Wireless community networks (WCNs) are considered another form of ownership of internet protocol (IP) networks, where community members manage and own every piece of equipment in a decentralized way, and routing for traffic is done in a cooperative manner. However, the current routing protocols for WCNs suffer from stability and scalability issues. In this paper, an enhanced routing protocol is proposed based on the optimized link state routing (OLSR) protocol to meet the standards of efficiency in terms of stability and scalability. The proposed routing protocol is enhanced through two phases: multicasting expansion and multipoint relay (MPR) selection based on an analytical hierarchical process (AHP). The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed routing protocol outperforms the OLSR protocol in terms of network control overhead and packet delivery ratio by 18% and 1% respectively.

이 논문은 관계적 관점(a relational view)과 네트워크 관점에서 소유특유우위가 부족한 관광관련기업이 국제화 역량을 어떻게 보완하고 축적할 것인가 하는 의문에 답을 하고자 한다. 즉, 현재 국제화를 추진하는 과정에서 부족한 자원과 역량을 효과적인 네트워크를 구축하고 활용함으로써 보완할 수 있는 방안에 대해 설명하였다. 특히, 가칭 글로벌 코리안 관광네트워크(Global Korean Tourism Network)를 구축하고 발전시킴으로써 인바운드 국제화를 촉진시키는 방안에 대해 논의하였다. 이 네트워크를 통해 얻을 수 있는 이점을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 글로벌 코리안 관광네트워크는 (1) 글로벌 시장 진출에 도움이 되는 지식과 역량의 공유 기회 제공 (2) 지식과 정보의 교환에서 거래비용을 절감 (3) 전 세계에 분산된 기업과의 연계를 통해 새로운 아이디어를 획득하고, 상호보완적 자원의 결합을 통한 창의적인 지식 창출 (4) 인적자원의 국제적 교류를 촉진시켜 국제전문인력의 양성에 도움이 된다. 이러한 이점을 실현하기 위해서는 글로벌 코리안 관광네트워크를 성공적으로 구축하여야 한다. 이를 위해, 이 네트워크의 중심조직이 수행해야 할 핵심기능을 세 가지(참여유도와 지식공유 동기유발, 무임승차 제재와 규범 정립, 지식이전채널과 이전과정 관리)로 제시하였다. 다음으로 상호보완적이고 효과적인 네트워크의 성공요건을 제시한 후에 글로벌 코리안 관광네트워크가 이러한 요건을 얼마나 충족할 수 있는지에 대해 평가하였다. 마지막으로 글로벌 코리안 관관네트워크가 목표로 하는 성과를 달성하기 위한 효과적인 성공전략을 세 단계로 제시하였다. 첫 번째 단계는 네트워크를 구축하여 강한 연계를 가진 밀집된 네트워크를 구성하는 것이며, 두 번째 단계는 관광네트워크의 관계적 렌트를 창출하는 단계이다. 세 번째 단계는 네트워크 참여기업이 관계적 렌트를 누림으로써 개별 기업의 성과를 높이는 단계로 (1) 새로운 관광서비스의 개발 (2) 인바운드 국제화역량의 축적 (3) 아웃바운드 국제화 역량의 개발이 이루어지는 단계이다.

This study aims to analyze the International trade network of Water transport service using Social Network Analysis for defining the status of Korean Water transport industry. This study use World Input-Output Table of Asian Development Bank from 2000 to 2020 and build the International trade matrix of Water transport service from that. Therefore, this study analyze Out-degree centrality, In-degree centrality and betweenness centrality of Korea and other main countries in the matrix of World Water transport industry. As a result, Korea rank above 10th in the all centralities and the total output also rank 8th in the world, therefore, this study show the importance of Korean Water transport industry in the world. However, Singapore has the highest centrality in the world, even though China has the largest Total output among 63 countries.

The study provides the identification of vulnerabilities in the security issues by Wireless Network. To achieve it the research focus on packet flow analysis, end to end data communication, and the security challenges (Cybercrime, insider threat, attackers, hactivist, malware and Ransomware). To solve this I have used the systematic literature review mechanisms and demonstrative tool namely Wireshark network analyzer. The practical demonstration identifies the packet flow, packet length time, data flow statistics, end- to- end packet flow, reached and lost packets in the network and input/output packet statics graphs. Then, I have developed the proposed model that used to secure the Wireless network solution and prevention vulnerabilities of the network security challenges. And applying the model that used to investigate the security challenges and vulnerabilities of cloud computing services is used to fulfill the network security goals in Wireless network. Finally the research provides the model that investigate the security challenges and vulnerabilities of cloud computing services in wireless networks

The targets of cyber-attacks are not limited to the websites and internal IT systems of shipping agencies. Ships and ports have become important targets for cyber attackers. This paper examines the current state of ship network security, introduces the International Maritime Organization's resolution on ship network security management, and summarizing the cyber-attacks in maritime so the readers can have a general understanding of maritime environment.

International network strategy is intended to examine the validity of existing network-centered theories in order to ascertain why small-and medium-sized enterprises are useful as a strategic correspondence to the internationalization trend. Small-and medium-sized enterprises can be estimated as being vital majorities in terms of their flexibility to meet changable conditions in international marketing compared with the conglomerates Therefore, their dependency on a few conglomerates for the international economy can be diverged. Generally, the successful internationalization of industries can be derived from the creation of suitable strategies for its competence and quality with the effective correction and completion of its strategy and tactics through mistakes. The internationalization strategy of small-and medium-sized enterprises should not be the reckless pursuit of internationalization that depends only on the increase of investment or the simple induction of the other conglomerates strategic models, but it should be accomplished through the evolution and practice of the concrete strategies that will be more proper for the enterprise's property and efficiency. The results of analyses with proof can be summarized with two effects in large in the process of internationalization of domestic small-and medium-sized enterprises. First, the capacity for internationalization of firms results from a long-term training procedure and continuous development of managing activities. Then in time this becomes an important element for the small-and medium-sized firms in terms with its position targeted international trading. However, the domestic enterprises are showing their abilities in the international competition in quantity, and trying to establish relationships between the enterprises through international networks. Second, statistics might not be meaningful in part because of the lack of data for analysis. It seems that more useful results will be derived from obtaining and utilizing sufficient information and from establishing an inter-relationship between the small-and medium-sized enterprises which are investing in foreign companies.

Because of the significant role that harakat plays in Arabic text, this paper used deep learning to extract Arabic text with its harakat from an image. Convolutional neural networks and recurrent neural network algorithms were applied to the dataset, which contained 110 images, each representing one word. The results showed the ability to extract some letters with harakat.

East Asia has played an important role in the economic and social development in the Asian pacific region and in the global arena. In the region the impact of companies centralizing their logistics activities around a few distribution centers has already led some leading ports such as Singapore, Hong Kong to transform and expand their functions and business activities to provide port users with value added logistics services. Other ports in the region also have an important part to play in the total logistics Chain. In these environments, the maritime activities of Jang BoGo, who was the maritime king of the commercial maritime empire in East Asia in the 9th century, give many implications to the international logistics network strategy that Korea has to take in order to become a power of International Logistics. Though the trading and economic environments at that time may be quite different from today, the super-national maritime management pattern that Jang Bo-go, founder of the Northeast Asian maritime trading kingdom devised, gives us many implications in the global trading and economic environments, in the respects of overseas direct investment and international logistics. Accordingly, the paper aims to examine the establishment of hub port in Northeast Asia, modelled after the maritime network management strategy of Jang BoGo.

본 논문은 UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) 네트워크 기술을 활용한 전자무역의 창고관리시스템 고도화 추진전략을 수립하기 위해 기본 원칙인 창고의 종합물류 네트워크 단일화서비스, 입 출고 자동화업무 등을 실무적인 관점에서 방향을 제시하였다. 전자무역에서 새롭게 부각되고 있는 UPnP 네트워크를 활용한 창고관리시스템의 송수신 네트워크 기술은 향후 물류/유통의 새로운 패러다임으로 변화할 것이다. 이러한 시대적 요구사항을 즉각적으로 반영하고 성공적인 창고의 종합물류 단일화서비스 개발을 위해서는 본 연구에서 제시한 내용들을 체계적으로 적절하게 수행해야 하고, 새로운 변화에 필연적으로 대응하는 자세의 전환이 중요하다. 본 논문은, UPnP 네트워크 활용의 창고관리시스템의 기술적인 방향을 제시하기 보다는 실무적 관점에서 살펴보고, 향후 해석적 기초를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) has emerged as a personal entertainment source for home users. Streaming IPTV content over a wireless medium with good Quality of Service (QoS) can be a challenging task as IPTV content requires more bandwidth and Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) are susceptible to packet loss, delay and jitter. This research presents the capacity of IPTV using User Datagram Protocol (UDP) and TCP Friendly Rate Control (TFRC) over IEEE 802.11ac WLANs in good and bad network conditions. Experimental results show that in good network conditions, UDP and TFRC could accommodate a maximum of 78 and 75 Standard Definition Television (SDTV) users, respectively. In contrast, 15 and 11 High-Definition Television (HDTV) users were supported by UDP and TFRC, respectively. Performance of UDP and TFRC was identical in bad network conditions and same number of SDTV and HDTV users were supported by TFRC and UDP. With background Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) traffic, both UDP and TFRC can support nearly the same number of SDTV users. It was found that TFRC can co-exist fairly with TCP by giving more throughput to TCP unlike UDP.
