The Hong Kong's Anti-Ordinance Amendment Movement is the most serious radical social movement since the 1997 return, which has served as the promotion of the 2014 Occupy Central Movement and broken through the violence baseline. The movement came from a criminal case committed in Taiwan, which gave a good reason and motivation for the HK government to amend the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance. The HK government has responded to the protests by strictly limiting the legal scope and transfer procedure, even giving up the legislative motion. But the protests still say no and develop into the constantly violent activities. Many of the protests have committed the crimes in HK laws, part of whom have been arrested, prosecuted and under judicially judged. It is necessary for the offenders to be punished to protect the authority of rule of law in HK. Two different paths for HK have fought against each other since the 1997 return: one is the "democratic-welfare" path taken by the Pan-Democratic Camp, the other is the "Legal-development" path taken by the Pan-Establishment Camp. The second path shares some nuclear characteristics of the so-called The China Model mainly shaped from the 40-years Reforms and Openness. However, the HK people can't understand the China Model very well and show great fear and distrust on the judicial system of Mainland China. The foreign powers such as US and UK have illegally interfered the HK issues which are deemed to be the domestic affairs of China. The so-called Sino-UK Joint Declaration can't serve as the legal basis for the interference. Taiwan, as a part of China, also plays a negative role in this movement for its electoral and political interest. Up to now, the movement has gone down and the HK government has the legal capacity to solve the problems under the supports from the central government and the HK people. The HK people love its rule of law and order under the constitutional framework of One Country Two System. After the movement,One Country Two Systems will be go on, and the integrated development under the policies of the central government will be the main stream. However, the relevant problems exposed by this movement muse be checked and solved legally and strictly, especially concerning the social inequality and youth development.
Urban agriculture, which promotes communication in vulnerable classes and the formation of social networks has been gaining attention with an emphasis on healthy city, elderly-friendly city, safe city and happy city as future keywords about urban life. There is a growing interest in public awareness in many areas such as health, society, economy, and ecology. As an attempt to improve the diversity of urban gardens, this study begins with collecting suitable crops for urban gardens from "Imwongyeongjeji (林園經濟志)," an encyclopedia written by Yoo-Ku Seo, a scholar in the 18-19th century. Out of those recorded in "Gwanhyuji (灌畦志)," 128 kinds of crops with linkage of the historical achievements of the realists who gave their priority to public welfare were selected and 53 crops which had traditionality, historicality, health functionality and popularity were finally selected. The properties (cold, warm, clam) of the selected crops were evenly distributed, and there was no crop that was hot and cool. In addition, the number of crops that have a sweet taste was the highest, followed by spicy and bitter, but there was no salty vegetable, which can be attributed to the fact that 12 namuls (wild vegetables) that grow in seas were excluded in this study since they were not suitable for urban gardens. Urban gardens can be transformed from those that focus on primary production and secondary consumption activities into a new resource that offers educational and traditional values by applying humanities to urban agriculture as a content resource in the era of cultural consilience and convergence. It is expected to satisfy urban residents' intellectual and participatory needs and to enhance the diversity and utility of urban gardens by applying traditional knowledge to a new model of urban agriculture. We hope that further research will be conducted to develop new types and models of urban agriculture going forward.

There has been a growing interest in halal-related ontology research in recent years, as ontology has gained recognition in the halal industry. This paper discusses the development of a flavouring ontology that will assist halal management auditors in predicting the halal status of flavours in order to process food producers' applications for halal certification. The development of a flavouring ontology is based on multiple references, because the auditors of halal management divisions must consult a variety of sources independently in order to determine the halal status of flavourings. The process includes 1) determining the ontology goal and scope, 2) building ontologies, and 3) evaluating the ontologies. The researcher used Protégé to design the ontologies, and Phyton was used to develop a prototype based on flavouring ontology. The developed ontology consists of four classes, nine sub-classes, and 11 relationships. The evaluation of the ontology using the prototype revealed that the majority of experts were satisfied with the information generated by the ontology in the prototype, particularly in relation to synonyms and the hierarchical structure of a flavour. However, the experts suggest improvements in terms of flavour metadata, especially on raw materials and natural occurrence data, so that the flavour information retrieved is comprehensive and accurate.

So far, the rationality of management decisions has been limited to the economic rationality of maximizing self-interest. However, management rationality in the ESG era, which pursues the interests of the environment, society, and the company from the perspective of harmony and balance, requires new judgment standards. The goal of ESG management is sustainable development. Sustainable development goes beyond the accumulation of wealth, which was the goal of the past economy, and aims for the happiness of the entire society, including coexistence and fair development that develops together with the entire society. From Aristotle's perspective, the happiness of the entire society promoted by sustainable development is no different from the highest good of citizens, members of the community. Accordingly, this paper attempted to explore the new management rationality required for managers in the ESG era by comparing Aristotle's concept of citizenship with the concept of 'corporate citizenship', one of the main concepts of ESG management. Through this, we sought to show that companies are essentially communal entities and that the company's pursuit of profit requires rationality of balance and harmony with environmental and social interests.
As interest in environmental pollution has increased, research in the field of filtration has been concentrated. While various types of filters have been developed, research on nanomaterial filtration has been limited. Since then, the development of new materials such as carbon nanotubes (CNTs) has accelerated the study of new filters. Especially, CNTs have been among the most attractive materials ever synthesized for the development of nano-technologies. However, there are fundamental technical problems to be solved the development of new CNT composites. One of these problems is the development of a CNTs filter with excellent adsorption behavior and a filter that is capable of filtering a specific substance. In addition, it is necessary to develop a technology to increase the uniform distribution of CNTs, and to reduce the high processing cost of CNT composite production. In general, the chemical pathways for the production of CNTs include hydrocarbon gases, such as methane (CH4) and acetylene (C2H2), through metal nanoparticle catalysts. However, nano-metal particles have a strong coagulation phenomenon at high temperature by catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) method. In this review, attempts were made by applying three different reaction techniques to form CNTs on biomorphic carbon materials (BCM) coated with catalyst materials to control the shape and size of CNTs. Hierarchical carbon substrates with pore size of 100 ~ 300 ㎛ were developed using carbonization reaction. Linde type A (LTA) zeolite, silicalite-1, and mesoporous SiO2 template crystals were simultaneously synthesized and coated on the BCM by an in-situ hydrothermal process to synthesize high-yield CNTs composites.

The purpose of this study was to develop a large representative data base for jeans marketing strategy This study was to survey brand features(launching year, launching company, design concept, sales volume, and price zone) in the current market, and was to examine brand awareness and it's relationship to segmented distribution regions, demo- graphic variables(sex, age, monthly household income, and seasonal clothing expenditure). This study was also to analyze brand image and consumer's seeking image. The 660 questionnaires were distributed and 618 reliable ones were used for statistical analysis. A SAS statistical package including frequency table, Chi-square test, factor analysis, analysis of variance(ANOVA), Duncan's multiple range test and paired-t test was used. The results are as follows: 1. Brand awareness involves "brand recall" based on asking a person to name the brand recalled first, and "brand recognition" based on asking to identify brand name from 30 given brands. The result of recall brand test indicated that Levi's was dominant brand. People recognized about 70.8% of brands on the average. Brand recognition was influenced by segmented distribution region and demographic variables. 2. There was significantly positive relationship between brand recognition and purchasing behavior. 3. National brands were more recognized than Licensed brands. 4. The result showed that "Nix" was best represented for sophisticated brand image, "Strom" for characteristic, "Jambangee" for resonable price, and "Levi's" for classic '||'&'||' comfortable brand image. 5. As a result of factor analysis on consumer's seeking image, six factors(characteristic, young, intelligent/sexy, comfortable, exotic and popular) were found. Several factors had a relationship with preferred design, demographic variables, fashion interest, and brand recognition. variables, fashion interest, and brand recognition.
The purposes of this study are to develop the mathematical performance assessment tasks and to apply them to the middle school students. And I also intend to know the students' inclination and learning attitude to mathematics. In order to satisfy this study, I developed the performance assessment tasks and the standard program of marking about the mathematical function and statistics for the first grade students at middle school. After examining the students' basic investigation, their inclination and learning attitude to mathematics, I applied these developed tasks to them After that I put both classes and performance assessment into operation in all 15 periods. I set up two classes of the first grade students (49 students) at J middle school in Kongju, Chungcheongnam-do as a model group. The results of this study are as follows: First, owing to the developed performance assessment tasks of function and statistics, the teachers can operate the assessment system as a process of teaching and learning. Second, because of the application of mathematical performance assessment tasks, we can change the students' inclination and learning attitude to mathematics affirmatively. And by using these tasks, we can help the students to think mathematically. In this way, the students will be able to realize the real value of mathematics and have a growing interest in mathematics through all these meaningful processes. Judging from this study, we can elevate the students' abilities of problem solving and reasoning and improve teaching-learning method by applying the performance assessment tasks to them. Thanks to these tasks, the students will be changed affirmatively in their inclination and learning attitude to mathematics. I think that these tasks are very good assessment method which can call forth curiosity and interest. Besides, they can also help the students realize the real value of mathematics.
The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum chemical composition, color value, salinity, pH, total acidity, and texture for the production of short-term Green Gochujang using Cheongyang pepper powder and Meju powder. The results were as follows. The moisture content for Green Gochujang made from Cheongyang pepper powder was 33.50% for CON, and 27.21% for GG1. Crude fat and crude protein contents increased as the amount of added Meju powder increased (p<0.001). GG1 and CON contained 9.47% and 9.05% crude ash contents. Water activity was between 0.89 to 0.90. A higher amount of added Meju powder resulted in an increased color L value (p<0.001). CON showed the highest a value and b value compared to GG4, which had the lowest a and b values. Salinity was between 5.10% to 5.83%, which was lower compared to a former study. CON had a pH of 5.25, and GG4 had a pH of 6.06. Regarding total acidity, CON had a total acidity of 0.85, and GG4 had a total acidity of 0.44. Hardness value was highest in GG1 (1535.63), and lowest in CON (422.07) (p<0.001). GG1 showed the highest value in the adhesiveness property test, whereas CON showed the lowest value. GG1, which contained the highest amount of Cheongyang pepper powder showed the highest gumminess value (698.47). In an acceptance test, CON and GG3 showed the best appearance and scent value. GG3 received the highest interest in taste, texture, and overall quality. Through these results, GG3 made with 150 g of Chengyang Green pepper powder, 200 g of Meju powder, 600 g of starch syrup, 500 g of water, and 75 g of salt showed fine overall sensory interest, and therefore can be used for the production of fine Green Gochujang and Gochujang sauce.

Computer education is moving its focus from skill oriented education to improving students' creativity and problem solving ability. Thus, the importance of programming education is being strengthened. However, programming education was biased to grammar oriented language that has been limits of students' interest. Robot programming is problem solving itself, and by allowing students to directly see the robot which is the output of programming, can help interest and motivate to the students. In fact, it is still observed that the students are facing difficulties due to various kinds of errors during the programming education. Therefore, this study categorizes and analyzes the errors students are facing during robot programming, and based on that, a support tool to help treat errors developed. The developed supporting system for error solving reduces the frequency of errors and provides the set of coding instruction, NXC language and error message in Korean, examples and detailed information for each stage of education, function removing major coding errors, and code sorting and indication of row number. This study also confirmed that the supporting tool is helpful in reducing and solving errors after input.
