The purpose of this paper IS to investigate the aspects of errors of English stress by Korean students. In this experimental study, 17 students participated and read 120 words which are divided into three types-the beginning, the middle, and the advanced-according to the level of words. As a result of acoustical judgement, there were a greater number of errors In the advanced level of words, and the more syllables the words have, the more errors occurred, tins means Korean students who learn English as a second language have trouble realizing the right stress in words with larger numbers of syllables and the more advanced level. Furthermore it is interesting that Korean students imposed the primary stress on the second syllable when producing words with stress in the first, third and forth syllables.

A new interactive multiobjective decision making technique, which is called the fuzzy sequential proxy optimization technique, has been proposed. This technique is the revised version the sequential proxy optimization technique that the decision-maker's marginal rates of substitution is interpreted as type of L-R fuzzy numbers. It used to the square of normalized scalar product as the doptimalilry condition. However, this technique ignores the imprecise nature of a decision-maker's judgement of marginal rates of substitution. Also, it have a shortcoming that can be only applied over three objective functions. In this paper, considering the imprecise nature of a decision-maker's judgement, we presents an interactive fuzzy decision-making method on the basis of the decision-maker's MRS presented through the use of five types of membership functions including non-linear functions. FORTRAN programs that run in conversational mode are developed to implement man-machine interactive procedure.

본 연구는 이용자 지향적 평가의 의의와 타당성을 규명하기 위하여 연구과정에서 개인의 지식과 상황 및 인지적 요인의 변화에 따라 이용자가 인식하는 검색문헌의 적합성을 평가하는 기준들의 변화를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 방법은 이론가설을 설정하고 이의 검증을 위하여 실제 연구문제를 가지고 있는 5명의 이용자를 대상으로 그들의 연구과정에 따라 적합성을 평가하는 기준들과 그 기준들의 변화양상을 관찰하는 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과의 분석에는 빈도분석, 상관분석, 일원분산분석이 활용되었다. 그 결과 연구자들은 연구과정에 따라 적합성을 평가하는 기준이 다르게 나타났으며, 평가자에 따라서도 각기 다른 평가기준이 사용되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

Recently, as the living standards of residents in apartment houses continued to improve, the dispute of post management have also increased. one of the Issue, Concrete Cracks comprised high percentage of dispute. Especially, between criteria the cost of repairing defect and the judgement of defect isn't clear, they are a lot of dispute in this regard. Even though lots of the criteria about Inter-layer crack is existed by judging defects, In a court, they are judging their own criteria about Inter-layer crack. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze Defect Judement Standard both MOLIT and Court, and to provide the Improvement for Defect Judgement and Repair Method of Inter-layer concrete crack.

Skin patch test and antibacterial properties of the reaction products between poly(hexamethyl biguanide) hydrochloride and trimethylol melamine on textile fabrics were examined. Antibacterial activities of anti-microbial agent treated samples are very good. The reduction ratios against four kinds of colonies are 99.9 % after repeated laundering ten times. Skin patch test results for anti-microbial agent treated samples are almost-negative by Hi-scope judgement and macroscopical judgement.

Earthquake had occurred in the Korean Peninsula about 2,100 times is not well known in the world. With the true liquefaction judgment is well used to in Korea. Through liquefaction judgements were compared with specifications between Korea and Japan, it would be offered some suggestions for liquefaction judgement used in Korea. The proposals were as 1) It can be known that what kind of earthquake will make unstable state between long-term and short-term earthquake if the natural period of ground turned out. In that case, Hachinohe and Ofunato Earthquake wave will need no more. 2) Liquefaction-induced lateral flow or damage for structure should be estimate but it had not performed in Korea. 3) Heavy rain and ocean wave-induced liquefaction also should be examined thoroughly in slope or ocean, respectively.

In the paper, we builds an advanced new credit evaluation system for Micro-small sized individual firms through appropriate evaluation factors derived by logistic regression analysis for credit evaluation model using in Korean Federation of Credit Guarantee Foundations, and the weights of factors computed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Industry characteristics are more applied to previous credit model with the additional the financial fact-information and non-financial judgement-information. Our results show that the financial factors have become more important than three years ago. Moreover, in the non-financial factors, the fact-information factors consider more important then the judgement-information factors. A new credit evaluation system is developed based on this credit evaluation model.

This paper proposes a new voltage control method of distribution substation using fuzzy inference. The aims of distribution voltage control equipments are reducing the operation frequency of lap changers and improving the characteristics of voltage(decreasing the errors between the actual voltage and the reference voltage). However, these objectives are in a trade-off relationship. Conventional voltage control equipment does not have functions of judgement and prediction, so it turns up limitations of voltage control. Proposed voltage control method using fuzzy inference can improve voltage characteristics as it has those functions of judgement and prediction. This paper describes the design method of new voltage control method using fuzzy inference, simulates with simple voltage and current models, and compares decreased voltage errors with conventional voltage errors.

Although there have been many Web site evaluation models with an explosive growth of Internet, they seem to be not fully considering various aspects of Web sites resulting from their changing roles. This paper proposes a method for evaluating Internet Web sites based on an integrated view. The method consists of 4 views including user-judgement view, user-performance view, expert-judgement view, and expert-performance view. Working procedures of the method along with tools and techniques and its implications are presented.

This paper presents a new method for forecasting construction project cost and time at completion or at any intermediate time horizon of the project duration. The method is designed to overcome identified limitations of current applications of earned value method in forecasting project cost and time. The proposed method usesfuzzy set theory to model uncertainties associated with project performance and it integrates the earned value technique and the contractors' judgement. The fuzzy set theory is applied as an alternative approach to deterministic and probabilistic methods. Using fuzzy set theory allows contractors to: (1) perform risk analysis for different scenarios of project performance indices, and (2) perform different scenarios expressing vagueness and imprecision of forecasted project cost and time using a set of measures and indices. Unlike the current applications of Earned Value Method(EVM), The proposed method has a numberof interesting features: (1) integrating contractors' judgement in forecasting project performance; (2) enabling contractors to evaluate the risk associated with cost overrun in much simpler method comparing with that of simulation, and (3) accounting for uncertainties involved in the forecasting project cost.
