The purpose of this study was to suggest the marital communication methods for improving the quality of marriage and life for the elderly couples. For this study we considered variables affected on the marital communication of elderly couples. I investigated 394 elderly men and women living with only their spouse and analyzed data with SPSS PC WIN. The major findings were as follows: 1) The findings showed that there were high level of communication between the elderly males and females who lived with the spouses without adult children. 2) Variables that influenced the elderly couples' communication were as follows: for the elderly males, intimacy between husband and wife, self-esteem, and gender role attitude; for the elderly females, intimacy between husband and wife, health condition, tendency toward relationships, and intention to keep the elderly couple household.

본 연구는 댄스스포츠 참여 부부의 성격특성에 따른 부부친밀감의 자기 및 상대효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있으며 댄스스포츠에 참여하고 있는 부부 148쌍을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0을 이용하여 APIM모형을 분석을 실시한 후 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 신경증과 관련하여 남편과 아내 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 남편의 부부친밀감에 대한 아내의 신경증은 부적 영향을 받았고 아내는 상대적으로 낮은 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개방성과 관련하여 남편에게만 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 남편의 부부친밀감에 대한 아내의 개방성은 상대적으로 부적 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났고 아내는 동일 수준의 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 외향성과 관련하여 아내에게만 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 아내가 상대적으로 낮은 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성실성과 관련하여 남편과 아내 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며 서로 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 친화성과 관련하여 아내에게만 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 아내가 상대적으로 낮은 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 부부는 바람직한 여가활동을 선용하고 긍정적인 부부여가문화를 형성하여야 할 것이다.

The purpose of the present study is to understand the change in the relation between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law according to the social change in comparison with the survey effects in 1974 (ko Jung-Ja) and 1985 to find out the cause of conflict in both side of power structure and affection structure, indicating behavior, the influences on the relationships among family, possible meditators. this thesis was made by an experimental research. Data were collected from 146 mothers-in-law and 141 daughters-in-law in Pusan. The collected data were analysed by statistical methods such is as follows, 1. cause of conflict In power structure the cause of conflict is, in the case of mother-in-law opinion opposion and shaughty attitude by daughter in-low and, in the case of daughter-in-law, domestic dominance. It is thought that there is a difference of viw\ew between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law about the possesion of economic dominance and many conflicts rises because of economic dominance. but the study in 1985 than 1974 suggests the possibility of conflict meditator because mother-in-law and daughter-in-law do homework dependently in the practice of power. In affection structure, the chief dissatisfaction toward daughter-in-law showes the change in time. In 1974, there was no affection and respect. In 1985, the rate of doing without consultation was high. Also, the lack of communication of mother-in-law and daughter-in-law is the cause of conflict. 2. Indicating behavior the rate of thinking alone if high in both sides. But in the survey of 1985, the covert verbal aggressive action with which mother-in-law appeals to her daughter and daughter-in-law to husband is rising. 3. Influence on the relationship among family by the conflict between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. the conflict between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law play negative effects on the intimacy and relation between husband and wife. 4. Conflict mediation behavior As compremiser, it is suggested that in the case of daughter-in-law the position and role of husband is important and, in the case of mother-in-law respects mother-in-law, daughter-in-law and gives her the role.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the stress of the elderly women by various tools and to provide basic data for adaptation to the aging women. For this purpose, stress was measured by stress measuring equipment (HRV) and stress measurement questionnaire (SRI) in 31 elderly women over 60 years old. In summary, the results of this study suggest that the worse the subjective health, and when there is a spouse, it predicts a stress. In order to reduce the stress of elderly women based on these results, physical health management and environmental factors that can enhance the intimacy between husband and wife are also necessary.

부부간 의사소통은 결혼 기간이 축적될수록 '공유된 경험세계'가 상대적으로 많은 반면 '친밀성'으로 인해 다양한 의사소통 문제들이 창출되는 산실이기도 하다. 따라서 부부간 의사소통은 표면적으로 매우 용이한 의사 소통 상황으로 비추어질 수 있지만 심층적으로 살펴보면 다양한 대인 커뮤니케이션(interpersonal communication)의 문제가 산재해 있음을 볼 수 있다. 이 연구는 한국사회의 부부간 의사소통 행태를 각 세대별로 나누어 그 특성을 탐색해보고, 결혼생활이 축적됨에 따라 나타날 수 있는 부부간 의사소통 행태의 변화 추이를 살펴보는데 중점을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 20대, 30대, 40대, 50대 부부, 즉 연령 동기자 그룹을 대상으로 대인 커뮤니케이션과정의 5가지 차원-개방적 태도 차원, 문제 해결 차원, 의사 표현 차원, 경청(傾聽) 차원, 피드백 차원에서 설문조사를 진행하여 그 결과를 분석해보고자 하였다. 분석 결과 부부간 의사소통 행위의 특성이 각 세대별로 파악 되었으며, 다시 의사 종단 분석을 통하여 개방적 태도 차원, 문제 해결 차원, 의사 표현 차원, 경청 차원, 피드백 차원의 부부간 의사소통 행위가 변천하는 과정을 추적해볼 수 있었다.
