경북 영주의 산림약용자원연구소에서 재배된 토천궁의 뿌리에서 내생균을 분리하였다. 분리된 균주는 형태적 특성의 분석과 internal transcribed spacer, large subunit rDNA, beta-tubulin 영역의 분자 생물학적 계통분석을 이용해 동정하였다. 연구 과정에서 2종의 국내 미기록종 내생균 균주를 확인하였고, 확인된 종은Pithomyces chartarum 과 Plectosphaerella niemeijerarum이다. 미기록종 내생균 균주의 형태적 특성 확인 및 분자계통 분석의 결과에 대해 기술하였다.

MANPro-based control is a novel control paradigm aimed at intelligent manufacturing systems on the basis of mobile agent-based negotiation process (MANPro). MANPro is a negotiation mechanism based on the agent-based control architecture and, especially, it adapts a mobile agent system called N-agent for the negotiation process. N-agent travels around the network of distributed manufacturing systems to acquire information, and it makes a decision for system control according to the obtained information. MANPro includes communication architecture and information architecture for intelligent shop floor control. MANPro also considers the following issues: (1) negotiation mechanism, (2) single-agent internal strategic policies, and (3) information model. Communication architecture concerns the first issue of the negotiation mechanism. It provides information exchanging mechanism with functional modules. In specific, N-agent is equipped with an intelligent reasoning engine with a built-in knowledge base. This reasoning engine is closely related to the single-agent internal strategic policies of the second issue. Finally, ontology-based information architecture addresses information models and provides a framework for information modeling on negotiation. In this paper, these three issues are addressed in detail and a framework of MANPro-based control is also proposed.

This paper addresses a numerical simulation of the flow and heat transfer in a simplified model of helically coiled tube steam generator using a general purpose computational fluid dynamic analysis computer code. The steam generator model is comprised of a cylindrical shell and helically coiled tubes. A cold feed water entered the tubes is heated up, evaporates. and finally become a superheated steam with a large amount of heat transferred continuously from the hot compressed water at higher pressure flowing counter-currently through the shell side. For the calculation of tube side two-phase flow field formed by boiling, inhomogeneous two-fluid model is used. Both the internal and external turbulent flows are simulated using the standard k-e model. The conjugate heat transfer analysis method is employed to calculate the conduction in the tube wall with finite thickness and the convections in the internal and external fluids simultaneously so as to match the fluid-wall-fluid interface conditions properly. The numerical calculations are peformed for helically coiled tubes of steam generator at an integral type pressurized water reactor under normal operation. The effects of tube-side inlet flow velocity are discussed in details. The results of present numerical simulation are considered to be physically plausible based on the data and knowledge from previous experimental and numerical studies where available.

A 31-year-old man presented with right hemiparesis, and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a small infarct at left basal ganglia. Digital subtraction angiography showed left cervical internal carotid artery (ICA) occlusion and severe stenosis of the ipsilateral external carotid artery (ECA) with collateral cerebral circulation fed by ECAs. Based on the results of a functional evaluation of cerebral blood flow, we performed preventive ECA angioplasty and stenting for advanced ECA stenosis to ensure sufficient blood flow to the superficial temporal artery. Eight weeks later, superficial temporal artery to middle cerebral artery (STA-MCA) anastomosis was performed. His postoperative course was uneventful and no additional transient ischemic attacks have occurred. To our knowledge, this is the first report of preventive angioplasty and stenting for advanced narrowing of an ECA before STA-MCA anastomosis for ipsilateral ICA occlusion.

소프트웨어의 품질은 요구사항 품질과 강하게 관계되어 있다. 이에 따라서 기업들은 요구사항의 품질을 향상시켜 주기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 그러나 명세서 형태의 요구사항은 검증하기 어려우며, 분석가의 비정형화된 업무 지식에 의존해야 한다. 또한 명세서 형태의 요구사항 품질을 향상시켜 주기 위한 정형화된 방법론이나 자동화된 기법이 미흡한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 요구사항의 품질을 향상시켜 주기 위한 요구사항 검증 프로세스 및 자동화 검증 도구를 제안한다. 검증을 위해 요구사항에 대한 외적뷰 설계와 내적뷰 설계를 비교한다. 사례연구를 통해 제안된 요구사항 자동화 검증 기법의 타당성을 검증한다.

An 8 month-old male Maltese (weighing 2.0 kg) was referred with loud heart murmur at routine physical exam in local animal clinic. Electrocardiogram found left ventricular hypertrophy pattern (4.5 mV R-wave). Diagnostic imaging studies revealed the elongation of left ventricle (LV) with classic triple bumps on the main pulmonary artery, aorta and left atrium on the ventrodorsal view of radiograph. Echocardiography revealed patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) duct and continuous turbulent shunt flow (maximal velocity 4.83 m/s) between the aorta and pulmonary artery with left to right direction. The PDA in this dog was successfully closed through femoral vein (transvenous approach) using a 5 mm Amplatz$^{(R)}$ Canine Duct Occluder. To the best of author's knowledge, this is the first case of PDA occlusion treated with Amplatz Canine Duct Occluder through femoral vein.

꼬마초롱이끼의 헛뿌리와 가는털깃털이끼의 잎에서 내생균을 분리하였다. 분리된 균주는 형태적 특성과 internal transcribed spacer, large subunit rDNA, Beta-tublin 영역 및 RNA polymerase II second largest subunit gene의 분자적 분석을 토대로 동정하였다. 연구 과정에서 2종의 국내 미기록종 내생균인 Cercophora thailandica와 Biscogniauxia petrensis를 확인하였다. 분리된 미기록종 내생균 균주의 형태적 특성 확인 및 계통 분석 결과에 대해 기술하였다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to obtain some knowledge about the acupuncture treatments on Parkinson's disease for the future practice and the research from the clinical studies in China. Methods : The literatures were searched using the data base-China Academic Journals (CAJ) (1994-2011). Clinical studies of acupuncture for Parkinson's disease such as randomized controlled trial (RCT), non-randomized controlled trial (NRCT), case series, case report were included. Results : Of 145 articles, 52 Clinical studies met our inclusion criteria: 20 RCTs, 7 NRCTs, 22 case series and 3 case reports. Various kinds of acupuncture treatments such as scalp acupuncture, body acupuncture, abdominal acupuncture, acupoint injection, eye acupuncture and thick needle acupuncture (粗鍼) were used in the clinical studies. The treatment and control groups take Madopa Tablet (Levodopa + Benserazide HCl) in the same time in many studies, and Madopa treatment was used as a comparative treatment in the most of studies. Acupuncture treatment was done daily or 2~3 times a week for 2~20 weeks. All of studies reported high effective rate in the treatment group compared to control group. Conclusions : The results of this study could be used for the future study about the acupuncture therapy for Parkinson's disease.

Ultrasound sonography(US) is used to evaluate various diseases of maxillofacial region including salivary glands, soft tissue and jaw lesions because of easy accessibility and no hazard of ionizing radiation. Also, US can offer dynamic study showing real-time images during diagnostic or surgical procedure. US images provide accurate information about the internal features of lesions on the jaw prior to surgical treatment. Doppler images are used to visualize the vascular distribution of the lesions and to provide additional information to enhance diagnostic value. Nevertheless, the clinical application of US imaging is limited in the dental field. This is due to the lack of knowledge about the US image and the image characteristics of the anatomical structures. It is necessary to evaluate the diagnostic value of US and evaluate its usefulness by looking at clinical cases using US images. Therefore, US imaging may be recommended as an assistant image in evaluating jaw lesions. US images provided accurate information about the internal structure of lesions on the jaw prior to surgical treatment, and diagnostic value was enhanced by visualizing the vascular distribution of the lesion using doppler imaging.

지방자치단체에 의한 감사는 지방자치단체의 내부 통제를 개선하고 자신들의 정책을 진단하여 관리능력을 향상시키며 정책 오류를 예방하는 역할을 한다. 그러나 자기기관 감사와 검사 수준은 매우 낮은 실정이다. 이는 전문가 수준의 직원보다 빈번한 순환 보직으로 실무 경험이 미흡한 감사요원을 배치하기 때문이다. 이러한 문제를 극복하고 지방자치단체의 자체감사기능을 강화하기 위하여 여러 가지 감사환경을 고려한 솔루션으로 새로운 시스템을 제안한다. 본 연구는 지방감사의 문제점을 찾아 자체 감사평가시스템의 새로운 체계를 제시하였다. 자체전자감사평가시스템은 자체기관 감사 및 검사를 강화하여 궁극적으로 지방정부의 역량을 강화시킬 것이다.
