대학생의 D유형 성격과 건강증진행위 사이의 자기효능의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Self-efficacy in the Relationship between Type D Personality and Health Promoting Behaviors of College Students)

  • Purpose: This study examined the relationships among type D personality, self-efficacy, health promoting behaviors and mediating effects, as well as type D personality and health promoting behaviors of college students. Methods: From 10 May to 24 May 2013, a convenience sample of 223 subjects was recruited from a college in G city. Data analysis consisted of Pearson's correlation coefficient, followed by regression analysis. Results: The prevalence of type D personality was 21.4%. Type D individuals showed lower self-efficacy and interpersonal relationships than non-type D individuals. Type D personality (NA*SI) had signigicant negative correlations with self-efficacy and HPLP-II. Self-efficacy fully mediated the relationship between type D personality(NA*SI) and HPLP-II. Conclusion: One reason why type D individuals have maladaptive health behaviors is low self-efficacy.

  • Through emotional exhaustion, this study empirically tests followers' behavioral responses to autocratic leaders. The current research focuses on effects caused by despotic leadership on followers' emotional exhaustion, which leads to employee outcomes such as interpersonal deviances and indirect aggression. The association between despotic leadership and results (employee interpersonal deviance and indirect violence) is investigated in this study. In this study, emotional exhaustion is used as a mediator. Furthermore, negative affectivity is used as a moderator between despotic leadership and emotional exhaustion. A time-lagged framework is employed with a sample of 255 respondents. Age, qualification, marital status, gender, grade, type of organization, department, and job experience are among the eight demographical questions in this study. After evaluating the data for normality, correlation analysis was performed, followed by moderation and mediation analysis. The current study explores the link between despotic leadership and emotional exhaustion among followers, arguing that a despotic leader will leave followers exhausted at work. Emotional exhaustion was also linked to interpersonal deviances, such as indirect aggression, in a significant and positive way. Employee outcomes, such as interpersonal deviances and indirect aggressiveness through emotional exhaustion, will be influenced by a despotic leader, according to the findings.

임상 간호사의 직무 스트레스, 대인갈등 해결 전략 및 직무 만족도 (A Survey on the Work Stress, Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Strategy and Job Satisfaction in Clinical Nurse)

  • This descriptive study was designed to measure the degrees of work stress and job satisfaction and use interpersonal conflict resolution strategy as an attempt to provide clinical nurses basic data to develop strategies releasing work stress and improving job satisfaction. These data were collected from 367 clinical nurses working in 9 hospitals nation-wide from May 1, to June 30, 1998. A structured questionaire was used for data collection. The questionnaire included Kim and Koo's work stress scale, Lee's interpersonal conflict resolution strategy scale and a Minesota satisfaction questionnaire. Data analysis was done by the use of the SAS computer program with descriptive statistics, t -test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Cronbach - ${\alpha}$. The results were as follows 1. The mean score of work stress for the subjects was 4.34(SD=0.64). The highest scored reasons for work stress were 'inadequate com pensation' 4.93(SD=0.86), 'lack of professional knowledge and skill' 4.70(SD=0.92) and 'unsatisfactory relationship with superior authorities' 4.63(SD=0.97). The lowest scored reasons were 'unsatisfactory relationship with inferior staff' 3.72(SD=1.02), 'inadequate mechanical environment' 3.72(SD=1.11) and 'interpersonal problems' 3.85 (SD=1.06), The work stress in clinical nurses differed significantly depending on the hospital type (F=4.00, p=0.0082). 2. The clinical nurses used compromise(45.1%) as the best interpersonal conflict resolution strategy. The second was collaboration(32.8%), the third accomodation(14.2%), the forth avoidance(4.2%) and the fifth competition(3.6%). 3. The item score of job satisfaction of the subject was 3.00(SD=0.43), The job satisfaction in clinical nurses differed significantly depending on age(F=5.67, p=0.0000), marital status(t= -1.89, p=0.0511), academic career(F=5.84, 0.0001), official position (F=7.38, p=0.0001), and work career(F=6.33, p=0.0001). 4. The result of the analysis of relationship between work stress and job satisfaction was significant(r= -0.34, p=0.0000). In conclusion, it was found that work stress was very high in clinical nurses. They used interpersonal conflict resolution strategies to release their interpersonal problems and to increase their job satisfaction. Therefore, adequate stress management for clinical nurses will provide them with higher job satisfaction and hence lead to more qualitified nursing care.

청년 1인 가구의 라이프 스타일과 삶의 만족도와의 관계: 대인관계의 매개효과와 부모의 사회·경제적 지위의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship between Lifestyle and Life Satisfaction of Single-Person Youth Households: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Interpersonal Relationship and the Moderating Effect of Parents' Socioeconomic Status)

  • 본 연구는 청년 1인 가구의 라이프 스타일과 삶의 만족도와의 관계를 알아보고 라이프 스타일과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 대인관계의 매개 역할과 부모의 사회·경제적 지위 조절 효과의 영향 관련성 파악을 목적으로 시도한 조사연구이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 남녀 구분 없이 전국의 청년 1인 가구를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사 기관을 통해 자기기입식 설문조사를 시행하여 520명의 대상자 중에서 총 501부를 최종결과분석에 활용하였다. 자료는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며 적용된 통계기법은 상관분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석, 다중집단 분석, 부트스트랩을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 청년 1인 가구의 라이프 스타일과 삶의 만족도, 대인관계는 유의한 정(+)적인 정(+)적인 상관관계가 있었으며, 라이프 스타일과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 대인관계는 매개효과를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 소득과 소득 만족도에서 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 학력, 경제활동, 주택 보유 형태와 계층의식의 조절 효과는 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 청년 1인 가구에 대한 제도적 장치를 마련하고 다양한 공동체 프로그램을 개발하는 기초자료로 제공하고자 하였다.

  • 본 연구는 MBTI활용 소집단 협력 학습 프로그램이 간호대학생의 대인관계와 진로정체감에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 시도되었다. 학습 프로그램과 연구 참여에 동의한 T대학 간호과 2학년을 대상으로 실험군 30명, 대조군 30명으로 단순무선 배치를 하였으며, 실험군에게는 15주 30시간 MBTI활용 소집단 협력 학습 프로그램을 적용하였다. 연구도구는 MBTI 검사, 대인관계, 진로정체감 측정도구를 이용하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS Win 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 chi-square test, t-test로 검증하였다. 연구 결과 MBTI활용 소집단 협력 학습 프로그램에 참여한 간호대학생은 참여하지 않은 간호대학생보다 대인관계와 진로정체감이 긍정적으로 변화하였다.

간호대학생의 생활 스트레스와 자살생각 간의 관계에서 스트레스 대처방식과 자아존중감의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Stress Coping Type and Self-esteem between Life Stress and Suicidal Ideation in Nursing College Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of stress coping type and self-esteem between life stress and suicidal ideation in nursing college students. The research design was descriptive study. Methods: A set of self-reported questionnaires was completed by 197 nursing college students, including demographic characteristics, life stress, stress coping type, self-esteem, and suicidal ideation. Data was analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis for mediating effect by SPSS ver. 22. Results: The mean age was 20.9 years. The mean scores were 2.4, 3.6, and 1.7 out of 5 Likert scales for items of life stress, self-esteem, and suicidal ideation, respectively. The mean score for stress coping type was 2.36 out of 4 Likert scales. There was a positive correlation between suicidal ideation and life stress related to tasks, life stress related to interpersonal relationship, and emotion-focused coping of stress coping type (r=.537, p<.01); while a negative correlation between self-esteem and suicidal ideation. emotional-focused coping of stress coping type had a partial mediating effect between life stress related to tasks and suicidal ideation. Also, self-esteem had a partial mediating effect between life stress related to tasks and suicidal ideation as well as between life stress related to interpersonal relationship and suicidal ideation. Conclusion: Based on the finding of this study, it is necessary to apply various program to stress coping skill and self-esteem in order to reduce suicidal ideation in nursing college students.

도시주부의 대인적 지지, 생활긴장감 및 만족도 (Interpersonal support, Tension in life changes & Life satisfaction in Urban Housewives)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate interpersonal support, tension in lifechanges & satisfaction. The selected sample is composed of 387 housewives in ChongJoo city. SAS pc program was used for the statistical analysis of the data. Data was analyzed by frequency, F-test, percentage, mean, Duncan's Multiple Range Test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Regression Analysis. Major findings as follows: 1)At wedding & funeral ceremony, kin networks of her parents & parents-in law side were variables to have influence on tension in life changes. And the number of social organization participated were a variable to have influence on the satisfaction. The age of couple, education of couple, duration of marriage, income, family lifecycle, the number of children, pattern of family were variables to influence tension in life changes, but were not variables to influence on the satisfaction. 2) At usual or wedding & funeral ceremony, kin networks of her parents side were variables to influence on instrumental & companionship support. And the number of friends was a variable to influence on companionship & informational support. The number of neighbors was a variable to influence on instrumental, companionship & informational support. The number of social organization participated was a variable to influence on companionship & emotional support. The age of couple, education of couple,income, duration of marriage, family life cycle, number of children, family size, family type were variables to influence on interpersonal support. 3)The relationship between tension and satisfaction in life changes was negative, and between instrumental support and satisfaction was negative also. But between companionship support and satisfaction was positive relationship and between tension of personal &social life and instrumental support was positive relationship. The relationship between tension of marriage life and companionship support was negative and between tension of family life and information support was negative relationships. The received companionship support was lower tension in life changes than not received it. But the received instrumental support was higher tension of personal & social life. The received companionship & informational support was higher satisfaction than not received them. But the received instrumental support was lower satisfaction than not received it. 4) Instrumental & companionship support, at usual kin network of her parents in taw side, at wedding & funeral ceremony kin network of her parents side,were variables to influence on tension in life changes. 어머니의 정서표현 양가성과 모-자녀 간 의사소통이 남녀 청소년의 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Maternal Ambivalence over Emotional Expressiveness and Mother-Adolescent Communication on Depression in Adolescent Boys and Girls)

  • This study explored the effects of maternal ambivalence over emotional expressiveness (AEE) and mother-adolescent communication on adolescent depression (depressed affect, positive affect, somatic symptoms and activity inhibition, interpersonal difficulties). Data were taken from 233 middle school students (128 boys, 105 girls) and their mothers. Regression analyses showed varying gender differences in the relationships among these variables. Boys with high maternal AEE had lower positive affect, and higher depressive affect, somatic symptoms and activity inhibition, and interpersonal difficulties, whereas girls' moods were not influenced by maternal AEE. In addition, boys with problems in mother-dolescent communication exhibited lower positive affect, higher depressed affect and interpersonal difficulties, but open communication was not related to any depressive symptoms. The mother-adolescent communication type did not appear to be associated with depression in girls either. Both boys and girls both had less open communication and more problem communication with mothers experiencing high AEE. Problem communication with mothers partially mediated the relationship between maternal AEE and interpersonal difficulties in boys only. Examination of maternal ambivalence over emotional expressiveness provides a deeper context for our understanding of negative family communication patterns and the psychological consequences, especially in mother-adolescent boy dyads.

치기공과 학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 임상실습 만족도의 연관성 (A study on the relationship between clinical practice stress and clinical practice satisfaction in students of department of dental technology)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of clinical practice stress on clinical practice satisfaction and to provide basic data for clinical practice improvement strategies. Methods: 150 students who had clinical experiences in Daegu Health College from June 12 to August 11, 2017 were selected by convenience sampling method and analyzed 130 questionnaires excluding 20 incomplete questionnaires. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 22.0 for windows Results: The satisfaction on major and the type of residentice showed statistically significant effect on the clinical practice satisfaction. The training environment in practice and the interpersonal relationship conflicts mostly effect on clinical practice satisfaction. Conclusion : In order to increase the clinical practice satisfaction, it is necessary to consider ways to improve the practical training environment and reduce interpersonal conflicts.

여대생의 라이프스타일과 SPA 의류상표의 상표충성도 및 재구매의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Brand Loyalty and Repurchase Intention of SPA Clothing Brand Related to Lifestyles of Female College Students)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the differences of post-purchase satisfaction, brand loyalty, and repurchase intention of SPA clothing brand according to lifestyles, and to disclose how lifestyles, post-purchase satisfaction, and brand loyalty influence the repurchase intention. The research method was a survey method using questionnaires. The subjects were 304 female college students residing in Seoul metropolitan area. The lifestyles were classified into six factors including pursuit of challenges, proactive interpersonal relationship, interest in sports, self-centeredness, interest in IT, and achievement orientation. Three female groups were derived by cluster analysis of the 6 lifestyle factors: active-activity type, passive-activity type, and achievement-pursuit type. Brand loyalty was classified into two factors including continuing loyalty and convenient loyalty. First, the active-activity group showed higher convenient loyalty than the other groups. The achievement-pursuit group showed higher post-purchase satisfaction than the other groups in appearance of clothing, while the passive-activity group showed lower satisfaction in every factor, in particular, its price satisfaction was very low. Second, senior students showed higher continuing loyalty than freshmen, sophomores, and juniors. Students with more clothing expenses showed higher continuing loyalty as well as convenient loyalty than those with less clothing expenses. Their price satisfaction with SPA clothing brand as well as repurchase intention was higher. Third, repurchase intention was influenced by brand loyalty the most, and the next in the order by satisfaction level with brand, satisfaction with price, satisfaction level with appearance, and proactive interpersonal relationship. The brand loyalty was influenced by satisfaction level with price the most, and the next by satisfaction level with appearance.
