  • The tourism industry and AR act as important factors to diversify the tourism industry by combining them with one another. Currently, the advent of mobile smartphones and AR interactive is expected to play a major role in improving tourists' experiences and promoting tourism. AR's high entertainment characteristics, realism and strong interaction can be actively used as a major advantage in promoting tourism. This paper presents some appropriate examples of how AR interactive design is used in tourism marketing through various use cases where AR interactive design is used in tourism. Furthermore, a detailed analysis of the Magical Gulangyu verifies the descriptions listed in the text and presents the direction of future research.

  • The main purpose of this study is to develop new measurement device of the quality of terminal service, applying the existing research output of service marketing to the specific industrial aspect of container terminal. Especially we tried to help marketing managers present the points of effective marketing strategy with each dimension of service quality. To achieve this aim, we defined the service quality demensions of container port as the following three ones; the internal, the external, and the interactive qualities. The applied measuring instruments could be divided into three dimensions by carrying out factor analysis. Additionally, by analyzing the relative effects of the three dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction, we found that the relative importance are as follows; interaction quality>internal quality> external quality. We confirmed that the three dimensions of service quality could affect customer loyalty and information, through customer satisfaction.

Towards a Redundant Response Avoidance for Intelligent Chatbot

  • Smartphones are one of the most widely used mobile devices allowing users to communicate with each other. With the development of mobile apps, many companies now provide various services for their customers by studying interactive systems in the form of mobile messengers for business marketing and commercial promotion. Such interactive systems are called "chatbots." In this paper, we propose a method of avoiding the redundant responses of chatbots, according to the utterances entered by the user. In addition, the redundant patterns of chatbot responses are classified into three categories for the first time. In order to verify the proposed method, a chatbot is implemented using Telegram, an open source messenger. By comparing the proposed method with an existent method for each pattern, it is confirmed that the proposed method significantly improves the redundancy avoidance rate. Furthermore, response performance and variation analysis of the proposed method are investigated in our experiment.

  • Developments and changes in digital environment based on computer technologies and internet networks enabled us interactive communication for planning and execution through the freedom of 'connection', 'sharing', and 'conversion'. The subject of this study, interactive commercial, might be the core of success based on creation which stems from communication design, revolution in design and technology, and conversion. Communication in modern economy is not optional, but essential. Furthermore, like evolution process up to Augmented Reality from developments of mobile communication technology, or concept in paradigm change, digital interactive commercial means the core of success, not a part of it. Therefore, in order to achieve success in the global competition structure, mobile communication design, revolution, and creation which produce added value shall be working as a base. In order to reach effective communication process performance of interactive commercial media, this study would like to propose building a media commercial system which is realized by human senses. Using this, standardized methods for interactive commercial which can be used together with augmented reality based on digital technology, and for using digital robot contents are available, along with methodology system of their use. In addition, the ultimate goal of this study aims to discover new factors through reorganization of precedent analysis and adaptation based on academic achievement and practical application. And thus, it wants to contribute to practical use of interactive commercial out of augmented reality-based communication in which technology, marketing, and design are integrated to be used in real sense.

  • Electronic commerce includes the tasks that support the buying and selling of goods and services, and interactions among those tasks. Electronic commerce enables companies to close stores, reduce inventory requirements, and distribute products over the internet. Electronic commerce can simplify communication and change relationships The expanding global e-marketplace has triggered an evolution with powerful implications. The introduction of interactive media and the online environment has made real-time, customized one-to-one advertising, marketing and commerce possible. I-marketing is the most rapidly growing channel being explored today. Users of this expanding medium include a range of service providers, publishers, marketers of music, s/w, other products that cross an increasing number of industry lines. Thus, the opportunities for e-business marketing strategy, and new businesses based on interactivity and sophisticated database technology are vast. This study explores the e-business marketing strategy of digital age. Strategic e-marketing can harness the power of today's technology to propel a company of any size farther into the worldwide market than ay any other time in history, increasing potential profits and productivity.

  • Edutainment is the one of important factors to study interactive TV for children, and it is a big portion in kid's marketing and education market as well. The aim of this study is to design interactive TV for children to maximize edutainment effects by researching children's behaviors. The analysis of children's behaviors with educational effects should be focused to apply designing user experience to propose new ideas of interactive TV. Through observing children's behaviors and interaction with other media, such as books, CD players, digital camera, and so on, TV can be reanalyzed as reliable media, which is creative interactive TV for children with proposals of user experience structure and interaction solution. TV has been changed from analog TV to IPTV and it will be different with network and interactive solution.

The Effect of Consumer Involvement on the Clothing Product Performance Recognized by Consumer (소비자관여가 소비자가 인지한 의류제품의 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Consumer involvement is one of the most important concepts in target marketing. Marketing managers seeking repeat business and a long term relationship with their consumers must understand the process underlying product evaluation. Therefore, the objective of this study was to find out the relationships between consumer involvement and product performance. Judgement sampling method through survey was utilized to collect the data and the subjects were 614 university students. Factor analysis, reliability test, and regression were used to analyze the data. The research results showed that there were three dimensions of product performance, so called, ‘aesthetic’, ‘utilitarian’, and ‘socio-interactive’. Consumer involvement was positively related to all dimensions of product performance. Understanding of the relationship between consumer involvement and product performance would contribute to build useful marketing strategies.

Trans-Parasocial Relation Between Influencers and Viewers on Live Streaming Platforms: How Does it Affect Viewer Stickiness and Purchase Intention?

  • Live streaming has become one of the most important communication tools for influencers to synchronously interact with viewers. It is critical to understand the effect of the reciprocal and synchronously interactive relations built between influencers and viewers, so-called trans-parasocial relations, in the context of live streaming. In this study, we investigate how trans-parasocial relations impact viewers' stickiness and purchase intention on live streaming platforms. Furthermore, we investigate fanship as a mediating factor in the relationship between trans-parasocial relations and viewers' behaviors. Overall, the results reveal significant direct and indirect effects of trans-parasocial relations on viewers' stickiness and purchase intention. Higher trans-parasocial relations further lead to stronger viewers' fanship toward influencers and increases their willingness to stay longer or make purchases on live streaming platforms. These findings further the understanding of influencer-viewer relations and viewers' behavior on live streaming platforms and provide valuable insights into influencer marketing and live streaming.

Marketing Communication and Synergy of Pentahelix Strategy on Satisfaction and Sustainable Tourism

  • This study aims to present explicit findings from an internal perspective, namely the interaction patterns of marketing communication between pentahelix elements and testing the expectations of tourists towards tourism activities through a simulation model between variables. This study is divided into two methods of analysis, namely qualitative explorative, where the study aims to invest in communication patterns and patterns of interaction between pentahelix stakeholders in Sitiwinangun Tourism Village, West Java, Indonesia with involve 17 informants who came from pentahelix elements (Government, academics, community, business and media). Second, quantitative method to measure the extent of effectiveness rather than collaboration activities and the role of marketing communication to tourist satisfaction is done by an analytical approach involving 30 tourists through customer satisfaction surveys. The results of this study illustrate that the involvement of each pentahelix element has not been maximized. The pattern of interaction and communication between elements also shows the gap between interests, expectations, and reality. This study provides a real picture that to realize a tourism program that is profitable, holistic, and sustainable requires collaboration that is wrapped with transparent and interactive communication patterns. The marketing communication concept approach combined with collaboration theory between stakeholders can be useful for sustainable tourism.

  • Promotion websites of companies have several advantages: They can publicize the brand image in various ways by using the character of web environment; they enable consumers to learn the information of products in the round with interests; they can stretch out their marketing targets to the whole world. In order to make an effective delivery of their information in such promotion websites, interaction with their consumers is an important factor, for which understanding Interactive Storytelling is essential. The purpose of this thesis is to study Interactive Storytelling which enables us to have effective interaction with consumers in making promotion websites of companies. For this, this thesis analyzes examples of Interact Storytelling focused on it have story promotion websites on the basis of the five steps for internet marketing promotions: attraction of visitors, attraction of interests and participations, acquisition of the information of customers, grasp of the needs of customers, and an offer of values classified by customers.
