병원의 지식경영 도입방안에 관한 연구 -병원 지식경영 단계모델 구축- (A Study on the Implementation of Knowledge Management in Hospital)

  • In the meantime hospital system of Korea has institutionally performed its errand in stable circumstance, however the system now faces with new environment of change of customer's satisfaction, of regime, deepening of competition, and opening market. Under the rapidly and complicatedly changing circumstance, the hospital system is required to promote getting a dominant position in the competition, enhancing outcome, creating value added, and customer satisfaction in both internally and externally likewise other organizations, as they continuously introduce a knowledge management and originate, accumulate, and put the knowledge to practical use. This organization capacity of knowledge management involves a process of management that requires great change of all organizations and individuals and it is brought up through four steps which are Initiation, Propagation, Integration, and Networking. The main factors of successful knowledge management are intension of the chief executive officer(CEO), organizational culture, appraisal and compensation of work, knowledge controlling system, and organizational structure, and each of these five stage has got different characteristic. To be successful by introducing knowledge management, hospital organization should be based on these premises. Not only CEO or the director of a hospital, but also the constituent members should be fully aware of knowledge, the characteristic of knowledge management, and successful factors of this operation. Should understand step-by-step characteristic of knowledge management, therefore able to analyse a situation of specific hospital and see which step corresponds to that hospital. By analysing, constituents should make up for the weak points and ready to move on to next step. CEO or the director of a hospital should be aware of knowledge management as a strategic factor which is able to get a dominant position in the rapidly changing environment, and also it should be firm in the director's intention to introduce the knowledge management into the hospital. By continuously carrying out education and training constituent members, the director of a hospital should promote their interest and participation in knowledge management, and build an organization culture that ultimately creates, accumulates, shares, and put the knowledge to practical use. The hospital organization needs to systematize an institution of objective compensation that corresponds to objective appraisal of knowledge management outcome. The hospital ought to build knowledge controlling system in stages, in order to take the initiative in rapidly changing environment. By considering the characteristic of hospital system, it is required to change the organizational structure into self-managing team which is a sort of horizontal structure that allows members to make decisions and take the responsibility by themselves. The limitation of this study is experimental study. Positive investigation about successful factors of hospital knowledge management and characteristic of each steps is expected with following study.

지식공유에 미치는 개인적·조직적 영향요인에 관한 연구 -대덕연구단지 연구개발 조직을 중심으로- (A Study on Individual and Organizational Factors Affecting Knowledge Sharing -Focused on The Research & Development Organization in Daedeok Science Town-)

  • This research aims to verify individual and organizational factors that will affect knowledge sharing, especially in research & development organizations with a premise that knowledge sharing is one of the most important factors of successful knowledge management. Many factors which are supposed to affect knowledge sharing arc empirically investigated in this research : individual factors ((1)self esteem (2)expected contribution), organizational factors ((3)top management's will, (4)accessibility of knowledge management system (5)validity of evaluation & reward knowledge sharing, (6)trust, (7)open communication). As a result, it is found that 'expected contribution' among individual factors and 'open communication' and 'validity of evaluation & reward' among organizational factors are highly correlated with knowledge sharing. These findings suggest that enhancement of perceived expected contribution among employees and building cultures of open communication and effective evaluation & reward system for knowledge sharing will contribute to activation of knowledge sharing in the research and development organizations.

한의사들에게 적합한 고문헌 지식체계에 대한 고찰 -"동의보감(東醫寶鑑)"증보를 중심으로- (A Study of Classic Korean Medicine Knowledge System which is Suitable for Korean Medicine Doctors -The process of expanding DONGUIBOGAM-)

  • Objectives: The objectives of this study are to determine both what information Korean Medicine(KM) doctors want from medical classics and how classic KM knowledge should be structured. Methods: KM doctor survey was conducted in October 2012 via E-mail to determine what information Korean Medicine doctors want to collect from a larger volume of existing classics. Specialist survey was made in October 2012 through questionnaire and 8 workshops were held between April 2012 ~ February 2013 to discuss how to reorganize classic KM knowledge. Results: With two surveys and 8 workshops, we built a conceptualization of the classic KM knowledge system for KM practice. KM doctors wanted to engage with the design of KM knowledge system informed by authentic medical classics, and hoped that more information on common disorders would be added to the table of contents of classic KM books than now. A comprehensive knowledge system was also required to maximize information sharing. Conclusions: Future KM knowledge systems need to be more comprehensive and include more information about disorders with which patients commonly consult KM doctors.

  • 규칙 기반 지식표현은 전문가 시스템의 지식을 저장하고 조작하는 기법중 가장 많이 사용되는 기법이다. 그런데 이 방법으로 표현된 지식의 양은 점점 많아지며, 그 관계가 복잡해지고 내용이 변경될 수 있기 때문에 지식베이스의 일관성 및 완결성을 유지하는 검증 시스템이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 새로운 규칙이 첨가될 때 야기될 수 있는 오류를 구조적 측면과 의미론적 측면에서 검증한 후 자체 수정하거나 자체 수정이 불가능할 경우 전문가가 수정하도록 하여 일관성과 완결성이 확증된 후 새로운 규칙이 추가되어질 수 있도록 함으로써 전문가 시스템의 신뢰도를 높이고 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 검증시스탬이 제안되었다.

  • 분산 협동 정보시스템은 분산. 이질적인 정보환경에서 다양한 지식원과 문제 해결 능력 등을 가지면서 이들이 서로 통합되어 사용되는 시스템을 말한다. 이러한 시스템에서는 구성 정보를 서로 활용하고 제어할 수 있는 조정기능이 필요하고 이러한 조정기능의 역할에 따라 전체 시스템의 양태가 다양하게 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 다중에이전트 패러다임을 적용하여 분산 협동 정보시스템의 한 가지 모델을 제시하고 테스트 시스템을 구현해보았다. 제안 시스템은 분산된 구성원을 에이전트화하고 이들 간의 협동을 원활하게 할 수 있도록 조정 에이전트를 사용하고 조정 에이전트를 사용하고 있다. 본 시스템에서 제안된 조정 에이전트는 지식의 세밀도(granularity) 레벨을 이용하여 에이전트 활성화 순서를 조정한다. 즉, 처음에는 단수하면서도 빠른 속도의 지식 형태를 활용하고 그 결과에 따라 좀 더 복잡한 지식 베이스를 활용하도록 하는 것이다. 제안구조는 동일한 주제에 대하여 여러 레벨의 지식원이 존재할 때 이들을 적절히 순서화함으로써 마치 인지과정에서 의식의 초점(focusing)이 자연스럽게 바뀌는 것과 같은 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

Ontology-based Description of Functional Design Knowledge and its Use in a Functional Was Server

  • In conceptual design of engineering devices, a designer decomposes a required function into sub-functions, so-called functional decomposition, using a kind of functional knowledge representing achievement relations among functions. However, such knowledge about functionality of engineering devices is usually left implicit because each designer possesses it. Even if such knowledge is found in documents, it is often scattered around technical domains and lacks consistency. Aiming at capturing such functional knowledge explicitly and sharing it in design teams, we discuss its systematic description based on functional ontologies which provide common concepts for its consistent and generic description. We propose a new concept named “was of achievement” as a key concept for capturing such functional knowledge. Categorization of typical representations of the knowledge and its organization as is-a hierarchies are also discussed. The generic concepts representing functionality of a device in the functional knowledge are provided by the functional concept ontology, which makes the functional knowledge consistent and applicable to other domains. We also discuss development of a design supporting system using the systematized knowledge, called a functional was server. It helps human designers redesign an existing engineering device by providing a wide range of alternative ways of achievement of the required function in a manner suitable for the viewpoint of each designer and then facilitates innovative design.

종합병원 지식근로자의 지식공유 의도와 혁신행동 간의 관계 (The Relationship between Workers' Knowledge Sharing Intention and Innovation Behavior in General Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting workers' knowledge sharing on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior in general hospitals. This study is based on factors of knowledge sharing such as incentives, reciprocal benefits, behavioral control, and subjective norm, CEO's support, rewards system, IT system, and trust. Data were assessed using 148 workers who work in 3 hospitals in Seoul, Kyunggi, Chunkcheong-do. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires from April 1 to 31 in 2013 and analyzed SPSS 18 and SEM(structural equation modeling). The results of the study were as follows. First, knowledge sharing intention as well as innovation behavior was statistically significant in behavioral control and IT system. Second, knowledge sharing intention turned out to be positive effect for innovation behavior. This study identified a couple of factors affecting workers' knowledge sharing on knowledge sharing intention and innovation behavior. The the implications of these factors are discussed and areas for developing hospital's knowledge management strategies are fostered and knowledge sharing intention and innovation behavior.

  • 기업의 경쟁력이 지식중심으로 전환되고 있는 현대 사회의 실정과 더불어 IMF 이후 건설업계는 경영 패러다임 변화의 필요성을 인식하고 지식경영을 통해 기업의 경쟁력을 향상하고 있다. 지식경영 실천의 도구인 지식관리시스템은 기업의 지식을 관리하여 조직지식자원의 가치를 향상시키는 도구로 관리대상 지식의 형태와 특성에 따라 각기 다른 형태와 관리방법을 갖는다. 따라서 산업별 지식의 특성에 적합한 지식관리 시스템에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 건설산업 지식의 특성을 적합한 지식관리시스템의 지식관리 방안을 도출하였고, 이를 토대로 현재 구축된 건설업 KMS 지식관리의 문제점을 진단하였다.

해운.항만조직의 지식공유의도 영향요인이 지식관리시스템 사용정도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Impacts of the Knowledge Sharing Intention on the Use of Knowledge Management System in Maritime and Port Organizations)

  • 본 연구에서는 지식공유와 지식관리시스템에 관한 이론과 선행연구를 통하여 해운 항만 공공부문과 해운기업을 대상으로 지식관리시스템 사용과 지식공유 의도에 영향을 주는 요인들을 추출하여 그 요인들의 상호 영향관계를 살펴보았다. 총 7개의 가설을 검증한 결과, 먼저 지식공유 의도의 영향요인들 중에서 최고 경영층의 지원, 자기 가치감, 신뢰가 지식공유 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고, 또한 보상제도와 지식관리시스템의 사용과 관계, 지식공유 의도와 지식관리시스템 사용과의 관계 통계적으로 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 앞으로 지식관리시스템 사용과 관련된 연구에 있어서 지식공유 의도의 영향력에 대학 실증적 근거로 제시될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 지식관리 시스템을 도입 사용하고 있는 기업의 실무자들에게 현재 자신들의 지식관리시스템 사용 현황을 재진단하고 문제점을 짚어봄으로써 향후 지식관리시스템을 통한 지식공유를 촉진하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • To keep enterprise's competitiveness on condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as FA, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously in not only production and maintenance but also related industrial safety. As we analyze in the surveys for the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of Industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for prevention of industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, this study studied the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique by using of the knowledge-based system under the internet environment. This web based knowledge-based diagnosis system can easily provide not only the knowledge of expert about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robot, but also the knowledge of relating safety and facility on everywhere, everytime. Therefore, when we use this system, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety.
