디지털화 기록 관리를 위한 메타데이터 요소(안) 설계 (A Study on Designing Metadata Elements for the Management of Digitized Records)

  • 이 연구는 디지털화 과정을 통해 생산되는 디지털화 기록의 체계적 관리와 품질 유지를 위해 필요한 메타데이터 요소(안)을 제안하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 메타데이터 요소(안)의 개발에 앞서 이 연구에서는 디지털화 기록의 정의와 특성을 확인하고, 원천 기록의 사본이자 대체물로서 디지털화 기록을 규정하여 원천 기록과의 관계를 정립하였다. 다음으로, 국내 기록관리 메타데이터 표준과 미국 및 영국의 사례를 분석하여 디지털화 기록에 대한 메타데이터 요소 비교 및 요소 설계시 고려할 사항을 도출하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 하여, 디지털화 기록 관리를 위한 메타데이터의 설계방향은 첫째, 원천 기록과 디지털화 기록의 관계 정립, 둘째, 자원 유형별 특성에 따른 자동추출 메타데이터 요소 확대, 셋째, 업무과정 및 프로젝트에 대한 메타데이터 작성 등 3가지로 정리되었다. 이에 근거하여 디지털화 기록의 메타데이터를 디지털화 기록 메타데이터과 디지털화 프로세스 메타데이터로 개체를 구분하고, 해외 사례를 참조하여 각 개체별로 추가되어야 할 요소를 제안하였다.

장기이식 코디네이터의 직무분석 (Task Performance and Analysis of Organ Transplantation Coordinators in Korea)

  • Purpose: Along the process of organ transplantation, coordinators perform complex professional roles, playing as a key person among recipients, donors, family members and medical staffs. The purpose was to analyze the tasks of organ transplantation coordinators using DACUM method and to establish the basis for standardizing them in accordance with relevant laws and systems. Methods: Participants were consisted of 78 transplantation coordinators working at the medical centers in Korea. The questionnaire was administered to analyze the criticality, difficulty and frequency of task elements. Results: The job of organ transplantation was classified into five duties, 13 tasks, and 84 task elements. The five duties were recipient management, donor management, organ donation activation management, organ transplantation administration, and professional capability development. On the four-point scale: donor management was the duty with the highest criticality (3.68), organ donation activation management was the duty of highest difficulty (2.96), and recipient management was the duty of the highest frequency (3.32). Conclusion: This study will be useful for developing an educational program and as a reference of nurse practitioner qualifying examination. It is necessary to develop a comprehensive educational program for transplantation coordinators in order to support them to take their complex roles successfully.

소셜미디어 특성이 경영성과 및 인지도에 미치는 영향: 시니어기업의 고객·마케팅관리를 중심으로 (Social media and its impact on management performance and recognition: focusing on social media utilization of senior corporate)

  • 소셜미디어를 활용한 마케팅에서 기존의 전통매체와 달리 새로운 방식으로 접근할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 이론적 실증적 연구를 통해 소셜미디어의 특성인 정보제공성, 상호작용성, 유희성 그리고 브랜드 인지도가 경영성과와 기업인지도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하였다. 그 결과 정보제공성 특성이 높아질수록 또한 상호작용성 특성과 브랜드 인지도관리 특성이 높아질수록 기업성과도 높아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 유희성 특성이 높아질수록 기업인지도에는 음(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 소셜미디어를 활용하는 사용자는 연령별로도 이용자의 개인 성향과 이용동기에 따라 소셜미디어 이용정도와 이용방식에도 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 소셜미디어 특성과 경영성과에 있어 소셜미디어의 특정 부분만 관리하는 것이 아니라 고객관리활용과 마케팅활용의 중요함을 제시하였으며 기업의 경영성과 및 이미지를 높이기 위해서는 소셜미디어의 특성에 대한 활용이 중요하고 시니어기업의 소셜미디어 활용도가 갈수록 높아지는 만큼 시니어관련 교육에 소셜미디어 관련 홍보마케팅 항목이 필수적임을 알 수 있었다.

VoIP 시스템에서 SIP를 이용한 보안 인증기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Secure Authentication Method using SIP in the VoIP System)

  • VoIP service uses packet network of ip-based because that has eavesdropping, interception, illegal user as vulnerable elements. In addition, PSTN of existing telephone network is subordinate line but VoIP service using the ip packet provide mobility. so The user authentication and VoIP user's account service using VoIP has emerged as a problem. To solve the vulnerability of SIP, when you use VoIP services with SIP, this paper has made it possible to authenticate user's terminal by using proxy server and proxy server by using authentication server. In conclusion, sender and receiver are mutually authenticated. In the mutual authentication process, the new session key is distributed after exchanging for the key between sender and receiver. It is proposed to minimize of service delay while the additional authentication. The new session key is able to authenticate about abnormal messages on the phone. This paper has made it possible to solve the vulnerability of existing SIP authentication by using mutual authentication between user and proxy server and suggest efficient VoIP service which simplify authentication procedures through key distribution after authentication.

  • Entrepreneurial ecosystem is a very active area of research both conceptually and empirically, yet most literature that emerged over the last two decades predominantly pertain to developed economies. At the same time, transitioning and emerging economies have continued to grow rapidly, making a strong case to study entrepreneurial ecosystems in emerging economies (Bruton et al., 2018). Ecosystems are broad constructs and the constitutive elements of an ecosystem are themselves complex (Stam, 2015). Hence exploring key elements of the ecosystem in depth to understand the mechanisms of how entrepreneurship is supported through intermediary organizations like incubators is a fruitful exercise. In this context, we review the book "Technology Business Incubators in India Structure, Role and Performance" which is a timely synthesis for academic researchers and practitioners, looking to explore the topic as it pertains to emerging economies. The book is part of the De Gruyter Studies in Knowledge Management and Entrepreneurial Ecosystems series, that covers pertinent ecosystems issues around universities, and sustainability by leading authors.

  • The duration of a construction project is not only a key element for taking a new order, but also a strict yardstick to determine certain project successful or not. However, since construction project is basically outdoor job and most of the activities are proceeded out-air, no matter how the schedule plan has been established accurately, actual project proceeds due to the weather condition, beyond anyone's control. In this paper, the functional relationship between work productivity rate and weather elements is suggested by regression analysis. Difference of the relationship and influence of weather due to the seasonal group are also revealed. With these results, by simulating actual weather data and generating weather forecast through historical data, more accurate schedule would be obtained.

IT서비스 기업에서의 네트워크 경영 관련 성과 요인에 대한 실증 연구 (The Empirical Analysis on the Performance of Inter-firm Network Management in the IT Service Firms)

  • In the IT(Information Technology) service, which supply the solutions related to business management and IT, network construction and application trends, the related service business are increasing according to the enlargement of project scope and the diversity of project types as the need of service customers. In this paper, I propose the significant effect factors on the network management of IT service firms. The key findings are from the analysis result about 94 IT service firms as follows. For implementation the high performance of network management in the IT service firms, the strategic elements in the process of network construction are more conceived highly than the basic element in them. Also the perspective of project objectives are considered than the nominal perspectives in the partner selection process. The competency of partner firms', the cooperation process between the partner firms', network relation operation management and network relation structure management are the significant effect factors of network management.

  • 인용색인은 기본적으로 인용색인과 원문색인(서지부), 순열주제색인의 세 부분으로 구성된다. 이 세가지 기본색인과 다양한 참조기능을 갖는 인용색인을 작성하는 데 필요한 요소를 추출하기 위하여 한국정보관리학회의 정보관리학회지, 제 1권 제 1호(1984)부터 제 15권 제 3호(1998)까지 15년간 총 30호를 분석하였다. 인용색인에 포함되어야 할 필수요소로 저자, 소속기관명, 논문명, 서명 혹은 학술지명, 권호 및 면수, 발행년, 키워드, 본문언어, 주제분야, 참고문헌 통계 데이터 등 10가지의 기본정보를 선정하고 기술형식에 대하여 논의하였다. 또한 국내 학술지의 인용색인시스템을 개발한다는 관점에서 동 학회지의 원저논문 및 참고문헌을 분석하여 해결해야 할 문제와 수록 데이터요소를 제시하였다.

경쟁전략요소에 대한 CM기업의 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Elements of CM Firms' Competitive Strategy)

  • CM시장에서의 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 상황에서 CM기업이 경쟁우위를 점하는 것은 매우 중요한 기업 현안이다. 이를 위해서는 적합한 경쟁전략을 갖추어야 하고 이를 통해 지속적으로 경쟁우위를 확보할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 CM시장에서 경쟁우위를 점하기 위해 CM기업들이 중요하게 여기는 경쟁전략요소를 분석하고 이들 경쟁전략요소에서 나타나는 주요 특징과 시사점을 도출하는데 있으며 마이클 포터(Michael Porter)의 경쟁전략모델을 분석방법론으로 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 상위그룹에서는 차별화전략을 중요시 여기는 반면, 하위그룹에서는 집중화전략을 중요시 여기는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 원가우위전략은 상하위 그룹에서 동일하게 상대적으로 중요도가 낮은 경쟁전략으로 인식되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 비록 상하위 그룹에 따라 각 경쟁전략요소의 세부적인 순위에는 차이가 있었지만 종합적으로 보면 특화된 CM서비스 제공이 중요한 경쟁전략요소로 인식되고 있었다. CM기업의 경쟁전략요소에 대한 이해는 현재 CM기업들이 중요하게 생각하는 경쟁전략의 방향성과 내용을 파악할 수 있게 하며 향후 자사(自社)의 경쟁전략 수립을 위해 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

메커니즘 관점에서 본 조직변신과 포스코의 혁신패턴 연구 (Mechanism-based View of Innovative Capability Building in POSCO)

  • Purpose - Studies of mechanism as a competitive strategy, a relatively new field in the study of strategic management research, has recently drawn the attention of the business management scholars. The literature has so far proposed the subjective-based view, environment-based view, and the resource-based view in its analyses of firm management. Hence, it is highly likely for the firm management to be reasonably thought of as a combination of and interaction among the three key elements of subject, environment, and resources this is the mechanism-based view (MBV). It is reasonable to consider firm management to be the combination of and interaction among the three key elements of subject, environment, and resources. The overall dynamic process that integrates these three elements and creates functional harmony is identified as the mechanism, the principle of firm management. Much of the extant literatures on MBV has mainly focused on case studies, a qualitative approach prone to subjectivity of the researcher, although the intuition from the study may lead to meaningful insights into a firm-specific mechanism. This study's focus is also on case analysis, but it still attempts a quantitative approach in order to reach a scientific and systematic understanding of the MBV. Research design, data, and methodology - I used both a qualitative and quantitative approach to a single model, given the complexity of the innovation processes. I conducted in-depth interviews with POSCO employees-20 from general management, two from human resources, eight from information technology, five from finance and accounting, and five from production and logistics management. Once the innovative events were selected, the interview results were double-checked by the interviewees themselves to ensure the accuracy of the answers recorded. Based on the interview, I then conducted statistical validation using the survey results as well. Results - This study analyzes the building process of innovation and the effect of the mechanism pattern on innovation by examining the case of POSCO, which has survived over the past 21 years. I apply a new analytical tool to study mechanism innovation types, perform a new classification, and describe the interrelationships among the mechanism factors. This process allows me to see how the "Subject"factor interacts with the other factors. I found that, in the innovation process of the adoption stage, Subject had a mediating effect but that the mediating effect of resource and performance was smaller than the effect of Subject on performance alone. During the implementation stage, the mediating effect of Subject increased. Conclusion - Therefore, I have confirmed that the subject utilizes resources reasonably and efficiently. I have also advanced mechanism studies: whereas the field's research methods have been largely confined to single case studies, I have used both qualitative and quantitative methods to examine the relationships among mechanisms.
