이 연구의 목적은 국가지식정보자원의 효율적인 관리에 필요한 시맨틱웹 설계와 정책방향을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 구체적으로 이 논문에서 다룬 내용은 1) 메타데이터 요소, 자원, 온톨로지의 클래스와 속성들에 불변의 식별자를 부과하는 URI체계의 수립, 2) XML 네임스페이스의 적극적인 활용정책의 수립, 3) 국가통합검색을 위한 메타데이터와 응용 프로파일 표준의 설정, 4) 메타데이터의 의미적 상호운용성을 증진시키기 위한 ISO 11179 기반의 레지스트리 설계와 구축 방향의 제시, 5) W3C의 OWL과 ISO/IEC의 토픽맵(Topic Maps)을 활용한 온톨로지 구축의 대한 논의, 6) 메타데이터 기반 지능형 검색서비스의 제공, 7) 국가지식자원관리의 미래 방향과 과제의 제시, 등에 관한 것이다.

The Monitoring System developed in this study was designed to help manage the recreational forests by gathering data on visitors' profiles and their opinions about recreational use and related facilities, This data could identify for changing situations in forest recreation demand as well as providing information on planning the management and use of the forest areas in advance. The standardized questionnaire had contained visitor profiles, activities, distribution of use by area, distribution us by time, duration of the visit, expenditure of visitors and information on visitor satisfaction and motivation. Also, the questionnaire had included the evaluations visitors' perception of facilities in order to identify the importance and performance of the various facilities, such as recreational and educational facilities, accomodations, directional signs as well as infrastructure. The monitoring system was developed in the object-oriented programming (OOP) environment. Microsoft Visual Basic 6,0 for the program language, Microsoft Access, and Excel program were used to develop the system. The monitoring system was composed of data input, database, and data analysis system, Once data were put into data input system, it automatically transferred to database, and it eventually produced the results of statistical analysis with one step procedure. This study was integrated with facilities and visitor monitoring system to identify the visitor impact at the recreational forests. In addition, this monitoring system would provide necessary and useful background information for management on recreational use of natural resources in a practical manner.

As the market and the organizations of an enterprise expand globally, the rapid and accurate communication gets more important for product manufacturing. The manufacturing information flow among the designers, the process planners and the shop floors is characterized and modelled. Its methods are constructed using distributed objects. Their introduction to the network-based CAPP system offers speed and safety for the system and makes the reconstruction and distribution of the application programs easy. The manufacturing processes are generated based on the feature information of a designed part, then the manufacturing resources are selected using the process planning logic which is implemented by distributed objects. The databases and distributed objects are integrated under the recent internet environments. The developed system makes it possible to manipulate and to transfer the process planning and manufacturing data everywhere in the world.

In computer integrated manufacturing environment, tool management plays an important role in controlling tool performance for machining operations. Knowledge of tool behavior during the cutting process and effective tool-behavior prediction contribute to controlling machine costs by avioding production delays and off-target parts due to tool failure. The purpose of this paper is to review and develop the tool condition monitoring scheme for drilling operation to assure a fast corrective response to minimize the damage if tool failures occur. If one desires to maximize system through-put and product quality as well as tooling resources, within an economic environment, real-time tool sensing system and information processing system can be coupled to provide the necessary information for the effective tool management. The example is demonstrated as to drilling operation when the aluminum composites are drilled with carbide-tipped HSS drill bits. The example above is limited to the situation that the tool failure mode of drill bits is wear.

우리나라에서 통합적인 공공 복지전달체계 구축을 위한 시도는 통합사례관리까지 지속적으로 이루어지고 있고, 특히 최근 '커뮤니티 케어'와 관련해 중요성을 더해가고 있다. 하지만 대부분 부분적인 조직개편에 그치거나 민간자원의 동원에 그치고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회서비스 정책 발전에 있어서 통합적 개혁의 경험을 가지고 있는 영국의 보건의료와 사회서비스의 통합적 접근 사례, 우리나라 통합사례관리와 유사한 문제경험가족 프로그램 사례를 각각 런던 자치구와 지방의회를 방문하여 조사하였다. 그 결과 통합적 전달체계를 실현하기 위해서는 인력, 조직, 재정 등 제도적 장벽의 종합적인 해소가 시급하고, 관련된 전문 집단과 기관간의 분명한 목표 공유와 파트너십 구축이 필요하며, 사례에 대한 정보 공유 체계와 기술적 지원이 뒷받침되어야 함을 발견할 수 있었다.

These days the international environmental regulations of the developed countries, especially from the EU, are rapidly changed to the regulations of product-based environment from a conventional end-of-pipe environmental technology. Especially the motive in this paper come from the EU's electrical and electronic equipment environment regulation. It may affect much to whole export of Korea Firms Integrated product policy has the potential to increase not only competitive power in today's global market, but also trade compatibility between countries. Furthermore it is important to make a contribution to sustainable development. CEOs must change their notions about firms' environmental policy from the end-of-pipe approach to the sustainable approach to improve company's competitive power. As emphasized a paradigm of naw environmental management by EU' environmental directives, the company must establish clean production system to save resources and reduces pollutant. Also Korean Company constructs a systematical network to collect EU' environmental regulation information which are changing rapidly. Large company will cooperate with small and medium-sized firm for their win-win strategy in the field of environmental management. Also it is necessary to make the domestic regulations of product-based environment to meet the international environmental regulations.

국내 개인정보 보호를 위한 법률은 공공 기관의 개인정보 보호에 관한 법률을 바탕으로 개인정보 보호에 대한 전문 법안으로 제정 및 개정되어 왔다. 그러함에도 불구하고 법률에서 안전성 확보 제한 사항이 명확하지 않고 일부는 폭넓게 제시되어 있어 위협이 지속적으로 발생해 왔다. 이처럼 국제 제조 기업들이 보유한 다양한 내부 및 외부 고객의 개인정보에 대한 기업마다의 고유 식별 Key 값을 연계하는 방식으로 보호 접근 방식을 제안하고 정책적인 측면과 관리적 접근을 동시에 시도함으로써 개인정보 보호를 위한 인력과 비용에 대한 부담을 줄이고자 활용 했던 적용 기술인 인사 관리 국내 ISP 서비스인 클라우드 인사 정보 관리 서비스가 점차 축소되고 시장이 점차 직접 기업이 운영하는 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 따라서 완벽한 안전성 확보를 보장을 위한 연계 관리의 편리성은 보장하되 연계함으로써 발생하는 해외의 국제 제조 기업 인력에 대한 관리 운영 포인트 융통성과 안전성에 대한 괴리를 본 논문을 통해 확인하고 연구를 하고자 한다.

Recently ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) technology is facing challenges from Integrated Service IP(Internet Protocol), IP router, Gigabit Ethernet. Although ATM is approved by ITU-T as the standard technology in B-ISDN, its survival is still in question. In the ATM networks, the Guaranteed Frame Rate(GFR) service has been designed to accommodate non-real-time applications, such as TCP(Transmission Control Protocol)/IP based traffic. The GFR service not only guarantees a minimum throughput at the frame level, but also supports a fairshare of available resources. We have studied different discarding and scheduling schemes, and compared their throughput and fairness when TCP/IP Traffic is carried. Through simulations, we know that only per-VC queueing with weighted Round Robin(WRR) can guarantee Minimum Cell Rate Among all the Schemes that have been experimented, we recommend DT-EPD(Dynamic Threshold-Early Packet Discard) integrated with MCRplus(Minimum Cell Rate) to support the GFR service.

북한에서는 매년 기근 때문에 상당한 인명 손실이 있어왔다. 이러한 손실을 줄이기 위해 북한 정보와 함께 다양한 정보 공유를 통해 조사 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 또한, 그에 맞는 농작물 관리 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 이 연구는 북한의 농작물 관리 시스템의 개발을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이 시스템은 북한의 수자원의 이용 상태뿐만 아니라, 농작물에 관한 정보를 수집하고, 관리하며, 분석하는 기능을 담고 있다. 그리고 이 시스템은 최종적으로 농작물 관리에 필요한 토지 이용 계획을 수립하고, 관련된 의사 결정을 하는데 도움을 준다. 첫 번째 결과물은 농작물과 수자원 관련 데이터를 수집하고 데이터베이스로 구축한 다음 사용자 요구에 맞춰 통합 시스템을 구축하는 것이다. 두 번째는 댐, 토지 피복도, 다리, 터널, 위성영상 등의 데이터를 이용하여 데이터베이스를 업데이트하고, 강화시킨다. 세 번째는 통계분석, 지속적인 데이터베이스 갱신, web-based 시스템으로 개발 등과 같은 유용한 기능 등을 추가하는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과물은 농업활동을 더 용이하게 하기 위해 연관된 데이터를 수집하고 분석하게 해준다. 그리고 식량 생산을 위해 효과적인 의사결정을 하게 한다. 게다가, 정보 공유를 통해, 농작물 관련 정보를 유용하게 사용하고 데이터 관리의 비용을 줄일 수 있다.

포털사이트는 검색엔진을 넘어 사이버스페이스 자체를 의미할 정도로 개념과 영역이 확대되었다. 일반인들뿐만 아니라, 필요로 하는 학술정보가 서비스되기 때문에 연구자도 포털사이트를 많이 이용한다. 그동안 포털의 검색은 얼마나 많은 정보를 검색하게 해 줄 것인가 하는 양적인 면에 관심을 두었다. 그러나 최근에는 검색의 질에 보다 관심이 많아지고 있다. 이 논문은 포털이 제공하는 학술정보검색의 문제점을 분석하고, 비교적 신뢰성을 인정받는 사전 서비스와 학술정보를 연계함으로써 학술정보검색의 질을 향상하기 위한 시범적인 시도이다. 즉, 검증되고 압축적으로 정리된 사전의 표제어와 해당 표제어를 키워드로 하는 권위 있는 연구 성과를 연계시킴으로써, 사전을 검색할 때 주제어 관련 연구 성과까지 검색할 수 있게 하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
