In the rapidly changing era of knowledge revolution, user-centered IT services are emerging as a very important component of modern business. However, in order to lead IT services into success, traditional capabilities and competences are not good enough. Development of IT services involve service planners and designers as well as traditional systems developers. This detailed segmentation of job and corresponding competences among involved in IT service development brings in new type of conflicts and contradictions that may require special attention for IT services to be properly development and implemented. This study aims to explore and define competences and roles of newly emerging job groups in IT services: planners, designers, and developers. In order to identify underlying competences of these emergeing groups, two stage interviews were conducted. At the first stage, general competence framework is developed across these groups with different skills for similar competence catogories. Using the categories developed at the first stage, members of each groups were asked to rate and assess the competences of other groups. Comparisons of these reciprocal assessment revealed the conceptual differences and biases across these groups. Detail differences are discussed and implications are discussed.

With the advent of the pandemic era, non-face-to-face classes are being conducted, and many studies are being conducted on the effects of non-face-to-face classes in many subjects. Since the programming class is a subject that combines knowledge transfer and practice. In the case of non-face-to-face classes, I wanted to know how students perceive them through a survey. The number of students who answered that traditional face-to-face classes were good in terms of ease of question and answer, understanding of class content and immersion in class, and more students answered that non-face-to-face classes were good in terms of securing practice time and class control. It is expected that using the results of this study will help plan effective programming lessons.

Information Security Incidents that have recently happen rapidly spread and the scale of that incidents' damage is large. In addition, as it proceeds to the era of converged industry in the future environment and the virtual cyber world expands to the physical world, new types of security threats have occurred. Now, it is time to supply security professionals who have a multi-dimensional security capabilities that can manage the strategies of technological security and physical security from the management point of view, rather than the ones who primarily focus on the traditional technologic-centered strategies to solve new types of security threats. In conclusion, in this paper we try to produce the curriculum of information security featured in the occupational classification system and analyze the subjects that are additionally required for those who move to other occupations to cultivate security professionals who suited to the converged-industrial environment. It is expected that multi-dimensional security professionals who suited to the converged-industrial environment will be cultivated by harmoniously integrating information security subjects from technological and business/managerial perspectives, and education training courses will be developed that effectively provide core knowledges per occupational classification when people moves to other occupations in the areas of information security.

We live in the information technology era and experience the rapid global information environment change through Internet. Therefore, as distribution channels and service qualities in our daily lives are provided through Internet, these changes have been the foundation of constructing a new society. Naturally, the use of computer is widely spread out and it is hard to find any company that doesn't use computer in its work. However, the computer skills of those who are in their fifties cannot reach to what the companies need for them even though they are main working groups in our society. In addition, the Internet access rate of homemakers in their late forties and over fifties are low due to their lack of computer knowledge even though they are the target customers of the Internet service. Under these circumstances, we offer a lecture using simulation techniqe through which anybody can easily follow the instructions via the "Help" menu not a boring lecture that just show the text and reads it. Besides, each class will show you how to start Internet/ how to finish it, how to register a website, how to use e-mail, etc. So, it will let you know every detailed aspect that average people may disregard but a beginner may be afraid of starting the Internet.

In this study, it is analyzed that keywords of the interest in the 4th industrial revolution for science and Technician K women's university students, areas to prioritize in the strategy of 4th industry revolution, to research compare analyze the recognition of science technology such as the most necessary education, human resource development of universities and companies in Korea and abroad according to the technology trend required in the 4th Industrial revolution era and which area to prepare for the 4th industrial revolution. The survey result shows different thoughts of science and Technician(KOFST) and the women university students. In the 1) 4th industrial revolution, the 96% of former are interested, while 60% of latter are interested. And in the most used keywords, the former group used AI(24%), Fusion new industry(21%) the most, while the latter group used AI(34%), Robot(18%). And, 3) in the strategic priority, the science technology experts are interested in education, R&D system innovation(27%), IoT, Information and Communication(26%) and the university students are interested in IoT, Information and Communication(31%), AI(28%). Finally, 4) the science technology experts thought of Autonomous Vehicle(20%), 3D Printer(7%), AI(16%) important, while the women university students thought of AI(27%), VR/Augmented Reality(17%), and Autonomous Vehicle(16%) the most necessary education. In the 4th industrial revolution, we need people with ability to solve complicated problems with creativity based on understanding and absorbing new knowledge and thinking of converged idea.

Edge computing is a technology that can prepare for a new era of cloud computing. Edge computing is not a remote data center where data is processed and computed, but low-latency/high-speed computing is realized by adding computing power and data processing power to the edge side close to an access point such as a terminal device or a gateway. It is possible. The types of edge computing include mobile edge computing, fog computing, and cloudlet computing. In this article, we describes existing open source platforms for implementing edge computing nodes. By presenting and comparing the structure, features of open source edge platforms, it is possible to acquire knowledge required to select the best edge platform for industrial engineers who want to build an edge node using an actual open source edge computing platform.

The 4th industrial revolution refers to the transition to a knowledge society in which the production speed of knowledge is fast and the proportion of the knowledge industry is greatly increased. The reorganization of the industrial structure and the change of occupations and jobs due to new technologies are bringing about changes in education, and the development of digital technology has made education that is borderless, individual and dynamic, becoming the new standard of education. With these changes, interest in nano-degrees on new technologies or micro-degrees focused on core courses rather than regular course degrees is increasing. As a representative example, Udacity in the United States has opened and operated online nanodegree courses related to jobs, and collaborates with major companies to develop and educate core training courses necessary for companies, thereby efficiently supporting companies in securing talent. With the revitalization of online vocational and job training, an environment has been prepared in which individuals can set goals for vocational competency development and continue their portfolio-based sustainable learning. However, for effective vocational education, automated and personalized educational content design should be preceded. To this end, in this paper, we propose a personalized career and course map recommendation system in the era of online learning

At present, we are at the point of change of the 4th industrial revolution era due to the development of artificial intelligence(AI) and rapid technological innovation that no one can predict until now. This study started from the question of 'What role should home economics education play in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution?'. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is characterized by AI, cloud computing, Internet of Things(IoT), big data, and Online to Offline(O2O). It will drastically change the social system, science and technology and the structure of the profession. Since the dehumanization of robots and artificial intelligence may occur, the 4th Industrial Revolution Education should be sought to foster future human resources with humanity and citizenship for the future community. In addition, the implication of education in the fourth industrial revolution, which will bring about a change to a super-intelligent and hyper-connected society, is that the role of education should be emphasized so that humans internalize their values as human beings. Character education should be established as a generalized and internalized consciousness with a concept established in the integration of the curriculum, and concrete practical strategies should be prepared. In conclusion, home economics education in the 4th industrial revolution era should play a leading role in the central role of character education, and intrinsic improvement of various human lives. The fourth industrial revolution will change not only what we do, or human mental and physical activities, but also who we are, or human identity. In the information society and digital society, it is important how quickly and accurately it is possible to acquire scattered knowledge. In the information society, it is required to learn how to use knowledge for human beings in rapid change. As such, the fourth industrial revolution seeks to lead the family, organization, and community positively by influencing the systems that shape our lives. Home economics education should take the lead in this role.

Tourism now stand among the fastest and largest industries in the global economy in the 21 st era, with knowledge information and environment industry. After 1990's, each local government in korea that has been organizing and expanding new and existing festivals, those related locality, natural resources, speciality and ethnic customs. While netizens have increased from the later half of 1990's, the Internet has appeared in it with a main advertizing channel of all industries, especially tourism. Each local county publicizes a local festival and all kind of information while managing its web-site. However, they have lots of difficulties In building local information web sites because of lack of technical and financial resources. This study examined general theories about Internet web sites and local festivals to elicit the previous problems and to suggest the ways to activate local festivals utilizing Internet, based upon analysis of web sites and Internet utilization on local festivals designated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as the cultural tour one among local festivals.

The 21st century is the era of knowledge and information, and also the age of education and culture. The importance of a public library, which stands in the center of the stream of the times, cannot be overemphasized. A public library is a reservoir of learning and culture as a base camp for achieving a creative economy and the flourishing of our culture. Many problems are caused with the promotion of unification of a public library administrative system coming to the fore as a large issue of library communities in poor surroundings where the public libraries don't observe the library laws and rules bottom of such a reservoir is splintered by drought, and its embankment is not solid. Accordingly, this study is aimed at suggesting the improvement plan by analyzing all arguments and problems in relation to the promotion of the administrative system unification of a public library. For this purpose, first, the study considered the developmental process of the discussion about public library unification; secondly, the points at issue and problems in public library unification are reviewed; finally, this study arranged and suggested the improvement plan related to public library unification.
