In this paper, a new wireless internet service for TV is proposed using the detection of a mobile agent of each mobile company Especially. new broadcasting programs like as music charts. quiz games can be serried by a mobile internet phone. In this proposed system, all mobile protocols( WAP, ME. W3C) are supported by one server based on the mobile agent detection of URL over the existed wire and wireless internees.

In this paper, recovery method with high-bitrate and low-bitrate coder was implemented in order to recover consecutive packet loss over the Internet. LPC was used as redundant audio data for recover of lost packets and RTP parcket format was modified for accommodation of redundant data. In measuring results using random packet loss rate with three redundant datra in every packet, it has shown that recovery rate was 80% in los rate of 50%. Since the processing delay for recovery of the lost packet was 200ms, this recovery method can be applied to real-time Internet sevice such as Internet phone.

최근 컴퓨터와 통신 기술의 발달로 인해 세계 구석구석을 연결하는 인터넷(Internet)이 대중화되었고, 실시간 멀티미디어를 이용한 다양한 응용 서비스들이 출현하고 있다. 응용 서비스들 중의 하나인 VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol)기반의 인터넷 전화 서비스는, 일반 사용자에게 인터넷 전화에 대한 인식을 확산시켰으며 기존의 음성 통신 시장에 새로운 변화를 가져왔다. 본 연구에서는 음성 데이터를 인터넷 프로토콜 데이터 패킷으로 변화하여 인터넷망에서 통화를 하는 통신 서비스 기술인 VoIP방식의 인터넷폰의 시험환경을 구축하여 향후 실질적인 활용을 통해 고품질 S/W의 개발을 촉진함으로써 높은 부가가치를 창출하고 경쟁력을 갖춘 제품의 개발 지원이 가능하다고 본다.

In this paper, we designed IOT(Internet of Things) based hydroponic plant factory in order to avoid the effects of fine dust penetrating into the soil, and proposed the PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) control methods. The designed plant factory could monitor the density of oxygen, the density of nutrient solution, temperature and humidity through touch screen and smart phone, and control the heater and cooler, ventilation and dehumidifier, and wavelengths of LEDs to grow plant in appropriate environments.

Recently, due to the proliferation of smartphones, users of mobile banking services which are based in wireless Internet without constraint of the time and places are significantly increased. In the study, considering the characteristics of mobile banking services based on the smartphone and the user behavior. we analyse the factors which have an effect on the behavioral intention to use mobile banking services based on the smartphone. For this purpose, we use the model which is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and add two constructs:the perceived enjoyment and the perceived risk. A survey data for 194 students at the K cyber university is used for statistical analysis. As a result, the perceived ease of use affects the perceived usefulness and the perceived enjoyment, and the perceived ease of use. And the perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment affect continuous intention to use. On the other hand, the hypothesis which the perceived risk would affect adversely the continuous intention to use is rejected. Through this study, we expect to provide the useful implications for the smartphone banking services and contribute to the development of strategy for them.

Existing wire based physical security system solutions show limitations in time and space. In order to solve these deficiencies, a remote physical security system has been implemented using smart phone based on mobile cloud computing technique. The security functions of mobile cloud computing technique include mobile device user authentication, confidentiality of communication, integrity of information, availability of system, and target system access control, authority management and secure hand off etc. Proposed system has been constructed as remote building management system using smart phone, and also has been efficient to reduce energy cost (5~30%), result of system average access and response time 7.082 second. This systems are evaluated to have high efficiency compared to performance.

As of June 2014, the rate of mobile internet users aged 6 and over is estimated at 98.3% (up by 2.8%p from the previous year). The vast majority of the teens (99.7%), the 20s (99.8%), the 30s (99.8%), and the 40s (98.1%) answer they use the smart phone. The existing notice methods have utilized noticeboard in the apartment. It is difficult to support real-time notice. The App has a merit to be accessed in anywhere, so that it is quite suitable for services requiring real-time support. This paper describes a development of apartmenrt notice and decision-making service using smart phone. We study previous researches about apartmenrt notice Apps. Then, we described the notice flow diagram and decision-making flow diagram. Apt admin sends the important notice message to residents using apt notice app in real-time. Apt admin writes the decision item in the admin web site. It pushes decision item to residents using apt notice app in real-time. The residents vote and send it to Apt admin. Apt admin counts the votes and send the collect the vote result to to residents.

In his paper, a remote screen control system by mobile networks on embedded system is implemented. For this system a server program is ported on the embedded system connected to the internet. And on the side of a mobile phone, a client program is ported using general virtual machine. The embedded system can display the image from the mobile phone on its LCD. In the implemented embedded system, the image data from GVM emulator is sent to the system for display on its LCD. The realization of the proposed embedded system can display the image from a working mobile phone.

This study constructs an integrated model for university students' smart phone cyber bullying and tests interaction effects between causal and control factors. Causal factors include low self-control, differential association with cyber bullying peers, and victimization experiences; and control factors include internet ethics, perceived certainty of formal punishment, and bond to parents. This study focuses on examining how internet ethics buffers the effect of causal factors in cyber bullying. Results show that both differential association with cyber bullying peers and victimization experiences have significant effects on cyber bullying. And among the control factors, internet ethics only has a negative direct effect on cyber bullying. In addition, it is found that there are significant interaction effects between two causal factors - differential association with cyber bullying peers and victimization experiences - and internet ethics. It is also shown that there is a significant interaction effect between victimization experience and bond to parents, but a perceived formal punishment has no significant control effect. It is revealed that internet ethics is a main control factor in buffering the effects of causal factors in cyber bullying.
