In this study, users' perceptions and concerns about digital information resources were investigated, focusing on impediments to the use of digital resources, to devise measures for improvement by identifying factors that hinder the use of digital information resources. To achieve the purpose of the study, the research identifies the inconvenien ce factors and establishes the user inconvenience list based on prior research and the current status survey. Based on the derived list, a survey was conducted on users of public libraries. Through this study, it was found that the use of digital information resources can be enhanced by improving the internal library system. Specifically, it refers to improving search performance and accessibility of digital data, providing one-stop services for digital information resources through the operation of an integrated data management system, conducting customized user education, and establishing a digital information resource preservation system, e.g. web archiving. Also, improving the external environment and system, such as contracting with more libraries for digitized data use agreements, strengthening support, unifying the names and classifications of digital information resources, and simplifying the procedure for using digital information resources, is of great importance.

Because of the electronic commerce development, share of the internet bookstore is rising every year in the publication circulation market. Also, the book search in the internet bookstore may smarten more forward according to development trend of the electronic book, and importance of the classification system of the internet bookstore is expected that also rise continuously. The purpose of this study is to offer the classification system that can search the social science books of the internet bookstore efficiently. For this study, compared and analyzed the classification system of internal and external 10 internet bookstores. This study may be used to other subject study of the internet bookstore, and it expect to is used to basic data for the classification system of the internet bookstore in the future.

In order to understand a record, not only the contents of the record but also the production background and work context of the record must be grasped. It also requires a function that makes it easy to find related records scattered across various departments and agencies. Accordingly, the 'linkage' of information in archival information services is becoming more important. NAK also emphasizes 'linkage' as a search service function of the archives management system, but some problems were identified at the National Archives Portal Service (NAPS) such as a lack of linkage with authority data, disruption of internal service, and absence of linkage with other related organizations. To solve the limitations of the NAPS, we selected and analyzed advanced record management institutions that have built an ideal linkage service; checked the overall linkage structure of these institutions; and identified characteristics that could not be seen by other institutions. Also, elements that can be adopted from the NAPS were derived. Next, the current status of the NAPS linkage structure was analyzed to identify the parts that were not linked and the items that need to be improved in the linkage method, and specific advancement plans were suggested to solve these problems. The purpose of this study is to increase users' satisfaction with search and to advance the accessibility and utilization of records and internal services through improved linkage services of NAPS.

The internet contains enormous informations in various fields and therefore called 'sea of information'. It helps obtain quickly health related information including 'constitutional medicine'. But a lack of evaluation and oversight appear to result in inaccurate and misleading. So by using a series of equipment and www.naver.com, www.yahoo.co.kr, www.empas.com, the typical search engine for internet, the sites are researched by keyword 'constitutional medicine'. The results were classified into six groups as follows; The sites about pratitional Oriental Medical Doctor, private home page, advertisements of goods for health, associations of constitutional medicine, astrology or reading fortune, and etc. The internet is a useful tool that gives informations of health, easy and speedy, to users like as doctors and patients. But accuracy or reliabillity of this informations is mistrust. Especially informations of health are connected to safty of life directly, they must be verificated by the specialist and a criterion, that evaluate the sites it self, should be established.

The best business strategy leading to innovation and productivity can be achieved by carefully analyzing internal and external environments of a company. Many companies often require, but difficult to find a tool to determine their own internal/external environmental factors including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats(SWOT). SWOT is one analytical base model that is utilized in this research to design semi-automated environmental analysis process. This study investigates on SWOT generation system that is built on existing analysis database created by experts in each field. Companies can search and choose their best expressing environmental elements that are stored in the database. This semi-automated SWOT tool is expected to contribute that companies can recognize their internal capabilities more accurately, and help consider external environment changes around them.
