간 경화도 측정을 위한 3.0T 자기공명 탄성계수 영상의 유용성에 대한 고찰 : 확산계수 영상 및 T2 강조 영상과의 비교 (The study of utility about magnetic resonance elastography for measurements of liver stiffness : the comparisons of ADC value & T2 weighted image)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the mutual relations by measuring SNR from T2 weighted image and ADC values on the basis of the stiffness values from liver tissues. This study was conducted that total 37 people(23 of males and 11 of females) were taken the liver MRI examination and average age was $54.5{\pm}12.7$ years old. The equipment was MAGNETOM Skyra 3.0T (SIEMENS, Erlangen, Germany) and 32 channel body-array coil. The examination were conducted with HASTE T2 weighted image by axial plane, Spin-echo EPI (echo planner image) DWI (b-value = 800) and Magnetic resonance elastography. The ROIs (region of interest: 200-300 $mm^2$) were established on the basis of the first axial stiffness image corresponded 95% confidence interval from axial stiffness image and then were measured values. After drawing the grid lines, signals were measured SNR from T2 weighted image and ADC values on the same locations that were analysed other 3 planes respectively. The results were showed correlation (0.057) that were increased to SNR from T2 weighted image by increasing stiffness value that no significant difference statistically p = 0.003. Other results were showed correlations (-0.301) that were decreased to ADC values by increasing stiffness values that no significant difference statistically p = 0.088. In the 3.0T equipment, the results may be error in much the same fashion as the 1.5T from ADC values by evaluation of fibrosis stage. However, Magnetic resonance elastography would be useful method that is used to diagnose exactly liver fibrosis stages in the 3.0T.

무선 센서 네트워크에서 에너지 효율적인 데이터 전송을 위한 스케줄링/ MAC 통합 프로토콜 (A Joint Wakeup Scheduling and MAC Protocol for Energy Efficient Data Forwarding in Wireless Sensor Networks)

  • 미래 인터넷 환경에서 무선 센서 네트워크(Wireless Sensor Networks)는 광범위한 응용에 적용될 중요한 기술이다. 그러나 센서 네트워크는 기존의 네트워크와는 달리 소형이고 제한된 배터리 에너지로 운용되어야 하기 때문에 센서 네트워크가 설치된 지역에서 오랜 시간동안 많은 정보를 얻기 위해서는 에너지 효율적인 프로토콜 개발이 필수적이다. 또 센서 네트워크는 무선 멀티 홉 (multi hop) 통신을 통해 정보가 전달되기 때문에 전송 지연이 발생한다. 이런 전송 지연은 센싱된 정보가 적시에 전달되어 적절한 조치가 이루어지는 것을 어렵게 하기 때문에 센서 네트워크의 프로토콜을 설계할 때 전송 지연이 발생하지 않도록 해야 한다. 본 논문은 무선 센서 네트워크에서 일정 시간의 전송지연을 유지하면서 각 노드의 에너지의 소비를 최소화하는 데이터 전달 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안된 프로토콜은 wakeup 스케줄링과 MAC 프로토콜을 통합하여 동작하며, 데이터를 전달하는 동안 네트워크 전체의 에너지 소모를 균등하게 해 준다. 제안된 프로토콜은 모의실험을 통해서 기존의 프로토콜과 비교하여 성능을 검증하였다.

Biocompatible Formation of Silica/Titania Nanocomposite Shells on Living Chlorella Cells

  • The artificial shells of hard inorganic nanocomposites on individual cells would protect the cells physically and chemically, and control cell division. These emerging properties could be combined with cell-surface functionalizations for applications to cell-based sensors and assays as well as for fundamental studies on single-cell biology. In this work, individual Chlorella cells were encapsulated within a silica/titania nanocomposite shell in a biocompatible fashion that utilized a designed peptide, RKKRKKRKKRKKDDDDDDDD, as a catalytic template for formation of both $SiO_2$ and $TiO_2$ on the cell surface. The cell viability was maintained, and the division of the encapsulated Chlorella cells was controlled. The cell viability was enhanced compared with the $TiO_2$-shell formation. In addition, the incorporation of $TiO_2$ to the shell made it possible to anchor the ligands of interest to the shell via catechol chemistry. All in all, the combination of biological $SiO_2$ and abiolgical $TiO_2$ for the shell formation gave more tunability of the artificial shells compared with the $SiO_2$ or $TiO_2$ shells only.

친환경 섬유소재에 대한 대학생들의 인식도 연구 (University Students' Awareness of Eco-friendly Textile Fiber)

  • In midst of growing interest and awareness towards sustainability and being "green", there has been increased demand for sustainable clothing. In the purpose of boosting eco-friendly textiles industry, this research was conducted by investigating environmentally-conscious clothing behavior of university students and assessing their views on eco-friendliness of fibers. Thus, their awareness on recycled polyester fiber was evaluated. The research was conducted by surveying 257 university students residing in Daejeon. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and reliability analysis, using SPSS 19.0. The results were as follows. 1) The majority of the subjects answered "Disposing clothing in the clothing recycling container" to reduce environmental impact. 2) Six factors of eco-friendliness of fiber were extracted as reutilization, unfinishedness, economics, environment preservation, natural materials, and slow fashion by using factor analysis. 3) Subjects scored organic cotton as most eco-friendly among various fibers. Recycled polyester fiber was graded less sustainable than natural fiber, but more eco-friendly than artificial one. 4) In assessment of subject's awareness of recycled polyester fiber, they highly valued on resource-reutilization and economics, but less valued on its hygiene, thermal insulation and health-functionality.

친환경 의류지식과 의식이 친환경 의류소비에 미치는 영향 (Effect of eco-friendly clothing knowledge and consciousness on ecological clothing consumption behavior)

  • Consumers' interests in the environment have been growing; hence, their consciousness about the environment has changed and affected their clothing shopping behavior. Prior study indicated attitude-behavior inconsistency in eco-friendly consumer behavior. It was because consumers' consciousness or attitude was often measured at an abstract level, not at a product specific level. This study investigated eco-friendly clothing knowledge, eco-friendly clothing consciousness, and ecological clothing consumption behavior. The effects of consumers' level of clothing involvement and subjective norms in this process were also investigated. For the empirical research, a questionnaire was developed, and responses from 480 women in their 20s to 50s were statistically analyzed. Results indicated that interest and fashion consciousness dimensions of clothing involvement had a significant influence on eco-friendly clothing knowledge, which thereby significantly influenced the three factors of eco-friendly clothing consciousness: social responsibility, health orientation, and clothing resource-saving consciousness. Such factors had different roles in the clothing consumption process. Social responsibility had a significant influence on the entire process of clothing consumption: shopping, purchasing, using, and disposing behaviors. Health orientation consciousness had a significant influence on shopping and purchasing behaviors, whereas resource-saving consciousness had a significant impact only on shopping behavior. Subjective norms were significantly correlated with all aspects of the clothing consumption process. Influence on disposing behavior was relatively weaker than other aspects of clothing consumption behavior.

의류점포유통에서 비주얼머천다이징 의식성의 매개적 역할 (The mediating role of visual merchandising consciousness in offline apparel retailing)

  • Retail firms have begun to pursue the marketing strategies, which stimulate consumers' sensibility and lead people to purchase their products. The visible effects of visual merchandising (VM) arouse consumers' interest and play an effective role in having busy people efficiently choose products. Apparel retail stores such as SPA use the offline store to be the experiential environment of their branding. Consumers' sensitivity and response toward various visual merchandising strategies needs to be accessed. The purpose of this study is to identify VM consciousness and VM evaluation attribute factors. Relationship of such variables with other variables were accessed. As consequence variables, product satisfaction and unplanned purchase behavior were included in the study. An empirical survey data was collected from men and women of various ages. Results indicated that VM consciousness and VM evaluation attribute factors were not correlated with consumer demographic variables. VM evaluation attributes were factored into appropriateness, attractiveness and functionality dimensions. Clothing involvement and brand orientation significantly influenced product satisfaction and unplanned purchase. The direct and indirect effect (via VM consciousness) were significant. For unplanned purchase, brand orientation only had indirect effect. The influence of VM evaluation attribute factors were significant. Appropriateness had stronger effect on product satisfaction whereas attractiveness had stronger effect on unplanned behavior. Functionality dimension had only indirect effect on product satisfaction but did not show significant direct and indirect effects on unplanned purchase. This study identified the pivotal role of VM consciousness in various shopping and purchasing circumstances in offline retail store of apparel brands.

주얼리의 시장분석을 통한 Semiprecious Stone 제품 개발 연구 -가넷, 시트린 애머트린, 패리도트를 중심으로- (Analysis of Semiprecious Stone Products Development Based on Jewelry Market)

  • 최근 소비자의 의식 변화와 함께 빠른 정보 전달을 통해 개개인의 다양한 가치관을 공유하면서 과거 기업이 주도하던 트렌드에서 이제는 소비자의 Needs에 의해 트렌드가 변화하고 있다. 국내 주얼리 산업에서도 또한 주얼리가 패션 소비재로 변화하면서 소비자가 요구하는 다양한 칼라와 시각적 감성이 적용된 제품 개발이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 주얼리 산업에서는 천연 유색 보석에 대한 많은 관심과 그 소비시장이 확대되어지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Semiprecious Stone을 이용한 제품 개발의 필요성과 현황분석, 소비자 선호도 분석을 진행하고, 제품 개발을 위해서 소비자동향 조사 및 이미지 분석 조사를 통해 소비자의 스타일과 Needs에 의한 표적시장을 추출하였다. 그리고 연령별 디자인 선호 이미지 적용 형용사를 추출하여 제품 개발의 방향성을 설정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 현 주얼리의 시장분석을 통한 Semiprecious Stone 제품 개발의 필요성과 가능성을 찾아 볼 수 있었다.

식생활 라이프스타일에 따른 외식업체 배달서비스의 품질 지각 및 만족도 연구 (Research on the Consumer's Delivery Service Quality Perception and Satisfaction in Foodservice Industry Based on the Types of Food-related Life-style)

  • 본 연구는 급성장하고 있는 외식업체 배달서비스 시장에 관한 연구로, 배달서비스 품질의 차원을 도출하고, 소비자의 식생활 라이프스타일 따라 외식업체 음식 배달서비스 품질에 대한 차이가 있는지를 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 식생활 라이프스타일에 대한 요인분석 결과 '건강추구형', '유행 추구형', '미각 추구형', '안전 추구형', '편의 추구형'의 5개 요인이 추출되었고, 군집분석 결과 '맛 추구형', '식생활 고관심형', '편의 추구형'으로 분류되었다. 배달서비스 품질은 '음식품질', '경제성', '주문 편의성', '직원품질', '위생', '주문 품질'로 6가지 요인이 도출되었는데 그 중 '음식품질'과 '경제성'에서 소비자 유형별 유의한 차이를 보였다, 또한 '주문 품질', '음식 품질', '위생' 등의 순으로 만족도에 미치는 영향력의 정도가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

의류 제조업체의 SCM 활동과 주거래 공급 사슬 특성과의 상관성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relation between Apparel Manufacturers' SCM Activities and Their Major Textile Suppliers` and Retailers` Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study are to examine the supply chain management (SCM) actiities of apparel manufacturers and then to investigate the relation between apparel manufacturers' SCM activities and their major textile suppliers' and retaileers' characteristics. The data was collected from the apparel manufacturers categorized into the six product areas - woman's formal dress(30%), boy and girl's casual wear (30%), man's formal dress(15%), sports and golf wear(10%), inner wear (10%) and infant & children's wear(5%) - headquartered in Seoul, by quota convenience sampling during August 14-September 4 in 2003. From 150 questionnires of delivery, 125 were collected and 123 from 64 manufacturers were used for analysis. The SPSSWIN 10.0 was used for frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and canonical correlation analysis. the results of the study are as follows : (1) The SCM activities of apparel manufacturers showed that the activity levels of the factors of information systems ans understanding of demand characteristics were ranked on top while the activity level of collaborative partnership factor was lowest. (2) As the level of SCM activities such as communication and exchange of opinion, and commitment and leadership of a top management became higher, the elements of delivery performance, interest in total cost and relationship of the textile suppliers were more improved. (3) The SCM activities such as communication an exchange of opinion, intgrated management organization, management flexibilty, and collaorative partnership contributed for improvement of collaborative relationship with retailers.

실시간 임베디드 센서 네트워크 시스템에서 강건한 데이터, 이벤트 및 프라이버시 서비스 기술 (Robust Data, Event, and Privacy Services in Real-Time Embedded Sensor Network Systems)

  • 실시간 임베디드 센서 네트워크 시스템에서의 이벤트 감지는 대부분 현실세계에서 수집된 센서 데이터들의 조합에 기반한다. 이에 최근에 이루어진 연구들에선 센서 데이터들을 수집, 집계하는 낮은 수준의 다양한 메커니즘들을 제안하였다. 그러나 실시간에서 연속적으로 발생하는 복잡한 이벤트들의 감지와 다양한 종류의 센서들로부터 입력되는 실시간 데이터의 처리를 위한 시스템에 대한 솔루션은 보다 많은 연구를 필요로 한다. 즉, 경량의 데이터 혼합이 가능하고 많은 컴퓨팅 자원을 필요로 하지 않는 실시간 이벤트 감지 기법이 필요하다. 이벤트 감지 프레임워크는 실시간 모니터링과 센서 데이터의 도착으로 일어나는 데이터 융합 메커니즘을 통하여 적시성과 임베디드 센서 네트워크의 자원 요구량을 감소시킬 수 있는 잠재력을 지니고 있다. 또한 임베디드 센서 네트워크 시스템이 신뢰성을 지닐 수 있도록 하기 위한 기반 기술인 프라이버시를 보장할 수 있는 익명화 기술을 설명한다.
