멀티플렉스영화관에서의 고객만족과 고객의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Customer's Satisfaction and Intention in Multiplex Theater)

  • Today, it can not be denied that customer's satisfaction is one of the most important key factors for business success. This paper studies relationships between customer's satisfaction and intention in multiplex, where customer satisfaction means several kinds of the satisfaction of both facility and personnels inside and outside multiplex while the intention means that customer has the intention that he/she will revisit, inform by word of mouth, and stay at multiplex in the future. The number of subjects In this study is 346 persons stayed at four multiplexes, among which we obtained valid responses from 326 persons through questionnaire investigation. We held hypotheses for the relationships, and for the testing, used methods are Spearman's correlation, Mann-Whitney test, etc, and for statistical analysis, SPSS 10.1 software was used. Thus, we found statistically significant results. The relation between customer's satisfaction and his/her favorable intention is positive. With the information given in this paper we can notice which kind of satisfaction is highly related to each intention of customer, so that multiplex can be operated more effectively toward high revenue.

Family Relationships as a Predictor of COVID-19 Preventive Behavioral Intention and Pandemic Fatigue Among Young Filipino Undergraduates

  • Cognizant of the role of the family in influencing health behaviors among its young members, especially during the time of COVID-19 in the Philippines where stay-at-home measures were in place from March 2020 until March 2022, this study sought to determine the predictive relationship of family relationship to COVID-19 preventive behavioral intention and pandemic fatigue among young Filipino undergraduates. A total of 1,665 undergraduate students participated in this cross-sectional online survey. Findings reveal that family cohesion significantly increases COVID-19 prevention behavioral intention among undergraduates. Moreover, students who report high levels of conflict in the family are less likely to comply with preventive behaviors and exhibit higher levels of pandemic fatigue.

치과위생사의 긍정심리자본과 성장마인드셋, 셀프리더십이 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of dental hygienists' positive psychological capital, growth mindset, and self-leadership on retention intention)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to analyze the factors influencing the positive psychological capital, growth mindset, and self-leadership of dental hygienists in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions with regard to their retention intention. The findings would serve as basic data for improving the retention intention. Methods: The methods espoused for analysis comprised independent sample t-test and ANOVA for group comparisons, Pearson's correlation analysis for examining the correlation between variables, and multiple regression analysis for identifying factors affecting retention intention. Results: Positive psychological capital was higher among those under the age of 27 and employed in dental clinics. Growth mindset was higher among those with less than three years of work experience and those working in clinics. Self-leadership was higher among those aged 28-31, and retention intention was higher among those under the age of 27 and with less than three years of work experience (p<0.05). A correlation was observed between positive psychological capital and self-leadership (r=0.760), self-leadership and retention intention (r=0.514), positive psychological capital and retention intention (r=0.505), positive psychological capital and growth mindset (r=0.337), and growth mindset and self-leadership (r=0.245) (p<0.001). Factors influencing the intention to stay at work were self-leadership (β=0.309) and positive psychological capital (β=0.242) (p<0.05). Conclusions: In order to improve dental hygienists' retention intention, it is necessary to devise strategies for improving positive psychological capital and self-leadership.

대기 오염이 도시 거주 의도에 미치는 영향: 중국 자료를 중심으로 (The Impact of Air Pollution on the Willingness to Stay in Cities: Evidence from A Chinese Survey)

  • 중국의 급속한 경제성장과 가속화된 도시화에 따라 노동력의 이동성이 증가하였으며, 이에 따라 이주자의 거주지 선택과 거주 의도는 중국의 경제와 사회에 중요한 영향을 미치게 되었다. 본 연구는 대기오염이 도시간 이동한 사람들이 장기적으로 도시에 머무르려 하는지에 어떤 영향을 주는지 분석한다. 중국 도시간 이동한 사람들에 대한 서베이 자료와 도시 수준의 PM2.5로 대표되는 대기오염자료를 매칭함으로써, 회귀분석을 통해서 도시의 대기질을 좋은 곳으로 이동한 사람들은 해당 도시에 더 오래 남으려는 유인을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구결과를 통해서 대기질의 유지가 도시의 인구를 지속적으로 유지하는데 중요한 변수임을 알 수 있다.

Analyzing the Intention of Sports Consumers' Purchase Behavior Through Online Sports Distributors

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze Korean sports consumers' intention to stay using online sports products and services through online sports distribution platforms or return to using sports facilities and services in person. Research design, data and methodology: This study set up two models measuring consumers' recognition, attitude, and purchase intention toward online sports products and services based on involvement theory. An online survey was conducted and a total of 2,263 consumers participated in this study. Male participants were 1,256(55.5%) and female participants were 1,007(44.5%). Descriptive statistics were performed, and a path analysis was utilized to analyze the proposed model using SPSS 26 and SAS. Results: The results revealed two proposed models used in this study supported that consumers' online sports product and service recognition leads to a positive attitude toward online sports products and services. Moreover, consumers' positive online sports product and service attitudes were shown to lead to positive intentions to purchase online sports products and services. Conclusions: The findings revealed the recognition of consumers' online sports products and services led to positive attitudes and behavioral intentions. Implications were provided by suggesting the sports industry stick to developing online sports products and services until the endemic of COVID-19 is declared.

간호사의 일 가치감, 심리적 주인의식 및 간호근무환경이 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Work Value, Psychological Ownership and Nursing Working Environment on Intention of Retention in Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose : This study aims to assess the extent of work value, psychological ownership, the nursing work environment, and retention intention, examine the correlation between these variables, and identify the factors that influence retention intention. The goal is to provide foundational data to enhance retention intention. Method : The study involved 159 nurses employed at a tertiary general hospital and a general hospital. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires and analyzed using an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis with a simultaneous stepwise method, all conducted using the SPSS 26.0 software. Results : The intention to remain in the profession was found to have a positive correlation with work value (r = .45, p < .001), psychological ownership (r = .37, p < .001), and the nursing work environment (r = .27, p = .001). Significant factors influencing the intention to stay included total clinical career (𝛽 = .17, p = .016), work value (𝛽 = .38, p < .001), and psychological ownership (𝛽 = .19, p = .020). These variables accounted for 24.1% of the variance in the intention to remain in the profession (F = 17.71, p < .001). Conclusion: To enhance the intention of hospital staff to remain in their positions, it is crucial to identify and bolster positive psychological competencies, such as a sense of work value and psychological ownership.

치과위생사의 자기효능감과 이직의도와의 관련 조사 (A Study on the Self-Efficacy and Turnover Intention of Dental Hygienists)

  • This study aimed to explore possible relationships between self-efficiency and intention to leave in dental hygienists so as to provide basic data for developing solutions to effectively manage dental hygienist man power. A total of 206 dental hygienists from different dental care institutions in Cheonbuk Province were chosen as subjects by a convenience sampling method. Data were collected through a self-reported survey. The results were as follows. The self-efficiency was higher among dental hygienists who were more than 36 years of age, had graduated university, were at their cuurent job longer than 11 years, and reported their annual income to be more than 25 million won. As their age was younger and their education and income levels were lower, their intention to leave was stronger. Also subjects who were unmarried, did not feel satisfaction with their current job, and did not want to stay any longer at the location where they were currently working tended to have higher intention to leave. The higher their self-efficiency, the lower their turnover intention. An examination of the three factors offered by a factor analysis on self-efficiency, 1) sense of competence, 2) sense of confidence, and 3) strong drive, revealed that the higher their sense of competence, the lower their turnover intention. It was also revealed that their self-efficiency had a significant influence on their turnover intention and the most influential factor was their sense of competence.

미용 전공 대학생의 학업만족도가 중도탈락의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Academic Satisfaction Level on Intention to Drop Out among Cosmetology Majors)

  • This study sought to investigate the effect of academic satisfaction on the dropout intention of cosmetology undergraduates. Analyzing the effect of academic satisfaction on career dropouts showed that the sub-factors of academic satisfaction-evaluation satisfaction, class satisfaction had a statistically significant part effect. Analyzing the effect of academic satisfaction on psychological factors for dropping out showed that the sub-factors of academic satisfaction have a statistically significant effect. Furthermore, regarding the effect of academic satisfaction on environmental factors, the sub-factors of academic satisfaction have a statistically significant effect on wealth. High satisfaction was shown to have no statistically significant effect on dropout intention. The results of the study showed that the higher the degree of satisfaction with the evaluation and the degree of satisfaction with the course of beauty majors, the more negative (-) the impact on dropout. For cosmetology majors, academic satisfaction is a subjective emotion felt through study at university and major. Students with high academic satisfaction are more likely to love their school and their work, and positively influence their intention to stay in school and reduce student dropout rates. Intention to drop out indicates the intention to lose interest and purpose in cosmetology college students. This is directly linked to the dropout rate of school students and requires steady research. Through this research, we hope that active discussions will be held on academic satisfaction and intention to drop out of university students specializing in cosmetology.

영업사원 직무만족도의 선행변수와 결과변수 사이의 인과관계에 관한 연구 - 리더의 지원 능력과 조직시민행동을 중심으로 - (Research on the Antecedent and Consequences of Salesperson Job Satisfaction - Focused on Leadership and Organizational Citizenship -)

  • 본 연구는 Brown과 Peterson(1993)의 메타 분석에서 자료의 부족으로 실증하지 못했던 리더의 지원 역량을 직무 만족도의 선행 변수로 제안하였고 기존 조직 문헌에서 활발히 연구되었던 조직시민 행동을 직무 만족도와 관련된 인과 관계 모형에서 새로운 결과 변수로 제안하였다. 연구 모델에 대한 분석 결과 6개의 가설중 조직시민행동과 정착의향 관계에 관한 가설을 제외하고 모두 지지되었다. 이러한 실증 결과를 통해서 조직 문헌에서 많이 연구되었던 조직시민행동은 영업사원 직무 만족도의 결과 변수이지만 영업 사원의 정착 의향과는 직접적인 관련성이 없음이 밝혀졌다. 또한 Brown 과 Peterson(1993)의 실증 연구에서 직무 만족도의 선행 요인이었던 역할 모호성처럼 리더의 지원역량 변수도 조직 몰입이나 조직시민행동에 직접적인 영향을 주기 보다 직무 만족도를 통해 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구 결과 회사가 영업 사원들의 정착율을 높이기 위해 신경을 써야 하는 관리 변수는 직무 만족도와 조직에 대한 몰입인 것으로 나타났다. 특히 조직에 대한 몰입은 회사에 대한 정착 의향 뿐아니라 주변 사람들에게 바람직한 시민행동을 발휘하게 하므로 단기적 정착 지표 뿐아니라 장기적인 조직 활성화를 이끌어낼 수 있다는 점에서 회사가 더욱 관심있게 관리해야 할 선행 지표라고 판단된다.

고객경험이 매장 내 체류의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -자기해석수준의 조절효과를 중심으로- (A Study on the Influence of Customer Experience on the Intention to Stay in Store -The Moderating Role of Self-Construal Levels-)

  • 오늘날 소비자들은 쇼핑의 결과에서 느끼는 실용적인 가치보다 쇼핑행위를 하는 과정에서 느끼는 다양한 감각적 경험을 더욱 중요시 여긴다. 날이 갈수록 다양해지는 소비자 개개인의 욕구를 만족시키기 위해 소매점들은 오프라인 매장을 체험형 공간으로 탈바꿈하여 소비자들이 다양하고 즐거운 경험을 할 수 있도록 장려한다. 본 연구에서는 고객경험의 하위요소를 쾌락적 경험, 기능적 경험, 사회적 상호작용 경험으로 나누고, 이러한 고객경험의 하위요소들이 매장 내에서 소비자들이 느끼는 즐거움에 미치는 영향과 체류의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 소비자 개인의 자기해석수준에 따라서 세 가지 차원의 고객경험이 즐거움에 미치는 영향력에는 차이가 있을 것이라고 가정하였다. 본 연구의 주효과를 분석한 결과, 고객의 쾌락적 경험이 즐거움에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설1을 제외한 나머지 가설이 모두 지지되었다. 또한 자기해석수준의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 쾌락적 경험이 즐거움에 미치는 경로에서 소비자의 자기해석수준이 유의하지 않은 영향력을 나타났으나, 기능적 경험과 상호작용경험이 즐거움에 미치는 경로에서는 자기해석수준에 따른 유의미한 영향력이 확인되었다. 최근 소비자들에게 주어진 유통채널의 선택권이 넓어짐에 따라 전통적인 오프라인 채널이 위협을 받는 상황에서 오프라인 매장 만이 차별적으로 제공할 수 있는 다양한 차원의 고객경험 효과를 본 연구가 확인함으로써 타 유통채널 간의 경쟁 또는 타 매장들 간의 경쟁에서 차별화 할 수 있는 좋은 마케팅 방안을 강구하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
