인터넷 쇼핑에서 의류제품 반품행동 결정요인 (A Study on the Determinant Factors on Return in Internet Clothing Purchase)

  • 본 연구는 점점 더 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 인터넷 의류시장에서 기업의 수익과 제품 관리에 영향을 미치는 소비자들의 반품행동에 관심을 갖고, 이들 반품에 영향을 미치는 결정요인 및 영향요인들의 경로관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 인터넷 의류구매경험이 있는 20대 및 30대 남녀 소비자 517명에게 설문조사를 하였다. 반품행동에 영향을 미치는 요인의 영향을 알아본 결과, 반품여부에는 위험지각, 정보탐색, 충동구매, 구매경험, 연령이 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 반품정도에는 충동구매, 구매경험, 성이 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 위험지각, 정보탐색, 연령은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 한편 반품의도에는 위험지각, 성, 연령의 영향은 유의하였으나 정보탐색, 충동구매, 구매경험의 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 반품행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 경로관계를 분석한 결과, 반품여부에는 위험지각이 정적으로 직접적 영향을 미치고 정보탐색은 직접적 영향뿐만 아니라 구매경험 및 충동구매를 통한 간접적 영향도 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 반품정도에는 위험지각의 영향은 없었고 정보탐색은 구매경험과 충동구매를 매개로 한 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰이 반품율을 감소시키고 반품정책을 수립하는데 필요한 소비자들의 반품행동특성을 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다.

Empirical Study on Factors Affecting Housing Transactions Based on Theory of Reasoned Action

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the rational decision-making process and perception differences of housing transactions in the market environment. It was designed through an analysis of the factors influencing housing sales based on the rational behavior theory model. Objective evidence was provided for the impact factors affecting the attitude towards housing sales, with the spouse and children being identified as significant influencers. Additionally, children and friends were found to have an impact on subjective norms related to housing sales, especially for unmarried individuals under 40 years of age and those with low income, who were found to be more influenced by their parents. It was also discovered that the influence of these factors varied based on age and income levels. Younger individuals tended to rely more on their parents or friends, while those with high incomes showed stronger willingness to purchase homes. The presence of beneficial infrastructure for children was found to directly influence the decision to purchase a home. The study also provided objective evidence that the decision to purchase a home is influenced not only by economic factors but also by continuous encouragement and information from those around the buyer. These findings demonstrate the importance of the influence of close acquaintances in the rational decision-making process of home buyers. However, this study only investigated a limited portion of the factors influencing housing sales, as the market is affected by a variety of financial and governmental policies. Therefore, future research should consider various complex factors simultaneously when analyzing the influence of housing sales.

Critical Factors Influencing Consumer Online Purchase Intention for Cosmetics and Personal Care Products in Vietnam

  • With the rapid development of the Internet, online shopping has grown so fast that almost any good or service can be sold online today. The popularity and rapid growth of e-commerce signal a huge market opportunity for e-retailers. From the organizational perspective, it is necessary to evaluate and explore what drives customers to buy their products or to use their services. This study, therefore, aims to explain the online purchase intention and its determinants of Vietnamese customers for cosmetics and personal care products. Quantitative data was collected from an online survey conducted among university students, then was put into SPSS and AMOS for further analysis. Descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), regression analysis, and SEM were used to examine data from 434 valid answers. The research findings reveal that four factors positively affect purchase intention: Shopping enjoyment has the most significant impact, followed by trust, benefit, and website quality. On the other hand, perceived risk negatively influences purchase intention. While the cosmetics and personal care industry is thriving with a huge number of producers and consumers throughout the world, this study contributes to the existing literature in terms of capturing customers' needs and developing effective strategies to attract more online users.

쇼핑가치와 상표제휴가 인터넷 쇼핑업체의 PB의류제품 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Consumer's Shopping Value and Brand Alliances on Purchasing Behavior for Apparel Products of Internet Private Brand)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate influences of consumer's shopping value, brand alliances and apparel product involvement on purchasing behavior. The subjects of 172 hedonic shopping value and 208 utilitarian shopping value were chosen to participated for data collection. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, and ANOVA. The main results of study were summarized as follows: 1. When an Internet Private Brand(PB) did not form brand alliance with a National brand(NB), utilitarian shopping value consumers did not differ in preference irrespective of whether product involvement was high or not. However, when the PB formed brand alliance with well-known NB, they showed higher preference for the high involvement apparel product than the low involvement product. 2. When an Internet PB did not form brand alliance with well-known NB, the utilitarian shopping value consumers' word-of-mouth intention did not differ between the high involvement apparel product and low involvement apparel product. 3. It was revealed that when an Internet PB did not form brand alliance, the utilitarian shopping value consumers showed higher intention to purchase than that of the low involvement product.

  • Recently the development of information technology and the emergence of electronic commerce have changed the model of purchase behavior in customers. This research aims to enhance the reliability of the result compared to the existing studies in internet shopping mall, and to find out the influence that logistics service quality elements has on customer satisfaction and that customers satisfaction has on the repurchase intention and word of mouth intention. To do so, prior researchs on the logistics service quality, customer satisfaction, repurchase intention and word of mouth intention was widely reviewed and the relationship between logistics service quality elements and customer satisfaction, and between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention and word of mouth intention were empirically tested. A total of 256 responses were received and analyzed from internet shopping mall. The analyses showed partial support for the affirmative effect of logistics service quality, customer satisfaction and post-purchasing behaviors in the internet shopping mall.

An Empirical Study of the Korean Telecommunication Market and IoT Smart Home: Effects of Bundling Strategy on Consumers' Responses

  • Purpose: This research focused on the fact that the Internet platform is integral to IoT products such as Smart home and studied consumer buying decisions when products are sold bundled with internet service. Contrary to the sales strategies of telecommunication companies, some companies sell IoT products alone, for example Google, Kakao, and Naver. In this market situation, the sales strategies of Korean telecommunication companies were analyzed with bundling theory and technology acceptance model, then it was conducted to figure out which sales and distribution strategies could affect consumers' purchase behavior. Research design, data, methodology: Data was collected by149 questionnaires from groups who are familiar with IoT smart home systems, then exploratory factor analysis and regression were used to analyze the research model. Results: The results revealed that the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness affect the purchase intention of IoT-based products; however, this effect was not found in the case of bundled products. In other words, it is found that selling and distributing Internet services and IoT products together does not affect consumers' purchases. Conclusion: It is suggested that Korean telecommunications companies' existing sales and distribution strategies for IoT products need to be changed according to its characteristics.

  • The purposes of this study were to review the management systems of internet web sites dealing with 'second hand luxury goods', examine purchasing motives and the level of satisfaction, and identify the differences of consumers' characteristics between purchasers and non-purchasers. 8 representative internet web sites were investigated. And 80 purchasers and 94 non-purchasers were surveyed using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using t-test and frequency analysis. The results were as followings: 1) Most purchasers of second hand luxury goods were women aged 20's. They used internet web sites to purchase real luxury goods more cheaply and were satisfied with their purchase behavior; 2) Both purchasers and non-purchasers of second hand luxury goods got high scores for the self-esteem and the propensity of materialism and conspicuous consumption which were above average. But both of them were less influenced by reference group; and 3) The propensity of materialism and the preference to name brands of purchasers were higher than those of non-purchasers.

  • 본 연구에서 온라인 소비자들이 재방문단계(revisit stage)와 구매의사결정 단계(decision-making stage)에서 어떤 방문행동 특성상의 차이를 보이고 있는가를 파악하기 위한 목적을 가지고 있다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시장에서 어떤 방문행동특성을 가진 온라인 소비자들이 지속적으로 같은 사이트를 방문하고, 구매행동을 하는지에 관한 정보는 사이트 관리자의 입장에서 볼 때 수익성 제고 측면에서 공헌하는 바가크다. 특히 본 연구에서는 2단계 Mixture Model 율 이용하여 온라인 소비자들의 방문행동 특성을 파악함으로써 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 경쟁력을 강화활 수 있는 세분시장 결정방법을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 사이트 재방문단계 (revisit stage) 와 구매의사결정 단계 (decision-making stage) 훌 통한 온라인 소비자들의 방문 행동 특성 정보는 사이트 경쟁력 강화를 위한 전략적 시사점율 제공해줄 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 온라인 소비자들의 구매의사결정이 재밤문단계 (revisit stage) 와 구매단계 (purchase stage) 라고 하는 2단계 의사결정과정을 거치고 있음을 보여주는 실증분석을 통해 온라인 소비자들의 방문행동 특성을 파악하여 이에 적합한 대응전략을 전개할 수 있음을 논의함으로써 온라인 소비자들의 방문행동 특성을 사이트 밀착도 및 항해유형에 따라 파악할 수 있다는 학문적 공헌점을 제시 하고 있다.

싸이월드 미니홈피 사용자의 자기노출 정도에 따른 패션 의식 및 온라인 의복 구매행동 연구 (A Behavioral Study of Cyworld Mini Homepage Users' Fashion Consciousness and Their Online Clothing Purchase Patterns in Relation to the Level of Self-disclosure)

  • Nowadays, personal media is a new tool for communication as digital cameras and mobile phones are developing rapidly. We are concerned over Cyworld users who could have different personal characteristics which will influence on buying patterns in on line shopping behaviors. The purpose of this research was to observe fashion attitudes and purchase behavior of Cyworld mini homepage users, for establishing marketing strategies by understanding consumers. For this study, one line survey was used for 500 male and female subjects who are 20 to 40 years old. Only reliable 441 questionnaires were used for analysis. The SPSS program was used for frequency, K-means cluster, t test, and chi-square test. A total of 441 respondents were clustered on the basis of 8 item self-disclosure scale, using the K-means procedures. The results indicated that respondents were clustered into two segments; 267 respondents(active attitude towards self-disclosure) and 164 ones(not active). We examined fashion attitudes in mini home page and buying behavior by self-disclosed variable. Those who are involved actively in self expression and self-disclosure considered more fashion style and trend. The major motivates of web surfing was finding a good design, and good price. High self-disclosure group tends to search many shopping mall for right design and low self disclosure group tends to search them for the right price. High self-disclosure group tend to shop the fashion products more, while low self disclosure group tend to purchase books more through the internet. We realized that active group in self-disclosure purchased their clothing accidently when they visit Cyworld.

모바일 쇼핑 환경에서 이성-감성적 평가를 통하여 서비스 품질 요인이 행위의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Service Quality Factors on the Purchase Intention through Rational-Emotional Evaluation in Mobile Shopping Environment)

  • 모바일 쇼핑은 오늘날 뉴노멀이라고 할 정도로 일반적인 쇼핑 방법의 하나로 자리잡았다. 온라인 환경에서의 쇼핑을 연구하던 초기와 달리 현재에 보다 중요한 요인들은 상당히 달라졌을 것으로 보인다. 이에 본 연구는 모바일 쇼핑에서 중요하게 여겨지는 서비스품질 요인들을 선별하고 이것이 소비자의 이성-감성적 평가에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살피는 한편, 향후 구매의도와 구매의도 등으로 이어지는 일련의 영향 관계를 파악해 보고자 하였고 유의미한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 연구 결과는 서비스품질 중 개인화와 반응성만이 소비자 심리에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 만족과 기대감정은 소비자 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 소비자들에게 개인화와 반응성은 중요한 요인임을 증명하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 소비자의 만족이 높으면 소비자 행동도 긍정적일 것으로 본 연구결과 나타났다.
