  • This paper presents feed rate optimizaton of a PMLSM driven feed-slide for mininum vibrations by smoothing velocity curve with finite jerk. First of all, the PMLSM was designed and made to reduce detent force. Next, a PMLSM driven feed-slide system was mathematically modeled as a 4-degree-of-freedom lumped parameter model. The key idea of our vibration minimization method is to find out the most appropriate smooth velocity curve with finite jerk. The validity of our proposed method has been verified by comparing computer simulation results of the feed-slide model with experimental ones.

  • This paper presents vibration minimization of a PMLSM driven feed-slide by using optimized smooth velocity curve with finite jerk. First of all, the PMLSM was designed and made to reduce detent force. Next, a PMLSM driven feed-slide system was mathematically modeled as a 4-degree-of-freedom lumped parameter model. The key idea of our vibration minimization method is to find out the most appropriate smooth velocity(feedrate) curve with finite jerk. Measurement of safety rods reactivity worth by advanced source jerk method in HWZPR

  • Accurate measurement of the reactivity worth of safety rods is very important for the safe reactor operation, in normal and emergency conditions. In this paper, the reactivity worth of safety rods in Heavy Water Zero Power Reactor (HWZPR) in the new lattice pitch is measured by advanced source jerk method. The average of the results related to two different detectors is equal to 29.88 mk. In order to verify the result, this parameter was compared to the previously measured value by subcritical to critical approach. Different experiment results are finally compared with corresponding calculated result. Difference between the average experimental and calculated results is equal to 2.2%.

  • In this study, major problems, such as licensing problems due to civil complaints, deterioration of facility period, and damage of modules, are exposed to many problems in domestic businesses. Particularly, the photovoltaic (PV) modules applied to early PV systems have been repaired and replaced over the past two decades, and a new module-based aging detection method is needed to expand the maintenance market and stabilize and repair power supplies. PV modules in a PV system use a string that is configured in series to generate high voltage. However, even if only one module of the solar modules connected in series ages, the power generation efficiency of the aged string is reduced. Therefore, we propose a topology that can measure the instantaneous PV characteristic curve to determine the aging module in the solar string and the aging judgment algorithm using the measured PV characteristic curve.

  • This paper introduces that the machine tools's feed system optimizes by modeling for simulation and adjusting drive control parameter. The first method is frequency response of speed loop with design parameter by use of MATLAB application, in order that other axis can do equal to bandwidth. The second meted uses various sensor for analyzing machine tools's structure and adjustes jirk limitter.

고교여자역도 선수들의 용상동작 수행 시 체급별 무게증가에 따른 EMG변화 비교 분석 (A Comparison Analysis of EMG according to Weight Class and Increase Record of Clean and Jerk Techniques Weightlifting in High School Female Weight Lifters)

  • 본 연구는 고교여자역도 선수들의 용상동작에서 무게증가에 따른 근전도의 변화를 분석하여 체급별(69kg급, 58kg급)로 나타나는 근 발현양상을 비교하였다. 주동근은 대퇴이두근, 승모근, 척추기립근, 광배근, 비복근, 외측광근 등 6개의 근육을 선정하였으며, 용상동작을 6구간으로 나누어 근전도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 보였다. 체급별 차이에서 58kg급에서는 모근 근육군과 동작구간에서 무게가 올라갈수록 근육의 발현이 단계적으로 올라가는 양상을 보였다. 체급에 따른 EMG 신호크기에서는 각 근육군마다 그 크기가 서로 다르게 나타나, EMG 신호크기가 체급과 무게에 따라 증가되는 것은 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과로 볼 때 69kg급에서 무게에 따른 근발현이 일관성 없이 나타나는 것으로 미루어 높은 체급일수록 근력과 함께 기술적인 요인도 고려되어야 경기력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다.

보행시 신발, 속도, 경사도에 따른 동작의 부드러움 차이 (The Difference in the Smoothness of the Movement according to Shoe, Velocity, and Slope during Walking)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the smoothness of the gait pattern according to shoe, walking speed, and slope. Eleven male university students used three types(running shoes, mounting climbing boots, elevated forefoot walking shoes) of shoes at various walking speeds(1.19, 1.25, 1.33, 1.56, 1.78, 1.9, 2.0, 2.11, 2.33m/s) and gradients (0, 3, 6, 10%) on a treadmill. Three-dimensional motion analysis (Motion Analysis Corp, Santa Rosa, CA, USA) was conducted with 4 Falcon high speed cameras. The results showed that elevated forefoot walking shoes had the lowest value of normalized jerk at the heel, which means that elevated forefoot walking shoes had the smoothest walking pattern at the heel. In contrast, elevated forefoot walking shoes had greater normalized jerk at the center of mass (COM) at most walking speeds, which means that the smoothness of gait pattern at the center of mass is the lowest for the elevated forefoot walking shoes. This movement at the COM might even have a beneficial effect of activating muscles in the back and abdomen more than other shoes.

  • 본 논문은 유도전동기의 직접벡터 제어 시스템에서 전동기가 기동 시 토크 충격없이 부드럽게 기동할 수 있는 기동기법을 제시한다. 정지모드에서는 고정자 전류만으로 고정자자속을 계산하는 방식을 사용하며, 기동 후 직접 벡터제어 모드에서는 프로그램어블 3-단계 저역필터로 고정자자속을 계산한다. 정지모드에서 직접벡터제어 모드로 변환 시 3-단계 저역필터의 시간지연으로 고정자 자속이 급격히 감소되어 토크 역시 갑자기 감소된다. 본 논문에서는 전동기가 기동 시 토크 충격을 방지하기 위한 고정자 자속의 피이드포워드 제어 기법을 제시하고, 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 이 기법의 타당성을 확인한다.

  • This paper describes the calculation and application of the speed profile for the train speed control when the train is operated by ATO(Automatic Train Operation). We propose a speed profile calculation method considering the speed limitation and the jerk limitation, in order to maintain the quality of the train automatic operation. In previous works, ATO calculates a desired speed profile along the time, and controls the train to follow the profile. In this case, it may be hard to follow the restrictive speed along the location or to stop the train with a low location error, because of the difference between the desired location at each time and the real location of the train due to the control error. In the proposed method in this paper, we calculate a desired speed profile along the time considering the speed and jerk limitation first, and derive a speed profile along the location using it. If the restrictive speed profile is changed or the train speed strayed from the speed profile, ATO system calculates new speed profile and applies it immediately. Because ATO system controls the train speed based on the train location, the accuracy of the train location control can be improved. A simulation system for the test of the automatic train operation using this method is designed.

스로틀 전자제어 방식에서 제어 특성이 차량의 가/감속 시 운전성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the ETC(Electronic Throttle Control) Characteristics on the Vehicle Driveability at Tip-in/out)

  • The passenger car drivers want in general to feel good driveability, but they sometimes feel uncomfortable by shock and jerk phenomenon when they push or release acceleration pedal with clutch engaged. In this paper, the shock and jerk characteristics are studied on the vehicles of the throttle-by-wire system. With this system, the throttle is not directly controlled by drivers but via a microprocessor. So the control logic of the throttle is very important on tip-in and tip-out driveability. Experiments were carried out on two vehicles which show different control characteristics. The torque control logics were analyzed by measuring cylinder pressures. The results show that special torque control logic is needed at tip-in/out state for good driveability.
