In this paper, derived monocycle pulse that application is possible within permission frequency band (3.1 ~ 10.6GHz) that establish in FCC. Also, PPM modulated TH IR system simulator is designed in AWGN environment. It is analyzed monocycle pulse specific property and system performance using simulator. Also, analyzed BER performances of IR system in multiple access interference environment using proposed parameters. According to result, application of possible pulse duration$(t_n)$ is very limited by 0.04~0.0326 ns in permission frequency range that establish in FCC. In the case of same pulse signal power, we could know that system performance changes by $N_s$ regardless of pulse duration. IR system that need high speed transmission more than 50 Mbps in multiple access interference environment could know that very serious performance decrease by multiple access Interference happens.

The purpose of this paper is to propose the policy change of teachers education in Korea with an analysis of America statistical literacy education. we found the difference of statistical literacy education between Korea and America with each nation's social and educational environment. We can get the need of new change for statistic teacher's education in Korea. We think of Mathematics teachers should know about the difference between statistics and mathematics at school mathematics. And they should know the new change thinking about teaching method and process assesment methods. Second, Teachers should focused on teaching of problem solving and statistical thinking ability based on data analysis than the teaching of probability and mathematical theory.

With the growth of blockchain and cryptocurrency-related markets, cryptocurrency exchanges are growing as a new industry. However, as the legal and regulatory definitions of cryptocurrencies are still in progress, unlike existing industrial groups, they are not under the supervision of regulatory agencies. As a result, users (i.e., cryptocurrency investors) have suffered two types of damage that could occur from hacking and other accidents on the exchanges. One type of the damage is the loss of assets caused by the extortion of personal information or account and the other is the damage from users who might be involved in external frauds. Both are analyzed in comparison with existing operators whose functions are like the exchanges. The results of this study show that membership (KYC: Know Your Client), log-in, and additional authentication in transactions are on the similar level to those of the operators while the fraud detection system (FDS) and anti-money laundering (AML) of fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies need rapid improvement.

As we know, gigabit ethernet is a new technology to be substituted for current fast ethernet used widely in local area network. The switch used in gigabit ethernet should deal with frames in giga-bps. To do such a fast switching, we need that serveral processes meet the budgets, such as MAC address table lookup, several giga speed path setup, fast scheduling, and etc. Especially MAC address table lookup has to be processed in the same speed with speed of incoming packets, thus the bottleneck in the process can cause packet loss by the overflow in the input buffer. We devise new practical hardware hashing method to perform fast table lookup by minimizing the number of external memory access and accelerating with hardware.

We studied franchisees’ answers to the questionnaires to know their selective motives and criteria, their types and the reliability of a franchisor in the food-service industry. Then we showed the basic data about the selective criteria of a sound franchisor. The result of this study was as follows. First, we need a specialist and a department to present a financially sound franchisor. Second, we must determine the criteria of franchise fee, royalty and the other items on payment for the franchisor. Third, the alternative plan to trust the franchisor was needed for a large-scale franchisee.

Pump-storage power plants, which pumps water from the lower reservoir to the upper reservoir using the extra electronic power at night and generates the electronic power in the daytime, are more increasing. Currently it has a tendency to be high-head large-capacity machines. So in the processing of design, we need to know the vibration characteristics of pump-turbine shaft system sufficiently. In this paper, we developed the computer programs for analyzing pump-turbine shaft system considering magnetic force of generator, hydraulic force at runner, dynamic characteristics of guide bearings and the effect of add mass of water. And the superiority of this program was verified by applying it to the real model and calculating high quality critical speed, natural mode and unbalance response.

A review of literature discussing the status and impact of mainstream Korean research revealed that there have been few studies carried out to investigate the status of Korean mainstream medical research and that we need to know exact status of Korean medical papers published in mainstream journals. Accordingly, a study is undertaken to measure mainstream medical publication output by authors at Korean institutions and its growth during the 1980s as recorded in MEDLINE. EMBASE and SCI. For comparison purpose, a measurement of mainstream publication output of chemistry, a scientific field which showed the best mainstream performance, is also made. The database searching is limited to SCI for chemistry records.

The dynamic characteristics such as natural frequency, mode shape and damping ratio are most important parameters in the high-speed railway bridges rather than general roadway bridges. Also, the need to know the dynamic behavior of bridges greatly increased in recent years. In the early of 1990s, to design the high-speed railway bridges, damping ratio recommended in general code was 2.5~7.5%. However, these values were not applied in all cases. Therefore, obtaining the damping value of specific structures is important to get the correct variable for design of high-speed railway bridges. The purpose of this study is mainly to obtain the damping ratio of high-speed railway bridges. The average damping ratio of high-speed railway bridges evaluated from a field test is about 2.4%.

Java native method is proposed for the efficient execution of time-critical code, running of platform dependent job, and reuse of established libraries. If the writing of the Java native method is the speedup of execution time, you must use a compiled language not java language to write native method. Also, you must know the usage of the Java native interface to use native method. To reduce these difficulties, we proposed java native method generator that changes java method into native method automatically. Also, NMG helps programmer to write C implementation for the native method because there Is no need for the concept of JNI.

Usually, when we take a conversation with another, we can know his emotion as well as his idea. Recently, some applications using speech recognition comes out , however, those can recognize only context of various informations which he(she) gave. In the future, machine familiar to human will be a requirement for more convenient life. Therefore, we need to get emotion features. In this paper, we´ll collect a multiplicity of reference data which represent emotion features from the speech signal. As our final target is to recognize emotion from a stream of speech, as such, we must be able to understand features that represent emotion. There are much emotions human can show. the delicate difference of emotions makes this recognition problem difficult.
