This study have derived the big issue of overseas construction through big data analysis. For identification of big issues on overseas construction, domestic online articles, 30 daily newspapers like the JoongAng Ilbo, 7 construction related articles including construction economy and 1,759 local newspapers and small media companies were analyzed from October 1st, 2015 to September 30th, 2016. 13,884 cases in total were used for big data analyses and big issue candidates were identified. The analysis result is as shown below. First, looking into major issues on overseas construction for a year, construction orders in the Middle East decreased because of the drop in oil prices. Accordingly, there were discussions on concerns and crises we may face as profitabilities worsened in overseas construction. Second, analyzing main concern based on 8 key words on overseas construction among construction issues for the last one year, it was found as following: Region (29.4%), Business environment (21.4%), Group (15.8%), Profitability (14.5%), Policy and Institution (7.8%), Market environment (4.2%), Business (project) (4.15%), and Education (3.2%). Third, among 30 issues on 8 key words, 10 key issues that are likely to spread and continue were identified. Then, a semantic network map among key words and centrality were analyzed.

Education related issues are social problems in which various groups and situations are intricately linked to each other. It is difficult to find issues by analyzing social phenomena related to education. Korean based text analysis can be analyzed in a quantitative. With the development of text analysis techniques, research results have been recently achieved, and it can be fully utilized to derive educational issues from text data in Korean. In this study, petition articles in the field of childcare/education were collected on the online-board of the Blue House National Petition website, and text analysis was used to derive issues in the education world. The analysis derived 6 topics through Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) among topic modeling techniques. The association rules of major keywords were analyzed and visualized as graphs. In addition to deriving educational issues through the existing questionnaire, it can provide implications for future research directions and policies in that issues can be sufficiently discovered through text-based analysis methods.

Time series are used in many studies for model building and analysis. We must be very careful to understand the kind of time series data used in the analysis. In this review article, we will begin with some issues related to the use of aggregate and systematic sampling time series. Since several time series are often used in a study of the relationship of variables, we will also consider vector time series modeling and analysis. Although the basic procedures of model building between univariate time series and vector time series are the same, there are some important phenomena which are unique to vector time series. Therefore, we will also discuss some issues related to vector time models. Understanding these issues is important when we use time series data in modeling and analysis, regardless of whether it is a univariate or multivariate time series.

Recently, the number of social media users has increased rapidly because of the prevalence of smart devices. As a result, the amount of real-time data has been increasing exponentially, which, in turn, is generating more interest in using such data to create added value. For instance, several attempts are being made to analyze the relevant search keywords that are frequently used on new portal sites and the words that are regularly mentioned on various social media in order to identify social issues. The technique of "topic analysis" is employed in order to identify topics and themes from a large amount of text documents. As one of the most prevalent applications of topic analysis, the technique of issue tracking investigates changes in the social issues that are identified through topic analysis. Currently, traditional issue tracking is conducted by identifying the main topics of documents that cover an entire period at the same time and analyzing the occurrence of each topic by the period of occurrence. However, this traditional issue tracking approach has two limitations. First, when a new period is included, topic analysis must be repeated for all the documents of the entire period, rather than being conducted only on the new documents of the added period. This creates practical limitations in the form of significant time and cost burdens. Therefore, this traditional approach is difficult to apply in most applications that need to perform an analysis on the additional period. Second, the issue is not only generated and terminated constantly, but also one issue can sometimes be distributed into several issues or multiple issues can be integrated into one single issue. In other words, each issue is characterized by a life cycle that consists of the stages of creation, transition (merging and segmentation), and termination. The existing issue tracking methods do not address the connection and effect relationship between these issues. The purpose of this study is to overcome the two limitations of the existing issue tracking method, one being the limitation regarding the analysis method and the other being the limitation involving the lack of consideration of the changeability of the issues. Let us assume that we perform multiple topic analysis for each multiple period. Then it is essential to map issues of different periods in order to trace trend of issues. However, it is not easy to discover connection between issues of different periods because the issues derived for each period mutually contain heterogeneity. In this study, to overcome these limitations without having to analyze the entire period's documents simultaneously, the analysis can be performed independently for each period. In addition, we performed issue mapping to link the identified issues of each period. An integrated approach on each details period was presented, and the issue flow of the entire integrated period was depicted in this study. Thus, as the entire process of the issue life cycle, including the stages of creation, transition (merging and segmentation), and extinction, is identified and examined systematically, the changeability of the issues was analyzed in this study. The proposed methodology is highly efficient in terms of time and cost, as it sufficiently considered the changeability of the issues. Further, the results of this study can be used to adapt the methodology to a practical situation. By applying the proposed methodology to actual Internet news, the potential practical applications of the proposed methodology are analyzed. Consequently, the proposed methodology was able to extend the period of the analysis and it could follow the course of progress of each issue's life cycle. Further, this methodology can facilitate a clearer understanding of complex social phenomena using topic analysis.

This study analyzes the online issues of design innovation by a fashion creative director. The study selected fashion house Gucci as the main subject and analyzed social media posts. As for study methods, a social matrix program Textom 2.0 collected 13,014 nouns and adjectives using 'Gucci Collection' as a search keyword from Naver Blogs from March to August 2014 and from March to August 2016. Design related issues were derived through semantic network analysis using Ucinet6 and the NetDraw program. The results of the keyword frequency analysis showed that social media user interest for the Gucci collection increased based on the rapid increase in the number of posts from 1,064 to 2,126 after changing the fashion creative director. The results of visualization of semantic network analysis and content analysis also showed that the main issues related to the Gucci collection design changed after the replacement of the fashion creative director. The study found that issues formed around the product information worn by celebrities for promotion purposes during the 2014 period; however, during the 2016 period, issues were formed around 'vintage' and 'retro' runway concepts with design styles related to Alessandro Michele, the new creative director.

Since realtime search keywords of portal sites are arranged in descending order by instant increasing rates of search numbers, they easily show issues increasing in interests for a short time. But they have the limits extracted different results by portal sites and not shown issues by a period. Thus, to find key issues from the whole realtime search keywords for certain period, and to show results of summarizing them and analyzing differences, is significant in providing the basis of understanding issues more practically and in maintaining consistency of them. This paper analyzes differences of week key issues extracted from week analysis of realtime search keywords provided by two typical portal sites. The results of experiments show that the portal group means of realtime search keywords by the independent t-test and the survival functions of realtime search keywords by the survival analysis are statistically significant differences.

In this paper, we investigated the current issues on the KPAS(Korean Public Alert Service) by News analysis. News articles, from May 15, 2005 to April 30, 2020, were collected with the key word of 'KPAS' through the News Big-Data System provided by the Korea Press Foundation. The results of the content analysis are as follows. First, the issues on alert presentation were categorized by alarm sound, message content, alert level, transmission frequency, delay, reception range, time of alert, and language. Issues on inability to receive KPAS messages were categorized into authority, mobile, sending standard, mobile communication infra, etc. For the last two to three years, news on the inability issues had decreased, while news on the presentation issues had increased. This tells us that the public demand for improvement in the KPAS lies in the presentation issues. The demand for societal resolutions to the presentation issues especially on message content, transmission frequency, and reception range has soared.

Background: The purpose of this study is to investigate current status and investigation of government agencies, communities, corporates, hospitals, non-governmental organization, non-profit organization, and so on which performed Corporate Social Responsibility to global health issues. Methods: This paper focuses on analyzing definition and principle of public-private partnership (PPP), types of PPP, challenge of PPP through delphi survey and interview which need to be discussed by professional groups such as private groups, universities and researches, government decision makers, corporates, and hospitals for successful PPP. Results: Based on this analysis on global health issues of 237 groups, the results were shown that main global health issues of many hospitals were aids of the developing countries (48%). Main program was activities of overseas volunteers (30%) and most 152 groups (42%) supported Asia. Also, this paper gives a definition of PPP that is the growth together in PPPs as a way of fulfilling public tasks in partnership between the state administration and private enterprises to apply both strengths behind transparency, accountability. Conclusion: In conclusion, from the results of analysis, we suggest as prior setting of global issues for both demand and supply side and are served as the effective way by PPP on global health issues. Moreover, this study will be expanded on the sections of findings, multiple researches, discussion, and policy recommendations.

The objective of this study was to identify the most representative issues of 1990s in the area of architectural design education, which has been interconnected very closely with the interior-architectural design since the history began, to establish a foundational reconstruction of interior-architectural education program. Particularly focusing on the issues of architectural education of 1990s, three subjects of writen materials were examined ; (1) the history of architectural education, (2) the theories of architectural design, (3) the works of architecural students performing the architectural design program in schools. Recently, the attention to the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution has been increasing. In the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution era, the boundaries between physical space, digital space, and biological space are becoming blurred because of the active convergence between various fields. There are many issues about the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution such as artificial intelligence, Internet of things, big data, and cyber physical system. To cope with the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution, an accurate analysis and technology planning need to be undertaken from a broad point of view. However, there is little research on the analysis of the major issues about the 4th Industrial Revolution. Accordingly, this study aims to analyse these major issues. Data mining such as topic modelling method is used for this analysis. This study is expected to be helpful for the researcher and policy maker of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
