 살펴보았다.

  • The monitoring effectiveness not only depends on the effectiveness of the network, but also the costs of the network. Generally the costs of the monitoring network are mainly on the equipment and personnel; the implementation and maintenance; the observation and sample connection; the sample analysis; and the data storage and processing. The cost of the monitoring network can be expressed as a function of monitoring frequency because the monitoring method can be an automatic or a manual measurement. To determine the sampling frequency of subsidiary groundwater monitoring stations, time series data of national groundwater monitoring stations were used. The proposed optimal sampling frequency for subsidiary groundwater monitoring station is about 7 to 20 days and the average frequency is about 2 weeks.

  • Recently, the optical disk drive that is thin in thickness has been demanded by the popularization of notebook PC. The device that controls the thickness of a drive is the height of optical pickup. Therefore, researches about this are going on and an asymmetric actuator is the good choice fur this target. However, the actuator of this design has troubles that a subsidiary resonance is likely to be actuated by discord between the center of force and the mass of renter. In this paper, relation between the tracking coil and the subsidiary resonance is analyzed and dynamic characteristics of an actuator are improved by using experiments design and response surface method.

  • A subsidiary-main track for passenger station is a low-speed track section distinct from a through route such as a main track. It is parallel to a through track and connected to it at both ends by switches. Sidetracks allow for fast, high priority trains to pass slower or lower priority trains going the same direction. They are important for efficiency to order and organize the flow of rail traffic. In this paper we first describe the minimum headway between trains using the concept of occupation time in a block section, which depends on block systems, signalling system and safety technology. And then a stepwise approach is presented to select station, which is suitable to install sidetrack for a given train-traffic pattern. This approach is tested with sample example data, which are surveyed from track geometry based on the to-be-constructed line.

  • This paper deals with nonparametric estimation of discontinuous regression curve. Quite number of researches about this topic have been done. These researches are classified into two categories, the indirect approach and direct approach. The major goal of the indirect approach is to obtain good estimates of jump locations, whereas the major goal of the direct approach is to obtain overall good estimate of the regression curve. Thus it seems that two approaches are quite different in nature, so people say that the comparison of two approaches does not make much sense. Therefore, a thorough comparison of them is lacking. However, even though the main issue of the indirect approach is the estimation of jump locations, it is too obvious that we have an estimate of regression curve as the subsidiary result. The point is whether the subsidiary result of the indirect approach is as good as the main result of the direct approach. The performance of two approaches is compared through a simulation study and it turns out that the indirect approach is a very competitive tool for estimating discontinuous regression curve itself.

  • Railroad a field of basic industries in Korea had developed as representative transportation means in the interior. But since the 1970s, its transport requirement decrease had influenced in reduced earning. Thus railroad try to find a various subsidiary earning creations. Among the various subsidiary earning creations, a plan of privately financed station buildings is constructing and using. For the mean time the privately financed station have been constructed by in a narrow sensible development. But now like a Yongsan areas surrounding stations development, comprehensive development think over surrounding stations in a wide sensible development. Yeongdeungpo Station the traffic center of the south part in Seoul had been constructed by privately financed station of Lotte Shopping Co. after 1987. Yeongdeungpo Station constructed station building is a successful example for profitable. The successful instance of Yeongdeungpo privately financed station investigates and devises comprehensive development as thinking over surrounding stations for more and more benefits.
