Capital mobilization is a traditional business of commercial banks and is one of the core foundations for the development of a bank. Capital mobilization is the main input in the operation of a bank, and this is also the basis for generating output for credit activities as well as other banking activities. This study aims to determine the main factors that affect the decisions of individual customers to put savings deposit in Vietnamese commercial banks. Survey data collected from 403 individual customers were analyzed to provide evidence. The results from the multiple regression analysis by using SPSS software revealed that all scales in this study were reliable, and there were six components impacting the savings deposit decision of individual customers from the strongest to the weakest in the following order: the form of promotion, bank brand, service quality, interest rate policy, and employee knowledge and attitude. Besides, the finding showed customers who have high income tend to have a stronger decision on savings deposits in commercial banks. The main findings of this article provide some empirical implications for marketers in banks and serve as a suggestion to improve these factors in order to retain and attract individual customers' savings deposit decisions.
College students show keen interest in advertising contest, and some contests link with class so that students participate the contest as a class assignment. But the interest is not just limited to students but to businesses. Until now five studies was made on this subject, and major findings of those dissertations are given to activating contest participation, corporate ethics and industrial-educational cooperation. It seems not enough to explain the over-heated phenomenon with the results, so that more research should be made on advertising contest. Required studies with this subject are analyzing the effectiveness relating between investment and result, theoretical establishment by empirical approach, comparative study depending on the style of contest, casual relationship between personal character and image of corporate hosting contest and so on.
Since the introduction of web 2.0 technology, social network service has been recognized as the foundation of an important future information technology. The advent of web 2.0 has led to the change of content creators. In the existing web, content creators are service providers, whereas they have changed into service users in the recent web. Users share experiences with other users improving contents quality, thereby it has increased the importance of social network. As a result, diverse forms of social network service have been emerged from relations and experiences of users. Social network is a network to construct and express social relations among people who share interests and activities. Today's social network service has not merely confined itself to showing user interactions, but it has also developed into a level in which content generation and evaluation are interacting with each other. As the volume of contents generated from social network service and the number of connections between users have drastically increased, the social network extraction method becomes more complicated. Consequently the following problems for the social network extraction arise. First problem lies in insufficiency of representational power of object in the social network. Second problem is incapability of expressional power in the diverse connections among users. Third problem is the difficulty of creating dynamic change in the social network due to change in user interests. And lastly, lack of method capable of integrating and processing data efficiently in the heterogeneous distributed computing environment. The first and last problems can be solved by using FOAF, a tool for describing ontology-based user profiles for construction of social network. However, solving second and third problems require a novel technology to reflect dynamic change of user interests and relations. In this paper, we propose a novel method to overcome the above problems of existing social network extraction method by applying FOAF (a tool for describing user profiles) and RSS (a literary web work publishing mechanism) to OLAP system in order to dynamically innovate and manage FOAF. We employed data interoperability which is an important characteristic of FOAF in this paper. Next we used RSS to reflect such changes as time flow and user interests. RSS, a tool for literary web work, provides standard vocabulary for distribution at web sites and contents in the form of RDF/XML. In this paper, we collect personal information and relations of users by utilizing FOAF. We also collect user contents by utilizing RSS. Finally, collected data is inserted into the database by star schema. The system we proposed in this paper generates OLAP cube using data in the database. 'Dynamic FOAF Management Algorithm' processes generated OLAP cube. Dynamic FOAF Management Algorithm consists of two functions: one is find_id_interest() and the other is find_relation (). Find_id_interest() is used to extract user interests during the input period, and find-relation() extracts users matching user interests. Finally, the proposed system reconstructs FOAF by reflecting extracted relationships and interests of users. For the justification of the suggested idea, we showed the implemented result together with its analysis. We used C# language and MS-SQL database, and input FOAF and RSS as data collected from livejournal.com. The implemented result shows that foaf : interest of users has reached an average of 19 percent increase for four weeks. In proportion to the increased foaf : interest change, the number of foaf : knows of users has grown an average of 9 percent for four weeks. As we use FOAF and RSS as basic data which have a wide support in web 2.0 and social network service, we have a definite advantage in utilizing user data distributed in the diverse web sites and services regardless of language and types of computer. By using suggested method in this paper, we can provide better services coping with the rapid change of user interests with the automatic application of FOAF.

This study examines the significant relations in clothing behavior according to perceptual body image and appearance management behavior. The sampling method was a convenient sampling of 190 male and 160 female students in Daejeon. The survey was conducted from June to July 2008. The instruments consisted of perceptual body image (Silhouette Task), appearance management behavior (need for plastic surgery and appearance management in ordinary times) and clothing behavior (interest in clothing and fashion, along with conformity and exhibition). The data were analyzed using the frequency analysis, $Cronbach'{\alpha}$, factor analysis, t-test, and variance analysis. The subjects with normal body size perceptions had a strong need for plastic surgery, revealed more appearance management behavior, and had a high interest in clothing. The subjects who were dissatisfied with body apperance showed high conformity to clothing. The subjects who dissatisfied to their too fat body had high needs for plastic surgery and the subjects dissatisfied with a too thin body type did less appearance management in ordinary times. The subjects who had a high need for plastic surgery performed more appearance management, had a high interest in clothing and fashion, showed a high conformity to clothing, and exhibited a high exhibition of clothing. The subjects who had more appearance management in ordinary times had a high interest in clothing and fashion and showed a high conformity and exhibition of clothing.
In this study, investigation into the impact of sensation seeking tendency and clothing attitudes upon brand variety seeking will be made through the presentation of sensation seeking tendency as consumer's motivation of clothing behavior and clothing attitude as parameter. To give goals of this study. First, to help the understanding of consumers by elucidating consumer's psychological characteristics against sensation seeking tendency, clothing attitude and diverse brands seeking. Second, to offer standard for specifying market by presenting theoretical as well as empirical data. Third. to create successful marketing strategy according to consumer groups and moreover to increase sales efficiency. Research results are as follows : As a result of investigating on which factor among sensation seeking tendency affects on seeking various brands, change seeking tendency and aesthetic seeking impact upon seeking various kinds of brands. Change seeking is turned out to be the most influential factor. Fashion leadership, fashion innovativeness, attention concentration, social approval and clothing interest had an impact on diverse kinds of brand seeking: there was a positive relations with fashion leadership. attention concentration. clothing interest and fashion innovativeness, whereas a negative link with social approval. Three factors of sensation seeking tendency, two factors, that is change seeking and aesthetic seeking. have direct and indirect paths that lead to diverse brand seeking, via clothing attitude. that is to say, clothing interest. fashion leadership. social approval and attention concentration. On the other hand, thrill and risk seeking only had indirect path. Aesthetic seeking showed higher significance to indirect effect on diverse brand seeking which takes clothing attitude as a parameter, than that of direct effect. Brand variety seeking was under considerable effect of fashion leadership, clothing interest and attention concentration, in order.
This paper examines current developing status of space law as defined in terms of its unique principle that "the utilization of outer space for all mankind's interest". As commercialization of space activities has brought about heated debate on its legitimacy with respect to that principle, space law has come to witness a dual situation. One is the realization of that principle in establishing commercial space activities system where all mankind's interest is respected through the non-discriminatory distribution mode of space benefit. In satellite telecommunication system, the INTELSAT Organization assures its public service policy while protecting itself against a competition from separate systems. For remote sensing, commercialization of LANDSAT Systems promoted since 1984 seems not to affect present non-discriminatory distribution of data and information obtained. On the other hand, active participation of private entity aiming at commercial profit enables national government to manage more effective control and supervision of those activities with a view to promoting national interests. Also, newly developed private rules and regulations are emerging in business relations about commercial space activities. Extended capacity of national government assuring its national interest in production and distribution of international resources that is outer space, and regulation of space activities by newly developed rules and customs provoke a concern about a identity problem of space law. The best way to summarize this perspective might consist in saying that non space law regulations, which are not assumed as aiming at the promotion of all mankind's interest, are confirming their role about space related activities. For those reasous, we are now facing a developing status of space law as developments of commercial space activities continues.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify upper primary school children's knowledge and attitude about cancer, empathy, and attitudes about child with cancer, and to examine the relations between these variables and factors that influence. Methods: Methods: The participants included 474 fifth and sixth grade students. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficients, ANOVA and Tukey test with SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: Mean scores were for knowledge about cancer 6.03 out of a possible 1, attitude about cancer 2.23 out of a possible 5, attitudes about child with cancer 1.11 out of a possible 3, and empathy 3.18 out of a possible 5. There were significant differences in knowledge about cancer according to school grades and parents' interest in health management. Attitude about cancer showed significant differences according to harmony of family life, worries about cancer, school life, academic achievement, school parents' interest in health management and cancer education. Empathy showed significant differences according to school grades, gender, school life, harmony of family life, and parents' interest in health management. Attitudes about child with cancer showed significant differences according to school grades, school life, and parents' interest in health management. Knowledge about cancer and empathy showed a positive correlation with attitudes about child with cancer. Knowledge and attitude about cancer, and empathy showed a significant influence on attitudes about child with cancer. Conclusion: Results of this study indicate that development of an appropriate knowledge and attitudes about cancer, and empathy by late school-aged children should lead to the positive attitudes about child with cancer.
An ontology provides an explicit specification of concepts and relations on information extracted from database or on human knowledge. Using an ontology, The information can be reconstructed according to semantic relations. In this paper. IT-People Event Ontology is constructed using people information extracted from web portals. IT-People Event Ontology represents constant information and time-temporal information on people. A system using this ontology outputs the well-organized reconstructed information on a specific individual in interest, and then the reconstructed information is suitable for users' demand.
This paper is interested in analyzing the CSFs of 3 different kinds of on-line digital products. They are on-line digital products of (1) transaction, (2) relations, and (3) interests. This study first tried to define the on-line digital products based in the above three categories and then to find the factors that might effect the customer acceptability in each product groups. Independent variables used in this study are characters of products, characters of users, and system environments. This paper that on-line survey has been conducted for the study's specialty and the collected resource was analyzed by using the SPSS 10.0K statistics package. Using multiple regression, this study finds that major factors effecting the user acceptability of each group are different from one another. For example, system environment variables such as speediness, system performance effects the customer acceptability of digital products of Interest(game, avartar, etc). Much more then that of products of relations(information service, etc). Therefore empirical findings are suggested in the conclusion.
In this study, we consider stationary waiting times in a Poisson driven single-server m-node queues in series. We assume that service times at nodes are independent, and are either deterministic or non-overlapped. Each node excluding the first node has a finite waiting line and every node is operated under a FIFO service discipline and a communication blocking policy (blocking before service). By applying (max, +)-algebra to a corresponding stochastic event graph, a special case of timed Petri nets, we derive the explicit expressions for stationary waiting times at all areas, which are functions of finite buffer capacities. These expressions allow us to compute the performance measures of interest such as mean, higher moments, or tail probability of waiting time. Moreover, as applications of these results, we introduce optimization problems which determine either the biggest arrival rate or the smallest buffer capacities satisfying probabilistic constraints on waiting times. These results can be also applied to bounds of waiting times in more general systems. Numerical examples are also provided.
