  • This research evaluates the availability of consumers moving to integrated multi channels by a target analysis on the integrated online channel and verifies the possibility of a synergy effect created by the expansion of an integrated online channel. The objectives are to define the scope of benefits desired in fast fashion and online shopping, compare the desired benefits of fast fashion consumers, online shopping consumers and fast fashion, and online shopping consumers, investigate the acceptance intention of the integrated online channel of consumers, and verity its relationship with the desired benefits. As a result, all consumers indicate the desire to pursue social recognition, pleasure, individuality, economic and convenience orientation, and fashion-innovativeness through shopping activities. In addition, there were differences in the mean of social recognition benefit individuality benefit, economical and convenience orientation benefit, and fashion-innovativeness benefit. Lastly, the acceptance intention of the integrated online channel was significant in all groups and the desired benefits that affect the acceptance intention of the integrated online channel were social recognition for fast fashion consumers along with pleasure and individuality for fast fashion and online shopping consumers.

  • Objectives: This descriptive survey study aimed to identify factors that affect job satisfaction among nurses working in integrated nursing care service wards and to explore measures to increase job satisfaction among these nurses. Methods: Data were collected between July 20 and August 3, 2018 from nurses working in integrated nursing care service wards in Busan and Changwon city, in Korea. Data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 23.0 software(IBM corp., Armonk, NY, USA). Results: Factors affecting job satisfaction among nurses working in integrated nursing care service wards were identified as follows: professional self-concept (${\beta}=.32$, p=.003), which is a subdomain of nursing professionalism, and nursing foundations for quality care (${\beta}=.30$, p=.001), which is a subdomain of nursing work environment. The model had an explanatory power of 54.7%. Conclusions: Nursing professionalism should be strongly established among nurses, as nurses are key players in a health system that allows stable and expanded operations of integrated nursing care. Intervention measures that create a better work environment for nurses should also be implemented. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop systematic strategies and multifaceted efforts to increase nurses' job satisfaction in integrated nursing care service wards.

  • Digital convergence which means the convergence of industry areas related to digital technologies is an important phenomenon in business, which will decide the fates of firms in the near future. The only firms which can create synergy effects from digital convergence are expected to be the winners in the fierce competition of digital convergence era. In our analysis, we examine the strategy of an integrated firm which has businesses in two different industry areas which are related to each other. By using a game theoretical model, we show how the integrated firm can win over two single separated firms which have business in only one industry area each by leveraging the two businesses the integrated firm has. In our welfare analysis, we also show that this convergence may be even beneficial to consumers, which seems counter-intuitive to social concerns about anti-competitive behaviors by integrated firms. Additionally, we study comparison between industry convergence and product convergence.

  • As the number of the company to acquire the certifications of ISO 9001/1400, OHSAS 18001(not official standard) is increasing, it is needed to construct a integrated business management system for the efficient application of the certifications. In this circumstances the integrated construction of the SHE & Q system so called, for Safety, Health, Environment and Qualify can take a part for the communication in the customer, the company convenience and the interested parties(the worker. the supplier and the provider). In case that each certification systems are integrated, the problems of the redundancy in the management processes and the conflicting demands are able to be solved and the efficiency of the restricted management resources fan be raised as the complexity of the redundancies in the certification management is simplified. This paper deals with the integrated strategies, its convenience and its expecting merit and demerit for the efficient application of the certification parties haying the various characters.

  • This paper presents an aspect-oriented approach to simulation design and analysis in system design phase for integrated logistics system simulation. The integrated logistics system composed of AS/RS (Automated Storages and Retrieval System), AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicle System), STVs (Sorting Transfer Vehicle System) and Conveyor System is designed by using the aspect-oriented approach and UML (Unified Modeling Language). The multi-factorial design of experiments and regression analysis are used for design parameters of the system and Evolution Strategies is used to verify each parameter. Aspect-oriented approach for the integrated logistics system simulation shows the advantages of code reusability, extendible, modulation, easy improvement and a better design technique.

  • The paper deals with integrated navigation and sense & avoid systems for small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). First an introduction to the current UAV activities of the institute is given. It is followed by an overview about the integrated navigation system developed for small UAVs. The system is based on a tightly-coupled GPS/INS architecture. But instead of using delta-ranges, time-differenced carrier phases are used to aid the INS. Finally, results from navigation filter validation in flight tests are presented. After that an overview about sense and avoid strategies for application in small unmanned aircraft is given. From this a guideline for developing such a system for the institute's UAVs is presented.

  • The study aims to identify the current status of aquaculture information in Korea and suggests policy directions for its integrated management. Firstly, the study focuses on the identification of the current status of aquaculture information by reviewing how aquaculture information is managed. Secondly, this study identifies problems such as lacks in necessary aquaculture information, inefficiency caused by dispersion and overlapping of information, absence of integrated management system and insufficient sharing of information. After identifying the current status of aquaculture information and its problems, the study suggests three basic directions to systematically integrate and manage the information such as establishment of infrastructure for promoting the integrated management of aquaculture information, generation and systematic management of useful aquaculture information and enhancement of user convenience. Finally, the study suggests detailed strategies such as establishment of a foundation to facilitate integrated management of aquaculture information, organization of organic network, sharing of more information, creation of necessary information through demand survey, creation of systematic management system, provision of a customized total service, and increase in education and PR activities on information use.
