본 연구는 신용장거래에서 불일치서류에 대한 은행의 지급거절통지의 절차를 한·중 판례를 중심으로 고찰한다. 한·중 무역거래 비중이 높은 상황에서 한국 기업과 신용장을 개설하는 우리나라 은행들이 서류심사 결과로서 지급거절을 통지함에 있어 주의해야 하는 사항들과 신용장 관련 분쟁을 해결하기 위한 방안에 대한 제언을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서 고찰한 판례는 중국 매도인이 개설은행을 상대로 중국법원에 소를 제기한 것으로, 개설은행의 지급거절통지가 UCP 600 제16조 (c)항 (ii) (iii)의 내용적인 요건을 충족하지 못한다고 판시한 중국법원의 판결이다. 본 판결을 볼 때, 우리나라 기업들과 신용장 개설은행들은 첫째, UCP 600 제16조 (c)항의 규정에 근거하여 하자에 대한 통지의 내용을 자세하게 기재해야 한다. 둘째, 신용장 계약에서도 무역계약 마찬가지로 준거법에 대한 합의를 명확히 하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 한·중거래에서 중국법원의 편파적인 판결과 더불어 외국법원의 판결이 중국에서 집행이 어려운 점을 감안해서 분쟁해결 방식으로 중재를 활용하는 것이다. 신용장 개설 시 중재조항을 삽입하여 법적인 효력을 갖도록 하고, 국제신용장중재센터나 DOCDEX 시스템을 활용하는 것을 권고한다.

In this study of the relationship between moral judgment, moral emotions and moral behavior, 137 five-year-olds were interviewed to measure moral judgment and moral emotions. Their teachers measured children's moral behavior. Results showed that children judged moral and conventional rules by using the 4 criterion judgments of seriousness, rule contingency, generalizability and punishment. Children with highly felt moral emotions had higher scores in moral behavior. Moral judgment, moral emotions and moral behavior were highly interrelated. Children's moral behavior was related to rule contingency and generalizability. Their moral behavior was highly related to positive moral emotions. Positive moral emotions were related to the rule contingency and generalizability. Negative moral emotions were highly related to seriousness and punishment.

The purpose of this study is to propose the efficient improvement in the lawsuit to request the guarantee against defect. This study points out several problems about related act and subordinate statue and judgement by analyzing the character of contract in apartment house, related laws and regulations, appraisals and judicial decisions. This study deduces the necessity of the establishment of the specification and the breakdown cost for repair and maintenance work to provide the standard for the detached judgement.

In this paper, we proposed the method judging whether transmission system is radial system or loop system using simple set theory. And we proposed the method judging whether power device's operation causes of blackout or not. Using proposed method, we developed automatic judgement system of radial system for preventing power device's wrong control in SCADA. Finally, we simulated a variety of case study using SCADA simulator with developed system, and verified reliability of the result and performance of developed system.

This study was analyzed the syllable structure of Korean and Chinese using subjective sound similarity judgement tasks with both Korean-chinese and Chinese students in Shenyang, China. 86 college students were administered with the tasks which lasted about 20 min. in a small group setting. Both Korean-chinese and Chinese students showed the sensitivity for the CV sub-syllabic unit and the CV+C was the building block for phonetic representation for both languages. This syllabic similarity of Korean and Chinese may be a help for Korean-chinese to become horizontal bilinguals. Further studies are needed to specify the mechanism that will explain the syllabic perception of CV+C in both Korean and Chinese which was different from that of C+VC structure dominance in English.

This study was intended to make an inquiry into the effect of lines, shapes and colors (achromatic colors) as apparel design elements on the perceptions of facial size, brightness and shape through an empirical research based on the theories of visual perception and optical illusion that have been studied in Gestalt Psychology, which becomes the basis of apparel design principles. It was shown that the facial size was influenced by the collar size, the degree of neckline cut, and the thickness of the trimming line. The white scarf with the white jacket made the face look darkest while the black scarf with the black jacket made the face look brightest. When the neckline had the characteristic of the line contrasted with the facial shape, the oval-shaped face was perceived to be the most ideal. When the facial shape and the neckline shape were similar, the facial shape was perceived to be more highlighted.

해상에서는 도로가 아닌 해상 위라는 환경 때문에 음주단속을 실시하여 음주운항을 예방하기엔 어려움이 존재한다. 원거리로 신체정보를 보낼 수 있는 음성을 통하여 음주단속을 한다면 거리가 얼마나 떨어져 있더라도 실시간으로 측정이 가능하다. VTS 무선 교신 환경을 이용하여 음성을 통신할 때도 무선 환경이 고르지 못할 경우에 클리핑이 일어나 음주가능성 판단율이 저하될 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 음성신호가 왜곡이 되어 음주 가능성 여부의 판단율 오차를 줄이기 위해 신호를 보상하는 방법을 제안하였다.
