  • As functional requirement of massive digital information storage devices are on a trend for the higher data transfer rate and lower cost, many different technical efforts are being tested and implemented in the industry. FDB(Fluid Dynamic Soaring) is one of the major breakthroughs in rotor design in terms of TMR budget. Although FDB analysis based on Reynolds' equation is well established and popularly being used for DB design especially for the estimation of bearing stiffness, there are obvious limitations in the approach due to the inherent assumptions. A generalized analysis tool employing the full Navier-Stokes equation and the energy balance is to be beneficial for detailed FDB design In this publication, an efficient geometry modeling method is presented that provides fully integrated inputs for general FVM/FDM codes. By virtue of the flexibility of the presented method, many different detailed FDB design and analysis are carried over with ease.

  • 인터넷의 발달과 함께 웹 기반의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠들도 많은 발전을 하게 되었다. 기존의 텍스트 형식만을 지원하던 많은 시스템들이 멀티미디어 기능을 추가하게 됨으로 보고, 듣고, 말하는 복합기능이 요구되었다. 또한 컴퓨터와 전화를 연결하여 데이터베이스 응용의 부가가치를 향상시키는 CTI 기술의 마른 성장은 다양한 분야로 확산되어 가고 있다. 본 논문에서 이러한 기술의 통합을 시도하여, Oracle8i DB를 공유한 Linux기반의 CTI프로그램과 Window기반의 ActiveX 모듈을 연동한 전화 음성게시판(Voice-BBS)을 설계 및 구현하였다. 제안한 시스템은 PSTN 상에서 뿐만이 아니라 웹상에서도 음성 데이터를 저장하고 재생할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

  • 기존의 첨단주택은 IT 차원에서 접근되어 에너지 절약을 위한 기술은 시도하지 않았고 에너지 환경관리 기술이 미흡하였다. 본 논문에서는 실제 사용자 생활 패턴을 파악하여 에너지 소모를 얼마나 줄일 수 있는지 테스트 하였다. 복도, 출입구 그리고 현재 근무 중인 테이블에 조도 센서와 인체 감지 센서를 설치하였는데 조도 센서와 인체감지 센서는 하나의 그룹을 이루며 생활패턴을 파악하고 조도 값에 따라 실내등을 소등할 수 있도록 한다. 모든 센서 노드는 스타 토폴로지(one-hop) 형태로 연결되며 데이터는 USN 브릿지에 있는 베이스노드로 수집되고 이더넷을 통해 서버로 전달하면 DB에 저장된다. 그러므로 실시간으로 실내 환경 데이터를 수집하여 실내 환경 통합 감시 및 모니터링이 가능하고 에너지 소모를 줄일 수 있다.

  • 최근 국가적 차원에서 자연재해대책법에 근거한 여러 방재심의제도를 운영하고 있다. 그 중 최상위 계획인 풍수해저감종합계획을 통하여 저감대책을 마련하고, 위험지구에 대한 대책과 사업을 시행중에 있다. 그러나 방재업무를 진행하는 중앙부처와 지자체, 방재대행업체자 등에서는 심의보고서간의 자료공유와 접근성이 미약하고 잦은 담당자 변경으로 인한 심의보고서 보관과 관리가 힘든 실정이다. 또한 제도간의 연계와 환류기능이 미흡하여 제도별로 산재되어 있는 부분이 많으므로 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 운영체계가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 풍수해 방재심의제도를 통합적으로 운영하고 관리하기 위한 시스템을 구축하는 것이 최종 목표이며, 이를 위해 우선적으로 풍수해저감종합계획 수립제도를 시범적으로 적용하여 운영 관리할 수 있는 시스템 기반을 마련하였다. 또한, 향후에 있을 방재심의제도별 통합적인 운영을 위해 선제적으로 재해위험지구 정비사업과 구성항목의 데이터 연계성을 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 제도별 연계 시스템을 설계하여 제시하였다.

  • Many enterprises are performing the effective database applications with VAN(Value Added Network) or WAN(Web Added Network) . But it is very difficult and expensive. So we suggest low-cost database system within long distance area through personal computers. This system is very powerful for flexibility. It may be estimated it's value highly because they develop the program without high programming skill. This study would be used between company with company and/or between branch with branch, for example, customer claim information, inventory information, product order etc. It is important not importing document but importing data in document. Then end-user can accomplish analysis and decision-making with their own database. It would enhance productivity in many enterprises.

  • Through the articles written by the Joseon literati, this article first sorts out the sources and definitions of related words, then examines the specific sentence adopted by the Joseon literati, and clarifies the Joseon literati's understanding of philological related words. This article will specifically analyze the concepts of '古文' and '古篆', analyze the similarities and differences between them, and explore the reasons for the differences. This article will use the Korean classical collection of Korean classical integrated DB, as well as the documents of the Cheng zheng diary(承政院日記) and the Joseon dynasty sillok(朝鮮王朝實錄Veritable Records of the Joseon Dynasty) and so on. This article will analyze the following steps: First, sort out the general definition of '古文' and '古篆'; secondly, analyze the concept of '古文' and '古篆' in Korean literature; again, through the contact of Joseon scholars , The word font is used to discuss the concepts and differences between 'Gu Wen(古文)' and 'Gu Zhuan(古篆)'; finally, the specific scope of 'Gu Wen(古文)' and 'Gu Zhuan(古篆)' in the Joseon Period.

  • In early year 2003, the previous Urban Planning Law and National Land Use Management Law were abolished and integrated into the Law regarding National Land Planning and Land Use Management. Accordingly, previous Urban Planning Information System is reformed into National Land Use Information System. This paper intends to develop indexes supporting decision-making process and to construct theme map using digital map that can be utilized for the National Land Use Information System. As a base for the index development, necessary database(DB) was established by utilizing the socio-economic information of towns and villages in Busan and a layer of public facilities. Based on the DB, multivariate analyses were performed to examine and analyze the spatial structure of Busan. It was then expressed and constructed as a theme map. The facility theme map was also constructed based on a layer of public facilities and the shortest distance between towns and villages.

  • Although it is about a decade since public libraries started to provide digital information services, lack of expertise for efficient service operation and restrictions related to copyrights have led to failure to obtain remarkable performances in uses. This study intends to analyze operation cases of domestic and overseas collaborative digital information services, as well as the current status of digital information services of libraries in Gyeonggido, thereby developing a collaborative digital information service model among public libraries on the level of local governments. This research then analyzed collaborative digital information service Web sites and surveys. Based on the analysis result, this study presented support of integrated search of possessed electronic information, Web database (DB), DB on original texts of regional records, online reference services, and mobile platforms as functional factors to embody a successful service model. As a system management road map, an eclectic model combining the merits of centralized and decentralized models was found to be more effective than a centralized or decentralized model in consideration of the characteristics of participating organizations.

  • A currently domestic governmental R&D business is early to 100. And this is each managed individually in 15 professional organizations of research and management by characteristics of a business. For this Reason, A redundant investment issue regarding national R&D occurs, and an issue regarding efficiency of R&D investment by insufficiency of systematic R&D research project and result management is continuously raised. Ministry of Education Science and Technology establishing National Science & Technology Information Service(NTIS) in order to solve these issues. NTIS is the national R&D Portal System which can support efficiency of research and development to result utilization in planning of national research and development. In this paper We consider integrated DB constructions and Information Linking of R&D Participants/Projects/Results information in a NTIS system for data quality Improvement. and then We analyze the cause of the data quality problem, and we propose the improvement plan for data quality elevation of NTIS system.

Development and Characterization of Sporulation Mutants for Overexpression of Recombinant Protein of Bacillus subtilis (재조합 단백질 과발현을 위한 Bacillus snbtilis 포자형성 변이주의 개발 및 특성 분석)

  • Sporulation mutants of Bacillus subtilis were developed for overproduction of heterologous proteins. The strains spoOJ spoIIG, and spoOJ spoIIG double mutant were constructed from two pretense-delfted mutant (DB104). The vector containing aprE gene was integrated in the chromosome of each strain, then the morphology of each strain was observed by TEM (trasmission electron microscopy). The morphology of spoOJ mutant and spoIIG mutant coincides with the description of the previous reports, respectively. The sporulating cells of spoOJ SpoIIG double mutation resemble spoIIG mutant more similarly, but with a little rougher cell wall membrane. The spoOJ mutation in B. subtilis gives negative effect on aprE activity with only a decreased sporulation frequency. On the contrary spoIIG mutation increases the aprE activity twice with an undetectable sporulation frequency. In the case of spoOJ and spolIG, i. e. double mutation, the effect of spoOJ on aprE activity seems to be relieved and the double mutant shows more or less the same aprE activity compared to spoIIG mutant.
