비선형 전왜재료 내부의 균열에 대한 응력 확대계수 (Stress Intensity Factors for a Crack in a Nonlinear Electrostrictive Material)

  • A crack with electrically impermeable surfaces in an electrostrictive material subjected to uniform electric loading is analysed. The effect of electric yielding on stress intensity factor is investigated by using a small scale yielding model and a strip yield zone model. Complete forms of electric fields and elastic fields are derived by using complex function theory. The electrical yield zone shapes for two models are different each other. The two models, however, predict similar yield zone sizes under the small scale yielding conditions. It is found that the influence of electric yielding on the stress intensity factor is insensitive to the modeling of the electrical yield zone shape.

  • The space charge fields, including intermode apace charge fields in photorefractive material with two impurities are obtained for the small light intensity at large modulation depth, and their implication of high-capacity volume holographic interconnection are presented. In the following data regions the effect of intermode space charge fields are suppresed and the criteria for optimal implementation of volume holographic interconnections are satisfied.

  • 이 논문은 옥내 변전소의 변압기와 가스절연개폐장치(GIS) 주변에서 상용주파수의 전장과 자장의 분포에 관한 것으로 전장과 자장의 측정은 지표상 Hill]의 높이에서 1차원과 3차원 측정기로 수행되었다. 변압기 주변에서 전 장과 자장의 분포는 2차원적 평면도로써 나타내었으며, 전장의 세기는 2.3~9[v/m]으로 비교적 작은 값이었고, 자장의 세기는 $0.3~20.3[{\mu}T]$이었다. 또한 GIS의 주변에서 전장의 세기는 2.2~2.5[V/m]이고, 자장의 세기는 주 로 GIS의 중간부위에서 국부적으로 크게 나타났으며 $1.2~39.5[{\mu}T]$의 값이었다. 변압기와 GIS의 금속 외함은 전장을 감소시키는 역할을 하고, 자장은 변압기와 GIS의 외함으로부터 거리에 따라 급속하게 감소하는 특정을 보이고 있다.

ELF 전자계 특성 및 인체 안전기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics and Safety Criteria for Human Body in ELF Electric and Magnetic Fields)

  • This paper presents a study on the characteristics and safety criteria for human body in ELF (Extremely Low Frequency : 50-60Hz) electric and magnetic fields. Many researches for ELF electric and magnetic fields, which are developed in the past, are studied and analyzed In this paper. In order to estabilish the safety criteria for human body in the field, the field intensity, induced current and voltage are calculated by the electrostatic field approach which is far simpler than the electromagnetic field one based on Maxwell equation. The method is applied to the 345 KV transmission line system In operation and 765 KV system under consideration. According to the results, the maximum value of field intensity, 6.8627KV/m, is evaluated at the location which is 14m away from transmission line. As the safety criteria value by the abroad researches asserting that the human can detect the Induced current in 6KV/m and above, 5KV/m and 7KV/m are recommended at residence area and nonresidence area, respectively.

  • Automatic train control systems are divided into ATC, ATP and ATS systems etc. The ATP and ATS systems offer discontinuous information for train control. While the ATC systems provide continueous information for train control. There is a method for offering continuous information by AF track circuits. Magnetic fields are formed by current through rails in the AF track circuit systems. So, the continuous information is received by the magnetic fields on a on-board antenna. Coating materials on rails are researched to decrease defects such as head check, shelling, corrugation, squats and so on in Germany. Currently, a coating method of rail construction is proposed by using the ceramics in Korea. When deciding physical characteristic of ceramics, researches are required about variation of flux density by the ceramics. In case that the flux density is much lower than existing value, the information for train control is not transmitted to the on-board antenna. In this paper, inductance on rails is calculated and a model is presented about variation of the magnetic field intensity in the AF track circuit. Standard permeability of ceramics is proposed by analyzing the variation of magnetic field intensity. It is demonstrated by using Maxwell and Matlab program.

  • An experimental study has been conducted to measure the temperature fields for two and three staggered rows of the rectangular shaped-holes with high turbulence intensity. 10 % turbulence intensity is obtained by installation of two kinds of grids which have different shapes. One grid which is installed at 30d upstream from center of 1st row of holes is composed of vertical cylinders of which diameter is 10 mm and center to center distance is 18 mm. The other installed 15d apart to upstream from center of 1st row of holes which has square pattern is constructed of 3 rum square bars and bar spacing is 25 mm. Temperature fields are measured by using a thermocouple rake which is attached on three-axis traversing system. The results show that the overall values are decreased and the thicker film of coolant is fanned downstream of rows of holes for high mainstream turbulence intensity.

  • Singular stress fields around three-dimensional wedges are examined, and the near-tip intensity is calculated via the two-state M-integral with the aid of the domain integral representation. A numerical example demonstrates the effectiveness and accuracy of the present scheme for computing the stress intensities of singular stresses near the generic three-dimensional wedges.

  • 비균일 자장이 도가니에 인가되어 있는 상황에서 정상상태의 Czochralski 유동장과 비정상상태의 산소농도장에 대한 연구가 수치해석적인 방법으로 연구되었다. 여기에서 기준 자장의 세기가 B=0.1T, 0.2T, 0.3T의 경우에 대한 연구가 수행되었다. 가열에 의한 부력의 효과와 자유표면의 표면장력에 의한 열모세관 효과에 의하여 유발되는 자오면 유동은 비균일 자장에 의하여 차등적으로 억제되고 있다. 자자의 세기가 증가하면 자오면 유동에서 발생하는 순환류의 중심은 결정으로 접근하며, 순환류의 크기도 작아진다. 결정으로 흡수되는 산소의 세기가 클수록 낮아지며 농도분포는 균일해지는 경향을 갖는다.

  • The relation between the vibration induced from machinery and the radiated sound is complicated. Acoustic intensity method is widely used to obtain the accuracy of noise measurement and noise identification. In this study, as groundwork, the complex acoustic intensity method is performed to identify noise source and transmission path on different free space point source fields. As an industrial application, the complex acoustic intensity method is applied to HVAC to identify sound radiation characteristics in the near field. Experimental complex acoustic intensity method was applied to HVAC, it is possible to identify noise sources in complicated sound field characteristics which noise sources are related with each other, and certificate the validity of complex acoustic intensity. Especially, it can be seen that complex acoustic intensity method using both of active and reactive intensity is vital in devising a strategy for identification of noise. Also, the vector flow of acoustic intensity was investigated to identify sound intensity distributions and energy flow in the near field of HVAC.

  • 함수구배재료의 모드 III 균열이 물성치 구배방향과 다른 방향으로 비정상적으로 전파할 때 전파균열선단부근의 응력 및 변위장에 대하여 연구하였다. 함수구배재료는 밀도가 일정한 상태에서 전단탄성계수가 선형적으로 변화하는 경우와 밀도와 전단탄성계수가 지수형적으로 변화하는 경우로 가정했다. 조화함수의 해를 얻기 위하여 일반적인 편미분방정식의 동적평형방정식을 라플라스 방정식으로 변환하였다. 라플라스 방정식으로부터 균열속도 변화률, 응력확대계수의 변화률 등에 의존되는 응력장과 변위장을 근접해법으로 얻었다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 응력장과 변위장을 사용하여 재료의 비 균질성, 균열속도의 변화률, 응력확대계수의 변화률 등을 고려한 상태에서 균열이 임의의 방향으로 전파할 때 균열선단부근의 응력 및 변위 그리고 응력확대계수에 대하여 연구하였다.
