Personal Robot System being developed is designed to module-based system architecture for supporting internal devices have variable system platforms, environments, networks. For supporting development environment, integrating remote services, managing the interoperation among internal modules on this system design, a well-designed object oriented middleware is needed significantly. There are already some middlwares like DCOM, CORBA, UPnP, JINI, OSGi, etc. But they have some limitations to applying to Personal Robot in variable side view. We are researching for a suitable design scheme to require low system resources, to guarantee realtime services as possible, and to implement easily. In this paper, we suggest a middleware architecture have goals that are simple, light, and object oriented, so that can be used at diversity devices in Personal Robot System.

The present study is aimed at developing the optimal instruments for dispelling the uncertainty factors during the formulation of strategies for corporate development. The objective is the creation of a complete model of strategic analysis, which encompasses both the environment (internal and external) and the management rational component. This model -built on the analysis of three corporate cases - is concretized by a simulation for testing the strategy by the means of software which enables the users to cope with a dynamic and complex corporate environment. The research questions regard the development of a complete strategic analysis, which covers the entire decision-making process; the concrete assessment of the business strategy on the basis of quantitative data: the identification and enhancement of the critical variables of business administration, in such a complex and dynamic reality as the corporate environment.

내부에 있는 정보를 보호하기 위한 노력들 중 하나인 네트워크 접근통제 시스템의 적용은 내부 사용자들의 효과적 제어 및 자동적인 네트워크 관리와 보안을 가능하게 한다. 그러나 이미 허가된 PC 또는 모바일 기기로 위장하거나 자리를 비운 사용자의 인가된 시스템을 이용하여 내부 네트워크에 접속할 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 또한 허가된 PC 또는 모바일 기기의 악성코드 감염으로 인해 사용자가 직접 사용하는 시간 이외에도 동작하여 비의도적인 정보유출 및 내부 네트워크 공격 등이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 내부 네트워크에 접속을 허가 받은 이가 인가된 장비를 이용하여 접근정책에 따른 통신을 수행하고 있는지를 확인해야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 RFID 출입통제시스템과 연동한 네트워크 이중 접근통제 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 내부 네트워크 접속 시 이중인증을 수행함으로써 허가된 사용자가 인가된 장비를 이용하여 통신을 수행하는 환경을 제공한다.

A QRT(Quad-Rotor Type) hovering robot system is developed for quick detection and observation of the circumstances under calamity environment such as indoor fire spots. The UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is equipped with four propellers driven by each electric motor, an embedded controller using a DSP, INS(Inertial Navigation System) using 3-axis rate gyros, a CCD camera with wireless communication transmitter for observation, and an ultrasonic range sensor for height control. The developed hovering robot shows stable flying performances under the adoption of RIC(Robust Internal-loop Compensator) based disturbance compensation and the vision based localization method. The UAV can also avoid obstacles using eight IR and four ultrasonic range sensors. The VTOL(Vertical Take-Off and Landing) flying object flies into indoor fire spots and sends the images captured by the CCD camera to the operator. This kind of small-sized UAV can be widely used in various calamity observation fields without danger of human beings under harmful environment.

본 논문에서는 무선센서네트워크 기술을 활용하여 각종 생장환경 정보들을 수집하고 모니터링 할 수 있는 무선센서네트워크 기반의 온실환경 모니터링 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한, 원격지에서 온실 시설내 내부 환경 및 시설제어시스템을 통합 제어 관리하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 넓은 온실 내부의 환경 데이터 수집 및 온실 시설 제어 서비스를 제공함은 물론 무선센서네트워크 기반 온실환경 모니터링 시스템 및 온실시설 제어를 통하여 실시간 원격 온실 통합 서비스 제공이 가능하다. 통합관리시스템을 위한 GUI 구현은 HMI기반의 시스템 모니터링부로 설계하였으며, 센서정보들은 실시간으로 통합관리시스템의 모니터링 화면을 통해 센서 결과값을 출력할 수 있음을 결과로 얻을 수 있었다.

본 연구는 급변하는 비즈니스 환경에서 기업의 내부통제시스템의 도입과 운영이 기업의 회계정보에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 내부통제와 회계정보의 유용성에 관한 선행연구를 종합적으로 분석하여 본 연구 목적에 맞게 연구모델을 적용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 중국기업을 대상으로 내부통제시스템의 구성 요소를 중심으로 내부통제평가지수를 이용하여 수정된 존스(Jones) 모형의 재량적 발생액을 기본으로 변수간의 관계정도를 분석하였다. 실증분석에서는 내부통제의 운영이 회계정보의 유용성 대용변수인 재량적 발생액에 음의 영향관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 내부통제시스템의 위험관리 요인도 회계정보의 유용성에 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 재량적 발생액이 적정하고 유의적으로 조정되어 회계정보의 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있는 주요 요인으로 추정 할 수 있다. 본 연구 결과는 내부통제의 도입과 운용이 중요해지고 있는 많은 기업에 내부통제시스템의 긍정적인 기능을 제시할 수 있으며, 외국계 기업의 내부통제의 운용과 재량적 발생액과의 관계연구에도 유용한 지침을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

As design tools, building performance certification systems can be applied to provide adequate guidelines on design process to create environment-friendly buildings. Domestic certification systems of residential building took effect by doing supply to designers and contractors from affiliated organization of governments in the early 2000s. As a result, Building Energy Rating System, Apartment Performance Rating System, Green Homes and other means to promote green designs have been operated. International trends of applying certification systems were started in the early 1990s as forms of LEED in USGBC, BREEAM in BRE, GBTool Canada. These systems aim to evaluate building performance in line with the Climatic Change Convention and realize sustainable building design. In 2009, residential buildings accounted for the largest portion of the internal real estate market with 67.9 percent according to the National Statistical Office data. And for 18 years since 1991, apartments among constructed residential buildings have ranked top taking up 77.7% as of 2009. Apartment performance evaluations accordingly are to promote to constitution of improving tenant quality of life, the residential environment and saving energy and resources in the internal building market. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze valuation bases of each sector in evaluation systems of residential buildings at home and abroad to upgrade current systems through reflecting the characteristics of residential buildings. Implementation of this study basically include comparison of valuation bases and partial analysis on properties of rating systems to suggest requisites for improvement in building performance certification.

보안 위협은 외부에서 발생하기도 하지만 내부에서 발생하는 비율이 더 높다. 특히 내부 사용자는 정보 서비스에 대한 정보를 인지하고 있기에 보안 위협에 의한 피해는 더욱 커진다. 이러한 환경에서 중요 정보 서비스에 접근하는 모든 사용자의 행위는 실시간으로 모니터링되고 기록되어야 한다. 그러나 현재 운영체제는 시스템과 Application 실행에 대한 로그만을 기록하고 있어, 사용자의 행위를 실시간으로 모니터링하기에는 한계가 있다. 이러한 보안 환경에서는 사용자의 비인가 행위로 인한 피해가 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, Linux 환경에서 사용자의 행위를 실시간으로 모니터링하는 아키텍처를 제안한다. 제안하는 아키텍처의 실효성을 확인하기 위하여 기능을 검증한 결과, 운영체제에 접근한 모든 사용자의 console 입력값과 출력값을 모두 실시간으로 모니터링하고 이를 저장한다. 제안한 아키텍처의 성능은 운영체제에서 제공하는 식별 및 인증 기능보다는 다소 늦지만, 사용자가 인지할 수준은 아닌 것으로 확인되어, 충분히 실효적이라고 판단되었다.

내수란 영해기선의 육지측 수역으로 연안국의 주권이 미치는 수역이며, 다만 직선기선을 채용하여 새로이 내수로 편입된 곳에서는 연안국의 주권과 함께 외국선박에게는 무해통항권이 인정된다. 특히, 우리나라는 서남해안에 직선기선을 채용하여 무해통항이 인정되는 넓은 내수를 보유하고 있는데, 어업 안전 환경 안보 등 연안 이익을 보호하기 위해 내수를 이용하는 외국선박을 적절히 관리할 필요가 있다. 또한, 영해의 경우에도 연안국의 주권이 미치는 수역으로 연안국의 주요 이익의 보호를 위해 매우 중요한 수역이다. 최근 내수나 영해에서 무단정박 정류하는 외국선박과 충돌사고가 빈번히 발생하여 우리나라에 큰 위협이 되고 있다. 이에 이 논문은 우리나라 내수 또는 영해에서 무단으로 정박·정류한 외국선박의 충돌사고에 관한 사례를 분석하고, 외국선박의 내수 및 영해 통항에 관련된 국내외 법체계를 확인하고 고찰하여, 내수 및 영해에서 외국선박의 무단정박은 무해통항요건을 위반한 것으로, 관련 법률에 따른 처벌가능성을 제시하였고, 내수 및 영해통항 및 정박에 관한 바람직한 법제도 정비방안을 제시하였다.
