IT기업 경영자의 변혁적 리더십이 임파워먼트, 자기효능감, 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Impact of CEO's transformational leadership on empowerment, self-efficacy and job satisfaction in IT company)

  • Recently the small and medium sized companies are more difficult to find people than large companies. So it is natural that having a great interest in leadership and its effects in organizations. This study examines how transformational leaders influence on empowerment, self-efficacy and job satisfaction in IT company. Investigating the effect between transformational leadership and job satisfaction in IT company may also be a tip of an understanding of how to manage employee turnover. Samples of 387 employees in IT companies were analyzed by structural equation modeling using Lisrel 8.7 and it showed acceptable data-fit of proposed model and supported all of research hypotheses. The empirical results indicated that transformational leadership significantly influences empowerment, self-efficacy and job satisfaction and also it confirmed that empowerment and self-efficacy are effective mediators linking job satisfaction. That is the findings reveal that transformational leaders boost employee's job satisfaction indirectly.

병원급식 식기세정 작업원의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Dishwashing Workers′ Job Satisfaction in Hospital Foodservice Systems)

  • Understanding the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of employees has been deemed important for smooth and efficient food service management. The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between the dishwashing employees' job satisfaction and the operational and managerial factors in hospital foodservice systems. A survey of twenty conventional hospital food service systems was undertaken and detailed information was collected from 280 dishwashing employees through mailed questionnaires. Dishwashing employees' satisfaction was evaluated by measuring their job attitudes towards four aspects of their job using the modified Job Description Index (JDI). Descriptive analysis and Pearson product moment correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. The dishwashing workers were found to be more satisfied with their interpersonal relations with co-workers than with work content, pay or promotional opportunities. The demographic variables including education, type of employment and work experience were significantly related to job satisfaction. As the ratio of supervisors to dishwashing workers increased, the degree of satisfaction in dishwashing workers increased significantly.

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture, job involvement, and emotional intelligence on employee performance through job satisfaction, organizational commitment at commercial banks in the Great Malang. This study applied the purposive sampling method to obtain data from 240 out of 600 workers working in four commercial banks, which was then analyzed using the SEM. The results showed that organizational culture, job involvement, emotional intelligence have no significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Organizational culture, emotional intelligence, job involvement, satisfaction significantly affect employee performance through organizational commitment. Organizational culture, job involvement, emotional intelligence significantly affect employee performance through job satisfaction, organizational commitment. By investigating the impact of organizational culture, job engagement, emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, employee performance simultaneously in this study, this study expands the existing literature by providing a better understanding of organizational culture, job engagement, and emotional intelligence. Given that articles on organizational culture, job involvement, and emotional intelligence are limited in the HRD literature, the findings of this study may offer reliable information for HRD practice, encourage researchers to explore research related to organizational culture, job involvement, and emotional intelligence.

모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술사용에 영향을 주는 환경적 요인과 직무 관련성의 조절효과에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influence of Environmental Determinants on the Mobile Cloud Computing Technology Usage and the Moderating Effects of Job Relevance)

  • The recent development of mobile devices, including smartphones has maximized the user's convenience. This phenomenon has triggered the specification and activation of mobile cloud service and transformed the user's information usage and communication means. Despite such development of new technology, there is little understanding of mobile cloud. Therefor, in order to help the understanding of the usage of mobile cloud computing technology, this study developed the research model based on the UTAUT (the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology) model. The proposed research model included five external determinants, such as Interoperability, Information Organization, Adequacy, Information Security and Context Awareness, along with the moderating effects of Job Relevance, and empirically proved their influence on the user's job performance. This study proved the research model by analyzing the data collected from 287 copies of survey with the structural equation modeling approach. The result showed that all determinants, except Information Security have positive impact on the usage of mobile cloud computing technology. Thus, this study can compliment the limitations of previous research, suggest a new direction to analyze the user's perspective in the related research on mobile cloud and build a theoretical foundation for the further development of mobile cloud.

학교안전관리사 자격의 검정기준 및 검정과목 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Criteria and Subjects for The School Safety Manager Qualifications)

  • This study is aimed to design for qualification structure and develop the subjects for examination of the school safety manager qualifications. For the study purpose, job analysis and meetings with experts were performed for extract contents such as task range, criteria of examination, subjects of examination and examination methods, etc. The first step, duties and tasks of the school safety manager were figured out through revised job analysis data of the school safety manager developed before. On the second step, job model was established and developed job specification including importance, difficulty and frequency of each task. On the third step, task specification was developed, and Knowledge-Skill Matrix was the most important thing on examination were completed. The fourth step was the selection of examination subject using task-subject matrix and 6 subjects such as The Principles of Safety, Understanding of the School Safety Manual, Law Related on the School Safety, Introduction to Education, Understanding and Dealing with Type of the School Safety, Establishment of the School Safety Plan were derived from previous procedure. The fifth step was development of guidelines for design examination of each subject. The last step was development for skills education program.

문화사업 담당 건강가정사 양성 및 보수교육을 위한 직무와 역량 분석 (An Analysis of the Job and Competency of Healthy Family Supporter for Culture Work)

  • 본 연구는 건강가정 문화사업 담당 건강가정사의 주요 직무를 분석하고 핵심역량과 역량개발영역을 파악하고자 일정 경력 이상의 대상자를 조사한 것이다. 그 결과 문화사업 담당 건강가정사가 인지하는 주요직무 1순위는 프로그램 기획과 가족자원봉사 프로그램 기획으로 거론되었으며, 핵심역량은 의식주 생활문화와 여가문화의 이해, 대인관계 및 사회성 향상 기술, 창의적이고 독창적인 사고능력, 전문가다운 문제해결 태도로 나타났다. 개발하여야 하는 역량 영역으로는 프로그램 기획과 평가, 보고서 및 평가서 등의 서류 작성 기술, 창의적이고 독창적인 사고능력, 전문가다운 문제해결 능력인 것으로 나타나 현장에 투입되어야 하는 관련 분야 종사자들의 필수 이수교과목들과 종사자 보수교육 주제에 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

델파이 방법을 이용한 노인전문치과위생사 핵심역량 도출 (Derivation of core competencies of advanced practice dental hygienists in the elderly using the Delphi method)

  • Objectives: This study derived the core competencies for developing a curriculum for advanced practice dental hygienists in the elderly. Methods: A Delphi survey was conducted thrice times with 12 subjects engaged in dental hygiene-related activities for the elderly. Results: The item with the highest average in each domain was 'understanding the elderly (mean=5.00)' in basic qualities and attitude competency, 'understanding the oral health characteristics of the elderly (mean=5.00)' in the job competency, and 'development and evaluation of oral health programs for the elderly (mean=4.75)' in job support competency. Conclusions: The core competencies of dental hygienists specializing in the elderly are divided into 3 'basic qualifications and attitude competencies', 'job competencies', and 'job support competencies' 27 sub-competencies are presented.

중국진출 한국기업의 직무만족도와 이직률에 관한 연구 (Study on the Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention in Korean Business in China)

  • The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of the relationships between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees at the Chinese employees in Korean company. This study also focuses on revealing homogeneous demographic characteristics these employees exhibit that affect their satisfaction level. This paper analyzes the job satisfaction and turnover intention of the Chinese employees in Korean Businesses based on a great deal of questionnaire research. The research found that individual's characteristics, such as gender, age, education and marital status, as well as duty variables like salary, position, length of service, number of turnover times, probability and number of promotion, made influence on the employees about their job satisfaction and turnover tendency. The result of this research is helpful in studying how to improve the Chinese employees' job satisfaction and impair their turnover intention in Korean businesses.

공무원의 직무역량과 서비스질의 인과관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Casual Relations between Job Competence and Service Quality)

  • This study conducted a survey of 400 public officials in kyoung ki Do districts from July to September 2016, and used 390 copies for final analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the level of Job competence and service quality of public officias were statistically siqnificant. Second, the esults showed that both Job competence and sevice quality had a statistically significant influential relationship, so as these variables increased, the level of service quality improved. Third, the influential relationship of Job competence on the service quality of public officials was statistically significant and positive. These results provide a theoretical groung for the understanding and integrated approach to the causality of job competence and of service quality.
