도시주부의 지출행동유형연구 (Expenditure Behavior types of Urban Housewives)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the expenditure behaviors of housewives into some types and to identify the characteristics of the types focucing on diverse expenditure behaviors of urban households. In this study it is assumed that the expenditure behaviors are classified by there factors-(1)the orientation of money saving (2)the orientation of time saving and (3)the orientation of others. The present study suggests following three questions. (1). Can the expenditure behaviors of urban housewives be classified according to the orientation of money saving the orientation of others? (2) What distictions exist among the types? (3) Which variables are useful in classifying the expenditure behaviors? For empirical analysis the data of the study was collected from 650 housewives living in Seoul. The statistical methods adopted for data analysis are frequency percentage mean Pearson's correlation coefficient factor analysis cluster analysis one way ANOVA Duncun's multiple ran e test and discriminant analysis. As the major findings 4 types were extracted, According to the level of each dimensions the names for the each type were given as "the type of attaching importance to money saving" "the type of attaching importance to time and appearance" "the type of attaching importance to money saving and time" "the type of attaching importance to money saving and time" "the type of attaching importance to money saving and time" "the type of attaching importance to money saving and appearance" In "the type of attaching importance to money saving" the significant portion of housewives have high school degrees and compared with other types this type includes more husbands having sales and service job 55% of housewives of "The type of attaching importance to time and appearance" have graduate or higher degrees. The significant part of earned incomes range from 3 million won to 5 million won. The rate of housewives employed in the professional job is higher than other types. In "The type of attaching importance to money saving and time" the rate of the employment of housewives in this type is the highest among the types. In "The type of attaching importance to money saving and appearance" the significant portion of housewives have graduate degrees. In the jobs of he spouses the management job is major. The consciousness of belonging to the middle class is higher than other types. In this type the level of education is high but that of income is not. The result of the discriminant analysis says that the earned income and the consciousness of belonging to a calss are the most critical variables to classify the expenditure behaviors into 4 type The accuray of the classification of the discrimination equation composed of these variables is 47,5% The accuracy is improved by 10%.

직영 및 위탁 사업체 급식소 영양사에 대한 작업자 지향적 직무분석(제 1 보) : 직무 수행 능력 요건 (An Analysis of Competencies of Dietitians in Self-operated vs. Contracted Employee Foodservice by Worker-oriented Job Analysis Methodology)

  • The job characteristics and competencies of 285 dietitians in employee foodservices were investigated by worker-oriented job analysis methodology. The purposes of this study were to : a) determine the knowledge, abilities, skills and other characteristics(KASO, hereafter) needed for dietitians in two types of employee foodservice groups(self-operated vs. contracted) and b) the analysis of the degree of frequency and importance and entry requirements of KASO items listed below : their degree of frequency, the level of importance and their function as entry requirements. The 134 KASO items would be divided into 12 task categories. The questionnaire was mailed to 250 dietitians who are members of The Korean Dietetic Association Practice Group in self-operated foodservices(hereafter group A) and 250 dietitians who are employed in contracted foodservice companies(hereafter group B). Completed questionnaires were received from 285 dietitians(121 in self-operated, 164 in contracted) ; with a response rate of 57%. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS/win and the SAS/win packages. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) Analysis of the degree of frequency, importance and entry requirements of 134 KASO items in group A showed a high priority(score〉4.0) placed on 14 items in relation to dietetic tasks and 9 items in relation to human attributes, whereas in group B 19 items in relation to dietetic tasks and 11 items in relation to human attributes. 2) Comparing responses about the KASO items in the 12 task categories, there was a significant difference between the two sample groups with regard to degree of frequency : group A scored 3.29, group B scored 3.50(p〈0.01). With regard to importance of KASO items in 12 task categories, group A scored 3.78 and group B scored 3.88 showing no significant differences. With to entry requirements of KASO items in 12 task categories, group A scored 3.29 and group B scored 3.46 showing a significant difference(p〈0.05).   • Fashion designers and fashion merchandisers are the experts who play critical roles in the apparel industry. But their job turnover rate is quite high compared with other industries and/or other positions. The purpose of the study was to investigate the level and the major causes of job stress, and the causes of the high rate of job turnover of fashion merchandisers and fashion designers. The study also compared differences between the levels of job stress, job results and job turnover rate which perceived by fashion designers and fashion merchandisers. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The designers felt more role conflict than merchandisers during job and feel more job stress about career development and their income. 2. The designers feel their job achievement more positively than merchandisers. 3. The designers have their turnover intentions more frequently than merchandisers. This study, on the basis of the above conclusion, is expected to contribute to make fashion merchandisers and fashion designers recognize the importance of managing their job stress and their supervisor obtain the directions for the efficient management of personnel by offering them better working environment.

데이컴(DACUM) 기법을 활용한 특성화고 산학협력부장 교사의 직무 분석 (DACUM Job Analysis of Management Teacher of industry-academy cooperation of Specialized high school)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 데이컴(DACUM) 직무 분석기법을 활용하여 특성화고 산학협력 부장 교사의 직무를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 내용은 특성화고 산학협력부장 교사의 직무를 구성하는 임무와 작업을 도출하여 순서를 매긴 후, 작업별 중요도, 난이도, 수행 빈도를 정하고 입직 초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 능력인지의 여부를 구분하여 제시하는 것이다. 최종적으로 직무분석 결과를 토대로 특성화고 산학협력부장 교사의 데이컴 차트를 개발하였다. 데이컴 직무분석을 위한 워크숍은 Level-I 자격증을 소지한 데이컴 분석가 1명, 5년 이상 경력을 가진 데이컴 위원 8명, 서기 1명, 실무자 1명으로 구성하여 이틀동안 진행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고 산학협력부장 교사란 특성화고 산업수요 맞춤형고 등에서 취업진로지도, NCS 기반 현장실습운영, 산학관관계구축, 대외사업운영, 산학협력행정업무, 담당교과교수 등을 수행하는 보직교사로 정의하였다. 둘째, 산학협력부장 교사의 직무 영역은 7개의 임무(duties)와 80개의 작업(tasks)이 도출되었다. 산학협력부장 교사의 7개 임무는 '취업 진로 지도', 'NCS 기반 현장 실습 운영', '산학관 관계 구축', '대외 사업 운영', '산학 협력 행정 업무', '담당 교과 교수활동', '자기계발'이다. 이들 임무 중 가장 많은 작업은 '담당 교과 교수활동'으로 17개의 작업이 확인되었다. 셋째, 각 작업마다 중요도, 난이도 및 수행 빈도를 정도에 따라 각각 높음(A), 보통(B), 낮음(C)으로 구분하고, 전문가들의 합의를 통해 입직 초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 능력인지의 여부를 구분하였다. 넷째, 직무 분석 결과를 토대로 특성화고 산학협력부장 교사의 데이컴 직무분석 차트를 제시하였다. 또한 산학협력부장 교사의 직무에 종사하면서 필요한 일반 지식과 능력, 사용되는 공구, 기계, 자재 및 소모품의 목록을 도출하고, 작업자의 태도와 산학협력부장 교사의 장래 전망과 특성을 제시하였다.

특성화고 산학일체형 도제교육을 위한 금형제작원의 DACUM 직무분석 (DACUM Job Analysis of Die and mold makers for Apprenticeship education of Specialized high school)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 DACUM 직무 분석기법을 활용하여 특성화고 산학일체형 도제교육을 위한 금형제작원 직무를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 내용은 금형제작원의 직무를 구성하는 임무와 수행 작업을 도출하여 순서를 매기기한 후, 수행 작업별 중요도, 난이도, 빈도를 정하고 산업체에 취업할 당시 수행할 수 있는 최소한의 작업을 구분하여 제시하는 것이다. 최종적으로 직무분석 결과를 토대로 산학일체형 도제학교의 금형제작원 DACUM 차트를 개발하였다. DACUM 직무 분석을 위한 DACUM 위원회는 Level-I 라이센스를 취득한 DACUM 분석가 1명, 5년 이상 경력을 가진 데이컴 위원 9명, 서기 1명, 실무자 1명으로 구성하여 직무분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산학일체형 도제학교의 금형제작원이란 설계된 도면에 따라 원자재와 부자재를 사용하여 가공기계와 공구로써 금형을 사상, 가공, 조립하는 자로 정의하였다. 둘째, 금형제작원의 직무 영역은 12개의 임무(duties)와 86개의 수행 작업(tasks)이 도출되었다. 12개 임무(금형 설계 검토, 원자 부자재 입고 확인, 사출 금형 가공, 가공품 완성 여부 확인, 사출 금형 래핑 습합, 조립 시 사출, 프레스 금형 가공, 프레스 금형 사상 조립, 다이 스포팅, 금형 트라이 아웃, 품질 육성, 금형 출하) 중에서 가장 많은 수행 작업을 도출한 임무는 '프레스 금형 사상 조립'으로 9개의 수행 작업이 확인되었다. 셋째, 각 작업마다 중요도, 난이도 및 빈도를 정도에 따라 각각 높음(A), 보통(B), 낮음(C)으로 구분하고, 전문가들의 합의를 통해 입직 초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 능력인지의 여부를 구분하였다. 넷째, 직무 분석 결과를 토대로 산학일체형 도제학교의 금형제작원 DACUM 직무분석 차트를 개발하였다. 또한 금형제작원 직무에 종사하면서 필요한 일반 지식과 능력, 사용되는 공구, 기계, 자재 및 소모품의 목록을 끌어내고, 금형제작원의 장래 직업의 전망과 특성을 제시하였다.

치과위생사의 직무스트레스, 감정노동이 지각된 건강상태에 미치는 영향 (The effects of job stress and emotional labor on Perceptive health status of dental hygienist's)

  • Objectives: This study aims to understand the effects of job stress and emotional labor on perceptive health status of dental hygienist's. And provide basic data by for establishing the plan for the effective management of job stress and emotional labor and the promotion of health. Methods: Self-evaluation questionnaires were surveyed for 441 dental hygienist's who agreed to participate in the survey, using questionnaires used in the preceding study were modified and complemented. We analyzed the data with frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, chi-square test와 ANOVA, Spearman correlation coefficient by using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 (IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA). The significance level for significance was set at 0.05. Results: health status were job stress, emotional labor significant negative correlation. The factors having significant effects on health problem were physical health status, the job culture of job stress, lack of job autonomy, organizational instability, and workplace culture. In addition, social health status was affected by emotional expressionism, relationship conflict, organizational instability, organizational system, and workplace culture. Conclusion: Recognizing the importance of the management of job stress and emotional labor in the working environment to dental clinic and hospital managers and managerial dental hygienists, a dental hygienist health promotion intervention program is needed to mitigate and cope with job stress and emotional labor.

의료기관 보건관리자의 직무 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Job Performance of Occupational Health Manager at the Hospital)

  • Purpose: To identify the importance and performance levels of health management duties, work-related and general attributes of health managers in medical institutions and analyze their impact on the performance of managing health-care related tasks. Methods: This research identified the performance levels of 150 health managers who have been executing industrial health-related duties for more than six months as nurses in medical institutions with more than 30 hospital beds. The variables which affect their performances were then analyzed. Results: The average importance of health care duties was 8.1 out of 10 and 5.5 for performance levels. Multi-regression analysis on the variables affecting performance levels of health managers in medical institutions showed that health managers exhibit higher numbers under the following conditions: over 300 full-time employees, more than 1 year but less than 3 years of experience, positions above section chief level, affiliation to the safety and health department, and high perception of duty importance. Conclusion: Improved cognizance of health manager importance should occur initially; then, health-care center setup, assigning of exclusive occupational health managers, and organizational efforts to improve the working environment in tandem with the provision of educational training programs to improve work quality are necessary.

DACUM기법에 의한 병원코디네이터의 직무분석 (Job Analysis of Hospital Coordinator Based on the DACUM Method)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze of Hospital Coordinator based on the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) method. The contents of this study were to extract the duties, tasks consisting of job of Hospital Coordinator and to investigate levels of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry level on each task, and to make out a job model of Hospital coordinator. A DACUM committee was composed to analyze job of Hospital Coordinator and the committee members were total 17, a facilitator, 15 hospital administrator and a recorder. The major findings of this study were as the followings ; first, duties in job of Hospital Coordinator were total 10, which were organization of Hospital Coordinator affairs, customerfacing services, consultation support, customer counsel, customer management, financial management, medical service planning, medical service marketing, organizational management, image making management, and self-development. And total tasks in job of Hospital coordinator were 76. Second, the tasks which were important, difficult, frequent and essential in entry step of occupation were counseling before consultation, explaining treatment plan after consultation, checking progress of consultation, answering teleconsultation, and finding out customer's consultation information. Third, a job model of Hospital Coordinator was constructed based on the results of DACUM job analysis.

교사의 집단적 자아존중감이 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Collective Self-esteem on Teachers' Job Stress)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of collective self-esteem on teachers' job stress. For the study, 223 teachers in elementary school, junior high school, and high school were selected and data on teachers' background variables, collective self-esteem, and job stress were collected. The relationship between variables was analysed by using multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: The job stress of teacher was significantly different according to teacher's gender, school level, and career experience. When the influence of background variables was controlled and multiple regression analysis was performed, the group self-esteem of teachers had a great influence on mitigating the perception of job stress. Particularly, it was shown that private collective self-esteem and importance to identity are the most important factors in mitigating job stress perception among the sub-variables of collective self-esteem. These results showed that it is an important task for our society to find an effective way to elevate the teacher's collective self-esteem. Teachers' collective self-esteem is expected to play a positive role not only in mitigating job stress but also in enhancing self-fulfillment and personal self-esteem of teacher.

DACUM 기법에 의한 병원코디네이터실장의 직무분석 연구 (The Job Analysis of Head Hospital Coordinators Based on the DACUM Method)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the job of Head hospital coordinators based on the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) method. The contents of this study were to extract the duties, tasks and performance standards consisting of the job of a Head hospital coordinator and to investigate levels of importance, difficulties, frequency and entry level on each task, and to make out a job model of Head hospital coordinators. A DACUM committee(seven members) was composed to analyze the job of Head hospital coordinators and the committee members were totally nine : a facilitator, seven Head hospital coordinators and a recorder. This study was conducted in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province from August to December, 2015. The major findings of this study were as follows; first, a Head hospital coordinator is defined to be an expert to create values and culture of a hospital, plan and manage hospital's efficient management methods to maximize customer satisfaction and improve the management of a hospital. Second, the job of Head hospital coordinators was categorized into total nine duties and sixty eight tasks. Third, duties in the job of Head hospital coordinators were classified into organization of medical management planning, medical management analysis, medical service quality management, hospital marketing, hospital customer management, hospital human resource management, hospital organization management, hospital financial management and self development.
