감성지능을 중심으로한 간호대학신입생의 대인관계 훈련프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of Interpersonal Relationship Training Program Based on Emotional Intelligence in Nursing College Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of the interpersonal relationship training program based on emotional intelligence on interpersonal relationship, emotional intelligence, and self-esteem of nursing students. Methods: The study adopted a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group pre-post test. Total participants were 89 nursing students of S and K Universities. They were divided into the control (39 students) and experimental group (50 students). Participants went through the emotional intelligence program 100min which consisted of 100 minutes per session, once a week for total of 8 session from March 3th to April 21th, 2011. The contents were composed with interpersonal relationship training program to promote positive formation of emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationship, and self-esteem. All data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The experimental group showed a significant increase of emotional intelligence (t=-3.17, p=.002) and interpersonal relationship (t=-3.07, p=.003). Conclusion: The interpersonal relationship training program based on emotional intelligence was effective in improving emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship.

청소년의 정서지능이 공격성과 대인관계에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Intelligence of Adolescents on Their Aggressiveness and Interpersonal Relationships)

  • Objectives: This study examined the effects of middle school students emotional intelligence on their aggressiveness and interpersonal relationships. Methods: Data were collected by questionnaires from 316 middle school students in Daegu city. To analyze the sample survey data, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis were performed with SPSS/PC 18.0 program. Results: First, among the general characteristic differences, academic achievement and economic status yielded a significant difference in emotional intelligence. Gender, economic status, and educational background produced a significant difference in aggressiveness, while gender, academic achievement, and economic status showed a significant difference in interpersonal relationships. Second, an examination of the correlation among emotional intelligence, aggressiveness, and interpersonal relationships found that the higher the emotional intelligence, the lower the aggressive, and the higher the interpersonal relationships. Third, general characters and emotional intelligence explain 22% of agressiveness. Gender, age, economic status, and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on agressiveness. Fourth, the general characters and emontional intelligence explain 45,5% of interpersonal relationships. The economic status and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on the interpersonal relationship. Conclusion: Based on the results, the study is of great importance, in that it provides the basis for future studies, which can be used to help school teachers and students' parents understand the importance of adolescents emotional intelligence and promote the students' quality school life.

임상간호사의 감성지능과 대인관계능력, 직무만족도의 관계 (The Relationships among Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Relationship, and Job Satisfaction of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations among emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationship, and job satisfaction among clinical nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 315 nurses who had worked for more than 6 months at five general hospitals by a self-reported questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe-test, Pearson's correlation, and hierarchial regression using SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The mean score of emotional intelligence was 3.42 and the score of self emotional appraisal was the highest. The mean score of interpersonal relationship was 3.44 and the score of intimacy was the highest. The mean score of job satisfaction was 3.04. Emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship were positively correlated with the job satisfaction. Hierarchial multiple regression analysis showed that use of emotion was the main factor of affecting job satisfaction, which explained 30.8% of the variance for the nurses' job satisfaction together with intimacy, regulation of emotion, position, and monthly salary. Conclusion: These findings indicated that emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship, especially use and control of emotion and intimacy contributed to nurses' job satisfaction. It is necessary to develop and implement the program for increasing emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship for improving job satisfaction.

간호대학생의 감성지능, 대인관계유능성이 돌봄효능감에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nursing Students' Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal Competence on Caring Efficacy)

  • Purpose : This study investigated the effects of nursing students' emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence on their caring efficacy. Methods : This study surveyed 217 junior and senior nursing students from City B in South Korea between June 1 and June 30, 2023. The SPSS 22.0 program was employed to analyze the collected data by computing the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as by conducting t-test, ANOVA test, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and a multivariate regression analysis. Results : The nursing students exhibited an average emotional intelligence of 5.31±.78, interpersonal competence of 3.47±.56, and caring efficacy of 4.02±.62. The students' emotional intelligence showed significant differences in terms of satisfaction with their major (p<.001), satisfaction with the clinical practice (p<.001), satisfaction with their relationship with clinical practice instructors (p=.001), and the standard of living (p=.021). Furthermore, a significant difference in interpersonal competence was observed in terms of the students' satisfaction with their major (p=.003), satisfaction with the clinical practice (p=.001), satisfaction with their relationship with clinical practice instructors (p=.002), and subjective mental health (p=.005). Meanwhile caring efficacy demonstrated a significant difference with regard to the grade level (p=.001), satisfaction with the major (p<.001), satisfaction with the clinical practice (p<.001), satisfaction with their relationship with clinical practice instructors (p=.007), subjective mental health (p<.001), and subjective physical health (p=.047). The factors that affected the caring efficacy included interpersonal competence (p=.002), grade level (p<.001), satisfaction with the major (p=.004), and emotional intelligence (p=.020), all of which together accounted for an explanatory power of 22.3 %. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, it is evident that further research related to the emotional intelligence, interpersonal competence, and caring efficacy of nursing students must be encouraged in the future. Furthermore efforts should be made to develop appropriate programs aimed at enhancing nursing students' caring efficacy by accounting for their emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence.

에니어그램 성격유형에 따른 간호대학생의 정서지능, 방어기제와 대인돌봄행위 (The Emotional Intelligence, Defense Mechanism and Interpersonal Caring Behavior by Enneagram Personality Types in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the emotional intelligence, defense mechanism and interpersonal caring behavior by enneagram personality types in nursing students. Methods: A descriptive survey design was used and data were collected using questionnaires from a sample of 263 nursing students. The data were analyzed using by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis with SPSS 20.0. Results: In the enneagram personality types, the nursing students was highly measured the type 9(Peacemaker). Emotional intelligence was significantly associated with financial status of parents, motivation of admission and satisfaction of nursing by enneagram characters. Hoping and sharing of interpersonal caring behaviors were significantly differentiated with the power type of enneagram personality. And active listening, comforting, participating of interpersonal caring behaviors were the most popular among the 9 types of personality. There was a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and interpersonal caring behavior. Conclusion: This study suggest that nursing students should be educated the interpersonal caring behavior program considering emotional intelligence and enneagram personality types.

치위생(학)과 학생의 감성지능과 자아탄력성이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향 (Interpersonal Skills Caused by Emotional Intelligence and Ego Resilience of Students Majoring in Dental Hygiene)

  • 본 연구는 치위생(학)과 재학생 486명을 대상으로 감성지능과 자아탄력성이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 대인관계능력을 증진시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 분석은 PASW Statistics 18.0을 이용하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 감성지능, 자아탄력성, 대인관계능력의 차이는 주관적으로 느끼는 경제수준이 높을수록 감성지능, 자아탄력성, 대인관계능력이 높게 나타나 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<0.001, p<0.05). 부모님이 주된 양육자인 학생의 감성지능, 자아탄력성이 높게 나타났으며(p<0.05), 종교가 있는 학생의 경우 감성지능과 자아탄력성이 높아 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 연구 대상자의 감성지능과 자아탄력성이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과 자아탄력성이 높을수록 대인관계능력이 좋았으며(p<0.001), 자아탄력성이 감성지능보다 대인관계능력에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과 치과위생사의 핵심역량 중 하나인 대인관계능력을 향상시키기 위해서 치위생(학)과 재학시절부터 감성지능과 자아탄력성을 증가시킬 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능과 대인관계역량의 관계에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 시도된 연구이다. 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능, 의사소통능력과 대인관계역량은 구조화된 자가보고식 설문지를 사용하였다. 자료는 2019년 9월 1일부터 12월 16일까지 J, K 도시의 282명의 간호대학생으로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 3단계의 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능과 의사소통능력은 간호대학생의 대인관계역량과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 의사소통능력은 자기인식, 공감능력과 감성지능과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한, 의사소통능력은 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능과 대인관계역량과의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구는 대인관계역량을 개선시키기 위한 프로그램 개발 시 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능과 의사소통능력을 함께 증진시킬 수 있는 보다 효과적인 발전전략이 필요하다는 것을 제시하고 있다.

유아의 긍정적, 부정적 정서성이 내면화 및 외현화 행동문제에 미치는 영향: 대인관계지능 및 개인이해지능의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Influences of Young Children's Emotionality and Inter/Intrapersonal Intelligence on Behavioral Problems)

  • This study focused on the links between emotionality, interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence, and behavior problems in a sample of 185 four- to five-year-old children in kindergarten and daycare centers in Seoul. All variables were measured by the teachers of surveyed children. Collected data were analyzed by Simple Regression and Hierarchical Multiple Regression. The main results of this study were as follows: Firstly, children's positive and negative emotionality each exerted negative and positive effects on their interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. Secondly, children's positive emotionality had a negative influence on internalizing behavior problems. On the other hand, children's negative emotionality had a positive influence on internalizing and externalizing behavior problems. Finally, effect of children's positive emotionality on their internalizing behavior problems was totally mediated by interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. On the other hand, effect of children's negative emotionality on their internalizing and externalizing behavior problems was partially mediated by their interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence.

간호사의 감성지능, 직무열의, 도덕적 민감성이 대인관계능력에 미치는 융합적 영향 (The convergence Influence of nurse's emotional intelligence, Job Engagement and interpersonal relationship on moral sensitivity)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 대인관계능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명함으로써 임상현장에서 간호사의 대인관계능력을 향상시키는데 도움이 되는 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 B광역시, Y시 소재의 병원 3곳에 근무하는 간호사를 임의표출 한 179명으로부터 수집한 자료로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 대상자의 대인관계능력은 5점 만점에 3.51점, 감성지능은 5점 만점에 3.44점, 직무열의는 5점 만점에 3.15점 도덕적 민감성은 7점 만점에 4.57점으로 나타났다. 간호사의 대인관계능력에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 감성지능(${\beta}=.551$, p=.000)이 예측변수로 나타났으며 설명력은 37.3%로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호사의 감성지능, 직무열의 및 도덕적 민감성이 높을수록 대인관계능력이 높은 것으로 나타났으며 대인관계능력에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 감성지능으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호사의 대인관계능력 향상을 위하여 간호사 개인의 감성지능을 높이기 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다.

유아의 대인관계형성능력에 영향을 미치는 변인 연구: 사회 인구학적 변인, 부부조망수용능력, 유아 대처반응 및 정서지능을 중심으로 (Impact on Interpersonal Relationship Skills of Children: Social Demographic Variables, Marital Perspective-taking Ability, Children Managing Responses and Emotional Intelligence)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the variable factors influencing children's interpersonal relationship skills and analyze the effects of marital perspective-taking ability, managing responses of young children and emotional intelligence on the interpersonal relationship skills of children. The study subjects were young children aged from four to seven attending private kindergartens or public day care centers in Seoul or Kyeongki-do and their mothers. The results are as follows : 1) First, marital perspective-taking abilities were indicated higher on boys than girls, children in a full-day program than those in a half-day program, university graduates or higher degree holders than collage graduates, single-income families than double-income families. In case of managing responses of young children, boys showed high avoidance of offensive disposition and girls showed high emotions dissipation. Also, young children in a full-day program showed non-responses on managing responses but high responses on emotions dissipation, and children of mothers with bachelor's degree or higher education showed support and children from double-income family showed no responses in high. Moreover, emotional intelligence of young children in a full-day program was higher than that of children in a half-day program, interpersonal relationship skills were showed higher on girls than boys, half-day children than full-day ones, children from single-income family than those from double-income family. 2) Meaningful relationships were indicated between these variables; managing responses of young children, emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship skills by partly showing correlations. 3) Children in a half-day program with low in emotions dissipation, non-responses, offensive dispositional managing responses but high on Avoid, emotional intelligence showed high interpersonal relationship skills.
