간호사의 멘토링 단계에 따른 멘토링 기능, 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mentoring Functions and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention according to Nurses' Mentoring Phases)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nurses' mentoring functions and job satisfaction on their turnover intention on the basis of Kram's mentoring phases. Methods: The participants were 286 nurses who were working at tertiary or general hospitals. Data were collected through surveys conducted between February 1 and 27, 2017, analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression with the IBM SPSS 21.0 program. Results: The mean mentoring functions score was 3.64 out of 5 points. Job satisfaction had statistically significant positive correlation with mentoring function (p<.05), while turnover intention showed statistically significant negative correlation with job satisfaction (p<.001). Job satisfaction was the only statistically significant variable affecting turnover intention in all three phases p<.001). Conclusion: Nursing organizations may reduce nurses' turnover intention by increasing job satisfaction, which can be improved by developing and applying a differentiated mentoring program according to the nurses' mentoring phases.

Analyzing the Working Conditions for Female Field Managers Employed by General Contractors

  • In recent years, the number of female workers pursuing careers in the construction engineering and management field has increased, despite the fact that the job positions have been traditionally considered as retaining job functions and/or qualities that are more appropriate to male than female. This may be attributed to the fact that the positions also require delicate and/or detail-oriented job functions, which can be successfully performed by female. It is important for project participants to understand the working conditions for female field managers by analyzing their job performance. This study collects expert opinions regarding female's managerial performance on job site. Survey questionnaires were administered to two focus groups, male and female field managers who work for general contractors. This study contributes to encouraging female's social and economic involvement by investigating the challenges they face in the workplace, and provides measures to respond to such challenges.

The Effects of E-Brochure Functions and Attitudes to E-Brochures on Self-Efficacy and Salespeople Job Satisfaction in Pharmaceutical Companies

  • Today, companies are making efforts to improve the performance of workers by utilizing various IT-based mobile and internet devices. In pharmaceutical companies, salespeople are using the e-brochure to search for diverse expertise in real time. Through the e-brochure, pharmacists and doctors can be provided with the information they need, thereby increasing confidence in pharmaceuticals and salespeople. Salespeople can also use e-brochures to improve their work performance and to be more satisfied with their jobs. This study examines which functions of e-brochures satisfy salespeople and what attitudes to the e-brochures they need to have. This paper explains the effect of satisfaction and attitude to the e-brochures on job satisfaction through self-efficacy with statistical analysis. As a statistical result, the functions of e-brochures (professional knowledge, massive amount of data, easy searching, information updates, and the reflection of feedback) and attitudes to the e-brochures (importance, intention to use, belief in improvement, efficacy to use, and negative cognition) influence on self-efficacy of salespeople. Further, self-efficacy has mediating effects on the relationship between the functions of e-brochures / attitudes to e-brochures and job satisfaction. Exceptionally, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was not significant in relation to information updates / reflection of feedback and job satisfaction. These results will explain what functions should be focused for the future development of e-brochures. It will also suggest what attitudes the salespeople should have about e-brochures. Through these efforts, salespeople will be able to utilize new technology of e-brochures to satisfy their jobs and improve their performance.

온라인 시장의 성장에 따른 패션산업 내 채용직종 및 직무 변화 및 교육방향 (Job type for recruitment, job function change and education direction in the fashion industry along with the growth of the online market)

  • As the online industry is vitalized by the fashion market, there is a tendency to believe that the recruitment of manpower in the online distribution field is increasing. Thus, this study attempts to analyze the job types and job functions for recruitment in the fashion industry based on job search sites and based on this, suggest an educational direction within the department of fashion design. First, when examining the size (number of employees) of fashion companies that posted jobs, the fashion companies with 30 or fewer employees accounted for 60.7% of the postings, and the location of the fashion companies was most commonly in Seoul with 144 companies located in Gangnam (Seocho-gu, Gangnam-gu). As for the recruitment conditions of the fashion companies, "academic level-irrelevant" was the highest with 42.6%, and in terms of gender and age, 59.3% of the cases were marked as "gender and/or age-irrelevant". Examining the types of jobs for recruitment in the fashion industry, fashion designers were the most popular at 52.6%, followed by on and off-line companies' MD, VMD, and stylist in that order. In the results of examining job function change, it is thought that the fashion design department should have basic educationon in that respect.

멘토링 기능이 신입사원의 직무만족 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mentoring Functions on New Employee's Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • 본 연구는 멘토링 기능이 신입사원의 직무만족과 이직의도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 K 기업의 5년 이하 신입사원을 연구대상으로 설정하고, 변수 간의 관계를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 멘토링의 경력개발 기능, 심리 사회적 기능, 역할모형 기능 중 경력개발 기능이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 경력개발 기능이 높을수록 신입사원의 직무만족은 높아지며 이직의도는 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 빠르게 변화하고 있는 기업 환경에서 직무만족과 이직의도에 대한 멘토링의 기능 및 역할을 논의하고 신입사원 교육을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

사회복지전담공무원의 직무 명확화와 그 역할 (The clarification of public social workers' job and their roles)

  • The purpose of this study is to predict the roles of public social workers and clarify their job. There were a few studies concerning them, and they suggested that it was needed to reform the delivery system or to supplement personnel. But they were almost normative. This study, based on the literature, analyzed public social workers' daily works to suggest their desirable roles. Generally the job of public social workers consists of two functions. One is income maintenance function, the other is social services function concerned with economically disadvantaged. The result showed that these functions were meshed up to now. Especially, It also showed that although they performed mostly eligibility work related public assistance and general practices, they wanted to perform professional practices. Took into account their working conditions, it seemed to be desirable to clarify their job. Thus, several suggestions based on these results are as follows: First, while eligibility functions are the central aspects of the public social worker's roles, it is needed for them to provide selected access services. Second, if they wanted to perform social services, it would be needed to restrict their roles for case manager and broker.

우리나라의 지역별 일자리결합함수의 추정 (On the Estimation of Regional Job-matching Functions of Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 2004년 1월부터 2007년 12월까지의 기간을 대상으로 우리나라 지역 노동시장의 일자리결합함수를 추정해보았다. 일자리 결합에 영향을 미치는 지역효과를 통제하기 위한 LSDV 기법과 지역 자료를 사용할 경우 발생하는 공간적 자기상관의 문제를 해결하기 위한 공간오차모형을 활용하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역 노동시장을 대상으로 일자리결합함수를 추정한 결과 이론과 합치하는 일자리 결합구조를 확인할 수 있었고, 구인기업의 채용이 구직자의 취업보다 상대적으로 용이하다는 결과를 얻었다. 둘째, 구직자 수와 일자리 수가 동일한 조건에서 수도권이 다른 지역에 비해 일자리 결합이 원활한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인근 지역의 구직자 수가 적을수록, 그리고 공석의 일자리 수가 많을수록 당해 지역내에 거주하는 구직자의 취업건수가 증가하는 결과를 보여 일자리 결합과정에서 발생하는 지역간 파급효과를 포착할 수 있었다.

군수부대 종사자 직무만족과 사용부대 서비스품질, 고객만족 간 관계에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Relationships among Job Satisfaction of Employees, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction in Military Logistics)

  • 군은 현재까지 물적인 흐름인 군수지원체제를 발전시켜 왔지만 군수지원 서비스에 대한 충분한 연구는 수행되지 않았다. 본 연구는 군수 기능(정비, 보급, 급양)에 따라 종사자의 직무만족을 분석하고, 나아가 군수부대의 직무만족과 사용(전투)부대의 서비스품질 인식의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째 군수부대 직무만족에서는 기능에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 둘째 사용부대의 서비스품질 요인 중 유형성에서 기능에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로 사후분석을 통해 서비스품질에 관한 의미있는 결과가 확인되었다.

학교조직풍토와 교사의 직무스트레스의 관계 (Relations of School Organizational Climate and Teachers' Job Stresses)

  • This study tested the relations of schools organizational climate and teachers' job stresses, perceived by 913 teachers from 45 elementary, junior- and senior-high schools. Pearson's correlation analysis for the relations between the sub-factors of both organizational climate and job stresses and cannonical correlation analysis for the relative contribution of individual variable of organizational climate upon job stress were applied for the test. The results of Pearson's correlation analysis showed that while 'intimacy', 'esprit', 'considerations', and 'production emphasis' climate had negative correlations with job stress sub-factors, 'disengagement' and 'aloofness' climate had positive correlation. 'Student guidance', a sub-factor of job stresses, did not have statistically significant correlation with any sub-factors of organizational climate. Findings from cannonical correlation analysis showed 2 significant cannonical functions to explain the relations between the sets of variables. 'Disengagement' from organizational climate positively contributed with 'authority forfeiture' and 'dissention and conflict' of the job stresses variables.

민간투자사업을 위한 VE 적용방안 (Value Management of Private Finance Initiative Projects)

  • 최근 정부는 임대형민간투자사업(BTL, Build Transfer Lease)방식을 적극 도입함으로써 민간의 축적된 지식과 경험을 이용하여 보다 효율적인 사회간접자본(Social Overhead Capital) 확충을 도모하고 있다. 공공부분 및 사업시행자 등 민간투자사업의 사업기획단계에서 운영단계에 이르기 까기 전문화된 기술과 경험을 바탕으로 한 설계를 통하여 시설물 사용자의 요구를 충족시키는 동시에 창의적 기법을 총동원 예산과 리스크 범위내에서 최대한의 효율과 수익 창출을 극대화하려는 노력이 필요하다. 이처럼 BTL등 민간투자사업의 투자가치(Value for Money)를 극대화시키기 위해서는 VM(Value Management) 방법론의 효과적인 사용이 불가피하다. 여기서는 BTL 사업에서의 "VE job Plan" 활용 절차 및 적용방안을 제시하였다. BTL 사업에서의 효율적인 "VE job Plan"을 제시하기 위하여 국내 민간투자사업 및 VE 추진을 위한 법적제도의 변화를 분석하였다. 국내 BTL 사업 수행절차 및 BTL 사업에서의 VE적용방안을 "VE job Plan"과 함께 제시하였다. 실제 적용사례 연구를 통하여 BTL 사업에서의 "VE job Plan"의 작성과 작성된 프로세서를 활용한 의사결정 및 대안평가 방법을 제시하였으며, 속성 중 비용은 LCC(Life Cycle Cost : 이하 LCC) 분석결과를 바탕으로 평가하였고, 프로젝트 기능개선을 위한 평가방법으로는 기술적 FAST도를 사용하여 분석하였다. 사례는 "대구시립미술회관" 사업자 선정을 위한 BTL VE 활동을 통해 보다 향상된 가능의 개선, 비용절감 및 양질의 서비스 수준을 제공한 VM사례를 소개하였다.
