Recently, universities are being requested to educate a wider range of technical and social skills in order to respond to the government's policy for promoting youth employment and the industrial demand arising from social changes. Accordingly, field practice at universities is being further strengthened. It is important to analyze whether the work experience and information that students gained through field practice can improve their confidence in their career path, and can serve as a motive for not only employment but also start-up after graduation. In this study, the motivational aspect which leads to action by improving students' confidence in their career path is investigated. In addition, the influence of field practice experience on employability and entrepreneurial intention is also analyzed by setting a self-directed career attitude as a variables. The results of this study are as follows. First, the field practice experience of college students has a significant effect on employability, but does not directly affect their entrepreneurial intention. Second, it is confirmed that the higher the self-directed career attitude of students with experience of field practice has a positive (+) effect on the employability. Third, the higher the self-directed career attitude has also a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. This study shows the influence of field practice on employability and entrepreneurial intention beyond the limit of the existing research that was divided into employment and start-up. Theoretical basis for analyzing whether universities can achieve practical results simultaneously in government policy for employment and start-up is also provided.

The development of web technologies and the generalization of smartphones have dramatically increased the number of social media users using the Internet. As a result, companies are perceived social media as a major marketing tool and operate a variety of SNS channels. In particular, start-ups conducting businesses with limited resources, social media is being used as an effective marketing tool to meet many potential customers at a low cost. Among them, facebook is the most used channel in the world and plays an important promotional tool not only in overseas but also in marketing activities of domestic start-ups. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between satisfaction and purchase intention according to four personal characteristics of users who use social media contents and to measure the mediating effect of satisfaction on the relationship between content type and purchase intention. To this end, we classified into three types based on the previous research, and social media content is provided to 200 fans of Minbak Danawa(Minda), one of representative start-ups related to accommodation, The questionnaires were conducted for 3 weeks, and a total of 145 copies were collected. All the collected questionnaires were used for statistical analysis through SPSS 18.0. The empirical results show that all three types of content, such as task-oriented, self-oriented, and interaction-oriented, have a significant effect on the satisfaction level. Among them, it is confirmed that the satisfaction level plays a mediating role on the relationship between task-oriented contents and purchase intention. And the user 's personal characteristics showed a partially moderate effect on the satisfaction according to the content type. Therefore, social media content provided by corporations has an important effect on consumer satisfaction and purchasing, in order for start-up to prevail in the market, it is necessary to have an operational strategy to communicate with customers continuously through systematic contents analysis and planning. The result of this study suggests effective ways to build a social media marketing strategy for start-ups and suggests ways to utilize contents considering the characteristics of internet users.
In the aging society, the walking assist robot is a necessary device for being able to help the older and the lower limb disabled people to walk. In order to produce a convenient robot for the older and the lower limb disabled, it is needed for the research to detect the implicit walking intention and to control robot by a user's intention. This study is a previous study to develop the detection model of the walking intention and analyze the user's walking intention while a person is walking with Lofstrand crutches, by the combination of FSR and tilt signals. The FSR sensors attached user's the palm and the soles of foot are sensing force/pressure signals from these areas and are used for detecting the walking intention and states. The tilt sensor acquires roll and pitch signal from area of vertebrae lumbales and reflects the pose of the upper limb. We can recognize the user's walking intention such as 'start walking', 'start of right or left foot forward', and 'stop walking' by the combination of FSR and tilt signals can recognize.
The government provides various support systems for small-medium companies who perform a vital role for hiring and manufacturing: focusing on activating of start-up. Various governmental supports have been made and these entrepreneurship support systems have been contributed a certain point to start-up activation. Based on precedent study, this study has been setup the independent variables as five factors: mainly tax support system, financial support system, technology support system, management support system, self-employment infrastructure support program and empirically completed with the hypothesis how independent variables affect entrepreneurial intention. In this study, surveys which consist of measurements and questions allowing drawing variables and verifying the relationship between variables, and empirical study methods that prove in accordance with statistics process of measured data were implemented. To conclude, the results are as follows. It was showed in supplemental analysis performed through path analysis that tax support system and financial support system influence entrepreneurial intention.
The purpose of this study was to examine the intention of consumer acceptance of technology in agricultural production by applying the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) to smart farm. In particular, this study analyzed the intention to accept the technology of agricultural students, farmers, start-up farmers, returning farmers, and returnees in the general manufacturing industry and high-tech industries, and in agricultural sectors corresponding to primary industries. The results showed that performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, IT development level, and reliability had a significant influence on the intention to use smart farm technology. However, effort expectancy and price value were rejected because no significant impact on use intention was tested. In addition, the influences of the variables showing their influence were reliability (β=.569) > IT development level (β=.252) > social influence (β=.235) > performance expectancy (β=.182) > facilitating conditions (β=.134).
This study attempted to identify the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention and to confirm the moderating effect of social support that plays a positive role in increasing entrepreneurial intention. The subjects of the study were 419 ordinary people, and data were obtained online and analyzed. The analysis method of this study was based on the SPSS statistical program Ver. 24, and a hierarchical regression analysis method was conducted to analyze the moderating effect. The results of hypothesis verification analysis in this study are as follows. First, innovativeness, risk-taking, self-fulfillment, economic motivation, immersion in a drama, drama role model, and indirect experience, all had a significant positive(+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, among the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention, self-fulfillment was found to have the greatest influence. Third, it was confirmed that the moderating effect of social support between various variables and entrepreneurial intention had a significant effect on innovativeness, self-fulfillment, drama role model, and indirect experience, and entrepreneurial intention. The academic value of this study is to confirm the effect of drama characteristic variables on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it was possible to confirm the moderating effect of social support, which is the total of individual external support. The implication of this study is that the desire for achievement had the greatest influence on entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a desire to achieve in start-up support policies and start-up education. In addition, in light of the ripple effect of TV dramas, drama role model and indirect experience increase entrepreneurial intention, so it was possible to predict its influence on changes in perception of start-ups and entrepreneurs.
The purpose of this study was to investigate correlations between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial success. For that purpose, the study carried out a survey among the students of Graduate School of Business & Entrepreneurship, the students of small business start-up education, and general people and reviewed the previous studies and literature with a focus on the characteristics and capabilities of entrepreneurial intention. The investigator identified the characteristic factors of entrepreneurial intention including entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial success, education, and mentor, set a research model and hypothesis for their relations with entrepreneurial success, and empirically analyzed and tested them. The empirical analysis results were summarized as follows: first, entrepreneurial methods and abilities of the variables of entrepreneurial intention turned out to have significant impacts on entrepreneurial success. Second, corporation determination, external factor, and internal factor of the variables of entrepreneurship turned out to have significant effects on entrepreneurial success. Third, re-education after success turned out to be the most influential entrepreneurial education factor on entrepreneurial success, which points to a need for constant education after setting up a business. Fourth, practical entrepreneurial mentors had the greatest influences on entrepreneurial success, being followed by successful entrepreneurial mentors and socially successful mentors in the order. One can have a vision to see a further future of his or her business and promote its growth by forming relationships with those who have more knowledge about the line of business and richer experiences in the field. The subjects overwhelmingly had a positive personality, which suggests that those who try to start a business tend to be positive and considerate of others.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for bookstart programs to public libraries and related institutions by investigating and analyzing bookstart preferred programs, user satisfaction and reuse intentions based on the current status of bookstart services and programs for multicultural families nationwide. It is to propose an improvement plan for the multicultural family bookstart program. To this end, user satisfaction and reuse intention were surveyed and hypotheses were verified through a survey of bookstart program participants. For statistical analysis, SPSS 25 was used. As a result of this study, First, there was a significant difference in the bookstart program for multicultural families according to their children's age and average monthly education expenses. Second, in the satisfaction of the multicultural family bookstart program, only the use and service support, and the quality of facilities and environment were found to have a significant positive (+) effect. Third, it was found that the re-use intention of the multicultural family bookstart program had a significant positive (+) effect only on the quality of use and service support. Fourth, it was verified that satisfaction with the book start program for multicultural families had a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to reuse. In addition, it suggested the improvement plan for the multicultural family book start program.

In these day, the recession of economics and cutting-off jobs makes increases of start-up business. The unprepared start-up business which lacks sufficient information and knowledge should fall. For successful start-up business, the effective education program should be necessary. This study reviews factors such as learning motivation, entrepreneurial intention, education satisfaction, self-efficacy affecting the performance of short-term education program. This study establishes hypothesis and verifies them. To verify the hypothesis, this study explores factors affecting the performance of short-term entrepreneurial education program through utilizing factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. We suggest that the results of the study could be utilized as followings; First the results of study could be used to establish policy which improves the performance of short-term entrepreneurial education program. Second, the identified factors help educator to established the curriculum of the short-term entrepreneurial education program. Third, the identified factors could be established as criteria to recruit the applicants who wants to received short-term entrepreneurial education program.

Overall, college students tend to be immersed in the relatively safe employment, such as civil servants or public sector than start one's own business due to the lack of entrepreneurial spirit which made the great success in order to take the risk and innovative challenge. In this study, relationship between pre-founder of college students' self-determination, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intentions are to be determined. As a result, the implications were derived in order to make pre-founder various ways of career decision beside employment. Therefore start-up training courses was verified by moderating effects. The results are first, high self-determination(Autonomy, Efficacy) of the pre-founder made positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. Second, high self-determination(Autonomy, Efficacy) of the pre-founder made positive impact on entrepreneurship. Third, entrepreneurship of the pre-founder made positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. Fourth, entrepreneurship was carried out a full mediating role in the relationship between self-determination and entrepreneurial intention. Finally, Pre-founder group who have taken entrepreneurship education have showed a positive relationship between high self-determination(Autonomy, Competence, Relationship) and entrepreneurial intention. Based on these results, especially pre-founders, in order to improve the willingness of university students entrepreneurship, highly motivated intrinsic motivation is needed to ensure the student's self-determination in University education. It looks that can be achieved through the strengthening of entrepreneurship education for autonomy, competence, efficacy improvement.
