As the increase of internal users, there are many enterprises and organizations that regard the internal as the great ■marketing superhighway■. But the entrance of too many e-Business enterprises and shopping sites makes them to compete each other Consequently many sites are created and disappeared in the cyberspace. Although fascination and speculation surrounds the impact of the e-Business on business models via benefit-based concept, there is little evidence underlying all this speculation. This article provides on such data set. It reports on critical Issues that e-Business enterprises found salient as they browsed through e-Business model infrastructure on the world wide web, internet-based. We gathered domestic e-Business enterprise's kinds of business model during 2000∼2002 via KMAC's (Korea Management Association Consultants) K-WPI and K-WPC. We classified e-Business models as shopping mall, auction, community. value-chain, collaboration, information brokerage, advertising, Internet service, marketing that we had identified from the existing literature on business models. This study translated these models to the e-Business model context and explored their relative salience. The results suggest that e-Business manager need to think more about how they perform on the issues known to affect decision making for designing e-Business models. We offer advice for enhancing the effectiveness of business models.

Topology processing is indispensable basic function as it generate a real-time BUS-BRANCH model in Energy Management Systems because most application softwares such as state estimation, power flow, etc., require BUS-BRANCH circuit data. This paper propose an expert system to generate BUS-BRANCH circuit model using Artificial Intelligence technology and it is applied to 154kV distribution substations.

전자정부 정보화 사업과 같은 규모와 그 범위가 거대하며, 한번에 모든 기존의 오프라인 프로세스가 온라인화 되지 않고 수년간에 걸쳐 그 효과가 나타나는 시스템의 파급효과에 대한 예측은 무척 난해한 문제이다. 이러한 e-transformation이 이루어지는 경우에는 지속적으로 모델의 수정 및 보완작업이 함께 이루어져야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전자정부 정보화사업 중 하나인 G2B 시스템의 효과평가를 위해 EEM (E-transformation Evaluation Model)으로 명명한 새로운 모델과 평가방법론을 제시하고자한다. EEM 모델은 G2B 시스템으로 인해 e-transformation화된 업무프로세스 영역(온라인 영역)의 효과를 화폐가치로 산출하는 정량평가 모델이다. 또한 아직 G2B 시스템이 적응되지 않은 업무프로세스 영역(오프라인 영역)을 정보화시켰을 때 예상되는 효과를 함께 추정할 수 있도록 해준다. EEM 모델에서는 기준모델, 검증모델, 예측모델을 설정하고, 평가년도, 측정영역, 데이터종류에 따라 설문데이터와 DB 데이터를 함께 활용하여 모델을 검증하며 효과를 예측한다. 본 연구에서는 온라인과 오프라인 효과를 효과적으로 평가하기 위해 5단계와 10개의 세부절차로 구성된 EEM평가방법론을 제시하였다. 또한 제시된 방법론을 활용하여 대한민국 전자조달 G2B 시스템에 대해서 평가분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 EEM 모델과 평가방볍론은 평가대상에 따라 다각적인 적응이 가능하므로 향후 전자정부 정보화사업의 효과평가와 정책수립에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 뿐만 아니라 민간기업의 대형시스템 도입 효과평가에도 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

In this paper, we suggested an evaluation model for satisfaction of e-Learning. This model was composed decision of evaluation criteria, analysis of consciousness structure for evaluation factors using the Fuzzy Structural Modeling method, decision of weights for evaluation factors considering intersectional dependence relations and evaluation of satisfaction of e-Learning. The case study of this model was done for comparative analysis between teachers and students of e-Learning in high school.

A generalized net is used to construct a model which describes the process of evaluation of the problems solved by students. The model utilizes the theory of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The model can be used to simulate some processes, related to estimation of students' background.

Distance dynamics model is an excellent model for uncovering the community structure of a complex network. However, the model has poor robustness. To improve the robustness, we design an enhanced distance dynamics model based on Ego-Leader and propose a corresponding community detection algorithm, called E-Attractor. The main contributions of E-Attractor are as follows. First, to get rid of sensitive parameter ${\lambda}$, Ego-Leader is introduced into the distance dynamics model to determine the influence of an exclusive neighbor on the distance. Second, based on top-k Ego-Leader, we design an enhanced distance dynamics model. In contrast to the traditional model, enhanced model has better robustness for all networks. Extensive experiments show that E-Attractor has good performance relative to several state-of-the-art algorithms.

인터넷의 사용이 폭발적으로 증가함으로 인해 다양한 서비스들의 욕구가 있고 그 중에서도 VoIP가 대표적인 예이다. ITU-T의 Study Group12에서 QoS (Quality of Service)에 관한 연구를 진행하고 있다. 그 중에서도 품질평가 방법에서 전송계획을 위한 G,107의 E-model을 PSTN에서 IP네트워크로 적용하는 연구를 진행하고 있다. VoIP의 QoS문제점을 분석하고 E-model에서 개선되어야 할 파라미터들을 확인하고, 이를 위한 ITU-T의 개선동향을 살펴봄으로써 앞으로의 E-model이 나아가야 할 방향에 대해서 기술하였다.

Drawing on the literature on TAM and presence, this study proposes a model of the extended TAM by identifying factors that affect the motivations to enhance our understanding of online consumers' acceptance of an e-tail website. This study conceptualizes that consumers' perceived presence variables such as telepresence and social presence are the antecedents to the motivations of TAM. Empirical tests using regression analyses generally supported the proposed model. The overall conclusion from the current data is that our integrated model is useful in understanding consumers' acceptance of an apparel e-tail website. The findings show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived interest motivations act as strong determinants of consumers' attitude toward an e-tailer, which leads to their behavioral intentions about the e-tailer. This suggests that apparel e-tailers should consider these three motivations when they design their websites. As one way to influence these three factors, this study showed the role of perceived presence in the usage of an apparel e-tail website. The findings suggest that online consumers' perceptions of "being there" and "socialness" stimulate their perceptions of usefulness and interest in the website use. Thus, e-tailers should consider effective ways to increase consumers' perceived presence.

e-VLBI was invented to enhance the efficiency of VLBI (Very-Long-Baseline Interferometry) system by transmitting the data via high speed network. Korean VLBI Network (KVN) has a plan to construct e-VLBI system named e-KVN. High speed backbone network and efficient network model are essential to implement successful e-VLBI system. This paper introduces a network model based on PC cluster technology. The present status of high speed backbone network in Korea is overviewed. We suggest that the network link via Korea Advanced Research Network (KOREN) is one of feasible way for e-KVN. We also describe the principles of e-VLBI and protocol for network transmission such as VSI-E (VLBI Standard Interface - Electronic), RTP (Real-Time Transport Protocol) and RTCP (Real-Time Transport Control protocol).

At present, it is simple to the electronic commerce credit scoring model, as a brush credit phenomenon in E-commerce has emerged. This phenomenon affects the judgment of consumers and hinders the rapid development of E-commerce. In this paper, that E-commerce credit evaluation model that uses a Gaussian density function is put forward by density test and the analysis for the anomalies of E-commerce credit rating, it can be fond out the abnormal point in credit scoring, these points were calculated by nonlinear credit scoring algorithm, thus it can effectively improve the current E-commerce credit score, and enhance the accuracy of E-commerce credit score.
