Objectives : This study was performed to review articles concerning acupuncture or moxibustion treatment for Complex Regional Pain Syndromes. Methods : On-line databases including PubMed, Cochrane Library, Ovid-EMBASE, NDSL and OASIS were searched to find articles concerning acupuncture or moxibustion treatment for Complex Regional Pain Syndromes. Several overlapping articles and those not relevant to the topic were excluded, as well as review articles and commentaries. Results : 16 case reports were selected through the procedure, all of which presented successful treatment cases of Complex Regional Pain Syndromes with acupuncture and moxibustion. Most of them presented one single patient case and were published in Korea. However, almost half of them were printed in English, and had been continuously published since 2005. It was remarkable that pharmacopuncture was predominantly used to treat Complex Regional Pain Syndromes. Also, we noted that Chinese scalp acupuncture needs to be studied further as two successful cases were presented from the U.S army. Conclusion : The results show that several case reports have been published regarding Complex Regional Pain Syndromes treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. However, all of them were case reports which are given low status in Evidence-Based Medicine. We expect that a more diverse range of articles, including case control studies, cohort studies and randomized controlled trials will be performed in the near future, and that a unified outcome measure will be developed for Complex Regional Pain Syndromes.

The objective of this research was to investigate whether emotional experience and change in depression and stress in the regional children center was affected by participating in the recreation program. For the objective of research, pre-post test control group design was carried on to 21 primary school pupils and middle school students who participated in the regional children center after school. Children's emotional experience, depression and stress that children experienced while they stayed in regional children center were measured. The experimental group showed low negative emotion and high positive emotion after participating the recreation program. It can be concluded that the recreation activity in the regional children center is effective in diminishing the children's depression and stress.

This paper attempts to analyse the financial validity of the Eco-therapy project which 'J' city in 'C' province has been eagerly trying to implement for its regional economic development and also to estimate the potential economic impact of the project on its regional economy. In doing so, it employs system dynamics which is a methodology for studying and managing complex systems, such as one finds in business and other social systems. Analytic framework for this study is constructed, based on the existing theoretical studies. This study concludes that the Eco-therapy Project concerned is economically and financially valid and it is also expected that the regional economic impacts arising from the construction and operation of the facilities concerned are greater than any other project which 'J' city has been pursuing.

To establish the transmission system expansion plan based on reliability, valuation of outage cost become more important. In previous studies about outage cost estimation, macroscopic, microscopic and analytic methods are proposed but they have some limit. For instance, microscopic method involves a complex field survey process and macroscopic method can not estimate regional outage cost. So in this paper, a new method to estimate regional macroscopic outage cost using the reduction of value added due to power outages is proposed. This method uses regional add value according to production activities called Gross Regional Domestic Product(GRDP) and regional electricity sales.

International arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism in Asia is growing in popularity. Singapore has long been acknowledged as a regional arbitration center but Korea is now facing an increased demand as an arbitration center as well. As Singapore competes with Hong Kong and other international arbitration centers, and as Korea tries to become an alternative to Singapore, both Singapore and Korea have updated their arbitral laws and arbitration rules to reflect the current international arbitration trends. This paper examines the recent changes in the arbitration laws of Singapore and Korea, with an emphasis on recent changes in Korean arbitration laws that are designed to increase Korea's popularity as a regional arbitration center. Though Korea's reputation as an arbitration center is increasing, it is still not viewed as a major arbitration service provider. It is against this backdrop that Korea's international arbitration laws and rules will be viewed, with suggested changes to increase Korea's reputation as not only a regional hub but a center of international arbitration.

From 1970, the concept of ecotourism is introduced, lots of studies in ecotourism appeared. Review these studies are necessary for future ecotourism studies. Some review studies on ecotourism are existed. However, these approach also limitation of subjectivities and some sorts of papers has not been reviewed. This study use keyword network analysis which is used as big data analysis to overcome the limitation. Foreign 2455 studies and domestic 163 studies which have ecotoursim in keywords, are analyzed for reviewing. As a result, 3 cluster('Sustainable tourism development', 'Ecological conservation', 'Ecotourist analysis' appeared, in ecotourism studies. In addition, this cluster has deep relationship with region. 'Sustainable tourism development' is related to Eurasia, Australia, Europe. 'Ecological conservation' is related to Africa. 'Ecotourism analysis' is related to North America. Especially 'Resident participation', 'Stakeholder' are appeared many times in Asia region. These results show that ecotourism studies are interpreted in regional contexts. It means that although only one word 'ecotourism' is used in different contexts, regional approach are needed for exact use. In Korea, the keywords are focused on ecotourists and developments. As Korea has lots of ecotour village, resident participation studies have to be supplemented.

According to the growing concerns of the public with efficiency and effects of regional policies, their assessment works have become an important issue. Up to now, several studies have been carried out on economic effects of policies using conventional cost/benefit analysis, while there have been few studies on assessment of amenity oriented policies. From the above consideration, this study tried to develop An Annual Expenditure Assessment Model (AEAM) for amenity-oriented policy-making in rural area. As a pre-work for model development, the hierarchical indices system for rural development and the classification system of expenditure were designed. Being based on high significant relationship between rural amenities and local government expenditure, a linear optimization model for maximization of regional amenity was constructed. Through a case study of Sunchang-gun, Chonbuk-province, the model applicability was ascertained.

In this article, I intended to develop the contents of regional learning in social studies and in geography education. In achieving the goal of regional teaming, we have to investigate three facets, i .e. theoretical, organizational, and practical facet. In particular, practical facet is very important one in that it is directly related to content development. As the criteria of content constitution, I proposed two elements, 'historical-geographical landscape'and 'region-related discourse' which are pertinent to the case region, Yonsan in Chungcheongnam-do, Korea. And then, on the basis of disciplinary results in geography, I developed the scope and sequence of contents by utilizing three lagers of space which are 'habitat space', 'social space', and 'power space', three geographical concepts of 'site→symbolic landscape→territoriality', and three spatial scales of 'local→inter-local →regional one'correspondingly.

In this study, the regional states of 7 items are analyzed, the regional risks are calculated by using normalized data & analysis hierarchy process to set regional oil recovery capacity. Area on-water oil recovery capacity, $7,500k{\ell}$, is separated and regional on-water oil recovery capacity is determined, based on calculated regional degree of risk. Excessive current oil recovery capacities, setting in Incheon, Gunsan, Mokpo, Busan region, are as a result distributed to the other regions in each area. In case of central region, Daesan is increased as much as $1,475k{\ell}$, Yeosu is increased as much as $375k{\ell}$, Ulsan is increased as much as $475k{\ell}$. The regional on-water oil recovery capacity, considering both the cause of accident aspects and marine environmental & economic aspects, is estimated as more balanced distribution model, compared to current standard of on-water oil recovery capacity.

Focusing on the photonics industry as a new one and the photonics industry agglomeration in Gwangju, this study investigated the regional characteristics of the photonics industry's growth. To analyze the location and business network of photonics firms as foundation of industrial growth, in-depth interviews were conducted. It also aimed to review the meanings of regional policy to promote a strategic industry. As a result, it founded the differential growth of the photonics industry in the Capital region(with a market advantage) and Gwangju(with a policy advantage). Gwangju's regional policy had an importance that it formed a regional consensus and increased the momentum and variety to drive regional industrial development.
