  • As metropolitan areas are rapidly growing in both population and physical size, so too has the problem of traffic congestion. Magnifying this is the limited financial resources and lack of road corridor space available to juggle the many competing demands. High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) facilities have been implemented in an attempt to alleviate the problem of growing congestion while considering the issue of limited funding and lack of physical space. HOV lanes may increase the efficiency of a road corridor by maximising its person carrying capacity. These facilities are meant to provide priority treatment to HOVs, thereby luring people to choose a transport mode with a higher occupancy than the single occupant vehicle (SOV), such as buses or carpools. This paper analyze the issues surrounding HOV lanes, their effect, problems and their evaluation by using Intergration, that is Traffic Simulation Software, when HOV lanes be implemented in the Olympic Highway.

  • System Intergration (SI) has resently been conceived as one df the most important tools for enforciong and reinforcing the competitiveness of an enterprise. A major concern of SI lies in sharing many types of information, such as engineering, production, finance, marketing, and so on. Product Data Management (PDM) systems are mainly concerned with product- related information, and also support a large portion of the Commerce At Light Speed (CALS) straitegy. PDM systems receive a great amount df attention form industry, A variety of PDM solutions have been introduced for the last few years, and its market has expanded very fast with an annual growth of 30%. However, in general, it is not an easy task to choose a right PDM solution for a particular company. A major purpose of this paper is to provide essential factors in evaluating PDM systems. While developing the factors. we consider the expected future trend of PDM technologies and three types of PDM-based intergration (frontward, rearward, and sideward integrations). We Propose to carry out the evaluation process in two fold. An overall evaluation is performed first to narrow down many alternatives into a few candidate systems, and then a detailed technical evaluation step follows to determine the final solution. A number of influencing factors are categorized and described in each of these steps.

아파트 거주자 평가를 통한 아파트 브랜드의 이미지 통합 실태 연구 (A Study on the Brand Image Intergration of Apartment By Residents' Evaluation)

  • The brand is getting more important purchase factor in apartment market, so domestic construction companies have tried to differentiate it from others by creating the unique brand image. The purpose of this study was to investigate consistency of apartment brand image as a process which includes publicity, design and customer service and to analyze how using intergrated brand image affects brand preference and purchasing intention. To examine hypotheses, an empirical study using a survey questionnaire for residents living in 4 different brand apartments in Dongtan, Hwasung city was conducted. The collected data were treated with the SPSS Win Program 14.0. The study indicates that residents living in brand apartment generally preferred natural friendly image, high-class image and modern image to the others. And at first apartment brand images were created with image advertising on TV, catalog for sale and model house tour, but residents have most needs for customer service reflected in brand images. The study also has found that brand images in each process including publicity, design and customer service were not intergrated. However brand image intergration had positive effects on residential satisfaction and customer loyalty. The results of the study are expected to become the useful data in developing sustainable apartment brands and building effective marketing strategy of construction companies.

Glucoamylase 유전자 STA의 염색체내 삽입에 의한 Saccharomyces diastaticus의 glucoamylase 생성능 향상 (Improvement of Glucoamylase Productivity of Saccharomyces diastaticus by Intergration of Glucoamylase Gene, STA, into Chromosomal DHA)

  • Saccharomyces distaticus 의 glucoamylase 생성능을 증진시킬 목적으로 STA1 유전자를 YIp vector 를 이용하여 염색체에 도입해 주고자 하였다. STA1 유전자 5.8-Kb 를 YIp vector 에 재조합하여 YIp-STA 를 재작하고, S. diastaticus GMT-11 (a, ura 3, STA1) 을 숙주균주로 하여 염색체의 STA1 유전자 부위에 homologous recombination 되어 삽입하도록 형질전환을 실시하였다. 이렇게 하여 glucoamylase 생성능이 모균주에 비해 최대 6배까지 증대된 다양한 형질전환체들을 얻을 수 있었다. 그리고 glycoamylase 생성능이 증대된 형질전환체들의 염색체 DNA 를 분리하여 Southern hybridization 을 실시한 결과 YIp-STA 가 multi-copy integration 되었음을 확인하였고, 또한 도입해 준 YIp-STA 는 세포분열인 30세대기간 동안 계속되었어도 안정하게 유지되었음을 알았다.

수도사업 통합 사례 분석을 통한 수도사업 통합 추진 방안 (Korea waterworks intergration promotion plan based on case analysis)

  • In order to overcome the small scale of Korea waterworks and to achieve comprehensive improvement and innovation transformation, the waterworks integration was reviewed. The effect of consolidation was confirmed by the integration of the water supply business in the southern Gangwon region and the western Gyeongnam region in Korea, such as an increase in the flow rate and a decrease in the production unit cost. After facing management and service limitations overseas, more than 1,000 small-scale waterworks projects in the UK were integrated into 27 waterworks providers, and Japan also revised the Waterworks Act in December 2019 and is in the process of integrating waterworks. It is considered appropriate to promote the integration of waterworks projects in Korea by respecting the autonomy of local governments, but using a participatory method, a win-win method, and a linkage method. For the integration of waterworks projects, three strategies are proposed: First creating a national foundation for integration (revision of the Waterworks Act), Second establishing a waterworks integration strategy led by local governments, Third forming an external consensus and providing incentives for participation.
