  • Music resources are characterized by quantization, diversification and complication. With the rapid increase of the demand for music resources, the storage of music resources is very large. In order to improve the retrieval effect of music resources, a massive music resources retrieval method based on ant colony algorithm is proposed to effectively use music resources. This paper constructs autocorrelation function to extract pitch feature of music resource, classifies the music resource information by calculating feature similarity. Using ant colony algorithm to correlate the feature of music resource, gain the result of correlative, locate the result of detection and get the result of multi-module. Simulation results show that the proposed method has high precision and recall, short retrieval time and can effectively retrieve massive music resources.

  • The purpose of this study is to design the classification system for christian information resources on the internet in Korea. For this purpose, the study is investigated the divisions of Christianity of (1) library classifications: KDC, DDC, LCC, (2) portal sites: Daum, Empas, Naver, (3) Christianity Portal sites GodPeaple, Kidok, Godpia. And it compared the classification systems of KDC, DDC and GodPeaple. This study selected criteria as follows: comprehension, logicality, definiteness, efficiency and current topics. It suggested the classification system(draft) for christian information resources on internet which are composed of 10 classes.

  • With the arrival of the era of the Internet of Things (IoT), identification of an individual object is gaining significance. Internet address resources such as domain name, IP address, and OID are expected to play the role of an identifier and demand for them is also expected to increase. Accordingly, it becomes important to obtain the Internet address resources. As the Internet address resources market development, Internet address resources at the present time there is a need to gauge whether the potential to develop into industry. For this purpose, we have selected factors affecting the number of country domain name with 18 countries among OECD member countries as research target and carried out a regression analysis.

  • The industry information grows faster than any other information resources in the Internet age. Unfortunately, however, there is no consensus on the standard of the classification among the information providers of the industry fields. This may a problematic issue not only in building a continuous and systematic development of the industry information, but also in the use of the information among the users. This study aims to propose a well-structured and/or an efficient classification scheme for the industry information to help the users with easy to retrieve the Internet resources. To do this, we analyzed the subject classification scheme of the domestic industry information on the web sites, which is largely adopted the \"Korean Standard for the Industry Classification\". In addition, we suggested the principle of the subject classification and their hierarchial structure derived from the analysis of the knowledge and document classification scheme. As a result, it was suggested an optimized industry classification scheme based on the analysis of the validity test of classification item measured by the quantitative analysis of the industry information, which it currently accessible through the Internet. • Mobile Internet using mobile devices provides Portability to users and is Spreading throughout out lives. But Practical use of the mobile Internet is insufficient due to it's fundamental limitations. Especially, mobile resources are not sufficient because they are not closely connected under current mobile Internet services which are provided with pre-designed structure. For these reasons it will take a lot more time and effort for mobile Internet to grow as a popular service. In this paper, we are focusing to overcome the local limitation and to enhance the 'Sharing of Mobile Resources' by expanding mutual connectivity between resource objects scattered over the mobile Internet environment. To archive this, we propose the MRSS(Mobile Resources Sharing System). MRSS automatically converts single request from user to multiple instructions based on 'Context-Awareness' to search for proper information. Using MRSS, we can expect 'Mobile Ubiquitous Computing' environment which users can reach to information anywhere, anytime.

  • Rapid development and dissemination of ICT have brought about vast change in people's lives, including academic research and communication. Considering that the purpose of constructing Internet was to facilitate information exchange among research institutions and to secure stability through distributed preservation of critical information of the countries, increase in utilizing Internet resources for academic research seems to be natural consequences. This study examines the stability of Internet information resources by analyzing the following four factors. First, monitoring whether there is a change in accessibility to information resource as time passes. Second, examining various factors affecting the accessibility. Third, checking if there is a change in the content of information, if still accessible. Lastly verifying if any alternative access path is provided in case of original resource is no longer accessible.

  • In recent years, cloud computing services based on smart phones and other mobile terminals have been a rapid development. Cloud computing has the advantages of mass storage capacity and high-speed computing power, and it can meet the needs of different types of users, and under the background, mobile cloud computing (MCC) is now booming. In this paper, we have put forward a new classification-based virtual machine placement (CBVMP) algorithm for MCC, and it aims at improving the efficiency of virtual machine (VM) allocation and the disequilibrium utilization of underlying physical resources in large cloud data center. By simulation experiments based on CloudSim cloud platform, the experimental results show that the new algorithm can improve the efficiency of the VM placement and the utilization rate of underlying physical resources.

  • Nowadays, IT that leads information era is closely connected to our lives. The importance of training human resources for global empowerment on IT is being emphasized all over the world. With the growth of international society, the cultivation of global human resources now includes the cultivation of future human resources and the educations related with the career development program. However, the programs that colleges are operating for the cultivation of global human resources have been limited only to supporting the participation in international training program, operating camp and conferences, etc. On the contrary, to give many learners chances of experiencing courses for global empowerment and employment capability, We are operating the Internet of Everything online education program with Cisco Networking Academy Korea. Based on the management cases of Internet of Everything online education program, this thesis is suggesting a career program on global empowerment that many learners can experience, different from the limitation of the existing program.

  • This paper aims to determine the preference and use of electronic information and resources by blind/visually impaired users in the leading National Capital Region (NCR) libraries of India. Survey methodology has been used as the basic research tool for data collection with the help of questionnaires. The 125 in total users surveyed in all the five libraries were selected randomly on the basis of willingness of the users with experience of working in digital environments to participate in the survey. The survey results were tabulated and analyzed with descriptive statistics methods using Excel software and 'Stata version 11'. The findings reveal that ICT have a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities as it helps them to work independently and increases the level of confidence among them. The Internet is the most preferred medium of access to information among the majority of blind/visually impaired users. The 'Complexity of content available on the net' is found as the major challenge faced during Internet use by blind users of NCR libraries. 'Audio books on CDs/DVDs and DAISY books' are the most preferred electronic resources among the majority of blind/visually impaired users. This study will help the library professionals and organizations/institutions serving people with disabilities to develop effective library services for blind/visually impaired users in the digital environment on the basis of findings on information usage behavior in the study.

  • The main purpose of this study is ① to settle and to analyze the classification of the Internet Search Engine comparitively, and ② to build the compatible model of Internet Search Engine classification in order to seek information on the Internet resources. specially in the branch of the Computers and Internet areas. For this study, four Internet Search Engine (Excite, 1-Detect, Simmany, Yahoo Korea!), Inspec Classification and two distionaries were used. The major findings and result of analysis are summarized as follows : 1. The basis of the classification is the scope of topics, the system logic, the clearness, the efficiency. 2. The scope of topics is analyzed comparitively by the number of items from each Search Engine. In the result, Excite is the most superior of the four 3. The system logic is analyzed comparitively by the casuality balance and consistency of the items from each Search Engine. In the result, Excite is the most superior of the four 4. The clearness is analyzed comparitively by the clearness and accuracy of items, the recognition of the searchers. In the result, Excite is the most superior of the four. 5 The efficiency is analyzed comparitively by the exactness of indexing and decreasing the effort of the searchers. In the result, Yahoo Korea! is the most superior of the four. 6 The compatible model of Internet Search Engine classification is estavlished to uplift the scope of topics, the system logic, the clearness, and the efficiency. The model divides the area mainly based upon the topics and resources using‘bookmark’and‘shadow’concept.
