In this paper, we propose an attribute-based broadcast encryption algorithm that can be applied to satellite broadcasting network. The encryption algorithm is a cryptographic method by which a carrier(sender) can transmit contents efficiently and securely to a plurality of legitimate users through satellites. An attribute-based encryption algorithm encrypts contents according to property of contents or a user, In this paper, we combine effectively two algorithms to improve the safety and operability of satellite broadcasting network. That is, it can efficiently transmit ciphertexts to a large number of users, and has an advantage in that decoding can be controlled by combining various attributes. The proposed algorithm reduces the network load by greatly reducing the size of the public key, the private key and the cipher text in terms of efficiency, and the decryption operation amount is reduced by half to enable fast decryption, thereby enhancing the operability of the user.

The control center of an urban railway operator provides railway users with various information on railway use through a 1:N same-time broadcasting system. However, the facilities of the broadcasting system are aging, exposing many limitations in meeting the needs of urban railway users who have become familiar with mobile services. To overcome these challenges, this study analyzed the mobile-based same-time broadcasting services using location information of urban railway users and the requirements of various stakeholders (urban railway users, an operator, and external service providers, etc.) to suggest optimal service models and physical structures. Through this study, it aims to secure safer operations of urban railway as well as to improve better disaster responses through rapid and efficient spread of the situation in case of disaster.

The importance of international co-production that enables content production, diversification of overseas markets, and diversification has been highlighted as demand for content has soared due to intensifying competition between media outlets, while contents provision has become easier due to changes in media environment such as convergence of broadcasting and communication and the spread of mobile Internet. In particular, the boom in Korean dramas, called the Korean Wave in China, opened up a new market after "My Love from the Star" in 2014, and in 2016, Netflix's entry into Korea served as an opportunity for local broadcasters and producers to seek international co-production. In addition, "Good Doctor" which was aired on American Broadcasting Co. (ABC) in 2017, has topped the same time slot for the first time in 29 years, and is set to air season 4 this fall. Accordingly, overseas broadcasters and production companies wanted to collaborate with domestic broadcasters and producers, and since 2011, they have conducted a total of 12 co-produced dramas until 2019. Unfortunately, however, there are few studies related to international co-production dramas in the domestic industry and academia. In this paper, we present to help Korea, which used to be a powerhouse in complete export-type content, move toward becoming a powerhouse in international co-produced dramas. In addition, it is meaningful that the research focused on the current status and achievements of international co-production dramas, which have not been studied much, and the diversity of international co-production dramas in the future through the analysis of the form and structure of international co-production.

This study practically analyzed the relationships of Internet addiction, self-esteem, interpersonal relations and maladjusted behaviors according to family types and in particular, made a practical analysis about whether self-esteem, interpersonal relations and maladjusted behaviors have mediation effects in the relationship between family types and Internet addiction. As a result of regression analysis, the Internet addiction according to family types was a negative relationship and significant. Family types were positively related to self-esteem. As for interpersonal relations, family types were significant as a positive relationship. On the other hand, maladjusted behaviors were proved that they have a negative relationship with family types like the Internet addiction. That is to say, even the mediation effects that family types through self-esteem, interpersonal relations and maladjusted behaviors related to Internet addition were verified. As a result, it was concluded that self-esteem, interpersonal relations and maladjusted behavior factors play mediator roles between family types and Internet addiction.

In general, IoT(Internet of things) designate the intelligence technologies and services which interact all necessity information between human and things, things and thing and things and systems with all things connecting through the internet based. The smart home in present of IoT environment fuses the daily supplies/equipment which needs to use for the private life with the internet of things that is the fruit of the converged business through all most private consumption related in vastly. The concept of smart home has been built around early 2000s due to the spread of high speed internet and advanced of smart electronics and internet, furthermore influencing by the enhancement of wireless network and smart devices, it is advanced as a smart home within the internet of things environment. Smart home service inside the house which most closely implemented with personal life is being developed and advanced in various forms. These developments may exert a positive effect, but if it does not resolve the security issues for the smart home service, then it may cause a big plague of privacy and personal life.

With the proliferation of wireless LAN and smart phones, IP local broadcasting technology has been developed, and the new solution should be studied for error corrupted frames in the wireless broadcasting channel. In push service system using point-to-multi-point connection among broadcasting server and receivers, the technology proposed in this paper provides an effective data broadcasting system by employing frame length adjustment, redundant transmission, and repetitive transmission method.

This study deals with the regulatory policy of government on the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication by applying rent seeking theory to Internet Protocal TV (IPTV). Existing literature has mainly focused on the negative implications of rent seeking since Tullock [1967], Krueger [1974] and Buchanan [1980]. We have investigated the regulatory policy along with the progress of the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication. Regulatory policy on broadcasting, despite its impartial intent. has created the entry barrier in the industry, resulting in high rents. Meanwhile, regulatory policy in telecommunication is more geared by the encouragement of more competitive environments, resulting in reasonably low rents in the market. Regulatory policy in the age of convergence needs to improve the efficacy of the industry and welfare, while maintaining the rent at a reasonably low level. This research has contributed to emphasizing the positive aspect of rent seeking in policy concerned with the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication, notably IPTV.

Today, Internet Telephony Services based on VoIP are gaining tremendous popularity for general user. Therefore a various demands of the user keep up increase, the most important requirements of these is voice security about telephony system. It is needed to ensure secret of voice call in a special situation. Due to the fact that many users can connect to the internet at the same time, VoIP can always be in a defenseless state by hackers. Therefore, in this paper, we have developed VPN IP-PBX for the voice security and measured conversation quality by adopting VPN IPsec based on SIP and using tunnel method in transmitting voice data to prevent eavesdrop of voice data. This VPN IP-PBX that is connected Soft-phone provide various optional services.

Because development of high speed network, spread of internet, and high quality of computer performance, request and internet about massive multiplayer playing the game, is increasing. In order to experience realistic game play which is one of the most importance factor in massive multiplayer on-line, synchronization is importance matter. We propose synchronized and optimized scheme that combined FSM (Finite State Machine) and event holding method for efficient state synchronization for massive multiplayer on-line, and we show the effectiveness and reliability of our proposed scheme through the implementing and testing of the game server applying on our proposed scheme.
