재난 후 초토화 상황에서 통신을 위한 DTN 라우팅 프로토콜 (A DTN Routing Protocol for Communications in Post-Disaster Scorched Earth Situations)

  • 공공 안전 및 재난 구조 전파 통신 표준 시스템은 중앙 관제 센터, 소방서, 경찰서, 해정 등 서로 긴밀한 협력을 위해 국가 기관에서 운용한다. 또한, 지진과 같이 예측할 수 없는 재난으로 초토화 상황이 발생하면 기지국을 이용하는 모든 통신 수단이 두절된다. 이와 같은 환경에 대해 표준 시스템은 애드 혹 기술을 적용하는 방안을 가지고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 시스템을사용하기위해서는 전문지식이나 전용장비가필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 일반인도 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 스마트폰의 모바일 응용에 적용할 지연내성망 라우팅 프로토콜을 제안한다. 또한, 재난 후 상황에 적합한 프로토콜을 설계하기 위해 재난 후 이동 모델을 제시하고 필요한 응용 시나리오를 도출한다. 마지막으로, ONE 시뮬레이터에 이동 모델과 라우팅 프로토콜을 구현하여 성능을 평가하였고, 제안한 프로토콜이 다른 프로토콜에 비해 우수한 성능을 보여주었다.

A Study on Information System Improvement for Air Logistics SCM

  • Compared with land logistics and sea logistics, air logistics takes not only less transportation time, but also makes just-in-time delivery possible. Because of this, in spite of high freight rates, many shippers make good use of airlines. To cope with borderless competition in this global age, most shippers using air logistics want to receive diverse information including just-in-time cargo delivery and dangerous situation as well as convenience and speed in job handling. Nevertheless, most domestic forwarders, who perform many kinds of important businesses for air logistics, mainly put emphasis on demanding information from overseas partners through their business agreements, that is, focusing on horizontal integration, instead of sharing information or improving job performance among air logistics participants. As a result, it is almost impossible to satisfy the needs of shippers. Airline users want to remove the uncertainties over their cargo movement. And in time of emergency, they want to take immediate measures through speedy information sharing and decision-making. In order to satisfy shipper's needs, all the organizations participating in the air logistics supply chain-cargo senders, cargo receivers, forwarders, transporters, licensed customs brokers, airlines as well as foreign partners-have to set up a vertical cooperation system. For effective air logistics SCM, it is very important to remove overlapping jobs, strengthen the efficiency of job handling, and provide online monitoring on cargo information in order to support decision-making. To this end, this paper has applied the concept of RTE (Real Time Enterprise), a new business management system, which tries to maximize competitiveness by removing many hindrance factors on an ongoing basis in managing and fulfilling core business processes based on up-to-the-minute information. In order to realize RTE-based information system for air logistics SCM, this paper has analyzed the information required by business process and by air logistics participant, and suggested the method for information sharing, point of time for information input and output, and its means.

병원 간호사의 직무스트레스에 관한 연구 동향 분석 (Research Trend Analysis on Job Stress of Hospital Nurses)

  • 1) Purpose : The purpose of this research is to identify the trend of job stress of hospital nurses based on last 10 years of domestic research and to suggest directions for systematic future research. 2) Methodology : 101 studies between 2006 and 2016 were selected using key words such as registered nurse and job stress from Academic Information Service(Riss4u), the National Assembly Library and Korean studies Information Service System(KISS). 3) Findings : The researches on job stress of hospital nurses were increasing. The result showed that job stress increased for shift nurses. Especially, nurses of small-medium sized hospital showed remarkable effects to organization such as turnover intention. In addition, although the importance of approach to management is emphasized, there is little research on these aspects. 4) Practical Implications : It is necessary to develop systematic research on job stress directly effecting turnover intention of hospital nurses from hospital management aspect. The development of job stress measuring tools reflecting the characteristics of the medical institution, and the human resources management plan to resolve the imbalance in manpower for nurses should be required.

일개 종합병원의 처방전달시스템 도입전후 직원의 직무스트레스 변화 (Changes of Job Stress after the Adoption of a Computerized Order Communication System and Its Related Factors in Hospital Employees)

  • Background : This study was carried out to examine the changes of job stress after adoption of order communication system(OCS) and its related factors. Methods : Two hundreds and twenty one employees in a university hospital were surveyed 4 months before and 1 year after the OCS had been adopted. Author used Korean version of Karasek's job content questionnaire(K-JCQ) to evaluate job stress. The questionnaire developed by Doll's was used to assess the satisfaction for the OCS. Result : With the adoption of OCS, the scores of skill discretion increased significantly from 29.9 to 30.8 that meant job stress was decreased. In use of OCS, direct user group showed significant increase of skill discretion, whereas the indirect user group showed significant increase in psychological job demand, and it was statistically significant when compared to direct user group(p<0.05). Among the changes in job stress, skill discretion score change was significantly different by age(p<0.05). This study revealed that there was statistically significant relationship between the change of skill discretion score and time computer use, level of satisfaction for content of provided information(p<0.05). And psychological job demand score change was significantly different by time of computer use(p<0.05). Conclusion : Adoption of OCS into hospital may increase job stress, but when it is adopted wisely and appropriately, it may enhance skill discretion of each individual, and decision authority while reducing psychological job demand.

로봇을 위한 운영체제 수준의 동적 전력 관리 (Operating System level Dynamic Power Management for Robot)

  • 본 논문에서는 가정용 로봇에 적용 할 수 있는 운영체제 수준의 동적 전력 관리 기법인 EAJS(Energy-Aware Job Scheduler)를 제안한다. EAJS는 workload가 일정하지 않은 IO 장치를 사용하는 job들을 스케줄하여 장치의 idle주기를 가능하면 연속적이게 만든 후, 장치를 shutdown 시켜서 에너지 소모를 줄이는 능동적인 저전력 스케줄러이다. EAJS는 기존의 저전력 스케줄러와 달리, IO 장치를 사용하는 job의 workload, job의 buffering에 사용 가능한 메모리의 크기, buffering으로 인해 발생하는 시간 지연 등을 동시에 고려하여 job을 스케줄 하기 때문에, 에너지를 절약하면서도 시스템의 성능 저하를 최소화 할 수 있다. EAJS의 prototype을 본 연구에서 개발한 가정용 로봇인 AFM(Autonomous Family Machine)에 구현하였으며, H.263 인코더를 수행시키는 실험을 통해 무선랜과 DSP의 에너지 소모가 최대 $44\%$ 가량 줄어듬을 확인 하였다.

속성지향추론법과 시뮬레이션을 이용한 지식기반형 Job Shop 스케쥴러의 개발 (Development of a Knowledge-Based Job Shop Scheduler Applying the Attribute-Oriented Induction Method and Simulation)

  • The objective of this study is to develop a knowledge-based scheduler applying simulation and knowledge base. This study utilizes a machine induction to build knowledge base which enables knowledge acquisition without domain expert. In this study, the best job dispatching rule for each order is selected according to the specifications of the order information. And these results are built to the fact base and knowledge base using the attribute-oriented induction method and simulation. When a new order enters in the developed system, the scheduler retrieves the knowledge base in order to find a matching record. If there is a matching record, the scheduling will be carried out by using the job dispatching rule saved in the knowledge base. Otherwise the best rule will be added to the knowledge base as a new record after scheduling to all the rules. When all these above steps finished the system will furnish a learning function.

  • For companies assembling end products from sub assemblies or components, MRP (Material Requirement Planning) logic is frequently used to synchronize and pace the production activities for the required parts. However, in MRP, the planning of operational-level activities is left to short term scheduling. So, we need a good scheduling algorithm to generate feasible schedules taking into account shop floor characteristics and multi-level job structures used in MRP. In this paper, we present a GA (Genetic Algorithm) solution for this complex scheduling problem based on a new gene to reflect the machine assignment, operation sequences and the levels of the operations relative to final operation. The relative operation level is the control parameter that paces the completion timing of the components belonging to the same branch in the multi-level job hierarchy. In order to revise the fixed relative level which solutions are confined to, we apply large step transition in the first step and GA in the second step. We compare the genetic algorithm and 2-phase optimization with several dispatching rules in terms of tardiness for about forty modified standard job-shop problem instances.

경찰의 직무만족이 자치경찰 도입 기대에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Influence of Police's Job Satisfaction on Expectation over Introduction of Municipal Police System)

  • 연구목적: 이 연구는 경찰의 업무환경에 대한 만족 수준이 자치경찰 도입의 기대에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 연구로서 경찰 업무환경에 대한 만족 정도에 따라 현 체제에 대한 변화 혹은 자치경찰제도 도입에 따른 전보를 고려하는 경찰의 입장을 파악하는데 목적을 가지고 있다. 연구방법: 이 연구의 완성을 위하여 현직경찰을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 얻은 데이터를 통계적 기법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 경찰의 직무만족에 따라 자치경찰 도입의 기대에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 경찰의 직무만족 수준이 물리적 환경 변화에 대한 기대에 대하여 내재적 만족과 외재적 만족 모두 부(-)적으로 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으며, 업무환경 변화에 대한 기대는 내재적 직무만족만이 부(-)적으로 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 자치경찰제도 도입에 앞서 자치경찰에 대한 조직 및 인사 등에 대한 정리가 우선되어야 내부의 신뢰를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

사서교사의 교원 성과급제에 대한 인식과 직무만족과의 관계 (The Relation of the Awareness of Teacher Librarians about the Performance-Based Pay System and Their Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구에서는 교원 성과급제에 대한 사서교사의 인식과 직무만족과의 관계를 분석하였다. 전국의 초중고 사서교사를 연구 대상으로 하였으며 참여 인원은 총 371명이다. 연구 결과 사서교사의 등급은 S등급 4.1%, A등급 27.5%, B등급 62.5%, 성과급 제외 5.9%의 비율로 나타났다. 사서교사의 성과급 등급이 높을수록 성과급제에 대한 만족도, 참여도, 평가 기준의 적절성, 평가 절차 및 결과의 공정성 인식이 높게 나타났다. 또한 사서교사의 성과급 등급이 높을수록 직무만족 요소인 업무 관계, 인사 및 승진이 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로 교원 성과급제에 대한 사서교사의 인식이 높을수록 직무만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 교원 성과급제에서 사서교사 평가에 대한 개선방안을 제안하였다.

ICT 활용과 서비스산업 일자리창출 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between ICT Usage and Job Creation in Service Industries)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between job creation and ICT usage in service industries. This research is particularly important because job creation is one of the most critical issues for the country. With technology innovation and system integration, manufacturing industries do not create enough employment, therefore, the society relies on service industries for creating job opportunities. Until now, due to limitations, analysis of job creation in service industries through ICT usage has not been investigated in depth. Thus, development of an effective ICT support policy was impossible. In this research, we used seven methods to investigate overall relationship between ICT usage level and job creation. A rule of large numbers has been applied to reach conclusion. Through this research, the government can focus its investment on service industries where job creation rate is the highest. We can expect both reinforcement in competitiveness of our service industry and continuous creation in employment, eventually leading to a virtuous cycle.
