기후변화에 따른 고도별 곤충의 유전 변이를 분석하고자 배추에서 복숭아혹진딧물(Myzus persicae)을 지표해충으로 변이 분석이 가능한 마커를 개발하고자 하였다. 즉, 지역의 기후가 변하면 유전자가 변동할 것이라는 가설 하에 실내에서 누대 사육된 계통을 비교집단으로 가정하고 횡성, 평창과 강릉 지역에서 고도별 5개 지역(157 m, 296 m, 560 m, 756 m, 932 m)에서 채집된 지역 집단간의 변이를 찾고자 하였다. 생태적 변이는 모든 집단에서 찾을 수가 없었고, 에스터레이즈 동위효소 분석 및 inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) PCR 결과에서 실내 사육 계통과 지역 집단간의 차이는 보였으나 지역 집단간의 큰 차이는 찾을 수가 없었다. 그러나 rRNA와 mtCO I 부분 염기서열을 분석하여 5개의 지역집단 내에서 internal transcribed spacer-2 (ITS-2) 와 mtCO I에 각각 한 개씩의 단일염기다형성(SNP)를 발견하였다. 이 SNP는 유전 변동 추적이 가능한 매우 유용한 마커로 사용 될 수 있다.

In this paper, the definition to flexibility is examined through the literature and re-classified to set up an evaluation model. Flexibility is classified into three categories to find the flexibility types for evaluation. The flexibility type called as manufacturing flexibility is defined and a model is developed to make the performance evaluation possible, The manufacturing flexibility has a heavy relationship to the machine flexibility; and 5 flexibility types out of 8 have relationship to the machine flexibility. This indicates that it is possible to have a pretty good evaluation measure if the machine flexibility related types could be evaluated using a model. There are four different inter-arrival times in the model. A big time saving is observed if the processing time is set equal to 72 second. This indicates that a flexibility affects the system a lot if the inter-arrival time is close to the processing time. The model used in this paper includes multi-processes in a production line with machine failure. However, development of realistic models with buffer between processes and some of the flexibility types not included in this model are remained for further research.

이 연구는 지하수개발사업 타당성 분석을 지원하기 위한 Desk GIS에 기반한 지하수사업기초조사지원 시스템을 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 개발된 시스템을 이용하면, 신규 개발 예정관정에 대하여 GIS안에서 모의 양수실험을 할 수 있으며, 기설관정의 채수영향반 경과의 중첩여부, 오염원 등과 비교하여 지하수관정개발사업의 허가여부를 판단할 수 있다. 농업기반공사 등 지하수 관련 부서들이 전사적으로 지하수 관련자료를 공유할 수 있으며, 자료의 정확성, 신뢰성 그리고 최신정보를 공유할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 시스템반도체의 기술혁신패턴의 진화를 지식의 생성방식의 진화와 이에 따른 기업간 관계의 진화라는 관점에서 분석하였다. 특히 설계도구인 EDA의 등장 이후에 지식의 생성방식이 변화하였고 이를 기반으로 기업유형의 진화, 기업간 관계의 진화 풍 기술혁신패턴이 진화하였음을 문헌자료에 대한 검토와 주요 기업에 대한 인터뷰를 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시스템반도체의 혁신활동은 과거 지식의 축적을 통한 설계활동 중심의 기술개발에서 지식 및 기술활용을 위한 탐색활동 중심의 혁신활동으로 진화하고 있다. 즉, 특정 기능의 구현을 통한 제품개발이 아니라 IP를 활용한 시스템 구축으로 제품개발이 이루어지는 설계활동의 분업화로 지식과 기술의 탐색활동이 중요해지고 있다. 둘째, 지식의 가치가 높아짐에 따라서 지식을 통한 신시장의 창출과 기업간 관계를 통한 신산업, 신기술의 개발이 일어나고 있다. 동시에 기존의 설계활동보다 설계비용 절감과 설계기간이 단축되면서 시장과 기술의 진화에 더욱 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 기업유형으로 전문적 분업화가 일어나고 있다. 셋째, 지식의 활용측면이 점차적으로 강조됨에 따라 기업간 네트워크는 다른 기업과의 상호보완적인 기술개발구조를 구축하기 위해 다양하게 형성되고 있다. 이러한 논의는 국내외 기업간 네트워크를 전략적으로 활용하고, 시장창출과 지식활용 등 탐색활동을 위한 제반 전략이 강구되어야 함을 시사한다.

This study aimed to examine the establishment of the fish-paste processing industrial cluster in Busan. In order to successfully promote the fish-paste processing industrial cluster in Busan, first of all, it is required to implement various fish-paste processing related infra-structures and foundations. In addition to this, the agreements among fish-paste processing related organizations and businesses are inevitable to secure plans of inter-working with fisheries policies, to make efficient conditions for the stable supply of raw materials, and to pursue various supports from central and local governments for a viable development of fish-paste processing business companies in Busan.

IT 융합은 IT의 자체 고도화를 바탕으로 다른 분야의 기술개발과 산업발전을 견인하거나 새로운 산업창출을 목표로 국가전략적 차원에서 접근을 하고 있으며 연구자원을 집중 투자하고 있다. 이에 IT 융합은 주력산업을 고부가가치화하고, IT 신산업을 창출할 뿐만 아니라, 범부처적으로 추진하는 신성장동력 육성에 기여하는 첨단융합 산업분야로 부상하게 되었다. 건강관련 융합서비스는 기존의 질병 예방과 관리 중심의 치료기술 산업에서 운동/스포츠 및 재활 중심의 엔터테인먼트체험 산업으로 확장되는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IT 융합에 대하여 그 중요성을 지니는 것만큼 건강운동과 관련된 IT 융합기술개발 동향을 파악하고 기존에 진행되었던 주요 기술개발과 융합산업 발전을 위한 방향에 관한 제언을 하고자 한다.

The reform movements of current mathematics education have based on several major ideas, in order to provide a new vision of the teaching and loaming of mathematics. Of the ideas, the motto of communication of mathematics appears to be a significant factor to change teaching practices in mathematics classroom. Through Vygotsky's sociocultural theory, the psychological background is presented for both supporting the motto and extracting important suggestions of the reform of mathematics education. The development of higher mental functions is explained by internalization, semiotic mediation, and the zone of proximal development. Above all, emphasis is put on the concepts of scaffolding and inter subjectivity related to the zone of proximal development. Seven implications are proposed by Vygotsky's sociocultural theory for the new forms of the teaching and learning of mathematics.

The present study aims to examine the role of market orientation as an international partnership property. This property, labeled export-venture market orientation, is at the inter-firm level and is related to the new market development (NMD) activities of export-ventures. Specifically, this article is to define the export-venture market orientation; to argue that it is a major factor in NMD export-venture success; and to argue that the resource-advantage (R-A) theory of competition can provide a theoretical foundation for this concept and explain its contribution to export-ventures' international expansion success. This manuscript is conceptual in approach. In their efforts to strengthen relationships, export-ventures may tend to focus so much time on the partnership factors that they miss market opportunities. As a spanning process, NMD should be informed by both external and internal activities. In an export-venture, market orientation helps guide NMD activities from outside to inside and vice versa. As a dynamic and disequilibrium provoking process, the R-A theory can theoretically ground the concept of export-venture market orientation and explain its role in NMD export-venture success. The current study contributes to business marketing theory in three ways: it extends the concept of intra-organizational market orientation to an inter-organizational context; contributes to understanding the role of idiosyncratic resources in export-ventures; and theoretically explains the concept of export-venture market orientation. The present study is the first to extend the concept of market orientation into inter-organizational NMD framework and to examine the role of export-venture market orientation in NMD export-venture success.

본 연구는 도시화 과정의 하나로 일어나는 개발사업이 지속가능한 형태로 추진되기 위한 방안을 모색하였으며, 그 중에서도 현재 대규모 개발사업인 신도시를 중심으로 적용하고 있는 환경생태계획의 실태와 문제점을 심층 검토하고 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다 특히 도시 관련 개발사업 중 크게 구분할 수 있는 도시개발사업(도시개발법에 근거)과 택지개발사업(택지개발촉진법에 근거)의 입지 및 개발방식의 차별성을 고려하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 우선, 선행 연구결과들을 바탕으로 설정한 원칙과 문제점에 근거하여 환경생태계획 대상 사업 규모를 설정하였으며, 환경생태계획의 절차적 개선방안에서는 크게 입지 및 지구지정 단계, 개발계획단계, 실시계획 단계, 사후관리 단계로 구분하여 문헌과 전문가 의견수렴을 바탕으로 문제점 및 해결방안을 제시하였다. 계획체계 측면 개선을 고려한 환경생태계획의 내용적 범위는 계획의 개요, 환경생태구상, 공간구조 골격 구상, 도시환경 재생 및 영향 저감계획으로 구분하여 도출되었다. 특히 도시개발사업은 복원 혹은 새롭게 창출해야 하는 조성녹지 확보와 이를 고려한 생태적 연결성 확보, 그리고 생태면적률 확보가 택지개발사업은 보전지역과 환경용량, 광역녹지축 등의 고려가 차별성 있게 고려되어야할 것으로 보인다. 이상의 결과들을 종합하여 환경생태계획과 개발계획, 환경성평가 각각의 기능과 연계성을 정립하였으며, 이들 간의 연계성 정립을 통해 장기적으로 지속가능한 토지개발이 가능한 형태로 발전될 것으로 판단되었다.

역합성 개구면 레이더(Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar: ISAR) 영상은 표적으로부터 반사되어 돌아온 레이더 수신신호들을 코히런트하게 신호처리하여 형성한 표적의 2차원 영상이다. 본 논문에서는 계단 첩 파형(Stepped Chirp Waveform: SCW)을 이용한 ISAR 영상 형성과정에서 펄스 간 움직임(Inter-Pulse Motion: IPM)이 존재하는 경우, 이를 효과적으로 보상하기 위한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 널리 쓰이는 최적화 기법 중 하나인 particle swarm optimization(PSO)를 기반으로 IPM에 관련된 표적의 속도와 가속도를 추정한다. 또한, 개선된 PSO를 통해 기존의 성능을 더욱 향상시켜 실시간 요동보상을 수행한다. 시뮬레이션에서는 Boeing-737의 점 산란원 모델을 이용한 기동 시나리오에서 제안된 알고리즘의 성능을 확인한다.
