Watching movies is common on a big screen like a theater or on a big-screen TV. nowadays, small platform such as mobile devices is increasing rapidly for watch a movie. These changes are deeply related to the advent of Internet-based video streaming services such as OTT. OTT's development has provided in free video viewing system without using the set-top box is free from the limitations of time and space. Leading the market is Netflix[1], which started its business with Internet-based DVD rental service. Netflix, which is growing in tandem with the mobile market, had 193.26[2] million members as of the end of 2018. Other OTT participating companies include content-based Pooq, TVing, platform-based Olleh TV Mobile, Oksusu and LTE video portal. The size of such new growth projects has grown gradually, with 25.4 percent of all smartphone users currently watching video content with small mobile devices. Therefore, de-largeization, it is thought that visual language is needed for viewing small mobile devices that are capable of OTT services. To this end, this paper will identify the problem in viewing popular video content with small mobile devices and Survey and study its impact on viewers using the questionnaire.

The purpose of this study was to investigate customer perception of food safety and food safety orientation behavior. A survey was conducted from 458 adults aged 20 and over. The results of this study showed as follows. Food safety was the most important consideration when purchasing food, followed by freshness, taste, nutrition, price, and quantity. 87.1% of respondents had more than usual concern about food safety, and women were more aware of food safety than men. The food safety information was usually acquired from the mass media (TV, radio, Internet). As for the reasons for food safety accidents, they pointed out in the order of lack of awareness of food safety, deficient sense of responsibility of the people who produce, lack of distribute and sell food products, and lack of legal system. In conclusion, it is expected that accurate information about food safety is efficiently communicated, and the government's continuous effort is needed. In addition, effective ways to inform customers of food safety should be identified. Long-term views should be considered when develope food safety related policies and food safety education.

As commercialization of the Internet has brought flood of information and the proportion of electronic source in the library collection has been gradually increasing, it is highly important for the library to quickly obtain and utilize the latest information. SDI service is expected to fulfill the needs providing the latest information swiftly and accurately to the digital library users. This study seeks to analyze the current standing of practical application of the SDI service in the universities of South Korea based on surveys and make a proposal on the advancement and extension of the SDI service.

Based on Regional Industry Development Plan in 2014, machinery part industry and medical instrument industry has been designated as core industries of Chung-buk area. Machinery part industry plays an important role in economic growth of chung-buk area and it has been faced with signigicant changes - such as SMART factory and IoT(Internet of things). Also, medical instrument industry with 3D printing technology grows rapidly in Chung-buk area. It is believed that medical instrument could be next cash-cow items for Chung-buk area. In this paper, we survey, analyze and summarize the current machinery part industry and medical instrument industry focused on Chunk-buk Area.

Purpose: This study aimed to compare differences on sexual satisfaction between non-smokers and smokers of Korean adult males. Method: The subjects of this study were 304 current smokers and 331 current non-smokers(stop smokers, never smokers) (58.0%). Because of the nature of the study, the participants were recruited through a home page advertisement of a brand newspaper company in Korea, and the survey was done through Internet system. The tool to measure participant's sexual satisfaction was adopted from the Arizona Sexual Experience Scale-Male. Result: Participant's age ranged from 20 to 49, mostly in their 30s-40s(96.1%). They were smoking average of 15 cigarettes per day. There were no significant difference on sexual satisfaction between current smokers and non-smokers( t=-.55, p>.05). However, there were significant difference on sexual satisfaction between ever smokers(n=481) and never smokers(n=154) (t=2.10, p<.05). There were significant differences an erectile and orgasm satisfaction according to number of cigarettes they smoked per day. 54.5% smokers who said that they have difficulty in keeping erectile state considered on smoking cessation within 30 days whereas 24.2% in those who said that keeping erectile state was easy. Conclusion: Informing about the high risk of sexual dysfunction with cigarette smoking should become a important part of smoking cessation education and for smoking adolescents.

Sustainable interior design is defined as interior design in which all systems and materials are designed with an emphasis on integration into a whole for the purpose of minimizing the negative impacts and maximizing the positive impacts on environmental, economic, and social systems over the life cycle of the interior components of a building. To achieve sustainability, it is important to pay attention to the design factors that significantly affect environmental eco-system. The purpose of this study was to describe how interior designers applied sustainable intoner design factors and how important they perceived sustainable interior design factors to be. Internet-based survey of interior design practitioners was conducted to collect data. A random sample was drawn from the American Society of Interior Designers membership list. Findings indicated that although interior designers acknowledge the importance of sustainable design practice, they have not frequently applied it to their projects. The results of this study suggest future educational strategies for students majoring in interior design and continuing education for intoner design professionals.

The development of communication technology and the spread of computers and internet have affected to the field of education. In this paper, we design a learning process with LAMS to make the new education environment which is required in an information age. We made the learning environment with LAMS which develops the learner's algorithmic thinking faculty on some sorting algorithm, especially such as selection sort, bubble sort and insertion sort algorithm. In addition, we analyse the effectiveness of the learning environment. The designed contents were applied to elementary school students' learning and a questionnaire survey was conducted after a learning course. The research of the questionnaire shows that the learning system using LAMS motivates a learner for learning and provides a convenient learning environment.

Purpose - Nowadays financial technology is crucial for each organization to facilitate business transactions and make them easier. This paper was conducted with the purpose of determining the effect of fintech including services e-payment, bills e-payment, ways of payment and bank accounts with e-government on facilitating e-government services in terms of availability, accessibility, efficiency and responsiveness. Research design, data, and methodology - The problem of this paper is summarized in the lack of studies in this subject. So, a survey was applied on 400 respondents in Egypt to investigate the impact of fintech on facilitating e-government services, in order to determine which fintech item can affect any of facilitating services dimensions. Results - The results revealed that bank accounts with e-government doesn't affect any of facilitating services dimension, while each of the remain items has an effect on some dimensions and does not has effect on others. Conclusions - Data analysis revealed that the most obstacles that face respondents resulted in the weakness of internet networks, lack of efficient employees in e-government portal and lack of system effectiveness. In general, it clears that fintech implementation affect the dimensions of facilitating e-government services, however not all fintech implementation components have the same effect on the dimensions.

Globalization of the industry induces the internationalization of any given manufacturing company's supply chain. Development of e-Commerce and Information Technology (IT) changes the logistics structure, making logistics information systems essential. Web-based connectivity and supply chains based on new technologies are becoming essential in the logistics industry. Customers are driving the implementation of systems to ensure timely, thorough, and accurate information, often with immediate access; in response, the Internet has propagated tracking and tracing systems. Value-added services are the key to successful intermediary activities. The nationwide Integrated Logistics Information System (ILIS) aimed to utilize existing and future information infrastructure and knowledge bases to build an integrated logistics information network that would provide comprehensive logistics information services for shippers and carriers in order to improve the efficiency of both inventory and information flows in their supply chains. The ILIS, as one of the seven national information networks, has provided various services, particularly services related to import/export and clearance. Though a survey concerning logistics information services shows rather positive results, shippers and carriers still require better services and reductions in EDI prices. Therefore, the role of the ILIS needs to be re-defined. Short-term plans for the ILIS contain ICD services and XML/EDI services, which are described in detail.

By the early 20 century, "workman" introduced by SONY was the leading portable analog sounder. However, at the same century, workman was pushed out from the portable sounder by iRiver developed by MPMAN.COM. This portable digital sounder is called MP3-Player (MP3P), and has become the most popular portable digital sounder in the current market. This study combined two customer satisfaction models, mobile internet customer satisfaction model (Yu, 2002), and portable communication customer satisfaction model (Bae, 2003), in order to empirically test consumption of MP3P and its satisfaction. The proposed model tested four constructs, company's image, product price, product design and product function, influencing customer satisfaction, which leads to affect customer loyalty. 267 survey responses were analyzed by using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that all constructs had significant impact. This study suggests a good understanding of consumer satisfaction and loyalty of MP3P and the future direction of MP3P research regarding to consumer satisfaction.
