인공지능 활용 교육의 토픽모델링 분석을 통한 수학교육 연구 방향의 함의 (An Analysis of the International Trends of Research on Artificial Intelligence in Education Using Topic Modeling)

  • 본 연구는 최근 교육 분야에서 인공지능을 활용한 연구 동향을 파악하기 위해 관련 연구 논문을 대상으로 텍스트 마이닝 기법 중 토픽모델링과 시계열 기반 트렌드 분석 기법을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 대상으로는 다양한 학문 영역에서 컴퓨터 활용 교육 연구에 초점을 두는 '교육에서의 인공지능 국제학회(International Society of Artificial Intelligence in Education)'에서 발행하는 SCOPUS 저널에 2003년부터 2020년까지 게재된 총 352편의 논문을 사용하였다. 분석 결과 빈도수가 높은 단어들을 조합하여 8개의 토픽을 추출하였으며, 이를 통해 인공지능을 활용한 교육 연구에서 중요시 여기는 관점을 파악해 나감과 동시에 교과별로 인공지능을 교육에서 활용하는 내용과 목적에 차이점이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또, 학습 시스템에서 학생 행동 모델을 분석하고 학생 응답 및 반응에 대한 피드백을 개발하는 연구는 점차 증가한 반면, 데이터 처리 방법에 대한 연구는 최근 들어 감소하는 경향이 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 교육에서 인공지능을 활용한 연구에 필요한 주제 및 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다.

  • In this paper, we examined trends and regulations of the global medical equipment industry through literature search. The medical equipment industry is attracting attention as a new growth engine in the Fourth Industrial revolution. However, the medical device industry is a highly competitive field due to product diversity, short product life cycle and technological advances. In addition, Medical equipment are related to human health and safety. Therefore, it can only be exported if it is approved by national or international standards. Therefore, from the development stage of the product, the medical equipment should designate the country to be exported and develop a medical equipment that meets the requirements for licensing the medical equipment in the country. Therefore, In this paper, In this paper, we will present the practical considerations of the medical equipment exporting company by examining the global medical equipment market trends and the regulations related to medical equipment in major countries.

  • 본 논문에서는 2007년도에 국제전기통신연합에서 주최한 세계전파통신회의에서 의결 사항인 항공 이동용 텔레메트리 주파수 스펙트럼 국제 분배 내용과 분배이후에 국제사회 동향과 국내 주파수 정책의 변화에 대하여 자세히 기술하였다. 또한, 전 세계적으로 주파수 분배기구인 국제전기통신연합과 주파수 관련 회의인 세계전파통신회의에 대해서 간략하게 설명하였다.

A Comparative Content Analysis on the Journal of International Marketing: A Study of Ten Years (2004-2013)

  • Purpose - This paper aims to investigate topics and trends in international marketing and cross-cultural management by conducting a content analysis of the Journal of International Marketing. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - In this study, one of the leading journals in the field of international marketing, the Journal of International Marketing, was chosen for research. A total of 199 articles were identified from a time span of ten years (2004-2013). SPSS software was used for codification and analysis of the data. Results - This study revealed some of the factors on which cross-cultural management had a strong correlation with international marketing. Of the 199 articles in the Journal of International Marketing, 64 articles related to cross-cultural management. Conclusions - A content analysis of the Journal of International Marketing comparing general articles with articles related to cross-cultural management is unprecedented. This study offers insight into the impact of cross culture on the discipline of international marketing. The findings of this research could be employed as a reference for gaining insight into the trends and influence of cross-cultural management in international marketing.

Global Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Utilization Research Trends

  • The rapid development of technologies in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) has led to their use in various areas. UAVs are mainly used for commercial purposes, but their utilization is increasingly important in other areas because their operation cost is less than satellites and aerial imaging. The utilization of UAVs in the environment/ecology area is relatively new. Therefore, identifying the trends of UAV-related spatial information is significant in basic research for UAV utilization. This study quantitatively identified domestic and international research trends related to UAV utilization and analyzed research areas. An attempt was also made to identify upcoming UAV-related topics in the environment/ecology research field using text mining to analyze the bibliographic information of global research literature. Domestic UAV-related studies were classified into seven clusters where basic research on "UAV technology/industry trends" was abundant, and studies on data collection and analysis through UAV remote sensing technology have increased since 2015. Eight clusters were identified for international studies where the most active research area international was "remote sensing technology/data analysis". In addition, Canopy, Classification, Forest, Leaf Area Index, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index, Temperature, Tree, and Atmosphere appeared as the main keywords related to environment and ecology. The appearance frequencies and association strengths were high because the advancement in UAV optical sensor technology and the rapid development of image processing technology enabled the acquisition of data that could not be obtained from existing spatial information. They are recognized as future research topics as related domestic studies have begun corresponding to international research.

Impact of Communication Technology on Global Creative Trends

  • This study attempts to explain how communication technology impacts global creative trends. We explore global creative trends based on award-winning creative topics presented at the 2016 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. After analyzing award-winning topics, five main creative trends were selected with the keywords: technology, story-telling, social media, causes, and humor. The 2016 Cannes Lions Festival demonstrated that technology (i.e., virtual reality, artificial intelligence) has expanded the limits of creativity. Story-telling is still considered to be effective for raising audience attention. Social media enhances consumer engagement while nurturing future consumer relationships. Supporting social causes allows companies to garner goodwill from the public. Humor is powerful when it appropriately appeals to both products and customers.

2012년 국내외 조명 연구 동향 분석을 통한 연구 방향 제시 (Analysis on the Domestic and International Illumination Research Trends in 2012 and Further Study Suggestion)

  • This paper focuses on the domestic illumination research trends in 2012 based on reviewing the published papers in the Journal of the Korean Institute of Illuminating and Electrical Installation Engineers. It classifies and resumes the papers in five themes including exterior lighting, interior lighting, LED/OLED, optical device and optical fiber, and lighting industry. By comparatively studying a large number of papers published in Japan, North America, and China in the same year, the international illumination research trends are also figured out and further academic research topics are suggested.

  • Social media is a window for everyone, individuals, communities, and companies to spread ideas and promote trends and products. With these opportunities, challenges and problems related to security, privacy and rights arose. Also, the data accumulated from social media has become a fertile source for many analytics, inference, and experimentation with new technologies in the field of data science. In this chapter, emphasis will be given to methods of trend analysis, especially ensemble learning methods. Ensemble learning methods embrace the concept of cooperation between different learning methods rather than competition between them. Therefore, in this chapter, we will discuss the most important trends in ensemble learning and their applications in analysing social media data and anticipating the most important future trends.

디지털헬스 정책환경의 국제 동향과 의료기술평가에 대한 시사점 (International Trends of Digital Health and It's Political Implication for Health Technology Assessment)

  • As technologies develop, the digital health sector is gradually expanding. Internationally, the global summit for Digital Health named Global Digital Health Partnership (GDHP) was launched in 2018. Many countries are participating in GDHP and share their policy experiences on digital health and find the ways to cooperate with participating countries (13 countries, including South Korea, and Hong Kong). This article reviewed the international trends in digital health policy environment and evidence assessment focusing on GDHP activities, and derived implications for health technology assessment of digital health. Consequently, to assess the intervention effects of digital health is very complex and the assessment should be considered multidimensional aspects (social, clinical, and technical). In addition the patient experience should be assessed qualitatively. Health technology assessment (HTA) should assess the effect of digital health policies to changes in health care systems resulting from the application of advanced technologies related to the 4th Industrial Revolution. Digital health is also related to new HTA, HTA of existing technologies, and R&D on the promising health technology. Therefore, it is necessary to review the trends of the technology's management policy consistently through the HTA of digital health.
