ISO6954:2000 (Mechanical vibration - Guidelines for the measurement, reporting and evaluation of vibration with regard to habitability on passenger and merchant ships) has taken effect as the governing body for vibration regarding habitability due to ship vibration. However, ISO6954:2000, when compared ISO6954:1984 (the first draft of ISO6954), needs to clear some deficiencies concerning convenience and reliability during field applications. In this paper, ISO6954:1984 and 2000 are evaluated on their suggested assessment method of ship's vibration in the future.

Recently, CMM have been recognized as a critical factor to validate the competitiveness of software organizations, even if the organizations have already achieved the ISO9001 certification. Furthermore, the new version of ISO9001:2000 is being required instead of ISO9001:1994. Both CMM and ISO9001 have a common point 1ha t they pursuit quality improvement fur the organizations processes and products. Therefore, it is important to understand the similarities of specific requirements between the two models in software organizations which attempt to employ both of the models. from this background, this paper compares CMM and ISO9001 by considering the versions in 1994 and 2000 of ISO9001. The results of this research are likely to help software organizations make a decision for a strategy to adopt CMM and ISO9001.

테스팅 프론티어 역량평가 모델은 10년 전 만들어진 ISO/IEC 9126의 소프트웨어 제품 품질기준과 TMMi, TPI의 프로세스 점검 기준들을 사용하다보니, Agile, TDD와 같은 새로운 프로세스와 App, Web 같은 새로운 종류의 소프트웨어 제품을 개발하는 회사들에 대한 역량평가가 어려울 수밖에 없다. 이런 문제에 대한 개선을 위하여 1) 소프트웨어 제품 품질 국제표준 ISO/IEC 9126, ISO/IEC 25010 그리고 SW 테스팅 프로세스 국제표준 ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 part2 고찰, 2) TCAM 소개, 3) 소프트웨어 제품품질 관점에서 ISO/IEC 9126, ISO/IEC 25010와 TCAM 비교, 분석 4) 소프트웨어 테스팅 프로세스 관점에서 ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 part2와 TCAM 비교, 분석, 5) TCAM의 개선을 위한 방안을 제안한다.

Iso-suillin, a natural product isolated from Suillus luteus, has been shown to inhibit the growth of some cancer cell lines. However, the molecular mechanisms of action of this compound are poorly understood. The purpose of this study was to investigate how iso-suillin inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis in a human hepatoma cell line (SMMC-7721). We demonstrated the effects of iso-suillin on cell proliferation and apoptosis in SMMC-7721 cells, with no apparent toxicity in normal human lymphocytes, using colony formation assays and 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) analysis. Western blotting was used to examine the expression of $G_1$ phase-regulated and apoptosis-associated protein levels in iso-suillin treated SMMC-7721 cells. The results indicated that iso-suillin significantly decreased viability, induced $G_1$ phase arrest and triggered apoptosis in SMMC-7721cells. Taken together, these results suggest the potential of iso-suillin as a candidate for liver cancer treatment.

Tetra-ethoxysilane (TEOS)은 일반적으로 저온 게이트 산화막의 원료 널리 이용되고 있으나 as-deposited 상태에서는 필수적으로 생성된 높은 계면밀도와 고정전하를 제거하기 위하여 수소계면처리, forming gas annealing 등 후처리 공정을 필수적으로 거처야만 한다. 즉 후처리 공정 없이도 일정수준의 계면밀도와 고정전하를 갖을 수 있는 출발물질이 제안되면 산업적 의미를 갖을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 TEOS를 대체할 수 있는 후보재료로써 Tetra-iso-propoxysilane (T-iso-POS)을 제안하였다. T-iso-POS는 iso 구조의 3차원적 특수 구조를 가지므로 더 쉽게 분해 될 수 있어 탄소의 결합을 억제 할 수 있다고 사료된다. 용량 결합형 PECVD (13.56 MHz) 장비를 이용하여 RCA 세정을 실시 한 p-Si (100) 기판위에 TEOS 혹은 T-iso-POS (2 sccm)와 O2를 도입(50 sccm), 플라즈마 전원(20~100 W), 압력(0.1~0.5 torr), 온도 ($170{\sim}400^{\circ}C$), 전극 간 거리 (1~4.5cm)의 조건 하에서 증착하였다. 얻어진 각각의 SiO2 막에 대해, 성장 속도, 2% BHF 용액보다 에칭 속도, IV 특성과 C-V 특성, FT-IR에 의해 화학구조 평가를 실시했다. T-iso-POS원료로 사용하여 TEOS보다 낮은 약 $200^{\circ}C$에서 증착 된 산화막에서 후 처리 없이도 10 MV/cm 이상의 절연 파괴 특성을 나타내는 우수한 게이트 절연막 제작에 성공했다. 그 성장 속도도 약 20 nm/min로 높았다.

본 논문에서는 인공지능 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해 새로 개발된 국제 표준인 ISO/IEC TR 24029-1에 대해 다룬다. ISO/IEC TR 24029-1에서는 인공지능 시스템의 성능 지표를 Interpolation과 Classification의 두 가지 카테고리로 나누어 규정한다. Interpolation 카테고리에 해당하는 성능 지표는 인공지능 시스템이 예측한 값이 실제 값과 얼마만큼 가까운지 그 성능을 평가하는 지표이며 Classification 카테고리에 해당하는 성능 지표는 인공지능 시스템이 분류한 종류가 실제 종류와 얼마만큼 일치하는지 그 성능을 평가하는 지표이다. 이들 지표를 사용하면 인공지능 시스템의 성능을 평가하고 서로 다른 인공지능 시스템의 성능을 비교할 수 있다.

ISO/TC 268, IEC Systems Committee on Smart Cities, ISO/IEC JTC 1/WG 11, and ITU-T SG 20 have been developing smart city-related standards since 2013. ISO/TC 268 and ITU-T SG 20 have provided various and lots of smart city standards relatively. In this paper, the status of the standardization activities of ITU-T SG 20, the IEC Systems Committee on Smart Cities, ISO/TC 268, and ISO/IEC JTC 1/WG 11 is reviewed.

향후 21세기 정보사회의 구체적인 실현과 국가 경쟁력 향상의 중심적 역할을 지닌 정보통신은, 관련 기술의 통합화와 서비스의 고도화 및 다양화에 따라 정보통신 관련 제품들간의 상호운용성 확보 측면에서 표준화의 필요성이 날로 강조되어 가고 있다. 그러한 정보통신기술 발전을 위한 기반 요소로서의 표준화는 다음과 같이 두 개의 큰 맥락, ITU(국제전기통신연합)와 ISO/IEC JTC1(ISO/IEC 합동기술위원회 1)을 중심으로 국제적 표준화 추진체계를 이루고 있지만, 최근 기술의 통화화에 추세에 따라 상호 보완 및 협력을 바탕으로 공생하고 있다고 보아야 할 것이다. 여기에서는 그중 ISO/IEC JTC1의 위원회 소개와 함께 지난 1월에 열린 제13차 브라질 총회결과를 간단히 기술하고자 한다.

The second edition of the International Standard ISO/DIS 2859-1(1997) is the revised version of ISO 2859-1(1989). Significant changes in this edition include the following; ⅰ) a new procedure for switching from normal to reduced inspection is used, ⅱ) optional fractional acceptance number sampling plans are added, and ⅲ) reduced plans are changed to eliminate the gap between the acceptance and rejection numbers. In this paper, major changes and additions incorporated into the revised version are discussed.

The International Organization for Standardization(ISO) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies. Through ISO Technical Committees(TC), various International Standards are being carried out. Each member body interested in a subject for which a TC has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. ISO collaborates closely with the International Electro-technical Commission(IEC) on all matters of electro-technical standardization. ISO established the ISO 9000 Family standard in 1987, and International Standard ISO 9000-3 was worked by ISO/TC 176, Quality management and quality assurance, Subcommittee 2(SC 2), Quality systems, in accordance with the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 3: 1997 Rules for the structure and drafting of International Standards, Many organizations have applied the ISO 9000-3 for their quality system standard in the software sector. That means that ISO 9000-3: 1991 and ISO 9000-3: 1997 have been used successfully by the software industry as the internationally accepted interpretation of ISO 9001 for the development and maintenance of computer software. Additionally ISO 9000-3: 1997 involved how the software life cycle processes defined in ISO/IEC 12207: 1995, Information Technology - Software Life Cycle Processes related to the requirements of ISO 9001:1994. After having performed full reviews of the WD3, CD1, CD2 and DIS drafts of the future ISO 9001:2000, this document will partly replace the part of ISO 9000-3: 1997 for measurement analysis and improvement of quality management system in computer software industry, as an interpretation for organizations and certification bodies, which will be withdrawn when ISO 9001:1994 is replaced by ISO 9001:2000,.
