  • The integrated environmental permit system is currently in operation online. It carries out various functions of postmanagement such as the submission of annual reports containing operations management data onto integrated management workplaces, the operation and management of emission facilities and prevention facilities, and the disclosure of information on the integrated permission. On the other hand, the integrated environmental permit system needs to perform various roles in order to stably manage and smoothly perform the permitting work. It is necessary to utilize this system to establish policies by using diverse operations management data onto integrated management workplaces collected in the integrated environmental permit system. This system can also play a role in improving the post-management system and user convenience after the permission review and approval processes. The integrated environmental permit system can be effectively used to set up the BAT-AEL because it collects all of the cross-media data and identifies the overall status of the workplace. In order to establish a post management system after the approval, it is necessary to provide performance management and performance evaluation functions as conditions of the permit after approval. In addition, a variety of support functions should be provided to enable the permission authority and the environmental expert examination agency to facilitate the review of permits. It will be necessary to provide an evaluation system and a proactive diagnostic function to determine whether permission conditions and permit emission standards will change in the future. Also, it is important to adopt an information exchange platform that can be used to collect the status data onto the workplaces; the platform can also be used as an information exchange site for technical working groups (TWG), and for collecting field experts' opinions.

  • This paper introduces the latest discussions on the Integrated Dispatch Center (IDC, or Integrated Control Center: ICC) for the Northeast Asia Region Interconnected Power System (NEAR-IPS). The IDC is for the safety and economical operation of the NEAR-IPS. The status and plans of the EPSs and the control systems (or dispatch centers) to be interconnected shall be reviewed and the consideration on the IDC to be built in the future shall be discussed.

  • Product of technology developed in this study is an external interface for controlling the equipment of pendant key remote control system circuit board, and it is used in the electronic component test equipment system. Main control system module is in the role as a device for controlling the various control devices that make up the integrated system for microscopic examination at the request of the host computer engineers to control the inspection equipment.   • The mode-switching control of transient process is important to grid-connected 400 Hz solid-state power supply systems. Therefore, this paper analyzes the principle of on-grid and islanding operation of the system with or without local loads in the grid-connected process and provides a theoretical study of the effect of different switching sequences on the mode-switching transient process. The conclusion is that the mode switch (MS) must be turned on before the solid-state switch (STS) in the on-grid process and that STS must be turned off before the MS in the off-grid process. A strategy of mode-switching smooth control for transient process of the system is proposed, including its concrete steps. The strategy utilizes the average distribution of peak currents and the smooth adjustment of peak currents and phases to achieve a no-shock grid connection. The simulation and experimental results show that the theoretical analysis is correct and that the method is effective.

  • A novel equivalent flux sliding-mode observer (SMO) is proposed for dual three-phase interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (DT-IPMSM) drive system in this paper. The DT-IPMSM has two sets of Y-connected stator three-phase windings spatially shifted by 30 electrical degrees. In this method, the sensorless drive system employs a flux SMO with soft phase-locked loop method for rotor speed and position estimation, not only are low-pass filter and phase compensation module eliminated, but also estimation accuracy is improved. Meanwhile, to get the regulator parameters of current control, the inner current loop is realized using a decoupling and diagonal internal model control algorithm. Experiment results of 2MW-level DT-IPMSM drives system show that the proposed method has good dynamic and static performances.

  • This paper describes an investigation into coordinated control of electronic stability control (ESC) and active roll control system (ARS). The coordinated control is suggested to improve the vehicle stability and agility features by yaw rate control. The proposed integrated chassis control algorithm consists of a supervisor, control algorithms, and a coordinator. The supervisor monitors the vehicle status and determines desired vehicle motions such as a desired yaw rate and desired roll motion based on control modes to improve vehicle stability. According to the corresponding the desired vehicle dynamics, the control algorithm calculated a desired yaw moment and desired roll moment, respectively. Based on the desired yaw moment and the desired roll moment, the coordinator determines the brake pressures and the ARC motor torques based on control strategies. Closed loop simulations with a driver-vehicle-controller system were conducted to investigate the performance of the proposed control strategy using CarSim vehicle dynamics software and the integrated controller coded using Matlab/Simulink.

  • This paper describes a development of the integrated controller system for car electrical signal and sensor input/output control with CAN communication protocol. In order to improve the system reliability and effectiveness for the conventional controller using the wiring harness, a detailed integrated control system is introduced and discussed. The CAN communication protocol is a robust control method with serial bus system for the control of distributed module in the multiplexed network. Therefore, this has high reliability and flexibility in the overall control system implementation. This paper proposes an integrated system with high reliability and stability for control of various car signal, and evaluates the effectiveness of the system using the actual implementation. For these purposes, after a brief of the main features of the CAN will be addressed, this paper presents the result of development of the integrated hardware system and overall control program.

  • In this paper, various growth environment data collecting and monitoring based on wireless sensor network for greenhouse environmental monitoring system is designed and implemented. In addition, greenhouse control system is proposed to integrated control and management in internal environment and greenhouse facilities. The system provides real-time remote greenhouse integrated management service which collects greenhouse environment information and controls greenhouse facilities based on wireless sensor network. Graphical user interface for an integrated management system is designed based on the HMI and the experimental results show that the sensor data were collected by integrated management in real-time.

  • In this paper, we can confirm the result of intuitive interface software implementation for operating a digital PA(Public Address) controller and the performance of audio mixer control part. Developed user interface software provides the maintaining management and control function of digital hybrid mixer. This SW loaded in the integrated control server controls an sound status of the audio mixer TAD-168M and checks the device status for Public Address integrated system. Also, this SW enables the integrated control and the continuous upgrade. Developed SW is connected to TAD-168M with Ethernet and linked to PC Lan port and the 4-port switch, located in the backside of TAD-168M, by LAN cable for communicating with operating PC. Integrated control including system management, audio control and uplink broadcasting control for broadcasting system will be made available with this novel developed system.

  • An integrated operation method of production control system for chemical-product job-shops is presented in this paper. A possible application of real-time control system is suggested to handle data from laboratory materials requirements to finished product shipment. A low cost intra-net is constructed to be used as the system network and applications are developed using Visual Basic. CGI programming is done to interface the applications with necessary databases.
