  • From the research which sees the building which uses a natural control method with ecological architecture, continuity tried to divide the building which uses a physical control method with sustainable architecture. Ecological architecture analyzes the microclimate of the area and applies mining and natural ventilation leads and that the interior environment controls, the condition of the site actively and there is a possibility of seeing. Also sustainable architecture which is possible to lead and recycling and reuse of the resources and energy cyclic process of the construction resources to lead and the interior environment to control. Therefore the case where the facility system and structural system become integrated design organically in natural circulating method is many. Specially the sunshade system and double skin system are combined and structural system of the building and there is a possibility of having the envelope which form is feature. Today the buildings lead and the system integration process where the integral parts are systematic is demanded the interior environment which and an external form and that, they make they are there is a possibility of seeing. the environmental building which hits joins in with natural control method and the structure and facility system are integrated and has the tendency which is developed and there is a possibility of saying that a meaning with the alternative construction will be able to reduce the resources and an energy.

  • Three small-break loss-of-coolant accident (SBLOCA) tests with safety injection pumps were carried out using the integral-effect test loop for SMART (System-integrated Modular Advanced ReacTor), i.e., the SMART-ITL facility. The types of break are a safety injection system line break, shutdown cooling system line break, and pressurizer safety valve line break. The thermal-hydraulic phenomena show a traditional behavior to decrease the temperature and pressure whereas the local phenomena are slightly different during the early stage of the transient after a break simulation. A safety injection using a high-pressure pump effectively cools down and recovers the inventory of a reactor coolant system. The global trends show reproducible results for an SBLOCA scenario with three different break locations. It was confirmed that the safety injection system is robustly safe enough to protect from a core uncovery.

유비쿼터스 환경의 지능형 시설물 모니터링 기술 개발

  • This study suggests a trial system for facility monitoring technology on ubiquitous environment. The trial system can be used for integrated various collection and sending data by bluetooth and wireless network from bridge. We used smart sensor and wireless network for it. Especially, we analyzed out all appliable technologies at monitoring part on ubiquitous environment and gave a standard spec to build the system. We wanted it as a guideline to apply ubiquitous in smart facility monitoring part.

  • 최근 급속한 도시확장과 지방자치제 실시 및 사회 전반의 민주화 추세로 국민 의식과 가치관이 다양한 방면으로 표출되고 있다. 이러한 사회적 환경변화 추세에 기존 수동적인 자료관리 체계만으로는 기대에 부흥하기 어려우므로 현행시설물 관리에만 주로 활용된 지형공간체계를 이용하여 관련정보를 유관기관과 연계하는 도시 종합관리체계를 구축 하므로서 방대한 도시민원업무와 도시의 효과적인 개발 및 유지 관리를 기대학 수 있다. 톤 연i'에서는 대상지를 선정하여 각종 도시 시설물 관리체계의 기본방향을 제시하는 단계와 각종 도시 시설물 관리를 종합한 유관기관의 통합도시 정보 체계를 구축하는 단계와 표출하는 단계로 구분하여 연구 대상지를 통한 도시 종합관리시스템의 한 모형을 제시하는 단계까지만 다루고자 한다.

최적가용기법 연계배출수준(BAT-AEL) 설정 (Determination of the Best Available Techniques Associated Emission Level(BAT-AEL))

  • BAT-AEL(Best Available Techniques Associate Emission Level) is the basis for establishing permissible emission standards for the workplace. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a regulated BAT-AEL setting methodology that is generally applicable to all relevant industries. For the BAT-AEL settings, various factors should be considered such as the pollutants item, whether the workplace is subject to integrated pollution prevention and control, whether BAT is applicable, the basic data type, the emission classification system, and the suitability of the collected data. Among these factors, it is the most important factor to establish the classification system for the emitting facilities such that the emission characteristics of an industrial facility and its pollutants can be effectively reflected. Furthermore the target of the survey workplace should adhere to the BAT guidelines, even if it is a workplace that is subject to an the integrated environmental system. Certified data (SEMS, TMS, cleanSYS, WEMS, etc.) can be used to prioritize the classification system for the emission facility and the emission levels of pollutants. However, the self-measured data, daily logs, and questionnaire data from the workplace can also be used upon agreement of the relevant TWG. The collected data should only be used only when the facility is operating normally. Data that have been determined to be outliers or inappropriate validation methods should also be excluded. The BAT-AEL can be establish by adhering to the following procedure: 1) investigate all relevant workplaces with in the industry, 2)select workplaces for integrated management, 3)Identify BAT application, 4)identify whether BAT is generally applicable, 5)establish a classification system for emitting facilities, 6)collection available data, 7)verify conformity, 8)remove of outliers, 9)prepare the BAT-AEL draft, 10)deliberate, and 11) perform the confirmation procedure.

  • Many new office buildings are being built as intelligent buildings equipped with building automation(HA) systems, office automation(OA) systems, and telecommunication(TC) systems in order to provide pleasant building environment and the ease of maintenance and facility management. Building control systems which are employed in intelligent buildings require varieties of advanced control systems and network systems for efficient integrated management. Design and installation of these types of advanced building control systems take a lot of efforts and also they are costly. In order to design these systems, it is necessary for the designers to have the integrated simulator including proper network system simulation. In this paper, the integrated simulator that consist of HVAC system, lighting system, elevator system, parking system based on the network system is presented. For the development of integrated simulator, AHENA which is the general-purpose software tool for a simulation with reinforced GUI is used.

  • Agricultural irrigation facilities are designed to storage, carriage, distribution and drainage water. Although those facilities may have different primary purposes, their technical functions are interrelated systematically. This Study aimed at developing the optimized object for integrated design for irrigation facilities. of reservoir and channel facilities, which are related by irrigation system design. So, total 17 elementary facility object was developed.

  • 본 논문은 제조설비 자율제어를 위한 상태 정의 및 진단 알고리즘을 소개한다. 사이버-물리 시스템 및 디지털 트윈기술을 통한 스마트 공장 시스템은 기존 제조 공장의 생산성 및 안정성을 높일 수 있어 최근 이슈가 되고 있다. 스마트 공장 시스템이 생산성을 향상시키고 작업자로 하여금 더 나은 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 하며 정상적이지 않은 공정 흐름을 제어하기 위한 자율제어 시스템은 스마트 공장 시스템을 구성하는 중요한 기술 중 하나가 된다. 그러나 통합된 수많은 설비 데이터를 기반으로 자율제어 프로세스를 수행하는 것은 상당한 사전 작업이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 제조설비 자율제어를 위한 추상화된 설비 상태를 정의하고 현재 상태를 진단할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이를 통해 통합된 설비 데이터가 아닌 설비 상태를 기반으로 자율제어를 실시하며 더 간단하게 자율제어 프로세스를 진행 할 수 있도록 한다.

  • 본 연구는 주로 도시의 가로망상의 교통시설물에 대한 유지보수 및 관리 업무를 보다 효율적이며 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서 지리정보시스템과 전문가시스템을 이용한 통합전산환경을 구축하는 것이 목적이다. 지리정보시스템을 활용하여 각종 교통관련 시설물의 공간 및 속성 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 이를 통해 제반 시설물의 공간질의 및 탐색, 속성의 변화 등에 대한 작업을 통해 시설물의 현황 및 유지보수 수준을 파악하고 또한 시설물의 교체와 이에 따르는 우선 순위의 판단, 예산편성 등의 작업에 있어 전문가의 기능을 어느 정도 대신할 수 있는 의사결정지원체계의 한 구성요소로서 전문가시스템이 아울러 도입하였다. 특히 도로표지판에 주목하여 기본적 도로표지시설물의 기본 관리는 물론 문안의 설정, 예산배정 등의 실무적인 일들에 대한 지원체계를 확립하였고 이를 의사결정 지원 보조시스템으로 발전시키기 위한 개념을 정립하고자 하였다. 이러한 개념의 시스템은 이미 서울시의 각 구청을 비롯한 몇 군데의 지방정부에 개발 및 설치되었고 향후 저렴한 유지비용으로 지속적인 자료갱신과 통상적 업무 및 주요 의사결정 업무에 기능적인 해를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단되어 보다 효율적이며 효과적인 시설물 관리를 수행하는데 일익을 담당할 수 있을 것이다.

공급사슬관리에서 생산입지선정 문제와 안전재고 최적화 문제의 통합모형 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Developing an Integrated Model of Facility Location Problems and Safety Stock Optimization Problems in Supply Chain Management)

  • Given a bill of materials (BOM) tree T labeled by the breadth first search (BFS) order from node 0 to node n and a general network ${\Im}=(V,A)$, where V={1,2,...,m} is the set of production facilities and A is the set of arcs representing transportation links between any of two facilities, we assume that each node of T stands for not only a component. but also a production stage which is a possible stocking point and operates under a periodic review base-stock policy, We also assume that the random demand which can be achieved by a suitable service level only occurs at the root node 0 of T and has a normal distribution $N({\mu},{\sigma}^2)$. Then our integrated model of facility location problems and safety stock optimization problem (FLP&SSOP) is to identify both the facility locations at which partitioned subtrees of T are produced and the optimal assignment of safety stocks so that the sum of production cost, inventory holding cost, and transportation cost is minimized while meeting the pre-specified service level for the final product. In this paper, we first formulate (FLP&SSOP) as a nonlinear integer programming model and show that it can be reformulated as a 0-1 linear integer programming model with an exponential number of decision variables. We then show that the linear programming relaxation of the reformulated model has an integrality property which guarantees that it can be optimally solved by a column generation method.
