The purpose of this study was to compare the shear bond strength of adhesion bridge by various resin cements. One hundred and foully 1st premolars were used. The teeth were cut below 2mm from CEJ and the coronal portions were used. The coronal portions were embeded with the acrylic resin and trimmed with sic paper until the flat plane with ${\phi}$ 4mm above acrylic resin sticks in height 5mm were casted with nonprecious metal and the using surfaces were treated with sic paper from #200 to #1200 and polished with alminum oxide paste. And then, the using surfaces were sandblasted and treated with the electrochemical etching. The teeth were divided into three groups of fourty two each. In group I, teeth and specimens were cemented with Panavia 21 In group II, teeth and specimens were cemented with Superbond In group I, teeth and specimens were cemented with All-Bond & composite resin cement Each group was subdivided into three subgroups according to the storage period ; one-day storage, fifteen-day storage, and thirty-day storage. The special jig was made. Then, the specimen and jig were mounted to Instron Universal Testing Machine and the failure were measured. The results were as follows. 1. There was statisfically significant difference between the failure loads of group I and group II and III after one day storage(P<0.01), 2. There was statisfically significant difference between the failure loads of group II and group I and III and between group I and group III at fifteen day storage(P<0.01). 3. There was statisfically significant difference between the failure loads of group I and II and group III after thirty day storage(P<0.01). 4. There was statisfically significant difference between the failure loads of one day storage and fifteen and thirty days storages in group III (P<0.01).
In this paper, we propose a digital transceiver unit design for in-building of 5G optical repeaters that extends the coverage of 5G mobile communication network services and connects to a stable wireless network in a building. The digital transceiver unit for driving the proposed 5G optical repeater is composed of 4 blocks: a signal processing unit, an RF transceiver unit, an optical input/output unit, and a clock generation unit. The signal processing unit plays an important role, such as a combination of a basic operation of the CPRI interface, a 4-channel antenna signal, and response to external control commands. It also transmits and receives high-quality IQ data through the JESD204B interface. CFR and DPD blocks operate to protect the power amplifier. The RF transmitter/receiver converts the RF signal received from the antenna to AD, is transmitted to the signal processing unit through the JESD204B interface, and DA converts the digital signal transmitted from the signal processing unit to the JESD204B interface and transmits the RF signal to the antenna. The optical input/output unit converts an electric signal into an optical signal and transmits it, and converts the optical signal into an electric signal and receives it. The clock generator suppresses jitter of the synchronous clock supplied from the CPRI interface of the optical input/output unit, and supplies a stable synchronous clock to the signal processing unit and the RF transceiver. Before CPRI connection, a local clock is supplied to operate in a CPRI connection ready state. XCZU9CG-2FFVC900I of Xilinx's MPSoC series was used to evaluate the accuracy of the digital transceiver unit for driving the 5G optical repeater proposed in this paper, and Vivado 2018.3 was used as the design tool. The 5G optical repeater digital transceiver unit proposed in this paper converts the 5G RF signal input to the ADC into digital and transmits it to the JIG through CPRI and outputs the downlink data signal received from the JIG through the CPRI to the DAC. And evaluated the performance. The experimental results showed that flatness, Return Loss, Channel Power, ACLR, EVM, Frequency Error, etc. exceeded the target set value.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate effect of application of $ZirLiner^{(R)}$ and blasting treatments on shear bond strength of zirconia-veneered porcelain interface. 60 uncolored zirconia plates and 30 colored zirconia plates were fabricated and divided into nine groups of 10 according to blasting treatment such as as-ground, glass blasting and alumina blasting and zirliner application. Veneering porcelains were built up over the center of the treated zirconia ceramic surface using jig and fired according to the manufacturers' instructions. Each specimen was completely embedded in acrylic resin. The specimens were placed in a mounting jig and subjected to shear force by a universal testing machine. Load was applied at a crosshead speed of 0.5㎜/min until failure. Average shear strengths were analyzed with two-way analysis of variance and one-way analysis of variance and the Duncan's post-hoc test. The fracture surfaces of the failed specimens were examined by SEM. The obtained results were as follows: 1. Depending on surface treatment by blasting, the degree of roughness is revealed in the order of Glass-blasted, As-ground, and Alumnia-blasted. The roughness average of uncolored and colored zirconia ceramic were not significantly different from blasting treatments. 2. In uncolored zirconia ceramic, the shear bond strength were not significantly different from blasting treatments. However, the shear bond strength were significantly different from Zirliner application. 3. Used ZirLiner, mean shear bond strength of colored zirconia was lower than uncolored zirconia. Especially, mean shear bond strength of colored zirconia was quite low with alumina-blasting treatment. 4. SEM analysis showed that veneered porcelain failed in zirconia ceramic interface and there was no cohesive failure.

In the case of the side scan sonar operated by the towing method, the underwater structure electric jig was developed because there is a difficulty in the cross-sectional survey that the user wants when conducting the survey. However, in the case of the sound wave photographing method using the electric jig, since the boat and the sonar behaves as one body, data distortion has occurred due to various problems according to working environment, such as, the rolling phenomenon of the boat due to the wave and the fluctuation of the sonic image due to the inoperability of the boat driver. Therefore, in order to solve the image blurring caused by the operation of the equipment for underwater survey of the existing side scan sonar, in this research, the program was supplemented to enable the shake correction by attaching the shake correction sensor and developing the shake correction algorithm. In order to verify the improvement of the sonar data resolution, the sonic images before and after the shake correction were collected through on-site investigation and the analysis of the sonic image data acquired by a diver measuring the actual damage length and depth. This study is expected to contribute to the development of sonar imaging technique of the underwater surface of the structure and bed surface of the sea or a river using the side scan sonar in the future.
Intermittent CSR testing was used to investigate the degradation of a hydrogenated NBR(HNBR) O-rings, and also the prediction of its life-time. The cure system of HNBR O-ring was controlled as sulfur cure and peroxide cure system. An intermittent CSR jig was designed taking into consideration the O-ring's environment under use. The testing allowed observation of the effects of friction, heat loss, and stress relaxation by the Mullins effect. Degradation of O-rings by thermal aging was observed between 100 and $120^{\circ}C$. In the temperature range of $100-120^{\circ}C$, O-rings showed linear degradation behavior and satisfied the Arrhenius relationship. The activation energy of HNBR-S was about 70.6 kJ/mol. From Arrhenius plots, predicted life-times of HNBR-S O-ring were 31.1 years and 33.7 years for 50% and 40% failure conditions, respectively. In case of HNBR-P, the activation energy was about 72.1kJ/mol, and predicted life-times were 34.0 years and 36.5 years for 50% and 40% failure conditions, respectively. The peroxide cure system showed slower degradation rate and higher activation energy than the sulfur cure system.
Ethanol-tolerant strain, S. eerevisiae BUI a26 ($alc^r thr^-$) and gJucoamylase-producing strain, S diastatieus AI5a6 (STA+ hom-) were prepared by means of genetic manipulation, Protoplast fusion was carried out to introduce STA gene from AI5a6 strain to BUla26 strain, Protoplast formation was shown at 0,8 M sorbitol and 200 Jig/ml to 400 Jig/ml zymolyase treatment for 2 hours incubation, Fusion frequency was $ 3.25 {\times} 10^{-3}$ to the regenerated protoplast number using PEG 6000 for 90 min incubation. The excellent fusants with genotype of STA- $alc^r thr^-$ hom+/STA+ ($alc^s thr^+$ hom- (2n), F7 and FIO, were selected by ethanol-tolerant, ethanol fermentation, and glucoamylase production tests, Glucoamylase production of AI5a6 showed 2,7 units, but 4.2 or 8.4 units for F7 or FIO fusant at $30^{\circ}C$, Ethanol fermentation from 32% glucose by BUla26 was 14,0%(v/v) in fermentaion medium for 5 days incubation, but 14.5% or 15,0% for F7 or FIO strain, respectively. Ethanol fermentation from 5% starch was 2,0% by F7, or 1.8% by FIO strain in fermentation medium for 5 days fermentation.

Statement of problem. The adjustable dental impression trays were made for being adjusted their width automatically along the width of dental arch. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to investigate the best retentive form of adjustable dental impression tray, and so to make it a more satisfactory product. Material and methods. The eight pairs of adjustable trays were made of ABS(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) with different distribution of holes and with or without the rim on the border area of them. The experiment was done with the horse-shoe shaped metal plate to pull out the set impression body from the tray, and the tray jig which was made for holding the tray on a lower part of Universal Testing Machine(UTM, Zwick Z020, Zwick Co., Germany). After the impression in the tray was allowed to set four minutes, a tensile force was applied at right angles to the tray which had been previously seated on the jig. The force was applied to measure a maximum retentive force by use of a UTM at a constant strain rate of 100mm per minute. A 2-factor analysis of variance (p<.05) was used to determine whether differences existed among distribution of retentive holes and between rim existing and not. Results. 1 The retentive force of the upper and lower resin tray with 2mm holes on the tray border was highest(25.83/24.98kg). (p<.05) 2. As the tray had more retentive holes, it was less retentive. 3. There was no significant difference in the retentive force of the varied hole intervals in the case of distributing all the area. (p>.05) 4. The rimless trays were more retentive generally, than the rimmed trays except 2 case: upper tray group-all area / 2 mm, intervals and lower tray group-margin only / 2 mm, intervals.(p<.05) 5. Most of the adjustable trays were showed higher retentive force than perforated metal tray except the lower group that perforated on the all area at intervals of 2 mm.
Residual stress in the injection molded part is originated from thermal shrinkage and shear stress during injection molding process. There are many measurement methods of residual stress in the plastic part. Residual stress in opaque products can be measured by chemical cracking test. This method enables the solvent and specimen to react and to cause cracks. Cracks developed according to the level of residual stress. Thus the stresses in plastic part can be quantitatively measured by counting the number of cracks or measuring the size of cracks. Relationship between stress and number of cracks in a plastic specimen has been investigated in this study. Bergen jig was used to give a strain in the specimens those were molded using PC/PBT and PC/ABS. Solvent for the chemical cracking test was prepared using tetrahydrofuran and methyl alcol with the ratio of 1 to 3. Stresses in the specimen can be calculated by strains those were imposed by Bergen jig. Cracks were developed for stress higher than certain level. The number of cracks increased by second order function for stress.
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to compare the apical transportation and working length change in curved root canals created in resin blocks, using 3 geometrically different types of Ni-Ti files, K3, NRT, and Profile. Materials and Methods: The curvature of 30 resin blocks was measured by Schneider technique and each groups of Ni-Ti files were allocated with 10 resin blocks at random. The canals were shaped with Ni-Ti files by Crown-down technique. It was analyzed by Double radiograph superimposition method (Backman CA 1992), and for the accuracy and consistency, specially designed jig, digital X-ray, and CAD/CAM software for measurement of apical transportation were used. The amount of apical transportation was measured at 0, 1, 3, 5 mm from 'apical foramen - 0.5 mm' area, and the alteration of the working length before and after canal shaping was also measured. For statistics, Kruskal-Wallis One Way Analysis was used. Results: There was no significant difference between the groups in the amount of working length change and apical transportation at 0, 1, and 3 mm area (p = 0.027), however, the amount of apical transportation at 5 mm area showed significant difference between K3 and Profile system (p = 0.924). Conclusions: As a result of this study, the 3 geometrically different Ni-Ti files showed no significant difference in apical transportation and working length change and maintained the original root canal shape.

Objectives: To validate the effectiveness of a real-time chemical exposure monitoring system developed by KOSHA (Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency), we applied the system to a workplace in the electronics industry for 153 days. Methods: The monitoring system consisted of a PID chemical sensor, a LTE communication equipment, and a web-based platform. To monitor chemical exposure, four sets of sensors were placed in two manufacturing tasks - inspection and jig cleaning - which used TCE as a degreasing agent. We reviewed previous reports of work environment measurements and conducted a new work environment measurement on one day during the period. The PID sensor systems detected the chemical exposure levels in the workplace every second and transmitted it to the platform. Daily average and maximum chemical exposure levels were also recorded. Results: We compared the results from the real-time monitoring system and the work environment measurement by traditional methods. Generally, the data from the real-time monitoring system showed a higher level because the sensors were closer to the chemical source. We found that 28% of jig cleaning task data exceeded the STEL. Peak exposure levels of sensor data were useful for understanding the characteristics of the task's chemical use. Limitations and implications were reviewed for the adoption of the system for preventing poisoning caused by chemical substances. Conclusions: We found that the real-time chemical exposure monitoring system was an efficient tool for preventing occupational diseases caused by chemical exposure, such as acute poisoning. Further research is needed to improve the reliability and applicability of the system. We also believe that forming a social consensus around the system is essential.
